Enzyme Environmental Solutions Announces Test Program for Product Placement in National Convenience Store Chain
Exposure in National Convenience Stores Continues to Explode
Enzyme Environmental Solutions Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EESO) CEO Jared Hochstedler announced today that the company has entered into an agreement to supply Shell Oil convenience store locations with several different cleaning solutions for store use and resale to the public.

Hochstedler commented, "Our sales team has brought another great opportunity to EESO. Shell Oil Convenience store chain will be utilizing our products designed for cleaning floors, beverage towers and the concrete pads located outside at the gas pumps. This will be a great addition to our convenience store clients as it truly is a national presence as EESO builds the U.S. market. In addition to the private use of our products, the EESO products will be placed on sale to the public. As time goes on we believe that we will be able to place a wider variety of our products for resale in these stores, but for now one step at a time. The company expects to make other major announcements in the coming days as a result of the great response from the Michigan Petroleum Show."

The company would also like to confirm that as of April 4, 2008 the outstanding share count remains at 223,716,398 commons shares issued and outstanding.

Hi @ all,

Enzyme Environmental Solutions Completes Acquisition of U.S. Test Site and Verifies Application With Wal-Mart

Enzyme Environmental Solutions Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EESO) CEO S. Jared Hochstedler announced today that the company has signed the "contract for conditional sale of Real Estate" to acquire the test site to continue improving its agricultural odor reduction product. Possession of the property was conveyed upon the contract execution.

Hochstedler commented, "The agriculture industry offers a tremendous opportunity for our shareholders. Right now the USDA does not require odor control here in the United States, but we all are aware of housing developments that have fought to shut down hogging operations due to the offensive odor. We have some larger hog operations right in the Fort Wayne area that have shut down operations because of the complaints of surrounding developments.

"If you can imagine the application of our proprietary enzyme-based formulation for odor reduction (already being shipped to our Korean distributor) also being used to keep the hogs clean, reducing the possibility for disease in the animal itself thus allowing for healthier and greater weight gain, how this would impact the hog operations and margins for the farming community. Couple the odor reduction, improved health of the animals and ability to turn the waste into useable processed fertilizing mulch and this literally could produce potential revenues of over $500 million per year," Hochstedler further commented.

"I know these numbers are staggering and almost inconceivable, but think about it just a little and allow your mind to ponder all of the applications that are possible. I believe our shareholders will understand why I am so excited for our company's potential," stated Hochstedler.

The company would also like to communicate with all shareholders that in 2004, Wal-Mart launched a company-wide sustainability initiative with the goals of generating zero waste, being supplied by 100% renewable energy and to selling products that sustain resources and the environment. EESO has already made application in the past with The Cleantech Group (http://www.cleantech.com/accelerator/) which is serving Wal-Mart to:

-- Communicate to the market their needs to meet these objectives; and
-- Assist in identifying technologies and solutions which will generate
demonstrable progress towards these goals.

This site will serve as the gateway between solution providers and Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart seeks to identify solutions that can be integrated into their current operations. If a solution appears promising, additional steps will be provided towards a procurement dialog directly with Wal-Mart.

The company would also like to confirm that as of April 10, 2008 the outstanding share count remains at 223,716,398 commons shares issued and outstanding.

Enzyme Environmental Solutions Announces Merger With Enzyme Consultants Organization
Tuesday May 6, 5:15 pm ET

FORT WAYNE, IN--(MARKET WIRE)--May 6, 2008 -- Enzyme Environmental Solutions Inc. (Other OTC:EESO.PK - News) CEO S. Jared Hochstedler announced today that he has decided to merge Enzyme Consultants Organization (ECO) into EESO.

CEO Jared Hochstedler stated, "ECO has been the distribution arm and owner of all 35 proprietary formulations for all of the EESO products. Now that ECO is fully engaged in several major international distribution agreements, I feel it is time to bring as much value as possible and as quickly as possible to the shareholders of EESO."

Hochstedler went on, "EESO will now own all of the formula for the environmentally friendly sustainable products. If you put a conservative valuation to each formula of $50,000 each that will add an intellectual property value of $1.75 million (USD) to EESO. Building shareholder value is a top priority to me and I am extremely pleased to add the value of ECO at this time.

"There are many things taking place this week. Our fully automated bottling machine is being delivered soon, there are many initiatives taking shape from the Indiana Petroleum Tradeshow, in addition there are new lines of products in the Medical field that ECO brings to the company. With all of the new business initiatives and marketing campaign, I want to be open with the shareholders of EESO. Many of the opportunities that are in play require funding. Therefore, I would like to announce that over the next day or so I will be authorizing the issuance of up to 125 million shares that will be used to fund the company efforts and marketing to advance to the next level.

