erst kam da eine email-empfehlung, die mir wie die typische Abzocke aussah. Kurs schon angesprungen und Abverkauf geplant. Diese Unbekannte Holding wollte sich eine kleine private Bank mit Sitz in der Schweiz kaufen. Damit ca 35 Mio Dollar cash und wohl die Bank-Lizenz.
In der Empfehlung war sogar das Logo der Bartter-Bank.
Schmunzeln über diese dreiste Abzocke und zuschauen.

In der Tat kam der Kurs wieder GANZ zurück, unter 2 Cent und dann hieß es, dass noch in dieser Woche der Abschluss der Bankübernahme stattfinden würde.
Der Kurs explodierte kam aber schnell wieder zurück und pendelt sich zur Stunde bei etwa 40% ein. Ist damit immer noch unter 2 Cent und noch entsprecxhend weit von den gepushten 40 Cent weg.

Wenn nun tatsächlich die schweizer Bank gekauft wurde und tatsächlich eine neue Online-plattform für eine Investment-Bank geschaffen wurde, dann müsste diese Bank schon etwas anbieten, was die große Konkurrenz nicht hat. Was sollte das sein?

Dan Pentimone is networking local businesses.

Three months ago, enamored by the potential in the concept of organized barter, Pentimone purchased the Topeka franchise for Tradebank.

"The company where I worked previously was a Tradebank client, and I saw their business grow by leaps and bounds," said Pentimone. "After witnessing that success, I was sold on Tradebank."

Tradebank International, which was formed in 1987, is a barter exchange company headquartered in Atlanta, with about 90 regional exchange offices in the U.S., Canada and Europe. Tradebank has more than 9,000 clients.

Barter, in the simplest form of the word, is the exchange of items of equivalent value between two individuals or businesses. Developing on that idea, Tradebank formed a system by which member businesses could interface and trade services among themselves.

"The advantage of being a Tradebank client is that a business does not need to find someone who simultaneously needs their products or services and also has to offer what the other company needs," said Kevin Doel, of Talon Communications, a public relations firm and a member of Tradebank Topeka.

Only one trader's need is required to start the process, Doel said.

For instance, a plumbing business can provide its services, and with the trade dollars earned (one trade dollar equals one U.S. dollar), it can buy its employees ice cream, get the lawn manicured or refurbish office furniture --- without spending actual cash from the business.

For its services, Tradebank has several fees.

"We have a one-time joining fee of $495 with some great introductory specials right now for new clients," said Pentimone, who has secured about 20 clients since the Topeka branch opened.

There also is a quarterly account fee of $29.95 and a brokerage fee of $10 to $15 for each transaction.

Jason Hull, the owner of Brite Idea, has struck three business deals in the past month.

"We set up wireless Internet at the Senate Luxury Suites and also built Web sites for BETO Junction Wholesale and Tradebank," Hull said.

With the trade dollars, Hull received the services of Reliable Car Shop and printed brochures at Huyett Printing.

"All those dollars are still safe in my pocket," he said.

Accounts are handled by brokers who render continual guidance and support for the businesses spending needs and assist in maximizing the benefits of this tool.

Lloyd Huyett, of Huyett Printing, has been a client of Tradebank Atlanta for 15 years.

"I got acquainted with some businesses which I would have otherwise not encountered," Huyett said. "But businesses should remember that they can't just become Tradebank members and sit back and expect Tradebank to get them all the business."

Pentimone said he hopes to promote the new franchise and also educate business owners in Topeka about the benefits of bartering.

"Businesses in Topeka deserve to have the taste of a tool like organized barter," Pentimone said. "I see tremendous scope."

inzwischen sind schon wieder einige Monate ins Land gegangen. Am 26. Feb wurde bekannt gegeben, dass die Software jetzt einsatzfähig ist.
Damit kann nun endlich die Handelsplattform benutzt werden.

Soweit ich es richtig verstehe, werden Leistungen angeboten und die Bartter Bank "kauft" sie mit ihrer eigenen Währung. Dann wird die Lweistung weiter "verkauft", und zwar an jemanden, der auch eine Leistung verkauft. Die Bartter Bank tritt gewissermaßen als Makler auf, aber auch als Clearingstelle. Dadurch wird es möglich eine höherwertige Leistung mit mehreren kleineren Leistungen gegen zu rechnen. Das "Geld" bleibt in der Bank als Buchung. Stellt sich die Frage, ob dann auch Steuern anfallen? Die Hilfswährung Bartter-Dollar wird dem US-Dollar gleichwertig gestellt.
Da eine schweizer Bank aufgekauft wurde (die wohl in Konkurs war?) sollte eine Banklizenz vorliegen. Damit könnten die Leistungen alsSicherheiten für Darlehen interpretiert werden.
Wenn der Tausch erst einmal anläuft, könnte ich mir vorstellen, dass sich das für alle (außer dem Finanzamt) rechnet.

Die Marktkapitalisierung beträgt derzeit etwa 100Tausend Dollar

Richtig gelesen. Die Vorbereitungen zu diesem neuen Geschäftsmodell haben über ein Jahr in Anspruch genommen und wurden konsequent Schritt für Schritt durchgeführt.
Noch kann man nicht sagen, ob und wie gut das Geschäft angenommen wird. Aber wenn es angenommen wird, dann sollte mindestens eine Kursexplosion zuerwarten sein, wie damals bei "Myhammer.de"
