Tai Bok Kim bestätigte in o. g. Meldung:I do not intend to sell, nor do I anticipate any of my co-investors to sell, any of the converted shares in CinTel until such time as the sale of all business assets of CinTel in the distant future."

- Ausbruch ! (siehe Chart)
- Der grösste Anteilseigner ist Long-Term-Investor! (siehe Link)
http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/060516/20060516005639.html?.v=1

CinTel Corp. receives $15 Million in Convertible Bonds from KTB China Optimum Fund and Other Investors
CinTel Corp. ("CinTel") (OTCBB: CNCN), a leader of Internet traffic management solutions, today announced that on October 24, 2006, it sold an aggregate of $15 million in convertible bonds, convertible to the common stock of the company at $0.50 per share. CinTel plans to use the proceeds of the investment to continue its strategic acquisitions towards a more diverse and profitable business. The investors included KTB China Optimum Fund, one of several venture capital and private equity funds managed by KTB Networks Inc, the largest listed venture capital company in Korea, EMLSI, a KOSDAQ listed company specializing in mobile semiconductors, and Axlon Corporation, KOSDAQ listed company specializing in intelligent network robots and STS Semiconductor & Telecommunications Co., Ltd.
As a result of this investment, CinTel anticipates it will have access into other related businesses in addition to its current focus on the ITM (Internet Traffic Management) market. CinTel anticipates that it will expand its business to include semi-conductor planning, design, distribution and sales starting with packaging, testing of semiconductors and the component markets. CinTel believes that redirecting its core business will have a significance influence on the value of the company for its partners and investors. With the drive to participate in the semiconductor market, with a significant growth potential in the near future, Management believes that CinTel will not only continue to contribute to the development of the IT industry, but revenues this year will provide CinTel with the base for stable and rapid growth.
Mr. Sang Yong Oh, Chairman of CinTel's board of directors said, "We are very thankful to the investors of KTBnetwork and the other KOSDAQ listed investors for their trust in CinTel and their convertible bond investment. We hope to reward their faith in CinTel by restructuring our organization to become a highly profitable company in the high-growth tech industries such as semiconductors. As we have stated in the past, this significant infusion of capital will no doubt offer CinTel the opportunity to re-list from the over-the-counter bulletin board to a more significant exchange with a wider investor base."
Sang Don Kim, the CEO of CinTel Corp., said, "We are very pleased to receive the $15 million investment from these long-term investors at a tremendous premium to the current stock price of CinTel. Needless to say, this is very good news for current shareholders of CinTel because this investment affirms that significant players have faith in CinTel's long-term vision. While it was not easy to turn CinTel's ITM products into large profits over the past nine years, with this significant investment, CinTel will be able to become a larger, more diversified company with significant profits in the near future. This is merely the beginning of a series of strategic moves that will maximize value for those shareholders who have been and will remain faithful to the Company's long term direction."

CinTel in Consortium With KT Secures Kuwaiti Project
Friday, October 27, 2006
CinTel Corp., a leader in Internet traffic management, has announced it has secured and signed a contract worth approximately US$450,000 for the global system integration project in four Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI) plants located in Kuwait. CinTel Corp. in consortium with KT Corp (formerly, Korea Telecom Corp) has been contracted to build the voice, data and network project, including supply of iCache for this project.
HHI is one of the best and leading heavy industry companies in the world and is renowned for its shipbuilding and plant construction. To facilitate seamless communication between the plant construction site in Kuwait and its headquarters in Ulsan, Korea, the consortium of CinTel and KT will be providing a communications network using KT's satellite network. HHI has selected the CinTel/KT consortium for this project to build and maintain the voice and data communication network.
CinTel will play a vital role in the data network portion's architecture design and system equipment selection. The Kuwait project will require establishing a wireless data network of 10Mbps between the Kuwait headquarters branch office and the four plants, and a satellite network between the Kuwait branch office and the Ulsan main headquarters. CinTel will install iCache to dramatically improve the limited network bandwidth and response time to the Kuwait branch office.
As this is the first time that HHI is establishing its own data network at a project location, CinTel/KT consortium expects there may be many more such projects overseas with HHI. This represents the first overseas project since CinTel and KT began their cooperative working relationship starting with the National Museum of Korea project in 2005. CinTel and KT have demonstrated they have an enviably solid relationship and expect they will be able to cooperate in many other projects. Sang-Don Kim, the CEO of CinTel said, "This first major overseas project with HHI is quite meaningful for CinTel as it targets the overseas markets as one of the key growth areas for revenues for CinTel. We will continue to focus on HHI and other overseas projects in conjunction with KT. In this HHI Kuwait project, CinTel is responsible not merely for supplying the internet traffic management (ITM) solution, but also for the management and building of the entire data network. CinTel will continue to expand its expertise-base gathered through ITM solutions into other network solutions."
