Guten Tag @ALL

Ich habe mir die Charts mal angeschaut!



Sollten wir hier über die ca. 2,20 CAD ausbrechen, dann haben wir viel Platz nach oben!!!!!






Hier im 6 Monatschart sieht man schön das wir aus dem Downtrend im August massiv nach oben hin ausgebrochen sind und das mit einem ca. 50% igen Kursgewinn!



Seit Ende August kam der Kurs bei immer weniger Volumen zurück und wir laufen hier im DreiMonatschart gerade in die Spitze eines Dreieckes rein.
Sollten wir hier wieder ausbrechen können, so denke ich das Kurse von 2,40 bis 2,90 CAD führ sehr wahrscheinlich!!

Wenn dann noch die 3,00 CAD überwunden werden sollte, dann könnten Kurse bis zuerst mal mindestens 4,00 CAD möglich sein!!!

Goldsource Mines Inc. (GXSFF.PK) became the talk of the junior mining world last spring when its search for diamonds in Saskatchewan turned up coal. Luckily for Goldsource, the discovery happened at the start of one of the biggest coal booms ever, and the company's shares shot from pennies to a high of C$19.60. Since then, they have plummeted back to earth and are currently at C$2.80.

Analyst Michael Gray of Genuity Capital Markets has picked up coverage of the stock and asked the question on everyone's mind: will Goldsource deliver a new thermal coal district in Saskatchewan? So far, he estimates that the company has potentially documented around 750 million tons of thermal coal with a combination of "hits" and "misses" in its drill program.

That is still short of the two billion tons or more that many investors will want to see, but Mr. Gray noted the company has "clear exploration potential." However, the geology appears to be complex.

He put a "buy" rating on Goldsource with a 12-month target price of C$9.00 a share. Some catalysts for the stock include results from its summer drill program, a large winter drill program, and an inferred resource estimate that is expected in the second quarter next year, he noted.

He also suggested that the project is well-suited to supply coal to customers since it has a rail line going through a portion of its property.

He wrote in a note:

If Goldsource can define a large, consistent thermal coal deposit with high calorific values, there is high potential in our view that the coal will find its way to North American markets.

habe mir den Chart noch mal angeschaut!



Wenn man den Chart betrachtet, ohne die Fundamentalen Dinge die hinten dran stehen, dann ist z.Z. alle i.O.

Wir sind seit Sept. 09 aus dem Abwärtstrend nach oben ausgebrochen.
Seit dem laufen wir in ein Dreieck rein und kommen gerade wieder an der untern Linie an.
Also alles im grünen Bereich, auch wenn es heute mal rot ist!

Wennd er NI-Bericht im Oktober kommt, er richtig gut ausfällt, dann können wir aus dem hoch laufenden Dreieck nach oben ausbrechen!

Das ist meine Meinung zur jetzigen Situation!!

Wir sehen im Chart 2 DOJI, den letzten mit einem kleinen Kerzenkörper. Es sollte somit wieder hoch gehen!

Erklärung:

Der bullishe Doji Star


Ein "Doji Star" enthält immer die Information, dass an diesem Tag die Bullen & Bären mit einem Unentschieden nach hause gegangen sind!

Somit tritt der "Doji Star" vorrangig in Trendumkehrbereichen auf. Dieses Kerzen Muster muß nicht exakt den gleichen Eröffnung- und Schlußkurs haben, aber es sollte auch kein Body zu erkennen sein.




sollte sich heute doch noch ein Kerzenkörper bilden, um so besser. Dann wäre der erste Doji die perfekte Ausgangslage um wieder steigende Kurse zu sehen!

Hallo,

noch mal auf das Video zu kommen, welches natürlich in der ganzen länge sehr aufschlussreich und interessant ist, aber schaut ich mal die Minute 5:12 an, dort wird ein Bild der Bohrergebnisse gezeigt.

Vorher sind Karten zu sehen, welche die enorme Größe von GXS Properties aufzeigen!

Ab Minute 6 wird die Länge eines Bohrloches aufgezeigt mit 40 m Kohle....

Was auch sehr gut gezeigt wird, Hudson Bay. Eine Stadt die weiter existieren möchte und zusammen mit der Regierung alles tut damit alle Permits schnell geprüft werden und dort so schnell wie möglich Kohle gefördert werden kann.
Die Holzindustrie dort liegt brach und man braucht GXS dort um neue Arbeitsplätze zu schaffen!!!

Die Infrastruktur dort ist vorhanden, Strassen, Schienennetz, Strom usw.
Man muss nur noch die Mine hinstellen oder mit dem Abbau der Kohle beginnen, sie abzutransportieren und zu verkaufen!!!!
Die Regierung wirkt unterstützend mit!!

Ich habe mich noch mal über den Chart her gemacht, so gut ich konnte!!



Wir sind an einem Punkt angelangt, der wohl noch einigen zu früh ist damit wir nach oben ausbrechen. Deswegen der Kursverlauf heute und die sehr gute Erklärung von @gold_nase im Hauptthread dazu!

Entweder es kommen NEWS über die Feiertage oder es wird Montag/Dienstag ein Tradinghalt geben...

Das Eindecken durch die ganze Ordergeschichten sollte bald ein Ende gefunden haben!!

habe eben noch mal aus etwas langeweile deinen beitrag gelesen.nehme es mir nicht übel,denn es ist ja nicht negativ gemeint

mir ist zuvor garnicht bewusst gewesen, dass die stadt hudson bay so dermaßen unter existenzangst lebt ich habe mir das video zwar schon einmal angesehen und natürlich ist es mir bewusst das jede stadt immer ein interesse an arbeitsplätzen und industrieentwicklung hat, aber ist die situation von hudson bay so dramtisch?

natürlich werde ich mir das video gerade aufgrund diesen punktes noch einmal ansehen müssen,weil mich das doch sehr interessiert.prinzipiell denke ich daher wäre es ja auch nicht verwunderlich das jede stadt/regierungsbezirk ein großes interesse hat gewisse genehmigungen möglichst zügig zu prüfen und zu realisieren. das wird in den fall gxs denke ich sehr helfen...natürlich immer unter berücksichtigung aller zukünftigen auflagen die sichergestellt werden.aber wenn das interesse noch größer ist aufgrund einer gewissen angespannten haushaltslage dann denke ich wird man hier im zweifel noch mehr erwarten können als schnellere prüfungsverfahren. evt kommen ja dann noch sowas wie staatshilfen/fördergelder hinzu vom staat selbst um diese region und somit das kohlegeschäft zu fördern und hier weitere investitionen zu übernehmen. es muss ja nicht unbedingt geld an gxs gezahlt werden sondern hier würden investitionen in straßenbau,wasser-stromversorgung gxs mehr helfen können mittel-langfristig,da eben dann solche wichtigen investitionen zum großteil vom staat dann selbst übernommen werden könnten.aber wie dem auch sei werden solche verhandlungen beiden seiten helfen können und das verfahren beschleunigen können. jedoch denke ich wird dieses nicht ohne eine klare strategische ausrichtung gehen,da man die region politisch gesehen mitnehmen muss und eben auch klare pläne ausweisen sollte.von daher denke ich wird es auf behördlicher ebene sehr enge zusammenarbeit geben zwischen gxs und hudson bay.und ich denke auch,dass man hier schon ein gewisses ziel verfolgt in der umsetzung einer möglichen förderung von dem kohleprojekt.
ich denke gerade in dem zusammenhang werden nicht zuletzt labordaten ausgewertet in punkto kohlequalität da diese ja wichtig sind in punkto einer weiteren nutzung (stahlerzeugung,energiegewinnung).ich denke mal auch hier wird man zusammen mit der region einen plan entwickeln wie im zweifel auch die region davon profitieren kann (eigene stromerzeugung ect.).

interessant wäre es mal zu wissen,wie die weitere entwicklung weitergehen soll mittelfristig. ich denke mal,dass es für jeden ernsthaften aktionär von interesse wäre,wie man das unternehmen in sagen wir mal 2-3 jahren sieht von seiner strategischen ausrichtung her. iuch stehe auf dem standpunkt ,dass eine produzierende mine auf border den cashflow für weitere bohrprgramme liefern könnte um das volle potenzial von border selbst,von pine river und ballentyne heben zu können. für mich würde dieser schritt auf jeden fall sinn machen.von daher denke ich wird man in 2010 in dieser richtung was erfahren von gxs.evt. nach dem neuen winter-drilling und evt. nach einem weiteren sommer-drilling in 2009/2010. zuvor jedoch dann eine neue pp...aber zu welchem preis und in welcher höhe???

Kann ja nur von Vorteil sein, wenn es in der Region (ca. 200 km entfernt von Border-Property) demnächst auch ein vernünftiges Labor gibt.

danke dir für den beitrag,

finde ich in dem zusammenhang der regionalen probleme auf dem arbeitsmarkt vor ort/in der region sehr interessant.hudson bay selbst versucht laut video wegzukommen von der forstwirtschaft/holzverarbeitung,da hier in den letzten jahren arbeitsplätze wohl verloren gegangen sind und eben keine neuen arbeitsplätze geschaffen werden konnten bisweilen (vermutung). von daher ist es ein logischer schritt,dass man nun versucht auf breiterer front den rohstoffsektor zu stärken. das beruht sicherlich nicht nur auf den funden von gxs sondern vielmehr weil man dort erkannt hat,dass man über interessante kophlevorkommen verfügt und hier aufbauarbeit bertreibt im rahmen eines aufbaus entsprechender infrastruktur. das kommt nicht zuletzt dann gxs entegegen sondern eben auch anderen unternehmen vor ort. auf lange sicht werden aber denke ich noch andere staatliche programme entstehen müssen und können.aber es ist ein wichtiger anfang der gemacht wurde. ich denke auch,man dort lange nicht so zimperlich ist wie in deutschland,wenn es um genehmigungen geht....im zweifel dann eben doch alles wesentlich effektiver und schneller in der realisierung.wichtig ist es dann auch sicherlich,dass man gute leute dort hinholt,aber ich denke mal das es aufgrund des letzten jahres auch gute leute im minensektor geben sollte,die dort ihre aufgaben im staatlichen interesse wahrnehmen können...

ich denke in 1-2 jahren kann dort viel passieren im bereich der infrastrukturentwicklung....ich denke dieser aspekt kam in der allgemeinen diskussion etwas zu kurz,aber dürfte die sache dann auch etwas interessanter gestalten

Die NEWS von gestern stimmt mich positiv.
Asien, China und Korea.....zumindest was China an geht, dort wird Kohle in der Zukunft mehr benötigt als sie selber fördern können. Allein für die Stahlindustrie!

Ich denke das die Reise sorgfältig geplant ist, und das man nicht nur mit einer Bohrprobe dort hin fährt....

Um die Asiaten zu begeistern, dazu gehören schon eine gute Portion an Fakten!!

Einen Widerstand haben wir bei 2,34 CAD, aber es stehen alle zeichen auf Bullish!

Wir haben in der jetzigen Aufwärtsbewegung eine FLAGG Formation gebildet! Aus dieser Formation sollten wir rauskommen, wo auch der Widerstand von 2,34 CAD liegt!

dies ist meine letzte Chartanalyse und meine Meinung dazu, bevor ihr mich eine Woche los seit!!!


Es hat sich zum Wochenende im Chart ein Inverted Hammer gebildet!

Dies deutet darauf hin, das steigende Kurse zu erwarten sind!


Das gleiche kann man hier sehen und der Widerstand ist nun auf 2,33 CAD gerutscht !!! Also sind wir bei dem SK von 2,27 CAD vom Freitag nicht mehr weit davon weg!

Schaut euch mal die Charts im Chart und Faktenthread an, ansich lag ich bis jetzt nicht ganz so schlecht mit meiner Meinung....

VANCOUVER, B.C. October 30, 2009 – Goldsource Mines Inc. (“Goldsource” or the “Company”) is pleased to report that it has
received 8 Quarry permits from the Manitoba Science, Technology, Energy and Mines Branch totalling approximately
44,670 hectares. The issuance of the permits is in response to the Company's applications that have been outstanding for up
to 14 months. The Company is now in a position to proceed with its planned exploration programs in Manitoba.

Following its major coal discovery at the Border Property in Saskatchewan in the spring of 2008, Goldsource carried out
research of various Manitoba databases and identified a number of reported coal occurrences in west-central Manitoba. The
Company subsequently carried out airborne geophysical surveys over selected areas to better define potential coal bearing
sub-basins using the Company’s proprietary geophysical signatures developed at the nearby Border Project. The historical
data reported several coal occurrences within the Cretaceous Mannville Group ranging in thickness from 1 to 20 metres at
depths of 14 to 90 metres below surface. The Company drilled five reconnaissance holes on private land in late 2008, which
confirmed the historical data in certain areas. The Company is making applications for a winter exploration program of
approximately 20 drill holes that will further confirm the extent of the Manitoba coal deposits and provide information on
coal quality.

Border Technical Report Status:

The NI 43-101 Technical Report being prepared by independent Qualified Persons for the Border Project is nearing
completion. This report will include resource estimations for the Border Property and provide quality characteristics for each
of the 15 coal deposits discovered to date in the Border Property. The report had been expected to be completed by the end
of the third quarter, however, the addition of the late summer drill results and proximate laboratory analysis delayed
compilation of the coal quality estimations for each deposit. Goldsource will announce the resource estimations and
compiled coal quality data as soon as they are available and is required to file the NI 43-101 Technical Report within 45 days
after that announcement.

The Company is currently making plans to drill additional high priority targets this winter on the Border Property.
Environmental permitting is being completed to implement initial drilling of targets identified by recent Fugro airborne
geophysics on the Company’s Ballantyne property in Saskatchewan and on the Manitoba properties.

habe mir noch mal den Chart angeschaut!!!

Wir hatten schon mal die Situation im August. Wir prallten oben ab, allerdings mit größerem Volumen als jetzt im Oktober, wo noch nicht mal ein drittel des Volumens aufkam wie im August.

Allerdings hat auch das Volumen nicht gereicht, nachhaltig über die 2,35 CAD zu gelangen und somit haben wir dort einen größeren Widerstand aufgebaut!

