RE:RE:???? What Happened
I do agree, that if they deal stands, our sp will rise along with Bonterra's. And if osisko buys out Bonterra, then we will be looking a bit better.

I would guess the share price would tank anyway, and there would nothing to look forward to except hoping that the land would be worth more later on, and nothing to peg the share price to. At least we have the increase in Bonterra will drilling to drag us along.
They also plan plan to make similar deals on the other properties.
for clarity, it is not RBC and TD themselves running these stocks, it's a player that trades through both of them. Anyone with level 2 or watching the trades in the TSXV site can see this. Can IIROC do anything? I'm not sure. When does buying and selling lots of shares cross the line and become manipulation according to them? Dunno.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Maybe there is a power play in the works....
I think you missed all the events that would happen between Trove and the ultimate buyout.
And the shares we would potentially own in bonterra and osisko, and what would drive those prices higher, and durango's sp as a result.

RE:How about every shareholder here show your complain to tsxv
Assuming the tsx-v is not run by an entire team of morons (which is entirely possible), no email or call will be necessary. They'll tell Marcy and Dhaliwal to go back to the drawing board; and assuming that even goes through, and assuming a 2/3 vote is required to pass, it will more than likely get a reject vote.

Listen up
You can all complain all you want, but it's a waste of time. I spoke to Marcy a few weeks ago, and the decision was in the hands of the board of directors, not just her. She was actually shocked and confused by the massive share price jump, and only put out the news about the two offers because there was a consultant she was dealing with that was involved with both companies, so she felt it should be out in the open. Take a look around - TD and RBC are running around jacking up a new company every week, causing massive spikes in volume, and cashing out. That's what happened here. There is no shareholder vote, and no reason for the exchange to not approve the deal just because we thought it would be for more. What this was was a LAND sale, and that's it. This property has never even been drilled! How many millions do you want? She took the best deal they could get - and she even tried to get financing and the brokerages wouldn't bite. There will be more news on the same kind of deals for their other properties. This is their chosen business model, as stated on the release.
disclaimer- I lost money on this one too, thought the property would have gotten more. Lesson learned. It's a tiny company with no cash flow, and no money. That's what we own here, and they're doing the best they can. Accept it and move on, or hang tight and see what happens. It's barely worth more than a shell company now, not much downside left. Just tired of seeing people on here complaining that the company could have done better. With 3 offers - this was what they got.
It sucks, but lets move on.

The proceeds from this property worth total 14.8c per share. And if BTR doing good. DGO sharing upside on BTR bonus shares. Or DGO will use the proceeds to buy more land. Many potentials . rate and reply

Why Why Why????
Aghhhhh................ The stupidy of this deal is going to drive me insane.
Why would you sell the farm for nothing.
In the middle..... let me repeat in the middle.........
Their property is literally in the middle of the hottest gold play in years.
I mean refuse the deal tell everyone Bonterra was one of the companies, do a PP at .15 to .18 set a drill program up then let everything take care of itself.
Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..................................................
Ok management back to management training 101. Start setting your lemonade stand up and do not give anyway the lemonade.

RICHTIG..........vor nem monat gings hier raketenmäßig UPPPPP, wobei da der ein oder
andre recht hohe EKs in kauf nahm !!!
