      Corona Gold-Silver Project

The Corona project (1370 hectares) is approximately 270 km southwest of the city of Chihuahua, Mexico. Comstock Metals Ltd. holds an option to earn up to a 75% interest in the Corona Property pursuant to an earn-in agreement.

The property is located in the Sierra Madre Occidental precious metal belt, hosting producing gold-silver mines such as Ocampo, Dolores, Pinos Altos, El Sauzal, and Mulatos.

Mineralization on the Corona property was first discovered approximately 300 years ago, and small mining concessions were centered on the mineral showings at Esperanza, La Mula, and Alcaparra. Exploration during the period from 2001 to 2003 was the only modern work completed and included mapping, sampling, geophysics, and 6,500 metres of Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling in 59 holes.

Sample Bulk-Tonnage Target RC Drill hole Intersections
      Drill Hole (RC) - From (m) - To (m) - Width (m) - Gold (g/tonne)

For the high-grade gold-silver vein type intersections, please click on the Corona Vein system map.

During 2007-2008, Comstock carried out additional stream sediment sampling and soil and rock geochemical surveys, detailed 1:1,000 scale geological mapping conceptualizing a geological model for the Corona Property, and completed a NI 43-101 Technical Report in preparation for a diamond drill program.

      Highlights of Recent Work

The 2008 chip-sampling program returned the following assays:

      - 8.77 g/t gold over 5 m (true width) at a previously untested area of Alcappara zone,
      - 814 g/t silver over 8 m (true width) south of Northeast Zone,
      - 114g/t silver, 2.28% Cu and 0.2 g/t gold over 10 m (true width) in a new zone south west of La Mula,
      - 22.25 g/t gold, 667.5 g/t silver, & 16.3% Pb over 0.5 m in the Esperanza zone.

The targets at the project are drill-ready. One of the five mineralized zones, the Northeast Zone, has a preliminary geological resource of 90,000 ounces of gold, and the zone is open in three directions. The other zones on the property are returning ore grade gold and silver values in drill holes and in rock chip samples.

      White Gold North Project

      White Gold District Yukon, Canada

      Highlights
      - Soil gold assays run up to 1,030 ppb gold, or 1.03 g/t. The suite of elements that are often found in association with the gold mineralization are referred to as pathfinder elements. Pathfinder elements indicative of a gold system similar to Kaminak's Coffee project are present on Comstock QV claims.
      - The gold and the associated anomalies are of the same strength as at Kaminak's Coffee project.
      - The strong Geophysical magnetic anomaly present on the Coffee project and Kinross's ground is also present on the Comstock claims.
      - Multiple zones of high gold (Au) values associated with the pathfinder elements such as high arsenic (As), mercury (Hg), antimony (Sb), and barium (Ba) indicate a large mineral potential.
      - Two anomalous zones measuring 2600 m and 1530 m long, respectively, and are both open.

      Shawn Ryan / Comstock Option:
Comstock Metals Ltd. QV claims (7,100 hectares or 17,450 acres), located 78 km south of Dawson City in Yukon Territory, were optioned from Yukon prospector Shawn Ryan in June 2010. Shawn Ryan was instrumental in the discovery of Kinross Gold's Golden Saddle Deposit, which hosts 1.50 million ounces of gold in the resource category, and he also helped Kaminack Gold in the discovery of their flagship Coffee Project. The QV claims are contiguous with the Kinross gold discovery claims to the north. Shawn Ryan identified that the geophysical magnetic anomaly on the Kinross and Kaminak properties was also present on the QV claims. The results of a twoline soil-sampling program in 2010 had been compared to his entire database of 32,000 soil samples taken throughout the area and, in terms of pathfinder elements, were among the top 5 percent, including the two gold discoveries immediately south of the QV claims.

      Geochemical Surveying:
Traditional hand auger geochemical sampling by Shawn Ryan's trained crew to date on Comstock's QV claims have identified several large anomalous areas consisting of high gold (Au), arsenic (As), antimony (Sb), mercury (Hg), and barium (Ba) similar to that found on Kinross/Underworld's Golden Saddle and Kaminak's Coffee, where follow-up exploration including drilling led to the discovery of gold deposit(s). On Comstock QV property, 4,316 ridges and spur and grid-based soil samples have been collected, and results have outlined several anomalies. The grid soil geochem surveys have identified two obvious gold trends supported by very strong pathfinder elements, found in association with gold systems in general and in the White Gold District in particular. These pathfinder elements include As, Sb, Ba, and Hg. Two trends have been identified through the detailed grid (100 m by 50 m) soil sampling, namely:
      - QV trend of north-easterly orientation measures 2600 m in length and open along the trend. Gold values range from detection limit to 1030 ppb (1.03 g/t Au). This trend lines up with a break in the magnetic highs. Please refer to the figure.
      - Stewart trend of north-westerly orientation measures 1530 m in length and open. Gold values range from detection limit to 274 ppb. This trend lines up with very strong magnetic lows similar to the magnetic lows of Kaminak's Coffee project. Please refer to the figure.