Die 1,85 CAD haben nicht gehalten und wir sind glatt durch gerasselt!

Die 1,65 CAD hat erst mal gehalten. Ich hoffe mal das wir jetzt vielleicht die gleiche Situation im Chart haben wie Ende August und wir langsam wieder steigen!

ALLERDINGS: Wir haben noch dieses beschissenen

Also ich muss es nicht geschlossen haben!!!!

Ja der Chart ist im Eimer, aber das nicht erst seit Gestern sondern seit dem der Aufwärtstrend verlassen wurde. Sehrt euch die Charts im http://www.wallstreet-online.de/diskussion/1152282-11-20/fak…

Noch besser im angegebenen Thread, #28!!!!!!!!!!

Jetzt zu, kann man Charttechnik anwenden!!!

Das liegt bei jedem selber, denn wenn ich sie nicht nur hier gepostet hätte, sondern auch danach gehandelt hätte, dann hätte ich dort verkauft, weil wir nicht über die Grenze nach oben von 2,35 CAD rausgekommen sind!!!!!
Das wären gut 30% Gewinn gewesen bei meinem EK, die jetzt leider wieder weg sind!!!!!!

Und da liegt der Hase im Pfeffer, bei der Börse gibt es kein Wenn und Aber und schon lange kein Hätte.
Wenn man Geld verdienen will, so muss man Konsequent sein, Ziele setzen und die bei erreichen UMSETZEN, egal ob Absicherung nach unten oder Gewinnmitnahme.

Zurück zu GXS, der Chart ist im Eimer, haben wir ja festgestellt. Was machen wir aus dem Eimerchart????

Ich werde ihn genau beobachten und schauen ob die 1,65 CAD hält, das hat sie ja nun schon zum zweiten mal!!!!

Sollte die nicht halten, dann wird mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit das
geschlossen!

So, das soweit was den Chart angeht! Im Übrigen, die ersten 10% explorierte Kohle ist noch vorhanden, der NI-Bericht wird kommen wenn er fertig ist, aber zuerst hat man uns die restlichen Ergebnisse versprochen und das nicht per Mail an jeden der geschrieben hat, sondern in den letzten NEWS!!!

Goldsource Announces Initial Border Coal Resource

Goldsource Mines Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: GXS) is pleased to announce the NI 43-101 compliant, initial thermal coal resource estimated by Moose Mountain Technical Services for the Company's Border property near Hudson Bay, Saskatchewan. This coal resource estimation is based on 119 diamond drill holes totaling approximately 17,370 metres of core drilling. Three phases of core drilling since 2008 have been completed at Border to establish this initial estimated coal resource.

Overall, the estimated coal resources at Border consist of 63.5 million Indicated tonnes plus 89.6 million Inferred tonnes, and 18.7 million Speculative tonnes. The Inferred and Speculative resources are limited only by the current lack of drill hole data within an already defined geophysical anomaly. Further drilling is planned that may convert the majority, if not all, of the Inferred and Speculative tonnes into the Indicated Resource category. As defined in GSC Paper 88-21, "Speculative resources are those based on extrapolation of few data points over large distances and are confined to regions where extensive coal exploration has not yet taken place".

Geological interpretation of the drill core and downhole geophysical logs have determined that there are three main seams at Border which have been designated Durango A, B and C. The Geologic-Type as defined by GSC Paper 88-21 with respect to the complexity of the deposits is considered "Moderate" and the Deposit-Type is considered "Surface Mineable". The resources are distributed over 4 sub-basins which include 14 potentially surface mineable deposits which range in size from 1.8 million tonnes to 66.1 million tonnes. The fifteenth deposit, Pasquia 97, is currently considered too deep to be surface mineable and is not included in the resource.

J. Scott Drever, President, stated: "Our objective from the efforts to date was to define a coal resource we thought would be a threshold amount with sufficient quality to support economically viable production. In approximately 18 months from the discovery of these unique coal deposits, we have outlined a significant coal resource that has the heating characteristics and potential to fuel a major, modern, clean-coal power plant. We will continue to define additional coal resources by drilling several more high priority targets at Border and now proceed with the completion of a Preliminary Economic Assessment on the project that will investigate initial economic parameters of the Border resource. We have explored only a small portion of more than 1,300-square-kilometre property with 119 drill holes".

This initial coal resource with estimated coal quality represents a new significant energy resource for Saskatchewan and Canada. Conceptually, this resource could potentially generate 300 to 600 Megawatts per year of affordable electricity for 30 to 50 years. This would be equivalent to approximately 10 to 20% of the current annual electricity needs for Saskatchewan. A feasibility study has not yet been completed and therefore there is no certainty the project will be economically viable.

(i) The Resource is based on a 20:1 incremental strip ratio, which results
in a weighted average strip ratio of 5.3:1 (waste in bcm:coal in
tonnes), a coal bulk density of 1.36 cc/g and variable As Received Total
Moisture. Strip ratio is based on an assumed 35 degree cut wall. The
Resource estimate complies with NI 43-101 standards and GSC Paper 88-21
on "A Standardized Coal Resource/Reserve Reporting System for Canada".
All numbers are rounded.

Border Coal Quality Summary

The preliminary coal quality results at Border, as determined by Loring Labs of Calgary, Alberta, indicate that:

- Border coal is ranked a Sub-bituminous A to C according to ASTM standards. The previously stated bituminous ranking by Loring was re-ranked to sub-bituminous based on petrographic analysis.

- As Received Ash ranges from 11.7 to 22.1% by weight (wt) which is similar to currently producing coal mines in Alberta;

- As Received Total Moisture content ranges from 17.7 to 33.4% (wt) which is standard for sub-bituminous coals. Total Moisture includes inherent and surface moisture as received by the laboratory;

- Equilibrium Moisture which is the approximate amount of moisture inherent in the coal averages 22% (wt) from a Total Moisture of approximately 31% (selective samples). This indicates that a reduction in moisture is therefore possible with a subsequent increase in Calorific Value (CV). Further test work is being planned to fully analyze this upgrading concept.

- As Received Sulphur ranges from 1.5 to 3.2% (wt);

- As Received Calorific Value (Heat Value) ranges from 13,335 to 17,594 KJ/Kg (5,734 to 7,565 BTU/lb) using AR Ash and Total Moisture. A majority of the resource is above 7,300 BTU/lb AR which is similar to currently producing coal mines in Alberta; and

- Air Dried Calorific Value (Heat Value) ranges from 18,027 to 21,977 KJ/Kg (7,750 to 9,450 BTU/lb) using an average AD laboratory value of 5%, as dried by Loring.

Previous disclosure of coal quality for Border reported was both As Received and Air Dried ash and moisture content. The Air Dried results for these stated coal resources should not be considered representative for potentially deliverable coal to a domestic power plant or export market. Further studies are required to determine the actual average moisture content of any coal that may be deliverable to a power plant or marketed elsewhere. The CV's reported above are based on a Total Moisture content of the coal. This moisture content could potentially be reduced while mining and processing, which would directly increase the CV and monetary value of the coal. The actual moisture content of the as mined coal may be greater than the Equilibrium Moisture value and potentially less than the As Received core moisture values. This needs to be substantiated by further test work.

Of the 470 individual coal samples analyzed from the core holes completed to date; 95 (est. 20%) have As Received ash content values of 10% or less. Tonnage volumes for this low ash coal will be evaluated as the project progresses. Lower ash content coals, with subsequent higher CV's, may be considered for an export market. Washability of coal with subsequent upgrading is also under consideration. Test work to date suggests a 10 to 15% decrease in ash content will result in a similar increase in CV. Sulfur appears to also be reduced by washing. Please refer to the news release dated April 28, 2009 for more details.

Border thermal coal quality in regards to Moisture, Ash and Calorific Values are comparable to the Alberta Plains coal deposits which currently produce most of the electric power for Alberta. The general thickness of Alberta coal seams is 0.5 to 5 metres whereas at Border, the average true thickness is approximately 25 metres. Average waste to coal ratios for Alberta coal operations are approximately 8:1 whereas at Border, some deposits have a waste to coal ratio as low as 3.3:1, making Border coal potentially more economically attractive for open pit or strip mining. A 20:1 incremental strip ratio is considered to be conceptually open pittable based on GSC Paper 88-21 and depending on the coal's monetary value.

R.J. Morris, M.Sc, P.Geo. and independent qualified person with Moose Mountain Technical Services of Elkford, British Columbia, has commented that the initial coal resources established for Border are considered attractive thermal coals with the potential to be a significant future energy source for power-hungry Saskatchewan. The recommendations of the Technical Report will be to complete a Preliminary Economic Assessment for the property to assess coal deposit mineability, washability, infrastructure requirements, permitting requirements, environmental baseline work, transport, pricing, local and export markets, preliminary capital and operating costs, on-site power plant viability and preliminary economic viability.

N. Eric Fier, CPG, P.Eng. and Principal Consultant for the Company, stated "Through our diligent efforts we have been rewarded with 15 coal deposits in six separate sub-basins that contain coal thicknesses averaging approximately 25 metres and have coal intervals ranging up to 100 metres in true thickness. To put this in perspective, many coal mines in North America are based on coal seams only a few metres thick and, at Border, the average thickness is roughly the height of an eight-storey building. As previously stated, the primary objective for continued exploration efforts has been to identify priority areas that potentially contain sufficient coal resources that may be economically developed. We believe we have been extraordinarily successful in achieving that objective to date and, in addition, most of the Company's landholdings are yet to be explored".

Geologically, the coal is located in the Cretaceous Mannville Group, mostly in the Cantuar Formation which is approximately 90 to 100 million years old. Coal occurs in discrete deposits ranging from 200 metres to greater than 2 kilometres in diameter. These deposits are currently considered to have formed in depressions, caused by the dissolution of salts and/or evaporate in the underlying Devonian limestones in which coal forming plant material collected.

Geophysically, the Company continues to refine its proprietary interpretation of the airborne geophysical signatures to determine which targets have the highest potential of being coal bearing. The drilling success rate is increasing with each program as adjustments are made while comparing actual field results to the Fugro airborne geophysical data. The geophysical success at Border is currently being implemented on the Company's other projects in Saskatchewan and Manitoba with multiple targets already defined for exploration drilling this upcoming winter.

VANCOUVER, B.C. 9. November 2009 Goldsource Mines Inc. (das Unternehmen)
freut sich, eine erste NI 43-101-konforme Schätzung der
Thermalkohle-Ressourcen für das unternehmenseigene Grundstück Border
in der Nähe von Hudson Bay in Saskatchewan bekannt zu geben, die von Moose
Mountain Technical Services erstellt wurde. Diese Schätzung der
Kohleressourcen basiert auf den Ergebnissen aus 119 Diamantbohrlöchern mit
Kernbohrungen über insgesamt ungefähr 17.370 Meter. Seit 2008 wurden
zur Erstellung dieser ersten Schätzung der Kohleressourcen drei
Kernbohrphasen auf dem Grundstück Border abgeschlossen.

Laut Schätzung der Kohleressourcen lagern bei Border insgesamt 63,5
Millionen Tonnen angezeigte Ressourcen und 89,6 Millionen Tonnen abgeleitete
Ressourcen, sowie 18,7 Millionen Tonnen spekulative Ressourcen. Zu den
abgeleiteten und spekulativen Ressourcen können nur begrenzt Angaben
gemacht werden, da aus einer bereits definierten geophysikalischen Anomalie
derzeit keine Bohrlochdaten verfügbar sind. Weitere Bohrungen zur
Aufwertung eines Großteils bzw. sämtlicher abgeleiteten und
spekulativen Ressourcen in die Kategorie der angezeigten Ressourcen ist
geplant. Gemäß Vorschrift GSC Paper 88-21 sind spekulative Ressourcen
als Ressourcen definiert, die auf einer Hochrechnung von wenigen Datenpunkten
über größere Distanzen basieren und auf Bereiche beschränkt
sind, wo noch keine Kohleexplorationen in größerem Umfang
durchgeführt wurden.

Die geologische Auswertung der Bohrkerndaten und der im Loch gemessenen
geophysikalischen Abschnitte haben ergeben, daß bei Border drei
mächtige Kohlenflöze lagern, die als Durango A, B und C bezeichnet
werden. Hinsichtlich der Komplexität der Lagerstätten kann man hier
gemäß Vorschrift GSC Paper 88-21 von einer geologischen Einstufung in
die Werteklasse mäßig und einer Bewertung der Lagerstätten als
an der Oberfläche förderbar (surface mineable) sprechen. Die
Ressourcen verteilen sich über 4 untergeordnete Becken, in denen sich u.a.
14 potenziell an der Oberfläche förderbare Lagerstätten
befinden, die sich größenmäßig in einem Bereich zwischen
1,8 Millionen und 66,1 Millionen Tonnen bewegen. Die fünfzehnte
Lagerstätte, Pasquia 97, wird derzeit als zu tiefliegend erachtet, um als
an der Oberfläche förderbar gelten zu können; sie wurde daher
nicht die Ressourcen miteingerechnet.

President J. Scott Drever sagte: Ziel unserer bisherigen Bemühungen war
es, eine Kohleressource zu definieren, die von der Menge her einem
Schwellenwert entspricht und hinsichtlich der Qualität für eine
wirtschaftlich rentable Förderung ausreicht. In den ungefähr 18
Monaten seit der Entdeckung dieser einzigartigen Kohlelagerstätte konnten
wir eine bedeutende Kohleressource definieren, die hinsichtlich ihrer
Heizwerteigenschaften und ihres Potenzials geeignet ist, ein großes und
modernes Kohlekraftwerk mit Brennstoff zu versorgen. Wir werden auch in Zukunft
weitere hochrangige Ziele bei Border bebohren und dabei zusätzliche
Kohleressourcen definieren können. Derzeit konzentrieren wir uns auf den
Abschluß einer vorläufigen wirtschaftlichen Bewertung für das
Projekt, mit der eine erste Auswahl an wirtschaftlich relevanten Parametern
für die Ressourcen bei Border erstellt werden soll. Wir haben bisher nur
einen kleinen Teilbereich des mehr als 1.300 km umfassenden
Grundstücks mit 119 Bohrlöchern erkundet.

