Australian resources and investment company, Cape Lambert Resources Limited (ASX: CFE) (Cape Lambert or the Company) is pleased to advise that it has executed a non-binding terms sheet for an A$15m finance facility.
The A$15m facility provides the Company with further flexibility in our negotiations for either an offtake or a strategic partner which may result in alternative funding, such as a cash injection into the Company.
The term sheet is provided by Winance Investment LLC (Winance or Investor) for A$15m by way of the issue of convertible securities in the Company. An initial amount of A$1m will be available for immediate drawdown following the execution of formal documentation. Further drawdowns of $500k each are available upon full conversion of the notes from the previous drawdown subject to a cooling off period.
Material terms and conditions are outlined in Annexure A.

Jo, das vielleicht kannst du streichen. So langsam verstehe ich warum keine Filings und Quaterly Reports liest.

Der User hinterfragt kritisch, wieviel Fees sich der gute Tony wohl diesmal direkt und indirekt zukommen lässt. Darauf sollte man seines Erachtens nach ein Auge werfen. Scheint so als hätte sich Tony eine gewisse Reputation in Australien erabeitet. Im letzten Teil äußert der User seine Neugier, ob - ich übersetze mal frei - der Finanzierungspartner diesmal weniger anrüchig ist und vielleicht sogar eine Postadresse bzw eine Internetadresse vorweisen kann.

Mal was Interessantes aus HC:

This is going to be interesting, will need to go through the deal with a fine tooth comb to find the gotchas and down sides.
More importantly, can anyone guess the size of the bonus TS pays himself in consultation fees for the deal?
Any chance that the finance comes from a reputable firm at around LIBOR rates? A financer that has a website and not listed in the Panama or Paradise papers would also be nice.

Es müsste nach der News mal der Umsatz in Australien anziehen
