Ich habe eben bei SWV angerufen und nach dem Herrn Mitschke gefragt, der Fragen zu RGS Technik beantworten kann. Er soll jetzt in Urlaub sein. Man meinte, zu technischen Fragen könnte man ja direkt die Forschung in Freiberg anrufen und man hat mir die Rufnummer einer Frau Hermann gegeben und die eMail Adresse von Asbeck selbst, wenn nicht alles zum Thema beantwortet werden kann. Auf die Frage, ob er das denn auch liest, wurde mit ja beantwortet.
Ich habe mir danach die Seite von Solwafer noch einmal genauer angesehen und bin beim öffenen eines Links zu einer Stellenbeschreibung für einen RGS Projekt Manager auf sehr interessante Aussagen zum weiteren Ausbau gestoßen.
Frau Hermann hat danach die Fragen zu Hilliboro, Freiberg II, Südkorea und sich neu ergebende Fragen zu einer möglichen Vermarktung der RGS Technik aufgenommen und will das mit Prof. Woditsch abklären und mich danach wieder anrufen.

with a lot of freedom to take initiatives, who helps designing and building a new and unique wafer factory!
For the Engineering department we are searching for a knowledgeable and dedicated Project Manager Systems Realization who will be member of the preparation team responsible for the design, construction and establishment of this factory. Location for this function is the pilot factory in Broek op Langedijk (nearby Alkmaar), the new factory in Middelburg and flexible offices in Eindhoven and Goes.
Job description
In this permanent function project manager you are responsible for the Equipment (RGS machine including Software and Process). The main task of the preparation team of which you are a team member, is to realize the wafer factory starting with the successful evaluation of the RGS pilot line till the process release accepted by the factory management. Your main role is the total coordination, leading and controling during the realization process. This starts with the assignment of the project and the system/equipment specification, till the transfer to production after installation and release.
As a project manager:
You oversee the contract execution by suppliers to the project regarding time, quality and cost.
You take appropriate action in case of deviations.
You also maintain contact with all parties, internal and external, relevant for the progress and execution of the project. Main contributors within the preparation team are the purchase manager, the design coordinator and the lead engineers, so your role is an important one.
Based on your experience and skills, you manage reduction of risks and changes in the project and you are able to inspire and motivate your team during this challenging project.
You help building all six lines in the first factory in Middelburg and after this you will have a central role in planning and realizing new factories abroad, probably in Norway (where the silicon factory is), Germany, USA and Limburg (where Solland is).
You are familiar with the design and construction of a high tech factory or installing new equipment and have professional experience with the realisation of a machine (factory). You have strong project management skills and are used to motivate and stimulate your team, working under strong time pressure. Preferably, you have worked for a company which makes complex mechanical machines. You live somewhere in the Netherlands or Belgium, relocating is not necessary, because you have a flexible office. Solwafer has offices in Goes, Middelburg, Eindhoven and Broek op Langedijk for the preparation team. And last but not least: you have demonstrated project management abilities. You directly report to the Project Director.

