      VANCOUVER, BC, December 11th 2006.

      GOLDQUEST INTERCEPTS 9.68 METERS GRADING 6.90 g/t Au, CONFIRMS GOLD-RICH
      MASSIVE SULPHIDES ON LAS ANIMAS PROJECT.
      • Massive sulphide intersection of 9.65 m grading 4.14% Zn, 2.25% Cu, 1.22 g/t Au & 51.84 g/t Ag.
      • Oxide gold intersection of 38 m grading 1.92 g/t Au including 9.68 meters with 6.90 g/t Au;
      VANCOUVER, BC, December 11th 2006– GoldQuest Mining Corp. (“GoldQuest” or the “Company”) is
      pleased to announce the results of the first three diamond drill holes on its 100% owned Las Animas
      concession. All three holes were drilled on the same north-south fence with LA-01 and 02 at inclinations
      of -65° and -50° respectively and LA-03 drilled 40 meters north at an inclination of -50°.
      LA-01 intersected supergene copper with a grade of 2.22% over 4 meters from 48.0 to 52.0 m.
      LA-02, drilled at a shallower angle, intersected the oxide gold zone with 38 meters grading 1.92 g/t Au
      (from 34.0 to 72.0 m) with a high grade interval of 6.90 g/t Au over 9.68 meters from gossan. The peak
      value from this interval returned 12.75 g/t Au over one meter. Base metals are leached in this oxide
      intersection.
      LA-03 drilled deeper below LA-01 & 02 intersected massive sulphides at a depth of 100 meters below
      surface at 96.35 meters down hole. The 9.65 meter intersection from 96.35 m grades 1.22 g/t Au, 51.84 g/t
      Ag, 2.25% Cu and 4.14% Zn. The massive sulphide mineralisation principally comprises of pyrite,
      chalcopyrite, chalcocite, sphalerite and bornite.
      The massive sulphide body is steeply dipping to vertical and has a variable strike between 060 and 150
      degrees in the area of the drill holes.
      Three further holes (LA-04, 05 & 06) were completed with the assay results pending from the laboratory.
      Holes LA-04 and 05 were drilled on the same north-south geological section as holes LA-01, 02 and 03
      and intercepted the massive sulphide mineralisation at depth beneath hole LA-03, increasing the depth of
      the mineralisation to 150 meters below surface. Hole LA-06 was drilled 30 m west of holes LA-01 to 05
      and intercepted a similar gossanous sequence to that observed in hole LA-02.
      These results confirm the gold-rich nature of the massive sulphide with an approximate 46 meter deep
      oxide gold cap on this section. The drilling also confirms the coincidence of massive sulphides with
      electromagnetic (EM) conductors defined by the geophysical survey reported in the Press Release of 12th
      January 2006. This survey defined eight conductors with a cumulative strike length of 2,100 meters. In
      addition the Company has previously identified zones of gossanous schist with values of 14.0 g/t Au and
      7.4 g/t Au at a distance of 1,000 m west of the drilled fence.
      David Hall, President & C.E.O. commented “these results are significant and add another quality discovery
      to the GoldQuest portfolio which includes the Las Tres Palmas project where the 2,000 meter, second
      phase drill campaign is currently underway. We await the remaining Las Animas drill results before
      planning an aggressive step-out and district exploration program to fully define the tonnage and grade in
      what is a potentially new exciting massive sulphide camp”.
      The qualified person for the technical information in this press release for the purposes of National
      Instrument 43-101 is Dr Stewart D. Redwood, FIMMM, Consulting Geologist to the Company.
      Preparation and geochemical analyses of all samples were carried out by ALS Chemex, Vancouver.
      Standards, duplicates and blanks are routinely inserted into all sample batches for quality control. Updated
      maps and figures of the Las Animas project will be available shortly on the GoldQuest website.

      GOLDQUEST INTERCEPTS 142 METERS GRADING 2.59%Cu, 1.91% Zn AND 2.50 g/t
      Au AT LAS ANIMAS

      VANCOUVER, BC, JUNE 6, 2007 GoldQuest Mining Corp. ("GoldQuest" or the "Company") is
      pleased to announce the results of the first four drill holes from its Phase II diamond drill programme on its
      100% owned Las Animas project in the Dominican Republic.