Diese erste Kohleressource, zu der eine Schätzung der Kohlequalität
vorliegt, stellt für Saskatchewan und Kanada eine neue wichtige
Energiequelle dar. Theoretisch wäre es möglich, mit diesen Ressourcen
über einen Zeitraum von 30 bis 50 Jahren jährlich zwischen 300 und
600 Megawatt Strom zu erzeugen. Dies entspräche ungefähr 10 - 20
des aktuellen jährlichen Strombedarfs in Saskatchewan. Eine
Machbarkeitsstudie liegt derzeit noch nicht vor, weshalb keine Garantie
für die wirtschaftliche Machbarkeit des Projekts abgegeben werden kann.

Zusammenfassung der Qualitätsmerkmale von Kohle im Projekt Border

Die vorläufigen Ergebnisse zu den Qualitätsmerkmalen der bei Border
lagernden Kohle (durch Loring Labs in Calgary, Alberta ermittelt) zeigen
folgendes:

*Die bei Border lagernde Kohle ist laut ASTM-Standard als sub-bituminöse
A bis C-Kohle einzustufen. Die zuvor von Loring durchgeführte Bewertung
bituminös wurde aufgrund einer petrographischen Analyse auf
sub-bituminös abgeändert.

*Der Aschegehalt im Anlieferungszustand schwankt zwischen 11,7 und 22,1
Gewichtsprozent (wt), was in etwa dem üblichen Wert in den derzeit in
Alberta betriebenen Kohleminen entspricht.

*Der Gesamtfeuchtigkeitsgehalt im Anlieferungszustand (As Received Total
Moisture) schwankt zwischen 17,7 und 33,4 (wt), was dem Standard von
sub-bituminöser Kohle entspricht. Die Gesamtfeuchtigkeit setzt sich
zusammen aus inhärenter Feuchtigkeit und Oberflächenfeuchtigkeit bei
Anlieferung im Labor.

*Die Gleichgewichtsfeuchte, i.e. die ungefähre in der Kohle enthaltene
Feuchtigkeitsmenge, beträgt durchschnittlich 22 (wt) der Gesamtfeuchte
von ungefähr 31 (ausgewählte Proben). Das bedeutet, dass eine
Reduktion der Feuchtigkeit und dadurch eine Steigerung des Heiz- bzw.
Brennwerts möglich ist. Weitere Untersuchungen zur genauen Bewertung
dieses Aufwertungskonzepts sind geplant.

*Der Schwefelgehalt liegt im Anlieferungszustand zwischen 1,5 und 3,2 (wt).

*Der Brennwert im Anlieferungszustand (Heizwert) liegt unter
Berücksichtigung der Feuchtigkeit der Asche und der Gesamtfeuchtigkeit
zwischen 13.335 und 17.594 KJ/Kg (von 5.734 bis 7.565 BTU/lb). Ein
Großteil der Ressourcen weist einen Wert von über 7.300 BTU/lb AR
auf, was in etwa dem üblichen Wert der in Alberta betriebenen Kohlenminen
entspricht.

*Der luftgetrocknete Brennwert (Heizwert) schwankt unter Anwendung eines
durchschnittlichen AD-Laborwerts von 5 nach Trocknung durch Loring zwischen
18.027 und 21.977 KJ/Kg (von 7.750 bis 9.450 BTU/lb).

Frühere Informationen zur Kohlequalität bei Border beinhalteten
Asche- und Feuchtigkeitsgehalte sowohl im Anlieferungszustand als auch im
luftgetrockneten Zustand. Die luftgetrockneten Ergebnisse dieser gemeldeten
Kohleressourcen sollten nicht als repräsentativ für potenziell an
heimische Kraftwerke oder an Exportmärkte lieferbare Kohle angesehen
werden. Weitere Studien sind erforderlich, um den tatsächlichen
Feuchtigkeitsgehalt von Kohle festzustellen, die an ein Kraftwerk geliefert
oder anderswo vermarktet werden kann. Die oben gemeldeten Brennwerte basieren
auf dem gesamten Feuchtigkeitsgehalt der Kohle. Dieser Feuchtigkeitsgehalt
könnte möglicherweise während des Abbaus und der Verarbeitung
verringert werden, was den Brennwert und den finanziellen Wert der Kohle direkt
steigern würde. Der tatsächliche Feuchtigkeitsgehalt der abgebauten
Kohle könnte höher sein als der Wert der Gleichgewichtsfeuchtigkeit
und möglicherweise geringer als der Kernfeuchtigkeitswert im
Anlieferungszustand. Dies muss jedoch erst durch weitere Tests bestätigt
werden.

Von den 470 einzeln analysierten Kohleproben der bis dato abgeschlossenen
Kernbohrlöcher weisen 95 (ca. 20 ) einen Aschegehalt im
Anlieferungszustand von 10 oder weniger auf. Die Tonnagen dieser Kohle mit
niedrigem Ascheanteil werden mit Fortdauer des Projektes evaluiert. Kohle mit
geringerem Aschegehalt und beträchtlich höheren Brennwerten
könnten für einen Exportmarkt in Frage kommen. Die Waschbarkeit von
Kohle mit anschließendem Upgrade wird ebenfalls überlegt. Die
bisherigen Testergebnisse weisen darauf hin, dass ein Rückgang des
Aschegehalts von 10 bis 15 zu einer ähnlichen Steigerung des Brennwertes
führen wird. Schwefel scheint durch das Auswaschen ebenfalls verringert zu

Die Qualität der Thermalkohle von Border ist hinsichtlich der
Feuchtigkeit, der Asche und des Brennwertes mit den Kohlelagerstätten von
Alberta Plains vergleichbar, welche zurzeit den Großteil des Strombedarfs
in Alberta decken. Die Mächtigkeit der Kohleflöze von Alberta
beträgt generell 0,5 bis 5 Meter, wobei die durchschnittliche
tatsächliche Mächtigkeit bei Border etwa 25 Meter beträgt. Das
durchschnittliche Verhältnis zwischen Abfall (Ausschuss) und Kohle liegt
in den Kohlebetrieben in Alberta bei etwa 8:1, während bei Border einige
Lagerstätten ein Verhältnis von 3,3:1 aufweisen; dadurch ist die
Kohle von Border möglicherweise wirtschaftlich attraktiver für einen
Tagebaubetrieb. Ein zunehmendes Abraumverhältnis von 20:1 gilt
gemäß Vorschrift GSC Paper 88-21 vom Ansatz her für einen
Tagebaubetrieb und hängt vom Geldwert der Kohle ab.

Border als hochwertige Thermalkohle zu werten sind und in Zukunft zu einer
bedeutenden Energiequelle für die Provinz Saskatchewan mit ihrem hohen
Energiebedarf werden könnten. Den Empfehlungen des Fachberichts zufolge
soll eine vorläufige wirtschaftliche Bewertung für das
Grundstück durchgeführt werden, um für die Kohlelagerstätte
folgende Kriterien bestimmen zu können: Förderbarkeit, Waschbarkeit,
erforderliche Infrastruktur, erforderliche Genehmigungen, Rahmenbedingungen
für einen umweltfreundlichen Betrieb, Transport, Preisgefüge,
regionale Märkte und Exportmärkte, vorläufige Kapital- und
Betriebskosten, Machbarkeit und vorläufige wirtschaftliche Machbarkeit
eines Kraftwerks vor Ort.

N. Eric Fier, CPG, P.Eng. und Hauptberater des Unternehmens, sagte: Unsere
Sorgfalt und unser Einsatz hat uns 15 Kohlelagerstätten in sechs
voneinander getrennten Unterbecken beschert, in denen sich Kohlevorkommen mit
einer Mächtigkeit von durchschnittlich ungefähr 25 Meter befinden und
einzelne Kohleabschnitte bis zu 100 Meter wahre Mächtigkeit aufweisen. Man
muß hier einen seriösen Vergleich anstellen, denn viele Kohleminen in
Nordamerika beherbergen Kohleflöze, die nur wenige Meter mächtig
sind, während die Vorkommen in Border eine durchschnittliche
Mächtigkeit aufweisen, die der Höhe eines achtstöckigen Bauwerks
entspricht. Wie bereits zuvor erwähnt, liegt das wesentliche Ziel unserer
weiteren Explorationsaktivitäten nach wie vor darin, vorrangige
Zielgebiete zu identifizieren, die das Potenzial haben, ausreichende und
für eine wirtschaftliche Erschließung geeignete Kohlevorkommen zu
bergen. Wir glauben, dass wir uns bisher mit ausserordentlich großem
Erfolg auf dieses Ziel zubewegt haben; zudem muß ein Großteil des
unternehmenseigenen Grundbesitzes überhaupt erst exploriert werden.

Geologisch gesehen sind die Kohlevorkommen in die Kreideformation Mannville
und damit großteils in die Formation Cantuar eingebettet, die
ungefähr 90 - 100 Millionen Jahre alt ist. Die Kohle findet sich in
eigenständigen Lagerstätten, die einen Durchmesser zwischen 200 Meter
und über 2 Kilometer haben. Von diesen Lagerstätten nimmt man derzeit
an, dass sie sich in Senken gebildet haben. Sie scheinen durch die
Auflösung von Salzen und/oder Evaporatbildung in den darunter liegenden
Kalksteinschichten aus dem Devon entstanden zu sein, wo sich kohlebildendes
Pflanzenmaterial ansammelte.

In geophysikalischer Sicht beschäftigt sich das Unternehmen weiterhin
mit der detaillierten Auswertung seiner geophysikalischen Messflugdaten. Anhand
dieser Daten soll bestimmt werden, in welchen Zielgebieten das größte
Potenzial für Kohlefunde gegeben ist. Die Bohrerfolge werden auch aufgrund
der fortlaufenden Anpassungen mit jedem Programm größer; auch
Ergebnisse aus Bodenuntersuchungen werden mit den Ergebnissen der

Ein Freund von mir und auch ich selbst sind in einer Aktie
"drinnen", wo ich mir inzwischen sehr unsicher geworden bin, ob
das noch Sinn macht - mein Freund ist da anderer Meinung. Er
"treibt" sich mehr im wallstreet-online Forum herum und holt
sich da immer wieder gute Meinungen zu unserem "Favoriten". Ich
hoffe ich habe jetzt Ihr Interesse geweckt worum es da denn
wohl gehen mag?

Diese steht aktuell bei ca. 1,35� und soll sich in weite Höhen
vor bewegen, wenn nur erst in den nächsten Wochen ein sog. NI
Bericht rauskommt, wo sie nähere Details zu einem
voraussichtlich riesigen Kohlevorkommen präsentieren wollen
(Goldsource gräbt nämlich nicht nach Gold sondern nach Kohle).

Wie gesagt, zähle ich auf Ihre Meinung - vielleicht finden Sie
ja mal ein paar Minuten Zeit um sich das anzusehen, tät mich

ANTWORT:

Immer wieder mal erhalte ich einen Anruf von einer PR-Agentur.
Ich solle mich mit einem kanadischen Unternehmer treffen, der
sein Unternehmen vorstellen wolle. Vor drei Jahren habe ich
einmal eingewilligt: Im Berliner Hotel Adlon habe ich den
feinen Herren abgeholt und wir sind zu zweit etwas essen
gegangen. Er hatte Unterlagen über sein Unternehmen, eine
kanadische Aktiengesellschaft und über das Produkt,
Pharmaforschung.

Zunächst erzählte er mir eine rührende Geschichte von seinem
Vater, der an Krebs gestorben sei und dass er daher nun all
sein Vermögen in eine Firma gesteckt habe, die nach einem
wirksamen Krebsmittel forsche. Da ich kein Mediziner bin,
konnte ich die Details nicht gut genug einschätzen.
Anschließend erzählte er mir, dass er über eine Kapitalerhöhung
viel Geld in seine Firma gesteckt habe.

Im weiteren Verlauf des Abends schmeckte der Wein immer besser
und seine Zunge wurde lockerer. Als wir über unser Privatleben
philosophierten, fragte ich ihn, da er sich ja als CEO kein
Gehalt zahle (aus Überzeugung!), wie er denn seinen
überschwänglichen Lebensstil, von dem er mir berichtete,
finanziere. Er teilte mir mit, dass er sich über die Börse
refinanzieren wolle, indem er seine Aktien über die Börse an
andere Anleger verkaufe. Davon abgesehen wies er mich
ehrlicherweise auf das Risiko hin, dass er natürlich nicht
garantieren könne, ob er nun einmal ein wirksames Krebsmittel
finden werde.

Der Kerl war immerhin ehrlich, er hat mir das System
offengelegt. Und so funktioniert's: Man kauft sich einen AG-
Mantel, sucht sich einen neuen Namen (ich finde Goldsource
Mining wirklich schön) und steckt ein paar hundert Tausend Euro
oder Dollar hinein. Mit dem Geld kauft man sich dann bei den
News-Providern ein Kontingent an Meldungen, die man verschicken
kann. Die Meldungen, die man über solche Kanäle an Millionen
von Adressaten versenden kann, werden ungelesen durchgeleitet.
Was das Unternehmen veröffentlicht, wird umgehend überall
hingeschickt. So kann man mit beliebigen Meldungen eine
Unternehmensstory aufbauen.

Wenn das Unternehmen in Kanada sitzt und viele Kanadier Aktien
davon haben, dann wird irgendwann einer dorthin fahren und sich
das Ganze anschauen wollen. Wenn man die Aktie aber in
Deutschland notieren lässt, dann wird das eher später der Fall
sein. Traurigerweise wird es sicherlich kein Privatanleger
sein, der irgendwann einmal dorthin fährt, sondern vermutlich
einer meiner Wettbewerber - und der erhält dann die
Möglichkeit, in das System einzusteigen.

So werden dann einige "Multiplikatoren" in Deutschland ins Boot
geholt und anschließend wimmelt es in allen deutschsprachigen
Foren von guten Analysen und Kritiken zu diesem Unternehmen.
Wie gesagt: Der Kanadier hat mir ganz offen angeboten, mir eine
nennenswerte Summe dafür zu zahlen, wenn ich seine Aktien in
meinem Börsenbrief empfehle (wer mich kennt weiß, dass ich das
natürlich abgelehnt habe).

