Tja, fraglich, wohin die Wege gehen.
Da Vital Metals eine australische Firma ist, kann denen eigentlich egal sein, ob die chinesische Beteiligung noch weiter aufgestockt wird.
Und was aus einer Produktion dann abgezwackt wird und nicht für den Traum einer amerikanischen REE Lieferkette verwendet wird, auch.
Aber, ob die Kanadier da mitmachen werden ist unklar.
Da Vital Metals eine australische Firma ist, kann denen eigentlich egal sein, ob die chinesische Beteiligung noch weiter aufgestockt wird.
Und was aus einer Produktion dann abgezwackt wird und nicht für den Traum einer amerikanischen REE Lieferkette verwendet wird, auch.

Bin heute erst über diesen Artikel gestolpert, der schon aus dem Oktober ist. Da steht drin, dass die kanadische Tochter längst Insolvenz angemeldet hat. Hatte bei Comdirekt mal ein Depot und ne Bude Namens Znext Mining, die nach diversen Splits nicht mehr handelbar war. Da folgte dann eine gegenwertslose Ausbuchung, die aber leider irgendwie schiefging. 10 Jahre später schicken die mir immer noch Quartalsberichte über 0,01 Cent, obwohl das Konto lange nicht mehr existiert. Hab es aufgegeben dahinter herzutelefonieren. Würde sowas gerne vermeiden, da verkauf ich lieber für 0,001.
Ansonsten dürfen die gerne noch ein paar Jahre liegen!

Vielleicht steckt da auch dieser ominöse Shareholder aus China dahinter, der im Dezember plötzlich auf 9,99% aufgestockt hat: Shenghe Resources (hier die Meldung an die ASX).
Vital ist und bleibt undurchsichtig, der Insiderkauf des neuen CEO war m.E. aber nur nur eine Umwandlung von Optionen oder ein Geschenk zum Amtsantritt. Glaube nicht, dass der echtes Geld investiert hat. Aber meine Position ist so klein, dass ich mir das jetzt auch noch angucken kann, ohne dass ich viel Geld verliere.

besten Dank für kontinuierliche Infos. Ich hatte das erste mal von Vital Metals gehört, als Schaeffler eine Abnahmevereinbarung mit REEtec AS mitgeteilt hatte (4/2022). Nachdem das Material von Vital kommen sollte, steht da doch noch ein wenig Streit zwischen Vital und REEtec ins Haus? Oder wie kann REEtec seine "Verpflichtungen" erfüllen?

Dann darf man sich nicht wundern. Das hätte alles in Deutschland passieren können. Mit einem Doppel-Wums gegen die Wand. Hauptsache mit Wärmepumpe betrieben.
Zumindest geht es hier weiter, auch wenn das Projekt Wigu Hill wohl irgendwann an Shenghe übergehen wird.
