Sie haben jedenfalls ewig daran gearbeitet und mit großem finanziellen commitment von BARDA. Das in Verbindung mit rolling review und priority review lässt die Chance für approval m.E. auf den ersten Blick recht hoch wirken...

DSTAT sieht in wirklich interessant aus. Wenn ich den MOA richtig verstanden habe, verstärkt das die Wirkung von Standardchemotherapeutika. Die Synthese ist kinderleicht, es handelt sich um ein recht einfach modifiziertes Heparin (was wiederum aus Schweinen gewonnen wird).
Ob DSTAT für COVID19 eine Relevanz haben wird, wage ich zu bezweifeln. Da dürften andere Therapeutika eher zum Zug kommen.

Chimerex (CHMX): market cap $260m; cash $80m; heute wurde die NDA mit priority review angenommen (New Drug Application for Brincidofovir as a Medical Countermeasure for Smallpox); approval erfolgt über die FDA Animal Rule.
Interessant ist hier nun, dass sie Brincidofovir mit großer Unterstützung von BARDA entwickelt haben und sie sich für den zweiten Platz im national stockpile bewerben, was jährliche Verträge von $70m-100m einbringen kann für die nächsten 5-12 Jahre.
Joker ist die in Q1 beginnende Phase 3 in AML.
Könnte ein 2x-3x bagger in den nächsten 6 Monaten werden. Werde wohl bei einem kleinen Rücksetzer eine kleine-mittlere Position aufbauen...