      The 2,000 meter programme is currently drilling targets along the strike of the previous drilled massive
      sulphide horizon (Reported in Press Releases - December 11, 2006 & February 5, 2007) and testing
      additional zones, including new gossan discoveries, soil geochemical anomalies and geophysical targets.
      Results for the first four drill holes (LA-07 to LA-10) totalling 671.91 meters have been received.
      Highlights are as follows:
      ·
      Massive sulphide and stockwork intersection of 142 meters of 2.59% Cu, 1.91% Zn and 2.50 g/t Au;
      ·
      Drilling extends massive sulphide to over 275 meters below surface;
      ·
      Mineralization thickened due to folding;
      ·
      Mineralization still open at depth and to west;

      Drill hole LA-10 was drilled 56 meters north of LA-06 on the same geological cross section with an
      azimuth of 180 degrees and an inclination of -60 degrees in order to test the continuity of sulphides at depth
      below the gossan intercepted in hole LA-06.

      The hole intersected massive sulphides consisting of chalcopyrite, sphalerite and pyrite vertically below the
      gossan of LA-06. The hole then continued in massive sulphides and sulphide-rich sericite schist to a depth
      of 304.00 meters, giving an intersection of 140.98 metres width to a vertical depth of 275 metres below
      surface.

      The massive sulphide and stockwork interval returned:

      - 142.00m grading 2.50 g/t Au, 36.58 g/t Ag, 2.59% Cu and 1.91% Zn from 162.00m to 304.00m.
      Including,
      - 14.56m grading 4.20 g/t Au, 85.99 g/t Ag, 3.13% Cu and 3.29% Zn from 163.02m to 177.58m
      And
      - 105.98m grading 2.72 g/t Au, 36.75 g/t Ag, 2.29% Cu and 2.09% Zn from 198.02m to 304.00m.
      This drill intercept can be explained by folding and structural thickening of the massive sulphide layer in an
      asymmetric S-shaped fold (looking east), with a near vertical body on the upper and lower fold limbs, and
      an intermediate limb with a similar dip as the drill hole. The remainder of the hole was in pyritic sericite
      schist to the final depth of 330.79 meters. The Company wishes to emphasise that the actual geometry of
      the massive sulphide body will not be defined until further drilling has been undertaken. A perpendicular
      "scissor hole" will be completed on the same section (drilled to the north) as drill hole LA-10 to clarify the
      true thickness of this new massive sulphide zone discovered at depth.

      Hole LA-07 was drilled 45 meters east of Holes LA-01 and 02 and intercepted a thin horizon of gossan at
      the sediment-volcanic contact. The gossan returned 0.51m grading 2.62 g/t Au from 46.05m and the
      footwall volcanics returned 23.44m grading 0.36 g/t Au from 46.56m, including 10.00m at 0.55 g/t Au from
      56.00m.

      Hole LA-08 was a short 55.81 meter hole drilled to the south on the same section as holes LA-01, 02, 03, 04
      and 05. The hole intercepted sanded barite gossan, gossanous sediments and sericite schist at the sediment-
      volcanic contact that returned 16m grading 3.01 g/t Au and 19.08 g/t Ag in oxide from surface, including
      2.81m grading 12.24 g/t Au and 35.57 g/t Ag in gossan from 12.19m. Base metals have been leached from
      this interval. The rest of the hole is in pyritic sericite schist and gave 0.28 g/t Au and 3.53 g/t Ag over
      39.81m from 16.00m, including a semi-massive sulphide intersection of 4.44m grading 0.63 g/t Au and 6.06
      g/t Ag from 36.26m.

      Hole LA-09 was drilled to test a conductive geophysical target located 80 meters southeast of holes LA-05
      and intercepted sericite-pyrite altered rhyolite volcanic rocks with a maximum value of 0.63 g/t Au.

