In my opinion it would be a good business, if the Cardia Bioplastics Ltd would distribute their products in the north america market and the the B Green Innovations Inc their products in Australia. Together they are strong enough to establish a european department.

Together they can reach
- lower cost by higher production output
- develop additional products like bioplastics for the car production including its recycling
- develop the tire recycling by developing rubber products like break resistent building
material for earthquake and hurricane endangered areas, ...
- develop rubber-bioplastic products
...