      "C" Horizon Soil Sampling:
Since the White Gold District of the Yukon is unglaciated, gold and associated minerals here have not been transported by glaciers and are therefore in situ. For this reason, "C" Horizon soil sampling (soil samples taken near the bedrock layer) is the key to identifying gold deposits. This technique has already resulted in two major gold discoveries in the White Gold District, namely Kinross's Golden Saddle deposit (contiguous with and along trend with Comstock's QV Claims) and Kaminak's Coffee deposit.
These results indicate that the size and intensity of the QV claim soil anomaly is one of the strongest new gold-in-soil anomalies in the White gold district. The Company considers these results significant as, in this non-glaciated part of the Yukon, soil geochemical anomalies are indicative of the rocks below it; hence these anomalies are deemed in situ.
Comstock is preparing for follow-up soil sampling program to infill the gaps between the soil sample lines and to better understand the size and mineral potential of the underlying rocks.

      Airborne Geophysical Program:
Precision Geophysics of Vancouver, BC, flew an airborne geophysics survey consisting of 769 line-kilometres at 100 m line spacing over the property in August 2011. This survey collected both magnetic and radiometric data that will help the Company interpret the regional geology and structure of the area. Intense magnetic lows, interpreted as structures trending in both north-westerly and north-easterly directions, have been identified from this geophysics survey. This response is similar to that encountered at Kaminak's Coffee property. Both magnetic lows and magnetic highs align with the gold-in-soil geochemical trend.

      Walkiria Property

      Location:
Walkiria is located 120 km North East of Chihuahua in Mexico. It is located 35 km north of the Plomosas Mine and 25 km north of the Chihuahua-Ojinga railway line. The Property is accessible via paved road, except for the last 7 km of gravel road. The property is 13 km away from power, water, and other lines of communications.

      Geology:
This easily-accessible property is underlain by massive limestones of Upper Cretaceous Age in a geological environment similar to other important polymetallic mines in Chihuahua. These mines have produced significant silver-lead and zinc as well as gold, tin, copper, and vanadium from "mantos," " chimneys," and "skarns". They include the Santa Eulalia silver mine which between 1703 and 1986 produced 395 million ounces of silver from 38.5 million tonnes of ore at an average grade of 318 g/t Ag, 8.8% Pb, 7.3% Zn, 1.3% Sn, and 0.3% Cu - the Santa Eulalia mine is still in production. Others are Naica (25 million tonnes @ 173 g/t Ag, 5.3% Pb, 4.4% Zn and 0.4% Cu), Plomosas (1.5 million tonnes @ 55 g/t Ag, 8% Pb and 16% Zn) and Bismark (8.5 milllion tonnes @ 55 g/t Ag, 0.6% Pb, 8.5% Zn, and 0.49% Cu) - most of which are hosted by Lower Cretaceous limestone host rocks of the Benigno (Aurora) Formation. The Walkiria prospect and other Chihuahua ploymetallic deposits are located at the northern end of the "Central Mexican Polymetalic Belt," which includes several other world-class silver and base metals producers and the recently discovered San Nicholas deposit under exploration by the Western Copper-Teck/Cominco joint venture.

      Mineralization:
Mineralization on Walkiria Property is hosted by limestones of the Benigno Formation and consists of several showings, which have been developed by shallow underground workings. The most extensive workings are at the Orquidea (Area "A"), where series of shallow shafts, drifts, stopes, and trenches extend for approximately 200 metres. Mineralization is in the form of secondary zinc and lead mineralization in shallow-dipping "mantos." The workings reach a depth of about 10 m and trend approximately 250 degrees. Sampling by Minera Delta indicates grades of 10-25% Zn and 3-5% Pb over width of 1.5 to 2 metres. Area "B" (La Ranchita) located along strike 2100 metres to the west also features shallow workings and secondary zinc and lead mineralization; however, the mineralization is in the form of 2-3 meter-wide veins ("chimneys") which strike 60 degrees, dipping 80 degrees NW. Grade range up to 30% Zn with low Pb and Ag values. Several smaller showings with oxidizes base-metal mineralization are present between the Oriquidea and Ranchita occurrences. Silver-rich mineralization is present 2.5 km to the north, on the north boundary of the Claim area "D" where sampling returned values of 1220 g/t Ag, 17.9% Pb, 0.7 g/t Au, and 1055 ppm Cu in a steeply-dipping vein structure.
No modern exploration such as drilling or geophysics has been undertaken on the Walkaria property, and activity has been limited to small scale-mining of high-grade oxidized mineralization which is desirable smelter flux.

      Results:
      Sample# Description

      Comstock Metals: Willkommen im Ryan-Gold-Land
Posted on 2. März 2012 by BörsenExplorer

Und selbst Santa Eulalia und Naica geben ordentlich was her.

