PlanetLink Announces Contract With Alto LP Gas Co., Inc.

CUMMING, Ga., Jan. 26, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- PlanetLink Communications, Inc. (OTC BB:PLKC.OB - News), a provider of GPS satellite-based products and services, announced today that we have recently closed on a contract with Alto LP Gas Co., Inc., a liquid propane service provider based out of Alto, Michigan.

The contract calls for installation of the TransTRAK(tm) device in all existing Alto trucks and monitoring services for those devices. Of keen interest to Alto is the TransTRAK functional capability to monitor and control the ``pump on/pump off`` feature in each truck. Through this capability, Alto will not only be able to monitor time, location, speed and distance of its vehicles on a real-time basis, it will also be able to monitor ``route time`` required to fill each customer`s tank. This will allow Alto to increase route productivity and maximize their route efficiencies.

THE ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS MEETING



The Annual Shareholders Meeting was held on December 16, 2005 in Atlanta, Georgia. There were 699,000,000 shares outstanding as of the September 6, 2005 date of record and over 562,000,000 shares were voted. In Proposal #1 M. Dewey Bain, Harold Jackson, Darrell Carver, Shawn Chemtov, Richard Lapaglia. Mary Hitt and Melvin Williams were elected as directors for the upcoming year.



Proposal #2 – the increase in the authorized number of shares to 1.5 billion shares passed as did Proposal #3 which established 150,000,000 of the total authorized shares as preferred stock. Proposal #4 which augmented indemnification provisions in Georgia law passed. In Proposal #5 Chisholm, Bierwolf & Nilson were elected as the company’s independent auditors for 2005.



Highlights From Discussion Of Future Business Opportunities



After the business part of the shareholders meeting was concluded, M. Dewey Bain, CEO, led a discussion of future business opportunities for PlanetLink which included



A pilot program with automobile dealerships, which would target fleet vehicle sales with the TransTRAK product as an installed accessory for fleet vehicle sales.

Small moving companies will continue to expand and could double the number of units in service in 2006.

Having the capability to have a low end product line with a decreased monitoring cost as well as the TransTRAK product line.

Completing the company’s first acquisition which will substantially increase sales..

Negotiating a marketing agreement to sell the TransTRAK product line with a group, which has contacts within the Departments of Defense and Homeland Security.

The joint marketing agreement with Karta Technologies will see an inflow of income beginning in the first quarter of 2006.

The opportunity to double the number of units placed in service on a monthly basis with the advent of our joint marketing consultants.

Options for the future – voice communications, barcode, LCD readers and utilization of city wide wi-max zones.

Ich denke Dein Posting war nur einfach überflüssig !

Ich habe weder einen schlechten Tag gehabt, noch bin ich neidisch auf diesen Thread, da ich schon den technischen Verstand besitze einen solchen zu eröffnen und ich übe auch nicht für einen eigenen Thread, da man in den meisten Fällen keinen benötigt, weil es oft einen HAUPTTHREAD gibt.
Und da wären wir auch schon bei deiner gerade genannten Überflüssigkeit. Hier gibt es einen Hauptthread in dem man sich täglich mehrmals austauscht. Deswegen wundert es mich (bzw. es wundert mich nicht sehr) wieso du heute kommst gleich ZWEI neue Threads eröffnest (die dann zufällig als neue Therads auf der Community-Startseite auftauchen), großartig zum Kaufen bläst und so tust, als ob Planet deine große Entdeckung des Jahres wäre. Wenn dir etwas an Diskussion liegen würde, dann hättest du in den Hauptthread geschrieben, aber nein, du bist hier eingestiegen und machst nur "Werbung" dafür, dass dein Investment steigt. Ich finde das wirklich schrecklich und bin der Meinung, dass das viele andere, die hier schon lange schreiben genauso sehen. Für solche Zwecke wie du sie hast ist das Board nicht erschaffen worden.

So, das war das letzte, was ich dazu zu schreiben habe. Lass dir das einfach mal durch den Kopf gehen und sei willkomen im Hauptthread von PLCK ;-)

CUMMINGS, Ga., Feb. 14, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- PlanetLink Communications Inc.
