Eine Debatte mit den Aktionären ist auf der HV auch ausgeschlossen worden.
Mann soll vor der HV schon zustimmen. Ohne die Antworten auf seine Fragen zu kennen.

Ist schon kriminell wie der qiagen Kurs künstlich rund 39 Euro gehalten wird. Alles steigt , nur qiagen , eine der wenigen Aktien die nachweislich jetzt schon profitieren , verharrt wie zementiert um den Angebotspreis.

Das ist auch eine gute Frage. Aber soweit ich das Angebot verstanden habe, wird man nicht Aktionär von Therno Fisher, sondern erhält fur jede gehaltene qiagen Aktie 39 Euro. Man verkauft also schlicht seine Aktien für einen Festpreis.
Was aber kann passieren , wenn man dieses Angebot einfach nicht annimmt? Was sind dann mögliche Szenarien, je nachdem ob die 75% erreicht werden oder nicht ?

Im Artikel heißt es am Ende „Mutige nehmen das Angebot nicht an“.
Warum muss man mutig sein? Was könnte passieren? Ist es denkbar dass man selbst nicht annimmt, es aber trotzdem zum Erreichen der 75% kommt, und Thermo Fisher dann qiagen übernimmt , dann einfach die Aktie delisted, und man leer ausgeht?

Frage: bei einem stehenden Angebot von 39 Euro pro Aktie bis Juli, ist dann eine große Differenz zu diesem Kurs , sowohl nach oben wie auch nach unten , nicht unwahrscheinlich. Werden wir also nicht zwangsläufig bis dahin um die 39 Euro herumtanzen?
Und dann noch eine vielleicht dumme Frage : was passiert wenn man das Angebot nicht annimmt? Was sind dann mögliche Szenarien , best case und worst case ?