One Company, Two World Class Mining Districts‏: Comstock Metals (CSL:TSXV)
      May 6, 2012

      Dear member,

The leader of our new Featured Company has come to find success in a different way than your typical mining CEO. He is not a wheeler and dealer. He is not one to be at the restaurant or conference promoting his company to every ear that will listen. This man is a problem solver and one who lives for the discovery and the understanding of geological formations. He is a geological engineer by education and trade and lets his results speak for themselves. His passion lies in the hunt.

We will get to this CEO's collective accomplishments, but first, you have to understand the story which brought us to the selection of our new Featured Gold Company - Comstock Metals (CSL:TSXV).

The CEO of our new Featured Company (Comstock Metals) is also leading another junior explorer which has been around for a couple years. He has already delivered drill hole results, with this other company, that the vast majority of geologists never find. What kind of results? Less than 3 months ago this CEO delivered a drill hole which intersected 213.9 metres (m) of 1.63 g/t gold (g/t Au), starting at 11.70 metres depth. To say he has proven himself in the mining industry is an understatement.

The best way to learn about Comstock Metals, our new Featured Company that went public last summer, is to know how the discovery of its flagship gold asset unfolded.

It begins in 2006, with our main character Rasool Mohammad, the CEO of Comstock Metals. Rasool has travelled the world, working for mining companies as large as BHP and HDI Mining. He speaks 5 languages (and that doesn't include the 'language of geology' only rock fanatics can understand). Back in 2006, Rasool was hired by a company many of you may have heard of - Golden Goliath. He was brought on as an independent consultant to the company and its CEO. The area Rasool was asked to come down and map (at the request of Golden Goliath) was the western part of the Chihuahua District, of the Sierra Madre Trend in Mexico. At the time, this area was not well understood from a geological standpoint. He spent months at a time in the field, learning the geology and reviewing countless scientific papers, graphs, metallurgical studies and geophysics from the region. It became an obsession for him (almost an unhealthy one he admits).

Rasool was exploring the Chihuahua District of Mexico which lies within the Sierra Madre Occidental(SMO). For those of you who aren't familiar with the Sierra Madre Trend, it is the largest epithermal trend (mineral veins and ore deposits formed from warm waters at shallow depth) in the world. Sierra Madre Occidental(SMO) is an area of the trend in Northern Mexico and is home to several multi-million ounce gold and silver deposits. It has been described as 'Elephant Country' given the massive deposits within the region. Companies such as Fresnillo, Minefinders, Alamos Gold, Gammon Lake, Goldcorp and Agnico-Eagle are very active in this region and some have made massive gold and silver discoveries. Fresnillo has recently discovered a 9.6 million ounce gold deposit less than 15km south of Comstock Metals' flagship asset. It is considered to be the largest epithermal precious metals region of the world. With production from the area of approximately 40 million ounces of gold and up to 2 billion ounces of silver over the last 400 years, the Sierra Madre Occidental Range has become an area of global focus in the search for new precious metal deposits. This region in Mexico is characterized particularly by monster gold and silver porphyry systems.

Rasool proved himself in this region with Golden Goliath, when at his request, working closely with a geologist named Ron McMillan, the company drilled a hole that intersected strong results. This was in April of 2009. Later on down the road, Golden Goliath and Agnico-Eagle ($6.8 Billion Market Cap Mining Company) formed a joint venture agreement.

After three years of working in this region of Mexico, Rasool knew Golden Goliath's portfolio of projects in the area intimately. He had been working alongside its very well-respected CEO, Paul Sorbara, and as he explained to our team, was paid as a hands-on consultant to provide his expertise and become familiar with one of the most prolific mining regions in the world.

After working with Paul, Rasool was motivated to lead a mining/exploration company in Mexico. He had aspirations to control one specific property thanks to his obsession with the geology in the Chihuahua District. He negotiated with Golden Goliath, the company he had provided his expertise to when exploring the geology in the region, to option him a specific property. The property is known as Corona and of all of the projects Rasool had studied and worked on in Mexico, he found this one to be the most compelling.

Rasool now had an asset and was ready to get to work. Having made a strong impression on the right industry people, thanks to his track record, raising money proved to be a simple process for him. He got everything he needed and went public with Comstock Metals in the summer of 2011.

As we mentioned above, Rasool Mohammad is CEO of another company which, less than three months ago, announced a drill hole that intersected 213.9 metres (m) of 1.63 g/t gold (g/t Au), starting at 11.70 m depth. After the results were announced to the public, the company's stock nearly tripled in a matter of hours, with several million shares trading hands.

This is a man who has proven he knows how to find gold and what characteristics to look for when selecting drill targets. He raises capital based on results - not hype.

      Mineralization at Corona

His new company, and our Featured Gold Company, is at the onset of its first aggressive exploration and drill program to date. With early results already released, and its shares trading almost 50% off their highs from just two months ago, we felt now is a prudent time to introduce the company. Our new Featured Company, led by CEO Rasool Mohammad, is Comstock Metals (CSL:TSXV).