Weitere Fabriken sind in Deutschland (Freiberg II?), USA (Hillsboro?), Limburg (Solland) und ggf.auch in Norwegen (Silicon Fabrik, REC?) geplant. Für mich ist das bereits der Schritt in die Vermarktung der RGS Technik, ähnlich wie das Evergreen Solar macht, mit ihren fetten Lizenzgebühren von ca. 4,5% vom Umsatz. State rebates lead more people to go solar
(07-14) 20:57 PDT -- California has added enough solar power to its electrical grid this year to light a small town, according to an update released Monday on the state's solar rebate program.
Those rebates, which go to businesses and homeowners who put solar panels on their roofs, have funded enough new installations this year to generate 59.4 megawatts of electricity, about enough to juice up 44,550 homes. All told, that's more solar power than was installed in all of 2006, according to the update from the California Public Utilities Commission.
The rebates are the heart of the Go Solar California campaign, which is part of California's larger fight against global warming. Over the campaign's 10-year span, the state will pump $3.3 billion into financial incentives for Californians who go solar, with the money drawn from utility bills. By the end of that time, the program should fund roughly 3,000 megawatts of new solar generation.
The Go Solar rebates were first offered in January 2007. Since then, the PUC has received 11,653 active applications, for projects capable of generating 251.5 megawatts. If approved, those projects will receive $635 million of incentives.
"We're on track to grow to 3,000 megawatts," said Molly Tirpak Sterkel, the solar project's supervisor for the Public Utilities Commission. "I have every reason to be very optimistic about the solar program."
The PUC handles rebates for existing buildings that add solar power, while a different government agency, the California Energy Commission, handles incentives for new construction. Monday's update covered only rebates overseen by the PUC.
The amount installed through the program this year may not seem like much, since many conventional power plants burning fossil fuels generate 10 times that amount. But if the program continues at its current pace, it will help install 500 megawatts sometime next year, Sterkel said. One megawatt can power 750 homes.
"That's a big deal," she said. "That's the point when everybody should wake up and say, 'We have avoided building one big natural gas power plant.' "
Whether the program's current pace will hold up isn't certain. The PUC has seen a slowdown in recent months, as well as project cancellations. The commission's update blames the slowdown on the country's mortgage crisis as well as the uncertainty surrounding federal incentives for renewable power.
The program has not been without controversy. Although the rebates are designed to lower solar prices in the long run by creating a large, competitive solar industry within California, solar remains far more expensive than many other forms of power generation. In addition, a consumer watchdog group on Monday said too many of the rebates have gone to wealthy businesses or affluent homeowners.
"Subsidies should go to the most needy, not the most wealthy," said Mark Toney, executive director of The Utility Reform Network.
Sterkel said the commission is working on a program that would direct some of the rebate money to low-income housing.

Der zuletzt negative Newsflow aus drei für Solarworld wichtigen Märkten dürfte das nächste Geschäftsjahr zu einer Herausforderung werden lassen:
1) Die ab 2009 in Deutschland einsetzende höhere Degression der Einspeisetarife für Solarstrom dürfte im Downstreambereich zu Margendruck führen.
2) Der spanische Vorschlag einer Beschränkung der Neuinstallationen insgesamt auf 300 MW und bei Freiflächenanlagen auf 100 MW in 2009 dürfte, sofern er in dieser Form umgesetzt werde, Solarworld empfindlich treffen.
3) Die koreanische Regierung habe eine neue Einspeisevergütung beschlossen, die insbesondere bei größeren Anlagen über 3 MW zu einer Tarifreduktion von ca. 30% führe. Solarworld ist ja auch in Korea vertreten.

Ja, leider! Ich bin mittlerweile nur noch stiller Mitleser. Das Phänomen tritt ja immer auf, wenn die Börse mal wieder nach unten jagt

Allerdings gestehe ich, daß ich derzeit kaum Research betreibe. Es interessiert an der Börse aktuell sowieso keinen. Ich warte einfach auf den Bericht des Q2 und Q3. danach dürfte zumindest klar sein, das auch das Jahr 2008 ein Rekordjahr für Solarworld werden wird.
Wenn ich derzeit unruhig werden, sehe ich mir kurz meinen Zeitstrahl an und mir wird klar, das wir wieder "nur" in einer jener Phasen sind, die später als "Einstiges-Chance" bezeichnet werden.

Allerdings gestehe ich, daß ich derzeit kaum Research betreibe. Es interessiert an der Börse aktuell sowieso keinen. Ich warte einfach auf den Bericht des Q2 und Q3. danach dürfte zumindest klar sein, das auch das Jahr 2008 ein Rekordjahr für Solarworld werden wird.
Wenn ich derzeit unruhig werden, sehe ich mir kurz meinen Zeitstrahl an und mir wird klar, das wir wieder "nur" in einer jener Phasen sind, die später als "Einstiges-Chance" bezeichnet werden.

Ich glaube, wir haben beide schon das WWW dementsprechend abgegrast! Das bisschen, was man findet, ist schon paar Jahre alt und entspricht wahrscheinlich nicht mehr den "state of the art"!
Ich brauche jetzt mal ernste Infos aus erster Hand.
Viele Solar-Threads, ausser diesen hier, kann man im Moment nicht mehr lesen! Bin schon teilweise auf Ariva ausgeweicht...
