https://www.asx.com.au/asx/share-price-research/company/PM8
Atherley stated:
The consolidation is an important first step in the Company’s move to list on the
Main Board of the London Stock Exchange later in the year as it seeks to take
advantage of strong institutional investor interest in Europe.”

Current market cap sub 40 million
Potentially a 1.5 billion dollar company
So 37.5 increase from current level once in production isn't out of a question IMHO.
PAUL ATHERLY stated in the Crux interview that it is comparable to Lynas and the MtWeld deposit and the 20 bagger statement for Fidelity reason to buy in.
MRE due anytime next few weeks, PFS September will
spring the can of worms for this project, we are all just guessing as the new mineralization under the weathered zone makes this much bigger than initially perceived.
Either way this is a gem of a discovery and the catalyst for rapidly changing environment for EV 's
for the decade and beyond.
GLTAH!

For those who are having trouble viewing Tim's latest interview, It will not run in IE-7 browsers, Try accessing it thru Google Chrome.
Well worth viewing as it provides quite a few small but important details as to why this is such a great Project.
Foremost of which is the huge benefit (both financial and time wise) of already having the major (external) infrastructure in place. Having built a number of mines in both remote and developed locations, I can affirm that getting access to the site is usually the biggest initial hurdle to site development. Even in Australia I have found that the road network is often incapable of supporting the oversize loads required to bring in mining equipment, necessitating loads to be broken down and then reassembled on site. In PNG where there is no infrastructure, loads have to be broken down to a sub 5 ton size suitable for helicopters, very costly ! Having a newly upgraded Railway from a Deep-water port to site is going to greatly speed up mine development.
It gets even better when you consider that, this same Railroad is going to be able to ship the mines Product back down the line for export from that newly constructed Port. Without it Pensana would have to refine the concentrates on site till it was suitable for comparatively expensive road transport. So, that Railway and Port are going to save us not only a big slab of CAPEX but also considerable ongoing OPEX.
Then there is the availability of Power. Direct connection to the power grid is a luxury most mines can only dream of. While Longonjo will probably not require a huge amount of electricity, it will still need to power up: a mill, floatation cells and a thickener ~ so I would guess a 5-10Mw peak load will be required. To supply that with onsite generators would require at least a US$10M capital cost. Then as above you would also have a considerable Operating cost providing the fuel to run those gen-sets.
Water is crucial to most Processing circuits, not only does it provide a transport medium but it also acts as a lubricant and wetting medium for floatation cells. Tim mentions Hydrology studies in his interview both in relation to bore water and tailings dam. Which makes me think planning is far more advanced than one would expect at this stage. From past experience most companies wrongly assume water is always readily available and it is not till the last minute that the incoming Operation's Manager has to go out and find some !!!
Which brings me to my last observation. I find it highly refreshing that Pensana has appointed an "Operations" experienced CEO rather than the usual Lawyer, Accountant or ex-Politician. Developing a new mine site really does require somebody who knows where ALL of the critical points are, I am sure that Tim with his past experience and with the support of his obviously talented management team are capable of bringing this baby home.

I find it interesting that they don't mention Angola, or that Mountain Pass is owned by Chinese interests, I hate conspiracy theories but it is beginning to look like both sides are manipulating the truth ! to what end ? as they say "All's fair in love and war"
What is true and is becoming common knowledge is that the World demand for NdPr is soon to skyrocket and the current producers will not be able to keep up supply no matter what. And we shareholders now know that Pensana will be in the box seat to provide into that supply deficit.

Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 61.076.182 von N.Y. am 22.07.19 09:00:46PFS is coming soon. I think some buyer's will return before this major catalyst occurs. Topped up today myself. TA is suggesting consolidation period is coming to an end.
I suggest everyone watch the latest Crux interview on YouTube with Tim George.
Tim has vast experience in Africa/Angola and believes the new regulations in Angola are going to make it easy for PM8. He suggests licenses and infrastructure use is a non issue.
They have met and shaken hands with the Chinese in Angola + the Angolan minister of minerals.
Good times ahead here...

neue Präsentation:
https://www.asx.com.au/asx/share-price-research/company/PM8
Gute Trades!