We've been shareholders in Comstock for several months now, long before we had ever decided to make it a Featured Company. And when its share price took off in early March to nearly $0.30, our team feared we had missed our shot at introducing it to our members in a timely manner. However, thanks to the latest correction in the TSX Venture, Comstock's shares are off nearly 50% from where they were two months ago. The shares of Comstock currently trade at $0.15 and it's our intention to increase our share position in the company this coming week.

      Comstock 1 Month Chart

Our team saw this fall-back as an opportunity to introduce Comstock and explain exactly what Rasool believes he is onto in the Chihuahua District of Mexico.

      The Background

Comstock acquired majority control of the Corona Gold Project nearly two years ago from Golden Goliath. It began its first drill program only a few months ago. Comstock has already begun and will continue releasing results from a drilling season that we eagerly await - hence the timing of this report.

      Sample rock from Corona

The Sierra Madre Occidental is 'Elephant Country' when it comes to massive sulphide gold and silver porphyry deposits. This is where Comstock's Corona Gold Project is located.

Below is a map of the region in 2012, the current players making noise in the area and the location of Comstock's flagship asset, its Corona Gold Project. Take note of the massive gold deposits located around Corona. Also take note of all the world leading mining companies operating in the region. They're there for a reason.

One can clearly identify the north-south trend littered with massive world class gold deposits. Fresnillo, the largest silver producer in the world, has recently discovered a 9.6 million ounce gold deposit, known as Orisyvo, which is along trend, less than 15 kilometres from Comstock's Corona Gold Project. The map above shows 9.2 million ounces of gold, but Fresnillo has reported 9.6 million ounces. Interestingly enough, from Comstock's base camp at Corona, you can see the tailings of the Ocampo Project (2.9 million ounce gold deposit) up to the north. An added benefit to Comstock is that the Mexican government has already rushed in and begun building a massive highway to the Orisyvo Deposit, which happens to run directly by Corona. This is a government that takes care of its miners and the money these companies generate.

In a recent article, titled, "Mexican mining, digging its way in the world" which was posted on a government endorsed website, it explained just how pro mining and investment Mexico is. Below is an excerpt:

In terms of employment, Mexico's mining industry employed over 280,000 people by the end of 2010. It is estimated that the sector is responsible for more than 1.5 million indirect jobs in the country. As a matter of fact, mining was one of the first Mexican industrial sectors to show signs of job recovery after the 2009 economic downturn, adding more than 14,200 new jobs during the last year, mostly in the extraction and processing of metal ores.

This is a country our team at Pinnacle wants to have exposure to. Mexico, and in particular the Chihuahua District, is without question, one of the most mining friendly jurisdictions in the world. Cheap labour and solid infrastructure are plentiful due to the climate, geography and mining culture which dates back hundreds of years. The majors operating in this region have never seen profit margins on gold and silver as strong as they are today (given historically high prices) and are not hesitant to make acquisitions of merit. If a junior makes a significant discovery, there's no shortage of potential buyers. We have a direct example of this acquisition mindset to share with you shortly.

Rick Rule, one of the most successful junior resource investors on the planet recently stated that "As experienced junior gold speculators know, nothing adds to share value like discovery. Speculators will fondly remember hundredfold profits from discoveries like Diamond Fields and Arequipa. We are now truly in a discovery cycle, one fueled by sustained capital investments in unprecedented amounts. Better yet, we have been able to explore frontier terrain that was off limits due to politics or social turmoil. This will add spectacular real value, and this prospectivity is discounted in the current market."

      Back to Comstock Metals (CSL:TSXV)

Comstock has already drilled and reported initial gold results from its Corona Gold Project. On April 1st 2012, it announced that drill hole CO-12-60 intersected high gold grades of 5.89 g/t gold over 3.5 m, including 21.9 g/t Au over 0.50m in oxides. This is significant because the results were among the first diamond drill- holes ever drilled on the project. From these initial results (basically considered to be test holes) Rasool was simply attempting to build a base to understand how the mineralization was trending.

In the second paragraph of the April 1st 2012 press release, Comstock stated: Mineralization at Corona is associated with the contact between the "Upper Volcanic Group" (predominately rhyolite) and the "Lower Volcanic Group" (mostly andesite plus sedimentary rocks). This twofold subdivision is in widespread usage in northwestern Mexico, where many of the region's precious and base metal deposits are found in the Lower Group and the Upper Group acts as a cover, concealing mineralization.

The sentence we'd like to re-iterate is this: "This twofold subdivision is in widespread usage in northwestern Mexico, where many of the region's precious and base metal deposits are found in the Lower Group and the Upper Group acts as a cover, concealing mineralization." You don't have to be a geologist to know what Rasool is after and why he is exploring in this particular region. He is searching for a system similar to the ones which are to the north and south of the Corona Gold Project along the Sierra Madre Occidental Trend.

