...der Spanish Mountain!!! Auf der Homepage, unter Projkcts, können schöne Maps gefunden werden, die ein wenig aufschluss geben, über die gegebene Situation!!!

Bei unserem Nachbarn, sieht es folgendermaßen aus:
In March 13, 2009, Skygold Resources Ltd. announced an updated resource estimate for the main Zone at its Spanish Mountain project situated 2.0 km southeast of Acrex's principal property. Skygold's updated measured and indicated gold resource is 102.26 million tones at an average grade of 0.785 g/t (2.58 million contained ounces gold) based on a cut-off grade of 0.50 g/t gold. Skygold's updated resource represents an increase of 47% compared to its initial resource estimate for the project disclosed on April 3, 2008.

....freut mich, dass es ein bissl gefällt!

für das CEO-Video, das hab ich noch gar nicht gesehen

mit dem spanish mountain-projekt konnte man sich ein nicht unaussichtsreiches gebiet sichern. Bleibt spannend in welche Fantasien, diese 1,3 mio CAD umgewandelt werden können...

kleine frage noch, ich hätte gerne oben erwähnte bilder gepostet, nur schaff ich das nicht!!! Ist es überhaupt möglich diese Bilder zu posten, .....? kann mir bitte jemand helfen, danke!!!

ACREX PURCHASES NEVADA GOLD PROPERTY

Acrex Ventures Ltd. (the "Company") has entered into a Purchase and Sale Agreement to purchase a contiguous block of 52 non-patented mineral claims, located 40 kilometres east of Reno, in Washoe County, Nevada. The property - known as "Rainbow Canyon" - has an area of approximately 421 hectares (approximately 1040 acres). The claims are easily accessed by a series of gravel roads from Highway I-80 approximately 1 km south of the property.

The vendor, Gold (U.S.A.) Invest, Inc. ("Vendor"), is a wholly owned subsidiary of Entr�e Gold Inc. ("Entr�e"). Mr. Greg Crowe, a Director of the Company, is the President, CEO and a director of Entr�e and a director and President of the Vendor.

The purchase price of the claims is $125,000 (US) cash. A 3.0% NSR royalty is reserved to the Vendor subject to the Company's option to purchase up to a 2.0% NSR royalty by the payment of $500,000 for each 1.0% NSR royalty purchased.

The Agreement is subject to acceptance for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange.

The Rainbow Canyon property is underlain by mafic to felsic volcanic rock of Tertiary age. Gold mineralization, known in several areas of the property, has been found in altered mafic volcanics of the Alta Formation. Gold mineralization is associated with narrow steeply dipping quartz veins that are enveloped by 1 to 10 metre wide zones of bleaching and iron staining, within a more extensive area of argillic alteration.

Previous exploration work on the property has discovered a number of quartz veins that carry significant gold values. Alteration around the quartz veins suggests a low sulfidation mineralizing event. In a surface prospecting program by a previous owner rock chip samples taken from quartz vein float and outcrops exposed in historic prospecting pits are also reported to have produced assayed significant gold values.

The Rainbow Canyon gold mineralization is thought to be similar in age and host rock type to the nearby Comstock Mine. The property is situated within the Walker Lane structural belt which is host to several major gold and silver deposits - with historical production records - including the bonanza gold vein deposits of the Comstock Mine (7.65 Moz. gold and 177.0 Moz. silver), as well as large bulk-mineable gold-silver deposits such as the Rawhide Mine (1.5Moz. gold), and Paradise Peak (1.6 Moz. gold and 22.0 Moz. silver).

The Company has not independently verified the historical work done on or in the area of the property or the historical results. The Company plans to undertake a program of geological mapping, geochemical sampling, geophysical surveying, trenching and sampling to prepare the property for an initial drill program.

die letzten 12 monate verliefen alles andere als zufriedenstellend für
die shareholder, wobei durchaus pos. entwicklungen zu verzeichnen waren,
wie der verkauf des RAGLAN- prop. an RSV, womit man nunmehr sich auf die

Management has been monitoring the work done - and the results being achieved and announced - by Spanish Mountain Gold Ltd. (formerly Skygold Ventures Ltd.) on its mineral claims which lie between the two blocks of claims which comprise Acrex's Spanish Mountain property. Because the Skygold property adjoins the Company's property the results of Skygold's exploration of its property are very valuable to Management and the Company's geological consultants in planning the details of further work on the Company's property.

Recent reinterpretations, following successful drill-hole intercepts by Spanish Mountain Gold Ltd. on its property, indicate a gold-bearing corridor extending across the Acrex property. Exploration in the Spanish Mountain area is largely driven by a combination of geological, geochemical and geophysical airborne and ground surveys. Acrex has completed airborne electromagnetic and magnetic surveys over its property, as well as soil sampling and prospecting.

The results from the Acrex 2010 drill programme, combined with the results from the recently completed drilling by Spanish Mountain Gold, continue to support a corridor of gold-bearing volcanic and sedimentary rocks as a good exploration target for bulk-mineable gold mineralization, similar to that found in the Main Zone on Spanish Mountain Gold's property.

Acrex has entered into an agreement dated March 25, 2011 to purchase 52 non patented mining claims known as the Rainbow Canyon property. The purchase price of the claims is $125,000 (US) cash. A 3.0% NSR royalty is reserved to the Vendor subject to the Company's option to purchase up to a 2.0% NSR royalty by the payment of $500,000 for each 1.0% NSR royalty purchased.

