Habe diesbezüglich vor kurzem eine Anfrage an Threegold Resources gestellt und prompt nachstehende Antwort bekommen...

Eure Meinungen zu diesem Wert sind gefragt/ erwünscht!!

Good day M..........,

You will find attached a factsheet explaining our main projects, you
will notice that we will be doing 5000 meters of drilling on our Adanac
project this will start this spring.
We have right now 1,8 million dollars in and still have over 1,2 million
dollars of warrants to be exercise so financially we are doing fine since
our next campaign will cost approximately 800,000$.
As well we have singed a few weeks ago a JV with Osisko on our propertyStandard Gold Mine they will be working the project this late spring so we
can expect some results coming from their campaign.

Hope it answer a few of your questions if you need anything else feel free
to communicate with us, if you become a shareholder keep me posted so we
could arrange for you to meet with Victor our President, he travels
regularly to Europe.

Threegold acquires three claim blocks near Standard

THREEGOLD RESOURCES ACQUIRES SIGNIFICANT LAND POSITION AROUND THE STANDARD GOLD AND DUVERNY PROPERTIES

Threegold Resources Inc. has acquired 135 claims from prospector and businessman Rene Rousseau in Duverny township in the vicinity of its Standard Gold Project.

The property consists of three claim blocks; Majo, Rouzo and Caro. The Majo and the Rouzo blocks are contiguous and to the west of Bowmore's Duverny property while the Caro property is contiguous to the south of the Standard Gold property which is under option to Bowmore (see press release dated Feb 14th 2011 for details).

Bowmore is currently conducting phase one 5,000 meter diamond drill program to test various targets including duplicating some of the historical diamond drill holes that produced the following data (See press release November 16th, 2011)

According to the terms of the agreement, Threegold purchases a 100% in the claims of payments made over 5 years described as follows:


1. $25,000 at signing,


2. $50,000 and 1,000,000 units upon acceptance of the TSX. The units will
consist of one common share and one purchase warrant priced at 15 cents
for the first 12 months and 18 cents for the following 12 months. The
shares shall be held in escrow for a 12 month period from the time the
transaction closes.


3. Starting March 2012, $40,000 and 300,000 shares shall be issued each 12
months until the final installment of $120,000 on March 2016.


4. The deal will be subjected to a 3% NSR ("Net Smelter Royalty") of which
2% can be bought back for $1,000,000 and an additional 0.5% can be
bought back for an additional $750,000.

Hallo Sepp,

wat is da im Busch?...streckt Osisko die Fühler aus?

Der Wert hat ja bislang nicht wirklich geglänzt!
