die lichter gehen demnach (noch) nicht aus...man scheint sich so zeit zu verschaffen. aber die geldbeschaffung ist eindeutig dringend.

aus einem finanzbericht von wml von 2018. habe die 3 wichtigsten zahlungen zusammengestellt, da es den link zum download nicht mehr gibt und ich kein pdf hier aufstellen kann.
bis ende 2019 sind es ca. 14 mio, die sie für all ihre gebiete bezahlen müssen...dann wäre das grobe überstanden und zb. Atacama definitiv in ihrem besitz... in den 2 folgenden jahren sind nur je 2 mio fällig für andere gebiete...sollte sich an den bedingungen zur Abzahlung seit einem jahr nichts geändert haben, ist es so wie ich geschrieben habe...

aus einem finanzbericht von wml von 2018. habe die 3 wichtigsten zahlungen zusammengestellt, da es den link zum download nicht mehr gibt und ich kein pdf hier aufstellen kann.
bis ende 2019 sind es ca. 14 mio, die sie für all ihre gebiete bezahlen müssen...dann wäre das grobe überstanden und zb. Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company (a "Share") and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each whole Warrant entitles the holder to acquire one additional share of the Company for a period of two years from the date of issuance at a price of $0.75 per share. In the event that the Company's shares trade at a closing price of greater than $1.50 per share for a minimum of ten consecutive days at any time after the closing of the Offering, the Company may accelerate the expiry date of the Warrants by providing notice to the shareholders thereof and in such case the Warrants will expire on the 30th day after the date on which such notice is given by the Company.