So laufen die Foren heiß und immer mehr Anleger werden vor Gier
ein paar dieser Aktien kaufen. So beginnt der Kurs zu steigen
und die Teilnehmer des Systems können ihre eigenen Aktien in
die nun generierte Nachfrage hinein verkaufen. Mit Gewinn
natürlich. Der Kanadier hatte mir natürlich auch zu verstehen
gegeben, dass ich ja durch dieses Frontrunning, wenn ich es mit
meinen Kunden geschickt anstelle, selber viel mehr Geld
verdienen könne, als ich durch seine Buchung einnehme.

Ich wollte noch wissen, wie er denn später aus der Geschichte
rauskommen wolle, ohne verklagt zu werden. Auch dafür hatte er
eine pfiffige Idee: Er werde, sofern die Forschung nicht
erfolgreich ist, eine entsprechende Meldung verschicken, dass
die erhoffte Wirkung des zuvor so angepriesenen Medikaments in
einem der Tests dann nicht die Erwartungen erfüllt habe.

Bei einem Minenunternehmen würde ich eine Meldung verschicken,
in der neueste geologische Tests ergeben haben, dass der Boden
doch nicht so reich an Gold, / Diamanten / Kohle / Öl etc. ist.
Der Kurs fällt danach auf ein paar Cent, die Anleger sind ihr
Geld los, haben aber eine Erklärung geliefert bekommen. Und
letztlich muss dann jeder Anleger zugeben, dass er gezockt und
verloren hat.

Nun, meine Neugier war geweckt und als trinkfester, geselliger
Mensch habe ich den Kanadier noch in eine Bar geschleppt, ein
paar schmutzige Witze erzählt und siehe da, die Taktik wirkte,
er wurde noch gesprächiger. Er erzählte mir, wie er seinen
Reichtum aus den Anfängen der Internetzeit gezogen habe: Er
hatte selber Progrämmchen programmiert, die Webseiten nach E-
Mail Adressen abgrasten. Heute finden Sie auf Webseiten keine
E-Mail Adressen mehr, sondern nur noch Kontaktformulare. Der
Grund sind diese Methoden, mit denen Spammer zu Millionen von
E-Mail Adressen kamen. Diese Adressen habe er dann benutzt, um
kleine Aktien heiß anzupreisen und siehe da, die Aktien stiegen
nach Aussendung seiner reißerischen Kaufempfehlung. Natürlich
hatte er zuvor Aktien von diesem kleinen Unternehmen gekauft
und in die erzeugte Nachfrage hinein verkauft. Was ihn am
meisten daran freute: Die betroffenen Unternehmen wussten gar-
nicht, wie ihnen geschah.

Ich habe seither einen Blick für solche Machenschaften und habe
mir drei Signale gemerkt: 1. Kanadische Unternehmen, 2.
Aktiennotiz in Deutschland bei gleichzeitig vernachlässigbarem
Handelsumsatz an der Heimatbörse in Kanada und 3.
Marktkapitalisierung unter 50 Mio. Euro.

Ich kenne Goldsource Mining nicht, aber meine drei Kriterien
erfüllt dieses Unternehmen. Natürlich kann ich mich irren und
gerade dieses Unternehmen findet unschätzbare Kohlevorkommen.
Doch wenn ich in Kohle investieren möchte, dann schaue ich mich
lieber in Deutschland um. Hier habe ich wesentlich besseren
Zugriff auf das Unternehmen: Ich kann es besuchen, ich verstehe
die Sprache und die Rahmenbedingungen von deren Geschäft besser
und im Zweifel kann ich sie hier in Deutschland auch verklagen.
Versuchen Sie das mal mit einem kanadischen Unternehmen.

zunächst mal besten Dank für Ihre wirklich erquickende, äußerst
interessante und auch sehr rasche Antwort.

Wie Sie wissen, lese ich Ihre Ticker sehr gerne, aber diesmal
war es doch anders - prickelnder. Liegt sicher daran, dass ich
Ihre Meinung sehr schätze und mal ein direktes Feedback von
Ihnen (dem Profi) zu einer meiner/unserer Anlagen bekommen
habe.

Es scheint wohl, dass ich mit meinem Bauchgefühl nicht falsch
gelegen bin. Ich hatte nämlich mal dem PR Mann von GXS Mr. Fred
Cooper angeschrieben und Sie können sich nicht vorstellen, wie
dilettantisch sein Feedback zu dem ausstehenden NI-Bericht war
(noch immer ausstehendem Bericht muss man sagen, da er ja seit
ca. 6 Wochen schon da sein sollte!!!!). Als IFX Mitarbeiter
weiß ich, wie professionell mit offiziellen Berichten für die
Shareholder umgegangen wird.

...somit hätten wir da also einen 4. Punkt der wundervoll in
Ihre Checkliste für "solche" Unternehmungen passt - fehlende
Professionalität/Übung --> scheint auf jeden Fall auf GXS zu
passen. Der liebe Fred Cooper antwortet jedem brav - auch
meinem Freund, nur ist es immer widersprüchlich(er) (er weiß ja
nicht, dass mein Freund und ich die Antworten von ihm
vergleichen) und wie gesagt wird kein Termin eingehalten.

Ich will Ihnen mit diesem wirklich leidigen Thema nicht noch
mehr der kostbaren Zeit rauben.

Bloomberg quoted JPMorgan Chase & Co said China coal imports may double as utilities and miners such as Datang International Power Generation Co, China Shenhua Energy Co and China Coal Energy Co increase overseas purchases. Chinese coal imports may exceed 100 million tonnes in 2009 and rise to 200 million tonnes annually over the next several years. China imported about 41 million tonnes last year.

Saturn Minerals Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SMI) ("Saturn") & Swift Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SWR) ("Swift") (the "Companies"), have received the NI 43-101 report (the "Report") from Palatine Geological Ltd. on the Companies' jointly-held Saskatoba Coal Project near Hudson Bay, Saskatchewan. The purpose of the Report was to identify and target potential coal hosting sub-basins on the Companies' jointly held properties.

The Report includes the recommendation of a 24 drill-hole program to test geophysical targets considered to be highly prospective for 'Goldsource-style' coal deposits located on the Companies' properties in Saskatchewan. Based on this recommendation, the Companies have retained North Rim Exploration Ltd. of Saskatoon SK to provide permitting, logistical and related services for the Saskatoba Project, and have also contracted Kluane Drilling Ltd. of Whitehorse, Yukon to provide drilling services for the project. The diamond drill is being mobilized to Hudson Bay, SK.

The NI 43-101 Report incorporated all geophysical data obtained by the Companies to date and existing public information regarding coal discoveries made by Goldsource Mines Inc. and Westcore Energy Inc.

Important conclusions from the Report include the specific nature of "Goldsource-style" coal deposits in the Hudson Bay region with respect to coal seams thickness, geometry, and the related implication on an effective exploration model. The Report presents a model for accumulation and preservation of anomalously thick deposits of peat in large, karst-controlled depressions (sub-basins) developed on topographically subdued onshore lowlands, and stresses the importance of explicit geophysical signatures of potential coal hosting sub-basins.

The Report concludes that, "the data presently available indicate that the Saturn/Swift properties are located in areas with near-identical stratigraphy and geological history to that encountered at the Goldsource Border discovery". This report also identifies the potential for an abundance of moderately sized, thick coal deposits along the ancient Cretaceous shoreline, including in the area presently covered by the Saturn/Swift properties.

With respect to geophysical targets on the Companies' properties, the Report states, "Exploration of the various components of the Property has returned anomalies in transient electromagnetic field (GeoTEM) consistent with those obtained over known bodies of coal at the Border deposit. [-] Text [+] Nov 20 (Reuters) - Goldman Sachs said it sees U.S. metallurgical (steelmaking) coal miners better positioned to benefit from a coal stock rally, driven by supply constraints, and removed Peabody Energy Corp (BTU.N: Quote, Profile, Research) its conviction list partly on stock outperformance.

Analyst Brian Singer named Alpha Natural Resources Inc (ANR.N: Quote, Profile, Research) his top pick in the sector, citing its spare capacity of met coal, including high-quality hard coking coal, and strong thermal coal contracts for 2010.

"We have greater conviction that, if Asia becomes supply constrained (as we expect in 2010), U.S. coal producers will receive Asia spot prices at U.S. ports," the analyst wrote in a note to clients.

Singer also said consumers and not producers are likely to pay the shipping differential as supply in Asia becomes tight.

The analyst's positive outlook on met-levered coal stocks was another reason for buy-rated Peabody being excluded from the conviction list.

The miner's thermal coal is said to fuel about 10 percent of all U.S. electricity generation and 2 percent of global power.

"Coal stocks have performed well... We believe the last leg up for coal stock multiples will come from greater recognition of supply constraints in the Pacific," said the analyst, who raised his price target on several coal stocks.

Goldsource Commences Drilling on Manitoba Coal Permits

December 9, 2009

VANCOUVER, B.C. December 9, 2009 – Goldsource Mines Inc. (“Goldsource” or the “Company”) is pleased to report that it has received all necessary approvals to begin its exploration work program on its 44,670 hectares of Coal-Quarry Permits in Manitoba and drilling is scheduled to begin immediately.

As part of its initial exploration program, the Company plans to drill 8 holes totalling 650 metres to test a number of airborne geophysical anomalies in the Pine River area of southwestern Manitoba. These drill targets have similar geophysical signatures to those exhibited by the initial 15 coal deposits discovered at the Company’s Border Coal Project in Saskatchewan. Several of these geophysical targets are much larger in aerial extent than any of the current Border deposits.

This drilling should be completed around Dec. 20th and will provide a basis from which to plan further drilling. A second stage of drilling is scheduled for February, 2010 once access becomes available after freeze-up. These two stages will consist of approximately 20 drill holes that will further examine the extent of the Manitoba coal deposits along the Durango Trend and provide initial information on coal quality.

Following its major coal discovery at the Border Property in Saskatchewan, Goldsource researched various Manitoba data bases and identified a number of reported coal occurrences in western Manitoba. The historical data reported several coal occurrences within the Cretaceous Mannville Group ranging in thickness from 1 to 20 metres at shallow depths of 14 to 90 metres below surface. The Company drilled five reconnaissance holes on private land in late 2008, which confirmed the historical data in certain areas.

The Company subsequently carried out airborne geophysical surveys over selected areas, which identified a number of potential coal bearing sub-basins using the Company’s proprietary geophysical signatures developed at the nearby Border Coal Project and which has been used very successfully by Goldsource to discover further coal deposits. Airborne EM geophysical surveys along with the proprietary signatures continue to play a key role in defining significant coal occurrences at Border and are expected to provide a similar competitive advantage with respect to the Company’s Manitoba properties.

VANCOUVER, B.C. 10. Dezember 2009 - Goldsource Mines Inc. (´Goldsource´) gibt bekannt, dass das Unternehmen eine Vereinbarung mit Westcore Energy Ltd. (´Westcore´) abgeschlossen hat. Gemäß dieser Vereinbarung stimmt Goldsource zu, seine patentrechtlich geschützte geophysikalische Matrix auf die von Westcore mittels Fugro-Messtechnik ermittelten geophysikalischen Flugmessdaten anzuwenden und spezielle Bohrstandorte auf seinen Kohle-Grundstücken in Saskatchewan und Manitoba auf Westcore zu übertragen, von denen Goldsource annimmt, dass dort mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit wichtige Kohleabschnitte durchteuft werden.

Goldsource hat seit der erstmaligen Entdeckung der Kohlevorkommen bei Border im April 2008 einen beträchtlichen Teil der Arbeiten abgeschlossen und umfangreiche Investitionen in die Entwicklung einer patentrechtlich geschützten geophysikalischen Matrix getätigt, die auf mittels Fugro-Messtechnik ermittelte geophysikalische Flugmessdaten angewendet werden kann. Damit läßt sich für potenzielle Kohle-Lagerstätten eine ´Signatur´ erstellen, die auf korrelierenden Daten aus geophysikalischen Meßflügen, elektronischen Bohrlochmessungen und geologischen Bodenanalysen mittels Bohrung basieren.

Diese Matrix wird zunächst auf die geophysikalischen Flugmessdaten angewendet, die Westcore mittels Fugro-Messtechnik in einem Kohle-Konzessionsgebiet, das unter dem Namen Hudson Bay North Block bekannt ist und unmittelbar an den nördlichen Bereich des Goldsource-Grundstück Border anschließt, ermittelt hat. Basierend auf den Ergebnissen dieser Analyse wird Goldsource Westcore die entsprechenden Koordinaten für vorrangige Bohrziele bekannt geben. Wenn die Ergebnisse für den Westcore-Konzessionsblock Hudson Bay North Block zufriedenstellend sind, wird auch das Datenmaterial aus anderen Kohle-Grundstücken von Westcore möglichst rasch ausgewertet.

Westcore wird zunächst 100.000 Stammaktien auf Goldsource übertragen. Für den Fall, dass Westcore im Rahmen seiner Bohrungen auf jedem der beiden von Goldsource identifizierten Bohrziele zumindest einen Kohleabschnitt von mindestens 10 Metern Mächtigkeit erfolgreich durchschneidet (Erfolgskriterien), treten die nachfolgenden Zusatzbedingungen in kraft:

(a) Westcore übergibt zusätzlich eine Million Stammaktien an Goldsource;

(b) Goldsource erhält eine 25%ige Förderbeteiligung an allen Kohlefeldern von Westcore in Saskatchewan und Manitoba;

(c) bevor Goldsource seinen Anteil von 25 % an den Ausgaben entrichtet, investiert Westcore zusätzlich 3 Millionen $ in die erwähnten Kohlefelder;

(d) Westcore und Goldsource unterzeichnen eine Joint-Venture-Vereinbarung (Verhältnis 75% / 25%), die den in der Bergbauindustrie gängigen Vertragsbestimmungen für Joint Ventures entspricht;

(e) Goldsource bringt jene 10 Kohlekonzessionsgebiete, die innerhalb des Hudson Bay North Block liegen und zu 100 % dem Unternehmen gehören, in die Vereinbarung ein. Der Hudson Bay North Block grenzt an das Grundstück Border in Saskatchewan, das ebenfalls Goldsource gehört;

(f) für den Fall, dass Westcore von Zeit zu Zeit Anteile an weiteren potenziellen Kohle-Grundstücken in Saskatchewan oder Manitoba erwirbt, erhält Goldsource die Möglichkeit, sich mit einer JV-Gewinnbeteiligung von 25 % daran zu beteiligen.