      Drilling is ongoing and will test a number of other targets including the new gossans discovered some 450
      meters along strike to the west that returned 21.30 g/t and 9.17 g/t gold (Press release May 8, 2007),
      geophysical, geochemical targets and step-out holes from hole LA-10.

      Results from the ongoing drilling will be released as soon as they are received. Further information
      including updated maps and cross sections will be posted on the GoldQuest website shortly.

      Goldquest drills 19.09 m of 2.03 gpt Au at Las Animas

      2007-08-29 11:56 ET - News Release

      Mr. Alistair Waddell reports

      GOLDQUEST INTERCEPTS 19.09 METERS GRADING 3.07% CU, 3.91% ZN, 2.03 G/T AU AND 33.01 G/T AG AND 17.68% CU OVER 3.13 METERS AT LAS ANIMAS

      Goldquest Mining Corp. has provided the latest results of its continuing exploration drilling from its phase II diamond-drill program on its 100-per-cent-owned Las Animas project in the Dominican Republic. Results from an additional 10 drill holes (LA-11 to LA-20) totalling 1,191.85 metres are reported. Drilling continues and the rig is currently drilling hole LA-26 for a total of 2,605 metres to date in phase II.

      The highlights of the latest results from holes LA-11 to LA-20 are as follows:

      Massive sulphide intersection in hole LA-13 of 19.09 metres grading 3.08 per cent copper, 3.91 per cent zinc, 2.03 grams per tonne gold and 33.01 g/t silver. This is the cross "scissor hole" testing the mineralization intercepted in hole LA-10;
      Two massive sulphide intercepts in hole LA-20 with 12.97 metres grading 4.52 per cent Cu, 0.23 per cent Zn, 4.37 g/t Au and 558.26 g/t Ag, and 8.37 metres grading 3.71 per cent Cu, 1.11 per cent Zn, 1.56 g/t Au and 29.42 g/t Ag;
      Supergene enrichment zone intersected in LA-20 included 3.13 metres grading 17.68 per cent Cu;
      Mineralization at Las Animas continues to be interpreted as being thickened due to folding.

      The drilling has clarified the geometry and thickness of mineralization as intercepted in hole LA-10, 142 metres grading 2.59 per cent Cu, 1.91 per cent Zn and 2.5 g/t Au (reported in Stockwatch on June 6, 2007). The company is now developing a far better geological understanding of the massive sulphide body at depth. Hole LA-13, a cross scissor hole drilled on the same section as holes LA-10 and LA-06 in a northerly direction returned 19.09 metres grading 3.07 per cent Cu, 3.91 per cent Zn, 2.03 g/t Au and 33.01 g/t Ag. This is the second-widest massive sulphide drill intercept on the project. The company's estimated true width of the massive sulphide body at this point is between 15 to 19.09 metres.

      The company is pleased to report, as previously noted in the press release in Stockwatch dated June 6, 2007, that the intercept reported in hole LA-10 can be explained by drilling on a fold limb with a similar dip to the inclination of the hole caused by folding and fault repetition of the massive sulphide horizon. Hole LA-13 drilled across the zone from the opposite direction and is interpreted as being close to the true width of the mineralization at this point. Drilling indicates the massive sulphide body intercepted in holes LA-13, and LA-10 is thickening and is still open at depth. The company's objective is to continue to further define the geometry and thickness of the mineralization at depth and along strike with continuing drilling.

      To test the extension of the mineralization to the west, the company drilled holes LA-12, LA-17, LA-18, LA-19 and LA-20.

      LA-19 and LA-20 were drilled on a new north-south fence 32 metres west of the section that includes LA-06, LA-10 and LA-13. The company is encouraged by the fact that both holes intercepted the same mineralized massive sulphide body, thus extending the known mineralization in a westerly direction. Hole LA-19 was a shallow oxide hole drilled to the north which intercepted 10.55 metres grading 2.29 g/t Au and 157.07 g/t Ag. A deeper hole LA-20 drilled from the same pad beneath hole LA-19 returned two separate massive sulphide intervals which are interpreted to be the same massive sulphide body which has been repeated by faulting. These intervals returned 12.97 metres grading 4.52 per cent Cu, 0.22 per cent Zn, 4.52 g/t Au and 558.26 g/t Ag, and 8.37 metres grading 3.7 per cent Cu, 1.11 per cent Zn, 1.55 g/t Au and 29.42 g/t Ag. The former interval intersected high-grade supergene mineralization with grades of 17.68 per cent Cu over 3.13 metres, including 31.7 per cent Cu over 0.85 metre, 25.2 per cent Cu over 0.68 metre and 1,070 g/t Ag over 6.2 metres.

