Kurse weit unter 0,10 sind doch die logische Konsequenz, ich glaube viele Anleger sind sich der Tragweite der ständigen Verwässerungen nicht bewußt.

Kiran is making a big bet that Halo can sell lotsa oils & concentrates in Alberta, a footprint in Canada, from this High Tide deal, that is costing $12M in shares @ 26 cts (CAD), which means about 50M shares dilution (incl 2M shares for finders fee). This will take 3-6 mos. as buildout of stores, approvals, licensing app, etc. is needed. High Tide will have 50M shares of Halo stock and no lockup mentioned, so they can sell for 26 cts or any price they want, incl lower prices. My new guestimate is O/S at time of deal completing will be about 450-480M shares of Halo Labs ! So approx 150M-200M shares diluted since Oct ! The only one that seemed worth the dilution & risk is Bophelo Bioscience. Enormous patience is required as the overhang of stock will be very hard to overcome in the next 1-2 qtrs, so expect SP to be in 10-20 ct range for AGEEF, hopefully not below 10 cts cuz dilutive stock can be sold at any low price they want. Ugh...