Sollten die Erfolgskriterien nur auf einem der von Goldsource identifizierten Zielgebiete erfüllt werden, wird Goldsource nur die Hälfte der begebbaren Aktien erhalten. Die übrigen der vorgenannten Bedingungen treten erst in kraft, wenn die Erfolgskriterien zur Gänze erfüllt werden. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt werden dann auch die noch ausstehenden Aktien übertragen.

Aus Sicht von Goldsource bietet sich damit die Möglichkeit, unsere geophysikalischen Modelle auch in Gebieten außerhalb des Grundstücks Border zu testen und von sämtlichen Erfolgen, die Westcore erzielt, ebenfalls zu profitieren. Außerdem erschließen sich für uns damit auch andere aussichtsreiche Gebiete entlang des Durango-Trends in Saskatchewan und Manitoba, die unserer Meinung nach bedeutende Kohle-Lagerstätten bergen und deren Exploration für uns in diesem Fall mit nur geringen Investitionen verbunden ist.

CALGARY,ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Dec. 11, 2009) - Westcore Energy Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:WTR) ("Westcore" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce the start of the winter drilling program on its Hudson Bay Northproperty, located immediately north of Goldsource Mines Inc.'s Border property near Hudson Bay, Saskatchewan (see Figure accompanying this News Release). As announced earlier today, Westcore has entered into a binding agreement with Goldsource pursuant to which Goldsource has agreed to review all of Westcore's Fugro airborne geophysical data (see Westcore'sNews Release dated Dec. 11, 2009). Using their proprietary geophysical matrix developed during the course of their extensive exploration programs atthe Border property, Goldsource has identified a number of potential coal-bearing sub-basins on the Hudson Bay North property. Goldsource's success ratein locating coal deposits using its proprietary geophysical matrix is impressive, with 10 coal discovery holes out of 10 chosen targets (SGS Open House, Dec. 2, 2009). One of these hits includes Goldsource's largest discovery to date: the Niska Sub-basin, which is located 2.5 kilometres south of Westcore's property, and is reported to have Inferred Resources of approximately90 million tonnes (see Goldsource News Release dated Nov. 9, 2009).

Westcore intends to test one or two targets before the end of the year and then continue with their winter drilling program after the New Year, once winter roads have been constructed. Approximately 20 holes in total will be drilled as an initial test of the coal targets, from which plans will be made for further exploration of the property.

Die Daten(FS, Aktienstruktur, sonstige Fillings) über Westcore habe ich alle gefunden, aber eben keine Homepage von Westcore selber....

Denn interessant sind dort die ersten Washabilty Test Results von Manitoba...man erreichte um einen bis zu 25% höheren BTU-Gehalt für die Black Diamond Property....mich hätte aber interessiert wo genau gebohrt wurde...

Ich habe auch noch was gefunden in Bezug auf die Familie McNeill und Goldsource! Kann mir vorstellen, daß das Private Placement von damals mit 19 Mill. USD aus eben dieser Richtung geflossen ist, d.h. Westcore ist indirekt schon an Goldsource beteiligt über einen Resource Fund mitf Tom McNeill als Boss.

BORDER PROPERTY

The Border Property is Goldsource Mines’ flagship with 128,352 hectares in coal permits which focus on a recent coal discovery. Exploration drilling of geophysical targets in 2008 revealed the potential for a major coal deposit. The Company is currently in the process of delineation drilling which will hopefully lead to a resource estimation and preliminary assessment. Other targets are also being investigated as potential coal basins outside of the main 2008 discovery area.

Location and Property

The Border Property is located on the eastern edge of central Saskatchewan. Several world-class mining districts and mineral deposits already exist in Saskatchewan, including a high-grade uranium deposit, the world’s largest potash reserve and diamondiferous kimberlites. Saskatchewan has a history of resource development and is open to mining.

The Border Property is situated along the Durango Coal Trend, which continues to the southeast and northwest of the property. Infrastructure around the Border Property is excellent. The town of Hudson Bay is located 45 km south and with approximately 2000 inhabitants and includes a skilled labor force. Both Provincial Highway 9 and a CN railroad line transect the property and are within 5 km of the coal zone discoveries. A 230kv power line is located 70 kilometres north and water resources are present.

The property is comprised of 183 coal permits and measures approximately 35 by 35 kilometres in size or over 128,352 hectares. Goldsource Mines Inc. has a 100% interest in the project.

So what does it mean to us in the future?

It is not our intention to predict a dire and imminent coal shortage (although the current price levels may suggest otherwise!) but we wish to point out that perhaps the days of most producing countries increasing rates of coal production in a seemingly never-ending spiral
may be ending. Coal buyers would be wise to think longer term and avoid over-reliance on the concept that cheap coal is a fixture.

ich habe mir den Chart noch mal angeschaut!!! Denn für mich hat das drücken einen Grund, man will den Kurs noch nicht los lassen denn er könnte ein gutes Stück steigen!!!

Im August 2009 hat sich ein dreifach Boden gebildet. Dieser dreifach Boden hat sich dann nach oben hin aufgelöst!!!


Im Juli/August wurden gute Bohrergebnisse gemeldet.......

Also, es müssen NEWS her. Das JV mit Westcore ist schön, hat dem Kurs aber nicht geholfen.

Coal seam a diamond in the rough for Vancouver company

When Vancouver-based Goldsource Mines Inc. first set its eyes on the Hudson Bay area of east-central Saskatchewan, the company had its heart set on finding diamonds.

Instead, Goldsource discovered a major coal resource that, on average, is as thick as a seven-storey building is tall and is large enough to provide 10 to 20 per cent of the province's power needs.

"To me it's an energy source, and whether it's in the form of electricity through power generation or in the form of petroleum products generated through the gasification of coal, the numbers are very, very large," said company president Scott Drever.

The development of the Vancouver company's Border coal project is still in the very early stages -- only 10 per cent of the site has been explored -- but preliminary figures show Goldsource may have found a resource that's not as pretty as a diamond but could be an economic gem in its own right.

"I think, from a long-term perspective, this is an energy source for Saskatchewan that didn't exist two years ago until our discovery," Drever said.

An initial resource estimate for the Border project of around 170 million tonnes of coal could power a 300-megawatt power plant for 50 years or a 600-megawatt plant for 30 years. The site has an estimated worth of $1.7 billion to $3.4 billion, Drever said.

The tonnage at the site, if converted to petroleum products through a gasification process, is exciting for the company as well, he said.

"If you do the math on what we have right now, we've probably got something in the order of the equivalent of 400 to 500 million barrels of oil," Drever added.

In addition to work on a resource estimate for Border, the company is moving ahead with a scope study in 2010 to determine the best environmental and economic use for the coal resource.

"What we want to do is build a resource base that's sufficiently large to support the kind of production development that you would expect," Drever said, adding options for the coal also include exporting it out of province.

Drever said he has met with Saskatchewan government ministers, along with SaskPower, to discuss options for the deposit.

"I've had a number of conversations -- they're very preliminary, obviously -- and we really need to get a decent handle on what the resource base or the reserve base might be there before we can pick a direction in which we might want to go," he said.

Energy and Resources Minister Bill Boyd said the Border discovery holds huge potential for the province, which is already the third-largest producer of coal in Canada. Saskatchewan generates about 55 per cent of its power from coal, he added.

"Goldsource's recent discovery would appear to be a very, very significant resource of sub-bituminous coal, which is a pretty good grade of coal, better than anything we have in the province at this point in time," Boyd said.

"It looks very, very positive. They're assessing that resource . . . and I'm sure there's going to be pretty significant investor interest in this area."

The minister said the province looks at all types of resource development "as potentially very positive." Companies looking to develop resources in Saskatchewan, however, must meet environmental criteria.

"People expect these projects to be sustainable, to be . . . handled in an environmentally responsible fashion. All of those things are part of that, any of these discussions," Boyd said.

Coal exploration in the Hudson Bay area is exciting for the community of 1,800, said town administrator Rick Dolezsar. Goldsource isn't the only company exploring for coal in the region, but the Border find holds significant long-term potential for Hudson Bay, he said.

"There's no doubt we're very excited about the discovery and, I guess, looking forward to an opportunity for some diversification away from the forestry industry here in the Hudson Bay region," Dolezsar said.

Town officials say they would like to see the coal deposit power an electricity plant in the area, although any value-added use for the resource would be welcomed.

"If a coal-fired power plant were constructed, there would be 500 to 800 construction jobs for a couple of years and probably 200 to 300 operating (jobs), including the mining, thereafter, so that definitely could be huge for the whole region," Dolezsar explained.

The Border site is located about 60 kilometres from Hudson Bay.

Even if the timing, and type, of the development at Border isn't yet settled, Drever said one thing is clear.

"It's got, I think, some serious economic implications for Saskatchewan," he said.

Westcore is sure to hit coal just how much remains to be seen but this alliance between these two companies is excellent for both companies and I WOULD NOT be surprised if Westcan is brought into the fold since I would suspect that Westcans holdings just WEST of Goldsource and Westcores properties is Westcans next target since they have hit coal in 20 out of 40 holes either on the NW side of the property or just north of Westcores North property. It would make sense to eventually link all these deposits together into one play since it would be more economically feasible to pool the resources.

On May 23rd, 2008 WestCan Uranium Corporation (WestCan) submitted an application for Coal Property Permits (CPP) covering 23,040 acres in East Central Saskatchewan near Tobin Lake, shortly after Goldsource Mines Inc., announced it had discovered coal in two separate drill holes located near the Town of Hudson Bay, Saskatchewan, close to the Manitoba Border.

The two coal intercepts were approx. 25 and 35 meters in thickness. Subsequent testing of the intercepts graded the coal encountered from High Volatile Bituminous C to Sub-Bituminous B. Goldsource believes the coal it encountered is from the Mannville/Swan River group of Creataceous age (Goldsource Mines Inc. news release in Stockwatch on May 5, 2008). Coal structures of the Creataceous age are generally stratigraphic and can encompass several thousand square kilometres.

WESCAN COMMENCES DRILLING HUDSON BAY COAL PROPERTIES

Wescan Goldfields Inc. (“Wescan” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that drilling has commenced on the Company’s Hudson Bay, Saskatchewan coal exploration project. Drilling locations have been targeted using Fugro Airborne Surveys (“Fugro”)specialized geophysical processing and interpretation on GEOTEM Electromagnetic
Magnetic data. This data will enable Wescan to identify all potential coal bearing subbasins on all of the Company’s coal permits.

Wescan will initially explore a large block of coal permits, approximately 86 kilometres wide lying north of the Pasquia Hills in an area where potential depth to coal may be shallow. Within this northern block, Fugro has identified a number of priority geophysical anomalies that may be related to laterally extensive coal deposits. These geophysical anomalies are interpreted to be very large, some in excess of 15 kilometres in diameter.

Wescan will also explore for coal on two of its southern coal permit blocks, which lie south of the massive coal discovery by Goldsource Mines Inc. These southern blocks have also been identified by Fugro to potentially host numerous coal bearing subbasins.
The first phase of drilling will be extensive and will utilize helicopter support to maximize efficiency and reduce the impact to the environment.

Westcore Announces 7.12 Metre Carbonaceous Zone Intersected in Preliminary Hudson Bay North Drill Hole

CALGARY, ALBERTA, Dec 22, 2009 (Marketwire via COMTEX News Network) --

Westcore Energy Ltd. ("Westcore" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:WTR) is pleased to report that it has completed a preliminary drill hole on its Hudson Bay North property, located immediately north of Goldsource Mines Inc.'s Border property. Hole WTRHB09-01 intersected a 7.12 metre thick carbonaceous zone starting at 47.45 metres below surface, consisting of coal fragments and narrow coal seams within a continuous black, carbonaceous mudstone/siltstone unit. The hole is located on the edge of a promising airborne geophysical target that suggests the centre of a potentially coal-bearing basin lies 1 km to the southeast. A road has been constructed into the centre of this target for the second scheduled drill hole, but warming temperatures precluded adequate frozen ground to hold heavy drilling equipment. Drilling has been postponed until early January in order to allow freezing ground conditions to improve. Accompanying this press release is a map showing the approximate location of this hole.

As described in Westcore's December 17, 2009, press release, the Corporation began its 2009-2010 winter drilling program this week by examining easy access drilling targets that it could drill in the immediate short term. Hole WTRHB09-01 was chosen by Westcore staff for its ease of access along previously existing logging roads, while winter roads are being constructed to the high-priority targets chosen by Goldsource (see news release dated December 11, 2009). That construction is currently ongoing.

Damit läßt sich für potenzielle Kohle-Lagerstätten eine 'Signatur' erstellen, die auf korrelierenden Daten aus geophysikalischen Meßflügen, elektronischen Bohrlochmessungen und geologischen Bodenanalysen mittels Bohrung basieren.

Diese Matrix wird zunächst auf die geophysikalischen Flugmessdaten angewendet, die Westcore mittels Fugro-Messtechnik in einem Kohle-Konzessionsgebiet, das unter dem Namen Hudson Bay North Block bekannt ist und unmittelbar an den nördlichen Bereich des Goldsource-Grundstück Border anschließt, ermittelt hat. Basierend auf den Ergebnissen dieser Analyse wird Goldsource Westcore die entsprechenden Koordinaten für vorrangige Bohrziele bekannt geben. Wenn die Ergebnisse für den Westcore-Konzessionsblock Hudson Bay North Block zufriedenstellend sind, wird auch das Datenmaterial aus anderen Kohle-Grundstücken von Westcore möglichst rasch ausgewertet.

