nach ner erfolgreichen woche hier mal ein int. HC- beitrag für DIE, die
noch abisl entscheidungshilfe benötigen.........
i like both the MLM and MTE stories and have recently significantly topped up my MLM holdings (via MLMR on-market buys).
currently you can buy 1x MLM share on-market for 43c and/or you can buy 1x MTE share for 71c.
ignoring the current MLM rights issue, there are currently 117M MLM shares issued. MLM currently hold 80M MTE shares (circa 45% of MTE issued capital). therefore each MLM share effectively holds 0.68 of an MTE share (as well as 1/117M of all of MLM operations as well as MLM's holdings in CBX, PMQ and ORM. oh yes, and $4.3M cash too!).
why, as a medium-term or long-term shareholder, would you buy MTE for 71cps when you can buy MLM for 43cps (which effectively equals 1x MTE share for 63c and 1/117M of the rest of MLM's enterprise ops and corporate holdings for free)?
or am i missing something?

p.s. as a result of the current MLMR rights offer there will be circa 12M new MLM shares issued (and 23M PMQ shares forfeited) which will dilute the current value of MLM shares but there will also be an additional $5M cash received to balance out the deal ...

METALLICA’S TWO LARGEST SHAREHOLDERS SUBSCRIBE FOR FULL ENTITLEMENT
Metallica Minerals Limited (ASX: MLM) (Metallica or Company) is pleased to advise that its two largest shareholders Jien Mining Pty Ltd (subsidiary of Jien Nickel Industry Co. Ltd) and Golden Breed Pty Ltd (controlled by Metallica Managing Director, Andrew Gillies) holding 19.5% and 7.5% respectively of Metallica’s total shares on issue have both subscribed for their full entitlement (as set out below) in the Company’s renounceable rights issue (Rights Issue) which was announced to the market on 10 June 2011.
Jien Mining Pty Ltd has taken up its entitlement of 2,285,446 shares in Metallica plus 4,570,892 shares in Planet Metals Limited (ASX:PMQ) for the aggregate price of $959,887.
Golden Breed Pty Ltd has subscribed for 877,000 shares in Metallica plus 1,754,000 shares in Planet Metals for the aggregate price of $368,340. The rights issue to raise $4.9 million closes at 5pm (Brisbane time) on Friday 8th July 2011 and is fully underwritten by RBS Morgans Corporate Limited. Guten Morgen Zusammen
sehe ich auch so. Die Frage wird sein, wie MLM sein NORNICO - Projekt finazieren möchte.
Die ganze Besitzverhältnisse von MetroCoal sind meiner Meinung nicht optimal.
Ansonsten macht es Spass
Ich hoffe MetroCoal kommt in andere Hände, nur nicht jetzt weil ich Metallica und Metrocoal Aktinär bin. Ein wenig schizophren, ich weiss

darüber hinaus zeigt ein blick auf 5- jahres- chart, daß wir mit
heutigem tage, nach 2-jähriger unterbrechung, anfangen haben am
0,40- widerstand zu knabbern........
...uuuuuuuuund.......sieht weiterhin viiiielversprechend aus....IMO
