Ja also begeistert muss man davon nun wieder nicht sein. Vor ein paar Tagen/Wochen klang das mal wieder noch alles anders. Schade, dass auf die Aussagen des Unternehmens anscheinend nur sehr begrenzt verlass ist. Wie ich schon einmal sagte, finde ich das unnötig schlechte Kommunikation...

Dann Können wir wohl alle den Traum beerdigen, dass Anfang 2023 Benchmark verkauft wird. Aus meiner längeren Erfahrung mit der Termineinhaltung befürchte ich auch, dass ein Verkauf frühestens 2024 erfolgen wird. Leider besteht dadurch auch die Gefahr einer Notwendigkeit für eine Kapitalerhöhung. Auch die Ankündigung der PEA für Q4 sehe ich auch als gefährdet. Mein Resümee nach dieser Pressemitteilung: 2022 außer Spesen nichts gewesen. Unser Geld wird wohl noch lange blockiert sein. Eine Überlegung wert, hier seine Koffer zu packen.

Find ich auch komisch formuliert.
Also werden sie nicht wie geplant komplett fertig und wollen es somit positiv formulieren. Wenn dieses Ergebnisse trotzdem schon gut sind, find Ich ganz clever. So nimmt man positive Überraschungen raus und schüret jetzt bei der positiven Goldpreisentwicklung nochmal die Aufmerksamkeit. Bin gespannt was da im August kommt. Eigentlich sollte die komplette Machbarkeitsstudie ja in q3 kommen

Preliminary Economic Assessment
The Company is nearing completion of a PEA for the Lawyers Project with results to be disseminated in August, 2022. A NI43-101 Technical Report will follow within 45 days thereafter. The updated economic results incorporate the recently expanded mineral resource estimate (MRE) and a revised mine production schedule, both of which will provide improved economics for the project. The Lawyers PEA is a major milestone for Benchmark and further shows Benchmark's expertise in creating value and certainty during mineral project development.

Ian Harris, VP of Engineering, commented, "We are very excited about the near-term completion of the PEA to demonstrate the robustness of the project that benefits from a de-risked MRE with 97% of the open pit resource in the M&I category, excellent recoveries, road access established with upgrading on-going to support mine construction, interconnection to BC Hydro nearby, minimal to negligible pre-stripping, compact footprint with straightforward industry-standard processing, facilities, and equipment sizing. Irgendwas läuft wohl im Hintergrund. Aber ohne Schwellenüberschreitungen können wir aktuell nur spekulieren. Ich habe heute mal die mir bekannten Instis durchgeschaut, also Stichtag Ende Q2/2022, aber dort gab es keine Änderungen zum Ende Q1/2022.

Unabhängig davon wäre der heutige Cross sowieso erst Ende August oder Ende Q3/2022 sichtbar.

In den Quartalszahlen von Yamana wird die BNCH-Beteiligung auch nicht explizit erwähnt, also auch keine Chance dort etwas zu erfahren.
Falls jemanden langweilig ist und er ein paar Aktien bei Yamana hält, kann er ja mal dort beim IR anfragen, wie hoch deren Aktienzahl bei BNCH inzwischen ist ^^