Westcore wird zunächst 100.000 Stammaktien auf Goldsource übertragen. Für den Fall, dass Westcore im Rahmen seiner Bohrungen auf jedem der beiden von Goldsource identifizierten Bohrziele zumindest einen Kohleabschnitt von mindestens 10 Metern Mächtigkeit erfolgreich durchschneidet (Erfolgskriterien), treten die nachfolgenden Zusatzbedingungen in kraft:

(a) Westcore übergibt zusätzlich eine Million Stammaktien an Goldsource;

(b) Goldsource erhält eine 25%ige Förderbeteiligung an allen Kohlefeldern von Westcore in Saskatchewan und Manitoba;

(c) bevor Goldsource seinen Anteil von 25 % an den Ausgaben entrichtet, investiert Westcore zusätzlich 3 Millionen $ in die erwähnten Kohlefelder;

(d) Westcore und Goldsource unterzeichnen eine Joint-Venture-Vereinbarung (Verhältnis 75% / 25%), die den in der Bergbauindustrie gängigen Vertragsbestimmungen für Joint Ventures entspricht;

(e) Goldsource bringt jene 10 Kohlekonzessionsgebiete, die innerhalb des Hudson Bay North Block liegen und zu 100 % dem Unternehmen gehören, in die Vereinbarung ein. Der Hudson Bay North Block grenzt an das Grundstück Border in Saskatchewan, das ebenfalls Goldsource gehört;

(f) für den Fall, dass Westcore von Zeit zu Zeit Anteile an weiteren potenziellen Kohle-Grundstücken in Saskatchewan oder Manitoba erwirbt, erhält Goldsource die Möglichkeit, sich mit einer JV-Gewinnbeteiligung von 25 % daran zu beteiligen.

Sollten die Erfolgskriterien nur auf einem der von Goldsource identifizierten Zielgebiete erfüllt werden, wird Goldsource nur die Hälfte der begebbaren Aktien erhalten. Die übrigen der vorgenannten Bedingungen treten erst in kraft, wenn die Erfolgskriterien zur Gänze erfüllt werden. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt werden dann auch die noch ausstehenden Aktien übertragen.

Dann wird es spannend, kommt kein Bericht, keine Bohrergebnisse dann wird es wieder abwärts gehen.

Sollten die 2,33 CAD geknackt werden, dann haben wir wieder platz bis 2,50 CAD.
Mit entsprechenden NEWS könnte auch mehr drin sein......

When Goldsource Mines Inc. first setits eyes on the Hudson Bay area of east-central Saskatchewan, the company hadits heart set on finding diamonds.

Instead, Goldsource discovered amajor coal resource that, on average, is as thick as a seven-storey building istall and is large enough to provide 10 to 20 per cent of the province's powerneeds.

The development of theVancouver-based company's Border coal project is still in the very early stages-- only 10 per cent of the site has been explored -- but preliminary figuresshow Goldsource may have found a resource that's not as pretty as a diamond,but could be an economic gem in its own right.

"I think, from a long-term perspective,this is an energy source for Saskatchewan that didn't exist two years ago untilour discovery," Drever said.

An initial resource estimate for theBorder project of around 170 million tonnes of coal could power a 300-megawattpower plant for 50 years or a 600-megawatt plant for 30 years. The site has anestimated worth of $1.7 billion to $3.4 billion, Drever said.

The tonnage at the site, ifconverted to petroleum products through a gasification process, is exciting forthe company as well, he said.

"If you do the math on what wehave right now, we've probably got something in the order of the equivalent of400 to 500 million barrels of oil," Drever added.

In addition to work on a resourceestimate for Border, the company is moving ahead with a scope study in 2010 todetermine the best environmental and economic use for the coal resource.

"What we want to do is build aresource base that's sufficiently large to support the kind of productiondevelopment that you would expect," Drever said, adding options for thecoal also include exporting it out of province.

Drever said he has met withSaskatchewan government ministers, along with SaskPower, to discuss options forthe deposit.

"I've had a number ofconversations -- they're very preliminary, obviously -- and we really need toget a decent handle on what the resource base or the reserve base might bethere before we can pick a direction in which we might want to go," hesaid.

Energy and Resources Minister Bill Boydsaid the Border discovery holds huge potential for the province, which isalready the third-largest producer of coal in Canada. Saskatchewan generatesabout 55 per cent of its power from coal, he added.

"Goldsource's recent discoverywould appear to be a very, very significant resource of sub-bituminous coal,which is a pretty good grade of coal, better than anything we have in theprovince at this point in time," Boyd said.

"It looks very, very positive.They're assessing that resource . . . and I'm sure there's going to be prettysignificant investor interest in this area."

The minister said the province looksat all types of resource development "as potentially very positive."Companies looking to develop resources in Saskatchewan, however, must meetenvironmental criteria.

"People expect these projectsto be sustainable, to be . . . handled in an environmentally responsiblefashion. All of those things are part of that, any of these discussions,"Boyd said.

Coal exploration in the Hudson Bayarea is exciting for the community of 1,800, said town administrator RickDolezsar. Goldsource isn't the only company exploring for coal in the region,but the Border find holds significant long-term potential for Hudson Bay, hesaid.

"There's no doubt we're veryexcited about the discovery and, I guess, looking forward to an opportunity forsome diversification away from the forestry industry here in the Hudson Bayregion," Dolezsar said.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 25, 2010) - Goldsource Mines Inc. (TSX VENTURE:GXS - News; the "Company") is pleased to announce that the NI 43-101 Technical Report which includes the compliant, initial thermal coal resource estimated by Moose Mountain Technical Services for the Company's Border property near Hudson Bay, Saskatchewan has been filed on SEDAR (www.sedar.com). The report details the work carried out to date and provides resource estimates and analytical results as well as detailed geological interpretations based on 119 diamond drill holes totalling approximately 17,370 metres of core drilling. Three phases of core drilling since 2008 have been completed at Border to establish this technical analysis and initial estimated coal resource.

The current estimated coal resources at Border consist of 63.5 million Indicated tonnes plus 89.6 million Inferred tonnes, and 18.7 million Speculative tonnes. The Inferred and Speculative resources are limited only by the current lack of drill hole data within an already defined geophysical anomaly. The Inferred Resources are contained in two deposits, Niska 108 and Niska 107, which contain 66.1 million tonnes and 23.5 million tonnes respectively. Further drilling is planned that may convert the majority, if not all, of the Inferred and Speculative tonnes into the Indicated Resource category.

Geological interpretations of the drill core and downhole geophysical logs have determined that there are three main seams at Border which have been designated Durango A, B and C. The Geologic-Type as defined by GSC Paper 88-21 with respect to the complexity of the deposits is considered "Moderate" and the Deposit-Type is considered "Surface Mineable". The resources are distributed over 4 sub-basins which include 14 potentially surface mineable deposits which range in size from 1.8 million tonnes to 66.1 million tonnes.

Border Coal Quality Summary

The preliminary coal quality results at Border, as determined by Loring Labs of Calgary, Alberta, indicate that:

- Border coal is ranked as sub-bituminous A to C according to ASTM standards. The previously stated bituminous ranking by Loring was re- ranked to sub-bituminous based on petrographic analysis;

- As Received Ash ranges from 11.7 to 22.1% by weight (wt) which is similar to currently producing coal mines in Alberta;

- As Received Total Moisture content ranges from 17.7 to 33.4% (wt) which is standard for sub-bituminous coals. Total Moisture includes inherent and surface moisture as received by the laboratory;

- Equilibrium Moisture which is the approximate amount of moisture inherent in the coal averages 22% (wt) from a Total Moisture of approximately 31% (selective samples). This indicates that a reduction in moisture is therefore possible with a subsequent increase in Calorific Value (CV). Further test work is being planned to fully analyze this upgrading concept;

- As Received Sulphur ranges from 1.5 to 3.2% (wt);

- As Received Calorific Value (Heat Value) ranges from 13,335 to 17,594 KJ/Kg (5,734 to 7,565 BTU/lb) using AR Ash and Total Moisture. A majority of the resource is above 7,300 BTU/lb AR which is similar to currently producing coal mines in Alberta; and

- Air Dried Calorific Value (Heat Value) ranges from 18,027 to 21,977 KJ/Kg (7,750 to 9,450 BTU/lb) using an average AD laboratory value of 5%, as dried by Loring.

Border thermal coal quality in regards to Moisture, Ash and Calorific Values are comparable to the Alberta Plains coal deposits which currently produce most of the electric power for Alberta. The general thickness of Alberta coal seams is 0.5 to 5 metres whereas at Border the average true thickness is approximately 25 metres. Average waste to coal ratios for Alberta coal operations are approximately 8:1 whereas at Border, some deposits have a waste to coal ratio as low as 3.3:1, making Border coal potentially more economically attractive for open pit or strip mining. A 20:1 incremental strip ratio is considered to be conceptually open pittable based on GSC Paper 88-21 and depending on the coal's monetary value.

The recommendations of the Technical Report are to complete a Preliminary Economic Assessment for the property to assess coal deposit mineability, washability, infrastructure requirements, permitting requirements, environmental baseline work, transport, pricing, local and export markets, preliminary capital and operating costs, on-site power plant viability and preliminary economic viability.

Geologically, the coal is located in the Cretaceous Mannville Group, mostly in the Cantuar Formation which is approximately 90 to 100 million years old. Coal occurs in discrete deposits ranging from 200 metres to greater than 2 kilometres in diameter. These deposits are currently considered to have formed in depressions, caused by the dissolution of salts and/or evaporate in the underlying Devonian limestones in which coal forming plant material collected.

Geophysically, the Company continues to refine its proprietary interpretation of the airborne geophysical signatures to determine which targets have the highest potential of being coal bearing. The drilling success rate is increasing with each program as adjustments are made while comparing actual field results to the Fugro airborne geophysical data. The geophysical success at Border is currently being implemented on the Company's other projects in Saskatchewan and Manitoba with multiple targets already defined for exploration drilling this winter.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 26, 2010) - Goldsource Mines Inc. ("Goldsource" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:GXS) announces that the winter drill program at its coal properties in Saskatchewan and Manitoba has commenced. The thirty-six man Border camp has been maintained throughout 2009 and is being utilized again as a staging area for most drilling and data collection.

BORDER PROPERTY, Hudson Bay, Saskatchewan

A two stage, twenty core hole program for approximately 3,000 metres of drilling is planned at Border. This program is focused on testing new target areas to expand the current resources shown below and converting Inferred resources to Indicated resources. There are currently approximately 15 more priority coal targets to be tested which are based on Goldsource's proprietary method of interpreting airborne geophysical data. This new exploration method which Goldsource has developed over the past 18 months has proven to be critical in the Border coal discoveries to date. The method is referred to by Goldsource as the Coal Identification Matrix ("CIM"). Stage one of the program (approximately 10 holes) will seek to upgrade the categories of current resources and add to the resource base by drilling at least four of the new priority targets. It is anticipated that the remaining undrilled targets will be tested in stage two.

The complete NI 43-101 Technical Report and resource estimate for the Border project has been filed on SEDAR. Please refer to news release dated November 9, 2009 for a summary of technical results. The Border property currently has NI 43-101 compliant resources as follows:

Indicated Resource: 63.5 million tonnes
Inferred Resource; 89.6 million tonnes
Speculative Resource: 18.7 million tonnes
A request for proposals to carry out an independent Preliminary Economic Assessment ("PEA") of the Border Project has been distributed to key coal consulting firms. The PEA will focus on elements of the preliminary economic viability of the Border coal related to potential onsite power generation, application of coal to liquid technologies, analyzing the potential for export to domestic and international markets, transportation alternatives, and the required capital and operating costs for conceptual operations.

PINE RIVER PROPERTY, Pine River, Manitoba

A two stage, 16 hole core drill program of approximately 3,000 metres of drilling is underway at Pine River. This program is focused on testing new coal targets defined by the Fugro EM airborne survey using the CIM. Multiple large geophysical anomalies exist within the 44,664 hectare land package. Stage one, estimated at 2,000 metres of drilling, will test the top priority targets and with success, stage two drill holes will be completed. Historical drilling, with reported coal intercepts ranging in thickness from 1.0 to 20 metres at depths of 14-90 metres, will be investigated along with previous coal mining near Pine River. Six holes, totalling approximately 500 metres of drilling were completed in December, 2009 on targets which were accessible but not high priority according to the Coal Identification Matrix. Two holes intercepted minor coal and carbonaceous material.

BALLANTYNE PROPERTY, Deschambault Lake, Saskatchewan

A two stage, 10 core hole program of approximately 1,000 metres of drilling is planned for Ballantyne. This program is focused on testing new coal targets defined by the 2009 Fugro EM airborne survey using the CIM. Multiple large geophysical anomalies exist within the 184,496 hectare land package. Stage one, estimated at 750 metres of drilling, will test the top priority targets and with success, stage two drill holes will be completed. Historical drilling with 17 metre and 24 metre reported coal zone intercepts are also being investigated in this program.

With success on drilling the targets on all three properties, a total of 46 holes (7,000 meters) are planned for the winter program with the expectation that at least a minimum of 29 holes should be completed.

Die Verfahren der Kohleverflüssigung haben aus Kostengründen derzeit keine größere wirtschaftliche Bedeutung. Bei anhaltend hohen Erdölpreisen ist allerdings mit einer Änderung dieses Zustands zu rechnen.

Kommerziell sind besonders die Kohleverflüssigungsanlagen in Südafrika, drei Fischer-Tropsch-Anlagen von der Firma Sasol betrieben, die mit einer Produktion von 160.000 Barrel/Tag ungefähr ein Drittel des südafrikanischen Kraftstoffverbrauchs decken, von Bedeutung. Die Errichtung einer vierten Anlage ist vorgesehen. Das Syntheseprodukt kann hier zu einem Preis von ca. 25 $/Barrel erzeugt werden. Entscheidend hierfür sind neben einer über Jahrzehnte ausgereiften Verfahrenstechnik insbesondere die niedrigen Kohleförderkosten in unmittelbarer Nähe des Standortes sowie die niedrigen Lohnkosten.