An average investor scans a news release or scans a report like this looking for some eye catching results or drill holes that knock their socks off. If an investor is only looking for drill results in press releases, how can one ever invest in a company before a discovery is made? As Rick Rule states "as experienced junior gold speculators know, nothing adds to share value like discovery." Intelligent investors make the time to read through entire press releases to understand what the company is going after. It's not just about one magical drill hole.

One has to understand that a porphyry is large. It's not like finding a thin vein system and attempting to average out the grades, knowing the veins come in and out like a spider web (this is how many gold deposits are made up). A porphyry is a massive ore body.

This part of Chihuahua, Mexico, the region in which Comstock's Corona Project is located, is not new to buyouts and large discoveries of the porphyry variety. In 2011, the La India Deposit, which is located and named after a railroad station in the Chihuahua District of Mexico, was bought out in a major deal.

The La India deposit was initially discovered by Grayd Resource Corporation, a TSX Venture listed company, who quickly proved a 1.2 million ounce gold deposit. Agnico-Eagle ended up buying out Grayd Resource in late 2011. Agnico-Eagle announced a take-over bid to acquire all of the outstanding common shares of Grayd at a price of $2.80 per share. The offer represented a premium of 65.7% to the volume weighted average price of Grayd shares on the TSX Venture Exchange. This buyout occurred last year at a time when the TSX Venture was collapsing in value. Bull market or not, deposits like La India are going to find buyers. And this is the kind of money the big players are willing to pay if they have reason to believe the deposit contains the right ingredients. Understanding this is important if you want to become a more knowledgable, diversified mining investor.

Key Fact: The president of Grayd Resource and Rasool, CEO of Comstock, worked together at HDI Mining.

      Another Example:

GoldCorp describes its multi-million ounce El Sauzal gold deposit (roughly 100 kms south of Corona, but on trend) on its website:

El Sauzal is as an epithermal deposit of high sulfidation defined by mega breccias and volcanic event flows. It is a disseminated oxide ore body of high grade and gold mineralization associated with advanced argillic alteration. Gold is largely disseminated within the ore body and less commonly found along fractures where gold is visible. The oxide ore body is underlined by sulphides with little exploration.

      Diagram of Porphyry System

On the right side you can see the ore system with zoned alteration. This is a high sulfidation porphyry system. It is the same type of geological formation Fresnillo discovered at its 9.6 million ounce Orisyvo gold deposit. Fresnillo is the largest silver producer in the world and its new discovery is located in the Chihuahua District of Mexico, just a few kilometers south of Comstock's Corona Project. The Orisyvo Deposit falls along trend with Comstock's Corona Gold Project.

High sulfidation porphyry discoveries have been most prominent in Mexico and South America. In the Mexican District of Chihuahua there have been a handful of these world famous discoveries.

      Comstock has also reported that:

Prospecting and mapping has located areas of vuggy silica and alunite alteration up to 900 metres northeast and east of these initial drill holes. Early results suggest this may be a low-grade high sulfidation "lithocap" sitting atop an igneous intrusion-driven hydrothermal system.

Gordon Davidson, a Director of Comstock stated "Early geological indications are that Comstock has exactly the right ingredients that you need to create a large gold deposit in that area."

The Company holds an option to earn up to a 75% interest in the Corona Project.

Despite the Corona Gold Project being such a compelling target, Comstock does not have all its eggs in one basket.

Comstock has also been working up in the White Gold District of the Yukon. It has an option to acquire 100% of a project (known as the White Gold North Project) with one of our favourite locations in the gold-rich region.

It didn't take us long to become very interested in Comstock's Yukon play after learning about its locale and supporting data. It is exceptionally well located with respect to some of the known mineralization in the White Gold District. Below is the map of Comstock's White Gold North Project (take note of the projects nearby and adjoining):

Comstock conducted an extensive soil sampling and geophysics program last summer and is returning this year to drill.

CEO Rasool Mohammad and Director Gordon Davidson lay out exactly why they are confident that Comstock has an extension of the Golden Saddle deposit on the company's White Gold North Project. Watch the short video of them explaining the significance of this assets by clicking on the image below:

      http://www.comstock-metals.com/_resources/videos/white_gold_…

The company outlined a few key highlights already made on the White Gold North Project:

      · Soil gold assays run up to 1,030 ppb gold, or 1.03 g/t.

      · The suite of elements that are often found in association with the gold mineralization are referred to as pathfinder elements. Pathfinder elements indicative of a gold system similar to Kaminak's Coffee project are present on Comstock QV claims.

      · The gold and the associated anomalies are of the same strength as at Kaminak's Coffee project.

      · QV trend of north-easterly orientation measures 2600 m in length and open along the trend. Gold values range from detection limit to 1030 ppb (1.03 g/t Au). This trend lines up with a break in the magnetic highs.

What our team found most interesting was the structure shown on the left side of the below photo. Comstock's positive soil sampling and trenching appears to line up with the Golden Saddle discovery made by Underworld, which led to its buyout by Kinross.