In April, 2011 Acrex completed a sampling programme that involved taking 30 rock chip and grab samples from quartz veins, quartz veinlets and altered wallrock material that occurs in prospect pits, rock dumps, trenches and outcroppings of mineralization on the claims. Results showed that, of the 30 sites samples, 20 samples had greater than 0.l50 g/t gold and 14 samples had greater than 1.0 ppm gold with a maximum, in one sample, of 48.2 g/t gold. Alteration around the quartz veins suggests a low sulfidation gold mineralizing event.

The property is underlain by mafic to felsic volcanic rock of Tertiary age. The presently known gold mineralization occurs in altered mafic volcanics of the Alta Formation and is thought to be similar in age and host rock type to the nearby Comstock Mine. The property is situated within the Walker Lane structural belt which is host to several major gold and silver deposits with historical production. Habe mal gerechnet....

Spanish Mountain-Anteil ist aktuell 130.000 Can$ wert., Cash 431.000 Can$ = 561.000 Can$

Marktkapitalisierung bei einem Kurs von 0,05 (44 Mio. dil. Shares) 220.000 Can$ bzw. 440.000 Can$bei 0,01. Damit erklärt sich das hohe Bid sicher.

Fragt sich nur, ob ein Kauf bei 0,1 günstig ist, da man wohl kaum bei 0,05 zum Zug kommt.

Aktuell will der Vorstand ja abwarten und Tee trinken weil kein Projekt unter 0,5 Mio sinnvoll zu stemmen ist. Erscheint mir mehr als sinnvoll. Eine Cash-Burn-Rate für die laufenden Kosten habe ich auf die Schnelle nicht gefunden.

Also eine reine Wette auf einen steigenden Goldpreis und noch wichtiger steigendes Interesse der Majors für Junioren (sehe ich mittelfristig nicht)mit einem gewissen Hebel durch Spanish Mountain.

Günstig....nun ja, vermute wenn man lange sucht findet man Juniors mit einem höheren Cashbestand (auf die Grades schaut aktuell niemand).

will nicht bezweifeln, daß es im expl- dschungl derzeit nicht NOCH
reizvollere titel gibt........AKV gehört für MICH jedenfalls auch zu
den werten, die im grunde, wie DU selbst ja auch feststelltest, auf
akt. niv. seitwärts- oder aber UPPPP- potential haben, denn für cad 0,005
dürfte eff. kaum was zu bekommen sein !!!

gekoppelt mit den stetigen insider- KÄUFEN (zuletzt zu 1ct.) sehe ICH
hier gründe genug auch zumindest ne 1.posi anzulegen. wer weiss, was
da vom CEO grad gemanagt wird.........evtl. verkauf des 4%igen net smelters
an SPA oder evtl. graphit- aqui im akt. heissen ZEN- revier etc......schau
dir mal an, welch reaktionen das haben kann.......zb bei BKT/ CVN


denke, hier ist genug phantasie mit geringem risiko gegeben, was willste
meeeehr......grad in diesen zeiten

Wenn ich den Wert nicht auch interessant fände, hätte ich mir die Mühe nicht gemacht. Ich suche immer noch nach Explorern mit einem deutlich höheren Cashbestand als deren Marktkapitalisierung. Ist mühsam...

Geringes Risiko sehe ich nicht. Ich traue den Herrschaften schon zu den Cashbestand zu verbrauchen bevor sich der Goldpreis ausreichend bewegt hat. Ich bin nicht mal sicher, dass wenn der Goldpreis wieder die alten Höhen erreicht (woran ich glaube) die Juniors wieder ausreichend Interesse finden. Schließlich weiß nun jeder aus eigener bitterer Erfahrung, dass bis zur Produktion einfach zuviel Risikokapital verbrannt wird und der Goldpreis schon längst wieder erneut fallen kann.

Insiderkäufe: Bei der Marktkapitalisierung zahlen sie im schlimmsten Fall nur ihre eigenen Tantiemen (linke Tasche, rechte Tasche).

SPA: Nie und nimmer, die kämpfen selbst ums Überleben und haben auch nur noch 3 Mio. Cash.

The RC drilling programme will be in two phases:

The current phase of approximately 10,000 metres of drilling will be confined to the test block area of the Main Zone that is classified as being within an Indicated category of gold mineralization. Drill holes will be spaced to ensure that data collected from these holes will fall also within an Indicated category using only RC data.

A second phase is expected to immediately follow to expand beyond the area of the test block and will conform as closely as possible to the initial phases of potential pit development proposed in the NI 43-101 technical report ("PEA") entitled "Technical Report and Preliminary Economic Assessment of the Spanish Mountain Gold Project, Likely, BC" with an effective date of December 18, 2012.

danke, ich weiß, bin selbst (leider) in SPA drin.

Ich bin nicht sicher, ob man in der Phase nicht lieber sein Geld zusammenhalten sollte. Aber Vorstände brauchen auch eine Daseinsberechtigung. Ich rechne über das Drillprogramm ehrlich gesagt nicht mit kurstreibenden Nachrichten wenn die Grades nicht gerade megasensationell ausfallen.