In der Volksrepublik China gibt es Planungen zum Bau von zwei Kohleverflüssigungsanlagen in den Provinzen Ningxia und Shaanxi. Die Anlagen sollen eine Kapazität von jeweils 80.000 Barrel/Tag haben (ca. 12.720 m3/Tag) und mit der Technologie der südafrikanischen Firma Sasol arbeiten. In Australien plant Monash Energy, eine Kooperation von Anglo American und Shell, ein langfristig angelegtes Großprojekt, das einen neu zu erschließenden Kohleabbau, Kohleverflüssigung und CO2-Sequestrierung umfasst und schließlich ungefähr ein Viertel des australischen Kraftstoffbedarfs liefern könnte.

Für Europa und Nordamerika wird damit gerechnet, dass bei einem bei 25-45 US-$ [2] je Barrel liegenden Ölpreis eine Kohleverflüssigung im großtechnischen Maßstab wirtschaftlich sein könnte. Hier bestünde zwar immer ein Kostennachteil gegenüber günstigen Kohlelagerstätten, es sind allerdings auch strategische Überlegungen von Bedeutung. Die amerikanische Luftwaffe (USAF) startete im September 2006 Testflüge mit B-52 Bombern, die teilweise durch synthetischen Kraftstoff angetrieben werden. Hintergrund hierzu ist die Verringerung der Abhängigkeit der Landesverteidigung von Ölimporten.

Saturday, 06 Feb 2010Wescan Goldfields Inc announce that Phase 1 drilling has been completed on its 100% owned Hudson Bay and Pinehouse Coal Properties. At Hudson Bay, coal was intersected in 21 out of 40 drill holes, with a maximum coal zone thickness of 12.90 metres.

These initial coal discoveries will direct the drilling locations in the upcoming 2010 Phase 2 Drill Program, aimed at targeting thicker intersections of coal. Coal zones ranged from continuous coal seams to coal zones with interbedded sand and carbonaceous material, with coal ranging from bright to dull. Eight holes contained coal zones greater than 5 metres thick. Several drill holes also contained more than one intersection of coal, suggesting the presence of multiple coal horizons.

Drilling results from the Phase 1 program indicates that the prospective area for coal is much greater than previously anticipated in the Hudson Bay area. Coal was intersected more than 50 kilometers to the west of and 10 kilometers to the south of previously reported coal intersections in the region, including intersections of coal northwest of the Pasquia Hills. These discoveries establish a new high priority focus for Wescan on four main areas of interest: The Red Deer Property, Bonus Property, Rice Property and Man River Property, proximal to Goldsource Mines Inc Border Property hosting a NI43-101 compliant Indicated and Inferred coal resource estimate of 153.1 million tonnes.

Phase 1 drilling results have provided an excellent geological understanding of the regional sedimentary depositional environment. With this new information, Wescan has developed a new geoscientific data framework aimed to identify where sub basins containing thicker intersections of coal may occur. This data framework will utilize all new stratigraphic data obtained from drill core and down-hole geophysics layered together with recently acquired airborne geophysics in order to assist and prioritize future drill targets on Wescan's four main areas of interest, which still remain 90 percent unexplored. Exploratory core drilling is planned to continue throughout the winter and with frozen ground, Wescan can now access previously inaccessible drilling locations, which include some untested top priority Phase 1 targets.

Initial identification of the coal zone intervals/intersections is based on visual characteristics. The term 'carbonaceous zone' is used here to describe a black to brown carbonaceous section that includes coal, silty/sandy coal and partings of sedimentary units of sandstone to mudstone. These latter sedimentary units, considered to be part of the carbonaceous zone, contain variable amounts of coal fragments and stringers that range in quantity from abundant to minor.

Coal sampling is underway with initial analytical results pending.

Wescan has initiated a coal exploration program on its 100% owned property near Pinehouse Lake, Saskatchewan. The Company has 50 coal dispositions covering 38,304 hectares in an area where Mannville aged coal is known to exist. Historical drilling in this region intersected 1 to 3 meter thick coal seams at approximately 50 metres below surface in a region where overburden is limited.

This initial drill program at the Pinehouse Lake Property aimed to confirm the historical coal intersections and obtain geological stratigraphic data that will be used in developing a stratigraphic and structural model for targeting thicker, near surface coal seams. A second phase of drilling is currently being planned by Wescan and positive results from this second phase will lead to follow-up infill drilling to define a potential coal resource.

Initial identification of the coal zone intervals/intersections is based on visual characteristics. The term 'carbonaceous zone' is used in the same context as defined in Table 1 for Hudson Bay Coal Intersections. The Company cautions against placing undue reliance on the visual observations of the coal until the results of the analytical work have been announced. - Border coal is ranked as sub-bituminous A to C according to ASTM standards. The previously stated bituminous ranking by Loring was re- ranked to sub-bituminous based on petrographic analysis;







Man arbeitet aber auch schon daran die Qualität der Kohle zu erhöhen........

- Equilibrium Moisture which is the approximate amount of moisture inherent in the coal averages 22% (wt) from a Total Moisture of approximately 31% (selective samples). This indicates that a reduction in moisture is therefore possible with a subsequent increase in Calorific Value (CV). Further test work is being planned to fully analyze this upgrading concept;

Pro Woche geht in China mindestens ein Kohlekraftwerk ans Netz – die Staatsregierung setzt stark auf das "schwarze Gold ": Es soll den rasch wachsenden Energiebedarf der aufstrebenden Wirtschaftsmacht decken und die Industrialisierung vorantreiben. Bis 2020 möchte das Reich der Mitte deshalb mehr als 400 große Kohlekraftwerke mit jeweils 1000 Megawatt Leistung errichten.

Mit diesen Plänen bleibt Kohle auch mittelfristig der wichtigste Energieträger Chinas – womit die Nation weltweit bei Weitem nicht allein steht. "Insgesamt lieferte Kohle im Jahr 2008 ein knappes Drittel des weltweiten Primärenergieverbrauchs, womit sie die zweite Stelle hinter Erd öl einnahm. Bei der Stromerzeugung bildete die Kohle mit einem Anteil von mehr als 40 Prozent sogar den wichtigsten Energierohstoff", meint Sandro Schmidt, Wirtschaftsgeologe bei der Bundesanstalt für Geowissenschaften und Rohstoffe (BGR) in Hannover.

Doch Chinas Energiehunger hat seinen Preis – national wie global. Denn die Förderung im Land selbst reicht nicht mehr aus, um den Binnenmarkt zu versorgen. SR: We have been watching Goldsource Mines Inc. (TSX.V:GXS) closely for some time now as the company’s principal Scott Drever is the CEO of SilverCrest Mines Inc. (TSX.V:SVL), a company under coverage by Fundamental Research. GXS is developing Saskatchewan’s newest coal resource discovery, and its work to date has outlined more than 170 million tons of good quality thermal coal in all NI 43-101 categories. The infrastructure is excellent with the border property being located near to major highways, railway and power. Some of the key aspects of the project are the quality of the coal, the open-pit mineability of the deposits and the comparability to coal mined in the Powder River Basin. According to the Coal Association of Canada, there are major deposits of lignite coal in Southern Saskatchewan, Alberta and Manitoba, though only the Saskatchewan deposits are currently being mined.

Low Chinese coal production target could mean a boost to imports
China's target of a 3.3% increase in coal production for the year is at the bottom end of analyst expectations

China's plan to raise coal production by 3.3 percent this year is at the bottom end of analyst expectations and could open the door to another huge boost in imports, if demand overshoots domestic supply.
The 2010 national economic plan issued by the National Development and Reform Commission on Friday put the year's raw coal output at 3.15 billion tonnes, up from 3.0 billion in 2009.
"That's very modest," said Ghee Peh, an analyst at UBS in Hong Kong, who forecasts output of about 3.2 billion tonnes.
He described the NDRC target as a low-ball number that would probably be exceeded.
"The real question now, from an analytical point of view, is whether demand is going to exceed 3.2 billion tonnes, and by how much. Then this will have huge implications for imports of energy."
Because China consumes so much coal, even a small shortfall in domestic supply can trigger a huge import surge.

That's what happened last year, when China's top coal province, Shanxi, shut down small and inefficient mines, while demand from steel mills and power generators rose. Import volumes more than tripled and China flipped from 5 million tonnes of net exports in 2008 to 103 million tonnes of net imports in 2009.
Standard Chartered coal analyst Judy Zhu said lower coal output could reduce China's reliance on the domestic market and increase the need for imports.

"Generally we still expect China to be a very strong importer of coal this year," she said.

Many analysts expect China's coal demand to track wider economic growth, forecast at 9.5 percent by a Reuters poll. [ID:nTOE60I08W].

China's main suppliers of coal last year were Australia, Indonesia and Vietnam, but China's relative hunger for imports and low global freight rates spurred shipments from as far afield as the United States and Canada.

habe mir den Chart noch mal angeschaut und sah/seh folgendes:

Diese Seitwärtsphase hatten wir im Nov./Dez. 09 auch schon mal und das gleiche spielt sich z.Z. auch seit ein paar Wochen wieder in der Range von 1,60 bis 1,70 CAD!

Was muss passieren damit wir jetzt endlich mal wieder hoch laufen?

- Bohrergebnisse, die sollten doch bald mal vermeldet werden und die müssen obendrein noch gut sein!!!

- Asienreise, was hat sie gebracht (mittlerweile meiner Meinung erst mal nur Beiwerk)

- Was hat die PDAC erbracht, neue Interessenten?!

- Mögliches PP


Gute Ergebnisse, wenn sie vermeldet werden, können den Kurs noch mal auf die 2,00 CAD laufen lassen. Wäre wünschenswert.

Dann wenn wir dort angekommen sind, eine weitere gute NEWS und wir könnten noch mal bis 2,33 CAD laufen!

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - March 22, 2010)

- Westcore Energy Ltd. ("Westcore" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:WTR) is pleased to announce that it has completed its winter 2009/2010 drilling program on the Black Diamond and Hudson Bay North Properties. A total of 2,429 metres was drilled in 30 holes, resulting in the discovery of 4 new coal deposits.

Highlights of the winter program are as follows:

- 3 new deposits were discovered on the Black Diamond Property in Manitoba, and 1 new deposit on the Hudson Bay Property in Saskatchewan (see Figure 1).

- Total number of coal deposits discovered to date on Westcore properties is 5.

- Coal intercepts on the new discoveries range in thickness between 5 and 46 metres.

- 76 samples have been shipped to Birtley labs in Calgary for proximate analysis.

- The coal's appearance is black, dull to bright, and visually similar to high-quality thermal coals previously identified by Goldsource Mines Inc. ("Goldsource") on their Border Property, near Hudson Bay, Saskatchewan.

Both of Westcore's winter drilling programs in Saskatchewan and Manitoba were terminated nearly a month early due to record-breaking warm temperatures. This caused winter roads and ice bridges to deteriorate beyond the point of safe use. As a consequence, only 30 holes of a planned 48-hole program were drilled, leaving some of the high-priority targets untested.

BLACK DIAMOND PROPERTY SUMMARY

The plan for the 2010 winter drilling program at Black Diamond was to test the top 4 targets supplied to Westcore by Goldsource, utilizing their proprietary geophysical matrix as per the agreement made between the two companies (see Westcore's press release dated December 11, 2009). Roads and sites were built to all four targets, but soon after drilling began on March 3, it became apparent that spring-like conditions were going to persist. The decision was made to quickly move to as many targets as possible before deterioration of winter roads and ice bridges forced closure of the program. As a result, only 4 holes out of a planned 16-hole program were drilled: 2 holes on one target (Cyclops), and one hole each on two more targets (Ambit and Athena, see Figures 1 & 2). All three targets successfully returned very thick intercepts of coal, as summarized in Table 1. All together, 414 metres of HQ core was drilled.

The coal intercepts are made up of nearly 100% coal from top to bottom, with very minor partings, as can be seen in the photo below. The coal generally occurs sandwiched between other carbon-bearing units, such as high-ash coal and carbonaceous sandstone, siltstone and mudstone. The coal and carbonaceous units together fall within what is termed a 'carbonaceous zone'. The overall width of the carbonaceous zone from each hole is detailed in Table 1. Due to various drilling and geological circumstances, all three coal-bearing holes were terminated before reaching the underlying Jurassic/Devonian units, typically used as the termination point for coal exploration. Therefore, the possibility exists that more coal could still occur at depth, as has been witnessed in some drill holes on Goldsource's Border Property (see multiple coal seams in Hole BD09-107, Goldsource news release dated August 24, 2009).

Hole BD10-01, located 281 metres north of Hole BD10-02 in the Cyclops area, did not intersect coal, having intersected shallow Jurassic/Devonian units at 27 m depth. The relationship between Holes 01 & 02 is typical of many coal basins discovered to date along the Durango Trend, in the Hudson Bay area. Based upon previous results reported by Westcore and Goldsource, it appears that drill holes that intersect 30+ metres of coal within basins whose bottoms are well over 100 metres below surface can encounter near-surface ( less than 30 metres) Jurassic-Devonian units in step-out holes that are located only 10's of metres away. This type of spatial relationship between nearby holes suggests that some coal basins are bounded by steep-angled walls that may, in some instances, turn out to be near-vertical, limestone 'cliffs'.

HUDSON BAY NORTH PROPERTY SUMMARY

The purpose of the winter drilling program on the Hudson Bay North Property was to test four priority targets as selected by Goldsource. The program was shut down early for the same reasons as the Black Diamond project, and only 26 holes out of a planned 32-hole program were drilled, for a total of 2016.5 metres. Following is a summary of the four targets drill-tested this winter (refer to Figure 3).

This target is the highest priority target on the Hudson Bay Property and had been identified by Westcore as a potential target prior to receiving confirmation from Goldsource that it was also their highest priority target. Westcore made the decision to drill the target with a helicopter ahead of building a winter road to the area. Two holes were drilled (CO-01 & 02) but neither hit coal, having intersected Devonian limestone units at a shallow depth instead. Once the proprietary geophysical information was received from Goldsource, however, it became apparent that the two helicopter holes could have been drilled along the outer edges of a basin. As mentioned above, the coal basins in this general area can be bounded by steep, limestone cliffs, and it is entirely possible that a large basin exists between these two holes, which are separated by a distance of approximately 0.9 kilometres. Construction of a winter road into the area was started in mid-February; however, prolonged warm temperatures prevented adequate completion of the road. At this point, Westcore management feels the most economic approach to take before more drilling is conducted on their top priority target is to research different ground geophysical methods and select the one best suited to define the edges of the coal basin. Once ground surveys are completed, a far more efficient drilling program can be implemented.