Comstock plans on finding out if the trend continues this summer with the first ever drill program planned on the project. The White Gold District continues to be at the epicentre for junior gold discoveries in Canada and will no doubt bring in the herds once again.

Additionally, the famed prospector, Shawn Ryan, is a technical advisor to Comstock, a large shareholder in the company and will be leading the planned soil sampling and first ever drill program this summer. Being a few months ahead of this program was also critical to our introduction of Comstock Metals at this time.

Comstock Metals (CSL:TSXV) finds itself in the very heart of two modern day gold rushes. In Mexico, it's not only in the same region as Fresnillo's 9.6 million ounce gold discovery, but it's in the heart of 'Elephant Country' with world leading mining companies making discoveries and acquisitions. Early geological indications are that Comstock has exactly the right ingredients that you need to create a large gold deposit in that same region. Its other asset in the White Gold District of the Yukon will see its exploration efforts led by none other than the famous Yukon prospector, Shawn Ryan. Shawn and Rasool are close friends and work diligently on all aspects of the White Gold North Project, which is adjacent to Kinross' Golden Saddle Deposit. Shawn Ryan is also a large shareholder in Comstock.

Management is confident that the White Gold North Project has an extension of the Golden Saddle deposit within it. Comstock's CEO has a track record of proven results, its management and technical team have worked for some of the biggest miners in the world and our team is proud to be announcing it as our new Featured Gold Company. We are bias given that we are shareholders in Comstock, will be adding to our stock position this coming week and the company is a client of ours. As always, we encourage you to practice independent and thorough due-diligence.

Comstock trades at $0.15 after hitting a high in March of $0.29 per share. Its last financing was completed at $0.20 per share and the company's market cap is roughly $6.6 million.

For a company of its size, Comstock Metals (CSL:TSXV) has a lot going on in a very short period of time. With results expected from the Corona Gold Project shortly, we will have further reports on the company over the coming weeks.

Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

All the best with your investments,

"We are very pleased with the discovery of porphyry style gold mineralization in drill hole CO-12-67 and the high-grade gold zones at the Northeast Zone we have intersected to date," commented the Company's President & CEO, Rasool Mohammad. "Given the strong similarity in the geologic setting at the 9.2 million ounce Orisyvo Deposit and Comstock's Corona Project, we feel there is excellent potential to discover a world class gold deposit at Corona."

      Comstock Metals High-Grade Gold Silver Discovery-Drill-Hole Assays 258 g/t Ag, 6.33 g/t Au, 3.8% Pb, and 2.8% Zn Over 1.00 Metre
      May 14, 2012 - 09:00:00 AM VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 14, 2012) - Comstock Metals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:CSL) -

NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION TO U.S. NEWSWIRE SERVICES OR FOR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATES

Comstock Metals Ltd.(the "Company") is pleased to announce the assay results received from core hole CO-12-71, the first hole ever drilled to test the Esperanza Showing at the Corona Project ("Corona") in the Uruachic-Ocampo District of western Chihuahua, Mexico.

      Highlights

-- First hole ever drilled on the Esperanza zone, approximately 1000 m
      south of 2012 drilling
-- Surface vein width of 15 cm has returned up to 12.43 g/t gold (Au) and
      2,634 g/t Silver (Ag)
      -- CO-12-71 returned 258 g/t Ag, 6.33 g/t Au, 3.82% Pb, and 2.83% Zn, 68 m
      below surface
-- Vein width increases at depth from 15 cm to 1.00 m
-- Esperanza vein is a possible part of a larger east-west trending set of
structures: 1000 metres west is the Cerro el Cruz prospect, and 300
metres to the east are gold values of 14.71 g/t
-- The last 7 metres of high anomalous zinc, lead, and other elements in
CO-12-71 suggest good potential to find more mineralization at depth
-- Propylitic alteration in CO-12-71 is similar to that found in the distal
      portions of a porphyry deposit

The Esperanza Showing is exposed in an old adit dug into an overburden-covered hillside. Mineralization consists of a coarsely banded quartz vein that is up to 30 cm wide hosted within sericite-altered and silicified diorite. Zinc and lead minerals are evident as sphalerite and galena. Grab samples taken in 2002 and 2007 from the adit returned assays of 12.43 g/t Au, 2,634 g/t Ag, 8.35% Pb, 3.84% Cu, and 3.84% Zn (Golden Goliath Resources); and up to 42.6 g/t Au and 76.4 g/t Ag across 15 cm from in-house sampling. The current drill results are considered to be reasonable in light of the more representative core sample of unweathered vein; true width of the zone is estimated to be 70% to 80% of the core length.

Please refer to the website http://www.comstock-metals.com/projects/corona_gold_silver/ for maps and photos of the Esperanza vein.

