Au Backe, hab die beiden mal gerade schnell überflogen, IMO sollte die Dame an ihrer Aktienauswahl arbeiten.
Die letzten drill results von Delta Lithium vom Mt Ida Lithium Project, zu tief, zu kurze Intervalle zu low grade:
o 27m @ 1.3% Li2O from 848m in IDRD245
o 21.2m @ 0.5% Li2O from 561.1m in SPRD045 = 20 Meter in 560 Meter Tiefe bei 0,5 Prozent sind doch kein Treffer!!!
o 20.9m @ 1.4% Li2O from 675.4 m in IDRD036N2
o 17.8m @ 1% Li2O from 477.9m in SPRD041N2
Yinnetharra Lithium Project ist auch nicht viel besser, hier die neuesten drill intercepts:
o 15 metres at 1.5% Li2O from 135 metres in YRRD212
o 11 metres at 1.1% Li2O from 75 metres in YRRD080
o 12 metres at 1.2% Li2O from 183 metres in YRRD150
Und Vulcan Energy ist auch nicht besser, die hatten in einem Research vom Herbst 2021 ein Kursziel von AUD 22,00 genannt, der Kurs damals bei AUD 12,51 - heute 3,33 AUD. Die geplanten Bohrungen gestalten sich viel schwieriger als geplant, die erste Bohrung hat 13 Monate anstatt der geplanter 3 Monate gedauert, die brauchen 60 bis 440 wells - wären bei gleichbleibender Geschwindigkeit im Jahr 2088 mit 60 Brunnen und im Jahr 2500 mit 440 Brunnen fertig, das nennt wohl "Deutschland-Geschwindigkeit"

Revised Proposal from Albemarle
Liontown Resources Limited today announces that is has received a revised conditional and non-binding indicative proposal from Albemarle Corporation to acquire all of the ordinary shares outstanding in Liontown for $3.00 in cash per share via scheme of arrangement. Albemarle has advised that the Revised Indicative Proposal is its best and final proposal, in the absence of a superior proposal.
The Revised Indicative Proposal is subject to several conditions before it would be binding, including due diligence to the satisfaction of Albemarle; the Liontown Board unanimously recommending the proposal; and entry into a mutually acceptable scheme implementation deed. Any scheme implementation deed would itself also be subject to approval of the scheme by Liontown shareholders and regulatory approvals.
After carefully considering the Revised Indicative Proposal, the Liontown Board has determined to grant Albemarle an opportunity to conduct a limited period of exclusive due diligence, subject to customary fiduciary exceptions, to enable it to put forward a binding proposal, subject to the parties agreeing to a mutually acceptable non-disclosure and exclusivity agreement.
Should Albemarle make a binding proposal at $3.00 per share,subject to agreement of a mutually acceptable binding scheme implementation agreement, the intention of the Liontown Board is to unanimously recommend shareholders vote in favour of the proposal in the absence of a superior proposal and subject to an independent expert concluding (and continuing to conclude) that the proposed transaction is in the best interests of shareholders.
Liontown notes that there is no certainty that the Revised Indicative Proposal will progress to a binding offer for consideration by shareholders. The Liontown Board will keep shareholders and the market fully informed of further developments as appropriate. At this point, shareholders do not need to take any action.
Greenhill & Co. and UBS are acting as financial advisers and Allens as legal adviser to Liontown in relation to the Revised Indicative Proposal.
This announcement has been approved for release by the Board of Directors.

Billionaire Rinehart's Hancock Prospecting buys Liontown shares, might seek board seat
Sept 11 (Reuters) - Australian billionaire Gina Rinehart's Hancock Prospecting said on Monday it has picked up a stake in lithium miner Liontown Resources, which recently accepted a buyout bid from Albemarle.Hancock said it has become a "substantial shareholder" of 7.72% of the ordinary shares in Liontown.
Liontown's shares jumped to a session high of A$3.03 last Thursday, highest since June 22 and above Albemarle's buyout offer price of A$3.00 per share.

nach heutigem turbolenten handelstag von nahezu 110mio vol. und erstmaligem
überspringen des finalen Ü- gebots von aud 3,- stellen sich div. investoren frage,
wer da heute im GROSZEN stil den austr. markt abgekauft hat und nahezu auf
TH mit aud 3,02 aus dem handel schickte..........
.....vermehrt taucht da die austr. MIN auf, die im erfolgsfall zu den beiden rohstoff- gigantne
BHP und RIO aufschlieszen könnte - macht genug sinn für MICH, wenngleich auch finanzstarke
int. gruppen ( saudis etc. ) ein hohes int. haben dürften......IMO
nunja - bleibt und wird noch SEHR spannend hier