Waskwei West

The first hole drilled into this target (HBN-11) intersected 8.1 metres of black, carbonaceous material before entering Jurassic units at 49.7 metres depth (Table 2). Hole HBN-12 stepped out 170 m to the south and was successful in intersecting a coal basin. The hole intersected a carbonaceous zone spanning 95.7 metres in width, within which a 25.5 metre higher density coal unit occurs, which in turn contains a 5.5 m lower-density coal unit. The hole was terminated in Jurassic units beginning at 143.4 metres below surface. Several step-out holes from the basin were drilled on existing roads (Holes HBN-13 through 17), but all five holes intersected narrow carbonaceous zones before entering Jurassic units at shallow depths, with nearly identical geology to Hole HBN-11. The seven holes drilled in this area once again illustrate that steep walls can bound the coal basins, especially evidenced by Holes HBN-12 and HBN-17, which are only 74 metres apart from each other. Westcore was preparing to build new winter roads to test the southerly extension of the basin when active logging operations began in the immediate area. It was decided to wait until logging operations terminated before returning to the area, but by then unseasonably warm temperatures precluded adequate winter road construction. As one of Goldsource's priority targets, Waskwei West warrants further investigation. It's steep and abrupt basin edges, as demonstrated by Holes HBN-12 & 17, makes this target a prime candidate for a ground-geophysical survey ahead of further drilling.

Stony Creek

Hole HBN-18, spotted on top of a priority target, failed to intersect coal, intersecting Jurassic units at shallow depths instead (45.8 metres below surface). To test the theory that we were once again dealing with steep-walled basins - and that Hole HBN-18 was situated on the outer edge of the basin - several step-out holes were drilled (Holes HBN-19 through HBN-22). All holes encountered shallow Jurassic units without intersecting any coal or carbonaceous material. It appears as though this target failed to represent a coal basin, however Hole HBN-20 intersected a 23.4 metre interval of dark grey mudstone/siltstone of unknown age (directly above Jurassic units) that displays very steep, consistent bedding angles (near vertical in dip). The steep bedding angles suggest this hole may have been located very near to the edge of a basin, the centre of which could still be located within the area of the Goldsource target, but the decision was made to cease drilling until ground geophysical surveys could be conducted.

Waskwei East

A lower-priority target selected by Goldsource occurs at the far southern tip of a roughly N-S, elongated geophysical anomaly. While a winter road was being constructed to this southerly point, two holes were drilled on the northern part of the anomaly (Holes HBN-23 & 24). Both intersected Devonian limestone directly below the glacial till. At this point, drilling operations were moved over to Manitoba while the remainder of the road was being constructed. However, warm temperatures caused the newly constructed road to soften too rapidly before the drill rig could be moved back to test the target. This target also warrants a ground geophysical survey to be conducted prior to any further drilling.

Other Drill Holes

Early in the program, while waiting for priority-target locations from Goldsource and winter road construction to be completed to those targets, Westcore conducted their own exploration drilling to test geophysical anomalies immediately accessible along existing logging roads. One such anomaly was reported in the Westcore news release dated December 22, 2010, where a 7.12-metre carbonaceous unit was intersected in Hole WTRHB09-01. As mentioned in that release, the geophysical data suggested the hole was located on the edge of a potential basin whose centre was 1 kilometre away. Hole HBN-02 was drilled there, but no coal was intersected (see Table 3). Several step-out holes from the initial hole were drilled to test if the carbonaceous zone expanded in any direction to include actual coal layers. Similar carbonaceous zones to Hole WTRHB09-01 were intersected, but a deeper basin with significant coal intercepts was never found. Table 2 summarizes the results of these holes.

Drill holes HBN-03, HBN-04, HBN-07, HBN-09 and HBN-10, drilled on various geophysical anomalies, did not intersect any significant coal or carbonaceous units.

AGREEMENT WITH GOLDSOURCE

As noted in Westcore's news release dated December 11, 2009, Westcore's agreement with Goldsource defined the term, "Success Criteria" as the "successful drilling of at least one intercept consisting of not less than 10 metres of coal on each of two drill targets identified by Goldsource". As the Success Criteria have been satisfied, the following terms of the foregoing agreement will now take effect;



(a) Westcore will issue an additional 1.0 million common shares of Westcore to Goldsource;(b) Goldsource will receive a 25% working interest in all of Westcore coal lands in Saskatchewan and Manitoba;(c) Westcore will expend an additional $3.0 million on the aforementioned lands before Goldsource will be required to contribute its 25% of expenditures;(d) Westcore and Goldsource will enter into a 75% / 25% joint venture agreement with terms and conditions standard to mining industry joint ventures;(e) Goldsource will contribute its 100% interest in its 10 sections of coal permits that are within Westcore's northern block adjacent to Border in Saskatchewan; and(f) In the event that Westcore acquires interests from time to time in any additional prospective coal properties in Saskatchewan or Manitoba, Goldsource shall have the option to acquire a 25% joint venture participating interest therein.

Wir haben aus der Sicht des Charts fast die gleiche Formation wie im Dezember 2009. (siehe Feile)

Sollte es jetzt nach oben drehen, dann könnte ich mit meiner "W"-Formation noch Recht behalten, dann könnten wir wieder Kurse um die 2,30 CAD sehen.

Dann müssen wir sehen wie es weiter geht.

Goldsource hängt bei 1,7 CAN$ an seinen 3 gleitenden durchschnitten dran. Ich weiss nicht warum, es ist nur so ein Gefühl, aber ich glaube, dass er diese Zone nicht im ersten Anlauf knackt.
Die Markttechnik spricht aber gegen mein Gefühl. Die sagt durch den Stochastik, der im unteren neutralen Bereich liegt und ansteigt, dass GXS ausbrechen sollte. Auch das Handelsvolumen sieht ganz gut aus.
Was mich so'n bisschen stört ist, dass der Kurs genau in dieser Zone mit den 3 GLD's liegt. Vielleicht tut sich aber heute abend noch was.

Gibt es für GXS auch Ergebniszahlen?

Goldsource Drills 126.5 Metre Coal Zone Intercept, Completes Winter Program






VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - April 9, 2010) -

Goldsource Mines Inc. ("Goldsource" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:GXS)(FRANKFURT:G5M) is pleased to report that it has completed drilling 27 core holes for the winter 2009-10 exploration program at its wholly-owned Border Project ("Border") located near Hudson Bay, Saskatchewan, Canada which encountered several thick coal zones including 126.5 metres in the Niska 107 deposit. Drilling to date has discovered 17 coal deposits at Border with good potential for additional coal discoveries (see attached map: http://media3.marketwire.com/docs/gs.jpg).




The winter program also included 5 drill holes on the Ballantyne property as well as 8 holes on the Company's quarry claims in Manitoba.


Current coal resources at Border, as established in the Company's NI 43-101 "Technical Report on the Border Coal Property, Resource Estimation" prepared by Moose Mountain Technical Services dated December 24, 2009 and available at www.sedar.com, include:



-- Indicated Resources: 63.5 million tonnes
-- Inferred Resources: 89.6 million tonnes
-- Speculative Resources: 18.7 million tonnes


The highlights of the winter program are as follows:


-- The most significant coal zone intervals occurred in the Niska sub-basin
in holes BD10-119 and BD10-136 with true, aggregate thicknesses of
approximately 64.3 metres and 126.5 metres respectively. Two in-fill
holes (BD10-124 and 140) were drilled at previously defined Chemong 03
and Pasquia 02 coal deposits which confirmed the significant true
aggregate thickness of 74.0 and 53.0 metre coal zone intercepts,
respectively.

-- Infill drilling has given better definition to the Niska 107 and 108
deposits where the emphasis was on upgrading Inferred Resources to
Indicated Resources. A majority of the 89.6 million tonnes of Inferred
Resource at Niska are expected to be converted to Indicated Resources.

-- Winter drilling identified a new coal deposit at Niska (1 metres) and a
second one at Leaf Lake (2 metres). 27 drill holes totalling 3,768
metres were drilled at Border. Fourteen drill holes intercepted
aggregate coal zone thicknesses ranging up to 126.5 metres. Those holes
that did not intercept coal were generally on the periphery of known
coal deposits. Of the 27 holes, 3 were drilled for geotechnical and
hydrological data.

-- A total of 177 coal samples were sent to Loring Labs in Calgary, Alberta
for proximate analyses and additional testing.

-- Two geotechnical and one hydrological drill holes were completed, the
results of which will be used in the Preliminary Economic Assessment
(PEA) that is currently underway.

-- Marston Consultants of Calgary, AB and EBA Engineering Consultants (EBA)
of Vancouver, BC began the PEA, which is scheduled for completion in the
3rd quarter of 2010. Several coal technologies for energy production are
under review including clean coal power generation, coal quality
upgrading, coal gasification and coal to liquids.

-- Environmental baseline work under the direction of EBA has begun with
emphasis on collecting data and reporting on results for the PEA.

-- Five drill holes totalling 569 metres were completed at the Ballantyne
property in Saskatchewan to test airborne geophysical targets. No coal
was intercepted in these holes.

-- A total of 8 holes were completed at the Pine River property in Manitoba
with 2 coal intercepts from 1 to 3 metres thick. Drilling was
discontinued pending completion of the consultation process between the
Government of Manitoba and First Nations groups regarding the work
program.

-- Under an agreement with Westcore Energy Ltd. to identify coal targets
using Goldsource proprietary geophysical tools, the success criteria set
out in the agreement have been satisfied and the Company is entitled to
receive, amongst other things, an additional 1 million shares of
Westcore and a 25% working interest in Westcore's coal lands in
Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Westcore has recently announced the discovery
of several significant coal deposits adjacent to the Border property in
which Goldsource now has a 25% interest. Please refer to the Company's

Initial identification of the intervals of coal in the table above is based on visual and downhole geophysical characteristics. The Company cautions against placing undue reliance on the visual and downhole survey observations of the coal until the results of the analytical work have been announced. Sampling and laboratory test work has commenced at Loring Labs in Calgary on 177 samples with compiled results anticipated by early June 2010.


Drill holes BD10-117, BD10-118, BD10-126, BD10-128 to 131, BD10-134 and BD10-137 contained no significant coal intercepts. Three engineering holes were completed to initially test geotechnical and hydrological parameters for the PEA.


This current phase of drilling is now completed and all data will be compiled and incorporated into an updated NI 43-101 Technical Report which will include an updated resource model and the results of the PEA which is underway with completion anticipated in late Q3, 2010.

Mein Fazit zu den Ergebnissen:

Man hat in zwei Bohrungen eine Kohledicke von bis zu 126,5 Meter gefunden. Aber es waren auch Luftnummern dabei, aber die sollten nicht weiter stören....

177 Proben sind in Calgary im Labor und die Ergebnisse sollen Anfang Juni 2010 kommen

Der alte Ni 43-101 soll durch diese Resultate verbessert werden. Ergebnis dazu wird Ende Q3 2010 erwartet.

Die PEA soll im Q3 2010 fertig sein un veröffentlicht werden.

Das JV mit Westcore Energy macht sich auch bezahlt, denn man war dort zufrieden mit der Nutzung des airborne geophysical tool von GXS.
Somit erhält GXS 1 Mio Aktien von Westcore Energy und besitzt nun 25% Anteile an der Firma.

Wenn jetzt der Kurs nicht anspringt und ich nicht zumindest mein "W" bekomme, dann weis ich auch keinen Rat mehr!

Annsonsten schau ich mir zum Aufrichten, in dieser "schwierigen" Zeit, den Ausblick aus der letzten Präsentation an und hoffe, das es GXS zeitmäßig auf die Reihe bekommt und dann auch anständig den Shareholdern komuniziert.

die 1,40 CAD haben nicht gehalten und da hatten wir eine gute Unterstützung......
Jetzt ist Platz bis 1,30 CAD

Wenn die 1,30 CAD auch nicht halten, dann sehen wir auch noch mal die 1,20 CAD.....





Aber da das MM so träge ist und nix neues zu vermeldet, wird auch langsam das Geld mal Knapp. So kann man sich leider nicht lange über Wasser halten.
Die Frage ist, was hat das MM vor......?

(TSX-V: GXS) are pleased to announce the joint appointment of Jada Soomer to the newly created role as Director of Communications. Ms. Soomer is based out of the Vancouver head office, and will report to J. Scott Drever, President of SilverCrest and Goldsource.
Ms. Soomer has more than 14 years of corporate communications, media and public relations experience, both in-house and as a consultant. She will be responsible for leading the day-to-day strategic communications and media relations efforts for SilverCrest and Goldsource, in addition to providing support for ongoing investor relations. Most recently, Ms. Soomer served as Manager, Corporate Communications for Genco Resources Ltd. from 2008 to 2010, where she oversaw a re-branding campaign that led initiatives to increase investor, social media and consumer market awareness of the company and its projects. She holds a BA in Psychology from the University of British Columbia and certification in Public Relations from Langara College. Ms. Soomer is a previous member of the Canadian Public Relations Society.

Scott Drever, President, stated, “SilverCrest is nearing production at its gold and silver mine in Mexico, and Goldsource has reached an advanced stage of exploration of its coal project in Saskatchewan. Ms. Soomer has been granted incentive stock options to purchase 75,000 common shares of SilverCrest and 25,000 common shares of Goldsource. The SilverCrest options are exercisable at $0.97 per share, and Goldsource options are exercisable at $1.37 per share, which were the respective market closing prices on May 4, 2010, the day preceding the grants. All options have a five-year term and are subject to vesting in accordance with applicable company policies.
SilverCrest Mines Inc. is a “Precious Metals Focused” exploration and development company with a portfolio of gold and silver deposits and high grade exploration properties located in Mexico and El Salvador.