Hole CO-12-71 was collared in sericitized and silicified andesite tuff, passing into fine-grained diorite halfway to the main vein intercept. The diorite is increasingly altered with depth, marked as strong zones and veins of chlorite and pyrite, suggesting propylitic alteration similar to that found in the distal portions of intrusion-driven hydrothermal systems such as porphyry deposits. Within the propylitic alteration are intervals of up to 7 metres of silicified breccia that is highly anomalous in zinc, lead, and other Esperanza-type elements, suggesting good potential to find more mineralization at depth. One such interval returned 42 g/t silver over one metre, again associated with highly anomalous zinc, lead, copper, and bismuth.

"We are looking forward to following up on our two major discoveries of the porphyry-style mineralization in the Jerry Zone and the high-grade gold-silver Esperanza vein," commented the Company's President & CEO Rasool Mohammad. "Similar discoveries in the Ocampo-Uruachic camp have resulted in multimillion ounce gold-silver deposits, and we are fortunate to have indications of similar style of mineralization as the other deposits in the camp."

Previous drilling reported by Comstock was located at the Northeast Zone, its eastern extension, and the Jerry Zone. These targets are located one kilometre north of Esperanza (see CSL News Releases dated April 2 and May 8, 2012) and over 200 metres above the elevation of Esperanza, in an area of volcanic cover and high-sulphidation alteration. It is postulated that the Esperanza Showing represents a deeper style of mineralization, perhaps more clearly related to intrusive rocks and intermediate epithermal processes. The Esperanza Showing itself may be part of a larger east-west trending set of structures that returned high gold and silver values in earlier programmes. Approximately 1000 metres west is the Cerro el Cruz prospect, reportedly of similar mineral style, and 200 to 300 metres to the east highly anomalous rock and soil samples have been collected, some returning gold values exceeding 14,714 ppb. Further work is required within this prospective corridor, as well as towards the Northeast Zone, which will hopefully lead to a unified exploration model and more drilling.

Analyzed samples consisting of split drill core were analyzed by ALS Chemex Laboratories in Chihuahua, by gravimetric fire assay methods on 50 g pulp samples. Comstock Metals has an industry-standard QA/QC program consisting of inserting standards, blanks, and duplicates into the sample stream to monitor the reliability of assays.

The technical information in this Release has been reviewed by J. Blackwell (P.Geo.), a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101.

      Comstock erbohrt 258g Silber!
Posted on 15. Mai 2012 by BörsenExplorer

Comstock Metals Commences 2012 Exploration Program on the QV Property, White Gold District, Yukon
      June 13, 2012 - 09:30:00 AM VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - June 13, 2012) - Comstock Metals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:CSL) -

      HIGHLIGHTS

-- 1500 metres (1.50 kilometres) of trenching to be completed in 2012 over
      the 2011 soil anomalies
      -- 2011 soil results returned the maximum of 1.03 g/t Au, 3767 g/t As, 8.7
      g/t Ag, 66.2 g/t Sb, 4.13 g/t Hg, and 2597 g/t Ba
-- Same rock package, structure, and airborne magnetic high extends
northerly from Kinross's Golden Saddle deposit across the QV property
-- 1400 soil samples planned to define the limits of the 2011 soil
      anomalies

Comstock Metals Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CSL) is pleased to announce that it has commenced exploration on its QV property in the White Gold district, Yukon Territory. The 2012 exploration program consists of approximately 1.5 line kilometres of trenching (twelve trenches over 4 zones) and mapping, prospecting, and sampling over soil anomalies defined in 2011. These soil anomalies returned maximum values of 1027.1 ppb Au, 8.7 ppm silver, 3767 ppm arsenic, 66.2 ppm antimony, 4.13 ppm mercury, and 2597 ppm barium. Additional grid soil geochemical sampling (1400 samples) is also planned in order to define the limits of the 2011 soil anomalies.

Please click on the following link to view the proposed trench plan map: http://comstock-metals.com/_resources/maps/proposed_trench.p…

Since the White Gold district is un-glaciated, very little overburden overlies bedrocks in the district. Overburden can reach up to a maximum thickness of about 60 centimetres or 2 feet in places. Trenching can expose the bedrock relatively easily. Trenches will be mapped and sampled under the supervision of an independent Qualified Person, Jean Pautler P.Geo.

The QV Project has potential to host mineralization similar to that at the White Gold deposit, 15 km to the south, based on the presence of significant gold and similar pathfinder element soil anomalies, the extension of the same lithological package of rocks, and a prominent structure and airborne magnetic high (closely associated with mineralization in the Golden Saddle zone at the White Gold deposit) extending northerly from the White property across the QV property. The QV Project is also partially underlain by Jurassic-aged intrusive rocks, which host mineralization at the Ten/Dime and Jual gold occurrences (1.6 g/t Au over 25 m, including 11.1 g/t Au over 3 m from trenching), 30 km to the northwest (Pautler, 2001).

"The geological, geophysical, geochemical, and spatial proximity of our project to Kinross's Golden Saddle deposit makes the QV Project a prime exploration target in the White Gold District," commented the Company's President, Rasool Mohammad. "Any gold and associated pathfinder anomalies in trenches will be followed by a drill program."

