Senator Minerals Inc. has appointed Richard Grayston as a director of the company effective immediately. Mr. Grayston fills the vacancy created by Anthony Jackson, who has resigned as a director of the company to pursue other ventures. The board of directors thanks Mr. Jackson for his many years of service to the company.
Following the appointment, the board of directors of the company consists of Tim Fernback, Ryan Cheung, Marco Parente and Mr. Grayston.

SENATOR MINERALS ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE AND SHARE CONSOLIDATION
Senator Minerals Inc.'s board of directors has approved a consolidation of the company's currently outstanding common share capital on the basis of one postconsolidation common share for every four currently outstanding common shares. Upon completion of the consolidation, it is anticipated that the company will have approximately 10,373,419 common shares outstanding.
Concurrently with completion of the consolidation, the company intends to change its name to Tisdale Resources Corp. The change of name forms part of a rebranding initiative being undertaken by the company. No changes in the company's operations are anticipated in connection with the rebranding.
Completion of the consolidation and the name change remain subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The company will issue a further news release once the effective date for the consolidation and the name change has been confirmed.

SENATOR MINERALS CONFIRMS EFFECTIVE DATE FOR NAME CHANGE AND SHARE CONSOLIDATION
Effective at the close of business on Nov. 14, 2018, Senator Minerals Inc. will consolidate its currently outstanding common share capital on the basis of one postconsolidation common share for every four currently outstanding common shares. Concurrently with completion of the consolidation, the company will change its name to Tisdale Resources Corp.
Effective at the open of markets on Nov. 15, 2018, the common shares of the company will commence trading on a postconsolidation basis, under the name Tisdale Resources Corp. and the ticker symbol TRC.
Upon completion of the consolidation it is anticipated that the company will have approximately 10,373,419 common shares outstanding. No fractional shares will be issued in connection with the consolidation. Shareholders who would otherwise be entitled to receive a fraction of a common share will be rounded to the nearest whole number of common shares and no cash consideration will be paid in respect of fractional shares. Registered holders of common shares of the company will receive a letter of transmittal from Odyssey Trust Company with instructions on how to exchange existing share certificates for new postconsolidation share certificates.
