Wealth Minerals Ltd. Announces Participation in the Deutsche Goldmesse in Frankfurt

Bin ganz gut investiert, weil ich am Lithium Boom teilhaben möchte. Henk traue ich trotzdem nicht.
Da wäre ich mir nicht so sicher.
Henk van Alphen hat es in 2017 geschafft, den Kurs von etwa 0,02 CAD auf über 2,00 CAD hinauf zu katapultieren.
Ich kaufe beständig zu und gehe davon aus, dass der gute alte Henk wieder zaubern wird.
Wenn er den RICHTIGEN Deal vermeldet, dann kann das wieder geschehen.
Es kommt mir so vor, dass er im Hintergrund immer eine gewisse Schaar von Investoren hat und die kaufen dann, wenn sich 1-2 Tausend mögliche Prozent abzeichnen. Für uns unbeteiligten nicht involvierten ist das halt nur schwer abzuschätzen.
Aber wenn ich mir den Chart ansehe, dann könnte das gut möglich sein.
Beim letzten Hype habe ich zu spät gekauft.
Diesmal habe ich viel mehr Aktien tiefer gekauft.
Ich will nicht wieder erst jenseits des 1,00 CAD zukaufen.
Dies ist aber alles nur meins und jeder sollte nach seiner Fasson handeln...

Das hält den Kurs beständig unten. Henk van Alpen sollte wohl eher Henker van Alpen heißen. Kleinaktionäre wurden da schon immer gnadenlos abgezockt.

All securities issued by the Company pursuant to the Placement have a four month and one day hold period in Canada ending on March 3, 2023.
No finder’s fees were paid pursuant to the Offering.
The proceeds from the Offering will be used to working capital and general corporate purposes.
The securities offered have not been and will not be registered under the United States Securities Act of 1933 (the “U.S. Securities Act”), as amended, or any applicable state securities laws and may not be offered or sold in the United States or to “U.S. persons”, as such term is defined in Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act, absent registration or an applicable exemption from the registration requirements.