      LA-18 was a shallow hole drilled west of holes LA-19 and LA-20 and intercepted an interval of massive sulphide returning 0.21 metre grading 7.18 per cent Cu, 0.43 per cent Zn, 1.09 g/t Au and 23.4 g/t Ag. The company will follow up this massive sulphide intercept with further drilling to test mineralization at depth beneath hole LA-18.

      Drill holes LA-12 and LA-17 were drilled farther west of hole LA-18. LA-12 remained in the hangingwall sediments due to folding at depth and did not reach the target horizon; however, the hangingwall rocks returned a broad interval of 60.45 metres grading 0.48 per cent Zn which continued to the bottom of the hole. The zinc values in the hangingwall suggest there may be massive sulphide mineralization nearby at the sediment-volcanic contact. Hole LA-17 was a shallow hole close to hole LA-12 and did not return any significant values.

      Three drill holes LA-14, 15 and 16 were completed on a large (400 metres) step-out west of LA-10 to test a gossan zone where surface sampling of gossan blocks returned values of 21.30 g/t and 9.17 g/t gold. LA-14 and LA-15 intercepted oxide mineralization in sericite schists with grades of 0.82 g/t Au and 19.69 g/t Ag over 3.61 metres (LA-14) and 0.22 g/t Au over 42.87 metres (LA-15). LA-16 did not return any significant values. These shallow holes did not test the target rhyolite-sediment contact to the north of the outcropping gossans which is the location of the massive sulphide body about 400 metres to the east. It is the company's intention to further test this area as part of the continuing drilling.

      LA-11 was drilled 98 metres south of LA-01 from the same platform as LA-04 and 05 with azimuth of 360 degrees north and inclination of minus 75 degrees to test the down-dip continuity of the massive sulphides. It drilled through the footwall sericite schists with several strongly pyritic intervals and returned 22 metres at 0.42 g/t Au and 0.64 per cent Zn, but did not reach the massive sulphide target due to technical drilling difficulties in a large zone of soft sericitic clay. After several attempts to complete the hole, the decision was taken to abandon the hole at 140.25 metres.

      The delays in announcing further results since its last Stockwatch release of June 6, 2007, were due to technical difficulties of drilling through intensely altered rhyolites and delays in the sample analytical lab. The company has addressed these issues by significantly upgrading the size of the drill rig and has started to use a new commercial sample preparation facility opened in the Dominican Republic by Acme Analytical Laboratories Ltd.

      The company continues to drill at Las Animas in order to further define the known mineralization as well as explore other targets on the property. Results from the continuing drilling will be released as soon as they are received. Further information including updated maps and cross-sections will be posted on the Goldquest website shortly.

      NEW COMPANY RECOMMENDATION
      GoldQuest Mining Corp: GQC

      We see solid potential for respectable gains in GQC, just based on the previous reported drill results at Las Animas. Drill results of 2.59% Copper over 142m caused a halt on the stock earlier in the year and investors generated a quick double in a matter of a couple days. On top of that, you get a shot at the monster speculation with relatively little risk. Gold Quest is currently drilling the same property in the DR but has been backlogged on assays due to the slow processing time in the labs. We believe that assays will be out any day now and that GQC is at an excellent opportunity to buy on a dip at the current price. I believe the company will be halted when they are ready to release results and this will cause a stampede towards GQC. Now is the time to buy and make your money on the run up. Aurelian was assayed 4 times before they put out the first set of results monster results, Goldquest is in the labs for a 3rd time to re-assay the cores. This tells us that they are spectacular grade if they are retesting them for a 3rd time before releasing the results. Monster results are expected and possibly much better than the previous release.