Jean Pautler, P.Geo, an independent geologist, reviewed the technical information in this News Release.

Comstock Metals Announces Discovery of Visible Gold From the 2012 Trenching Program on the QV Property, White Gold District, Yukon
      June 25, 2012 - 01:53:01 PM VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - June 25, 2012) - Comstock Metals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:CSL) -

      Highlights

-- Five grains of visible gold (VG) discovered
-- Visible gold hosted in two 075 degree trending quartz veins
-- The gold-bearing quartz veins are near the contact between metamorphosed
granite (orthogneiss) and a metasedimentary unit (the same package of
rocks that underlies the White Gold Deposit of Kinross Gold Corporation)
-- One gold-bearing vein exposed for approximately 100 m in length
-- Several stages of quartz injection with later stockwork veining cutting
quartz veining and silicified wallrock with minor brecciation
-- Malachite, chrysocolla and chalcocite were also encountered over 15m in
a trench, along trend of a 161.9 ppb gold soil-anomaly

Comstock Metals Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to announce the discovery of visible gold and to provide an update on the progress of its 2012 program on the QV property in the White Gold district, Yukon Territory. Approximately 50% of the 2012 trenching program has been completed on the property, consisting of 550 m in 6 trenches, on the QV Grid in the southern project area with 123 rock samples collected. An additional 941 grid soil samples have also been collected to define the limits of soil anomalies from 2011, and approximately 95 infill soils were collected from the VG zone.

Please click on the following link to learn about the White Gold QV Project:

      http://www.comstock-metals.com/projects/white_gold_north/

A 40 micron grain of visible gold along the margins of a 4 millimeter (mm) grain of oxidized pyrite was initially discovered during trench layout by Qualified Person, Jean Pautler, P.Geo. The gold is hosted by an apparent 075 degree trending, possibly 1.5 m or more wide, quartz vein near the contact between metamorphosed granite (orthogneiss) and a metasedimentary unit (the same package of rocks that underlies the White Gold Deposit of Kinross Gold Corporation). There is a strong correlation at the White Gold Deposit and Kaminak's Coffee Project between pyrite and gold. The visible gold-bearing pyrite vein at QV has been intermittently exposed by initial limited hand trenching over a distance of 100 m. The hillside was too steep for mechanized trenching, but a planned trench over a gold soil anomaly, with 395.6 and 138.9 ppb Au exposed four significant subparallel quartz veins stockwork mineralization, and silicification. Additional visible gold was found in one of the veins, 25 m above the initial visible gold-bearing vein during a brief trench examination, with two 25 micron grains and two 10 to 15 micron grains observed. Several stages of quartz injection are evident with later stockwork veining cutting quartz veining and silicified wallrock. Minor brecciation is also evident. Vein widths are difficult to determine due to rubbly exposure with blocks up to 1m in width. Although five grains of visible gold have been noted in samples, assays from these samples are pending and readers should be cautioned that any predictions of gold grade based on the presence of visible gold can be unreliable.

Jean Pautler, P.Geo., an independent geologist, discovered the visible gold, confirmed it by microscopic analysis, and reviewed the technical information in this news release.

Malachite, chrysocolla and chalcocite were also encountered over 15m in Trench QVTR12-5, along trend of a 161.9 ppb gold soil anomaly.

The QV Project has potential to host mineralization similar to that at the White Gold deposit, 15 km to the south, based on the presence of visible gold in quartz veins, association with cubic pyrite, significant gold and similar pathfinder element soil anomalies, the extension of the same lithological package of rocks, and a prominent structure and airborne magnetic high (closely associated with mineralization in the Golden Saddle zone at the White Gold deposit) extending northerly from the White property across the QV property. The QV Project is also partially underlain by Jurassic-aged intrusive rocks, which host gold mineralization in the district (Pautler, 2001).

Sehr geehrte Leserin, sehr geehrter Leser,

      [...]As of June 30, 2012, the Company had $915,012 cash and short-term investments on hand (September 30, 2011 - $2,100,697) and $827,532 in working capital (September 30, 2011 - $1,956,417).[...]

Comstock’s VG Zone expands with new drill results

      http://www.comstock-metals.com/news/index.php?&content_id=84

      [...] Highlights:

      • QV12-006 intersected 1.46 grams/tonne gold (g/t Au) over 62.00 metres (m), including 3.76 g/t Au over 14.93 m
      • QV12-008 intersected 2.03 g/t Au over 30.45 m
      • Widths and grades defined in the 2012 drill programme are consistent with the strong silicification, brecciation, and pyrite content found in the White Gold camp
      • VG Zone discovery is remarkably similar geology to Kinross Gold’s Golden Saddle Deposit, located 10 Kilometres South of the VG Zone
      • More zones of similar geochemical and geophysical signatures to those of the VG zone have been found on the property
      [...]

gute Grade und sehr oberflächennah. :)
