ServicePower Unity provides the client with ServiceScheduling's real time, unlimited intra-day schedule optimization, or Optimization on DemandTM as needed, ServiceOperations, NEXUS FSTM and enterprise mobility and robust operational and business intelligence, enabling it to manage the entire policy holder lifecycle from first notice of loss through to claim processing.

The client selected ServicePower as its mobile workforce management solution to provide enhanced productivity, efficiency and field mobilization to its remote teams of inspectors and adjusters.

Marne Martin, CEO, ServicePower, stated "We're excited by this new win which again cements our leadership in the insurance sector. ServicePower Unity, which packages our mobile workforce management platform in a logical, simplistic pricing model, continues to gain market share as customers look to ServicePower to provide long term solutions. A mobile workforce visionary, ServicePower launched our first SaaS applications in 2004, with integration across the platform in 2008, offering both our large enterprise customers, as well as our network of thousands of independent contractors within our ServiceOperations ecosystem, schedule optimization, dispatching and warranty processing and business management. We look forward to a long term partnership with this new client."
