Mal so zur Info: TRVN hat am Tag der Bekanntgabe der P3 Ergebnisse 40% verloren.

Aber geh, alle Analysten in den USA die wesentlich näher am Geschehen sitzen als der werte Basher-kmastra hier im WO-Forum checken die Situation unisono nicht mal im entferntesten....

Die P3s waren doch sehr enttäuschend (im Vergleich zur P2). Das kann man ja auch am Kursverlauf sehen! Was die Nebenwirkungen betrifft wurde eben kaum ein statistisch signifikanter Unterschied aufgezeigt. Von daher sehe nicht nur ich das Marktpotenzial schon jetzt eingeschränkt, mit einer Zulassung rechne ich aber schon.



Natürlich hat man den SAE im 10Q veröffentlicht:

Der Oliceridin entwickelte, hat den Chemie Nobelpreis. Ich bin kein Mediziener.
Aber der Wirkstoff hat weniger Nebenwirkungen als die bisherigen Schmerzmittel.
(Atemprobleme, Darmprobleme, Übelkeit)
Er wurde paßgenau für die Schmerzrezeptoren gebaut.
Sollten Kursrelevante Dinge aus den Studien nicht veröffentlicht werden, hätte das rechtliche
Folgen. Deswegen glaube ich, das von den Studien kaum Negatives zu erwarten ist.
Da waren sehr gute Ergebnisse.
Blöd wäre nur, wenn irgendwelche Auflagen kommen, die das Marktpotential stark einschränken.
Oliceridin ist viel teurer als die bisherigen Schmerzmittel.

Demnächst sollte feststehen, wann genau das ADCOM tagt. Kurz vor dem Datum werden dann die briefing documents veröffentlicht. Daraus lässt sich oft eine Meinung der FDA herausfiltern. Trevena hat der FDA natürlich ein ziemlich viel größeres Datenpaket zur Verfügung gestellt als das was sie der Öffentlichkeit präsentieren. Ich hoffe, dass es da keine bösen Überraschungen gibt. Das Thema Sicherheit spielt hier eine große Rolle und ich meine es gab einen Fall mit Adverse Event, der als möglicherweise durch die Behndlung verursacht eigestuft wurde.
Oliceridin ist übrigens auch ein Opiat wie z.B. Morphium. Da es aber im Krankenhaus-Setting eingesetzt wird, hat es im Grunde wenig mit der Opiatkrise zu tun und wird da m.E. zu Unrecht in einen Topf geworfen. Was soll man den Leuten denn nach einer OP gegen die Schmerzen geben?

Die Präsentation wird sicher interessante Infos enthalten.
Ich spekuliere, dass es dann zu weiteren Kurssteigerungen kommt.