"I would also like to announce that I have retained the services of Brian Kistler, CEO of New Opportunity Business Solutions as Financial Consultant and Corporate Communications to assist me in planning out the future funding for EESO. Brian and I have known each other from the early days when I started ESI. With his knowledge of the markets I felt it was time to bring his expertise to the company. Brian's knowledge of how to structure financial packages so that they are as company friendly as possible will prove to be extremely valuable to the company. I want to clearly state that Brian is not receiving any of the newly issued shares," stated Hochstedler.

Kistler commented, "Jared and I go back several years and I am impressed with his passion and desire to grow the company the right way. I am looking forward to assisting Jared as we move forward. Any financial dealing will have shareholder value as a top priority and will be structured as reasonable and prudent manner as possible."

The company would also like to encourage all interested parties to watch for a YouTube video release later this evening which will further discuss the events announced in this release.

Enzyme Environmental Solutions Launches Global Strategy
EESO Poised for Continued Growth as It Enhances Its Staff With New IR and Strategic Alliances Worldwide

FORT WAYNE, IN -- (Marketwire) -- 10/28/08 -- (PINKSHEETS: EESO) -- The past few months have caused CEO/President Jared Hochstedler to take some heat from investors as he worked with staff chemists and sales force toward an ever evolving service and product expansion. "I think the shareholders will be pleased with the weeks, months and years to come as EESO products become both a household name as well as a go-to for industries worldwide."

One integral part of this new direction includes a changing of the guards. Yesterday morning, as part of a mutual agreement, Brian Kistler, former Investor Relations for Enzyme Environmental Solutions, parted ways with EESO as part of a strategic growth initiative designed by CEO Jared Hochstedler with counsel from Bill White, Vice President of Sales and Operations as an answer toward shareholders' beckoning for global presence and product exposure in both retail and industrial sectors.

There are no hard feelings on either side as Kistler commented, "My stepping down was in regards to the fact that EESO is experiencing an elevation in their business model that will require a bit more responsibility than I can take on at this time. It's a little bittersweet on my part but I'm proud for them on their recent accomplishments and support them on their inevitable successes and announcements over the next several weeks regarding major product exhibition." He adds that he enjoyed working with Hochstedler and feels there is a bright future for EESO and other companies involved in biotech and the environment in light of the progressive green movement.

Hochstedler echoed Kistler's sentiments in regards to the change saying, "Brian was monumental in our launching EESO and was an integral part of getting us to where we are now. It was agreed that due to our plans for expansion that the role was not conducive to Brian's other commitments and we thank him for his time with us." Hochstedler went on to show gratitude for EESO's investors. "I'd also like to thank the investors for their patience as we've taken the necessary time to blueprint our plans for branding, licensing and overall advancement."

Much of the new development strategy is a result of EESO's recent successes including private label requests based on purchase orders from other companies seeking to remain competitive in the marketplace in terms of an efficient and cost-effective green product line utilizing EESO's exclusive formulas and technology.

Bill White adds that improved Investor Relations is a key component in regards to the expansion. "A service provider like Newbauer Media Relations as IR will be an essential component in regards to the evolution of our company. This alliance brings abilities toward product placement opportunities, enhanced shareholder communication as well as timely and informative announcements in the form of PR's in regards to the company's achievements."

Mother Earth Says 'Clean Your Room'; Enzyme Environmental Solutions Helps Take the Task
EESO Prepares to Take the GC 2000 to Market Toward Expansion, Profitability and Reducing Our Carbon Footprint

FORT WAYNE, IN -- (Marketwire) -- 10/29/08 -- (PINKSHEETS: EESO) -- In what may seem to some shareholders like a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away (April 2008), EESO President/CEO Jared Hochstedler announced possession of the revolutionary GC 2000, the company's proprietary formulation designed to take auto residue from scrap yards and separate the non-hazardous components inherent to the residue from the hazardous waste by-products. These non-hazardous components can then be sold as fuel-oil. Fuel-oil is made of long hydrocarbon chains, particularly alkanes, cycloalkanes and aromatics.

Today, Hochstedler announced the purchase of equipment for the testing lab which will be used to demonstrate the formula's effectiveness to major scrap yards worldwide. Scrap yards in general are becoming a large target market for EESO's state-of-the-art technology as part of its global expansion with continuity in its form as a company set to be a pacesetter in green biotechnology toward a "Cleaner world. Safer planet" as its slogan denotes. Hochstedler says the equipment "has arrived and is being setup to be fully operational within 14 days for demonstration purposes."

As a point of edification, Bill White, VP of Sales and Operations, gives some impressive statistics: "Scrap recycling helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions and conserves energy and natural resources. We've found in our research that scrap recycling redirects 145 million tons of materials away from landfills." Hochstedler adds, "The GC 2000 is key in the role of recycled scrap and 'fluff' as is the industry moniker for auto residue. It helps keep air and water cleaner by removing potentially hazardous materials and keeping them out of landfills. Aside from that it aids the economies in which it is utilized as it produces the fuel-oil for sale and consumption." He goes on, in terms of company growth and strategy that "EESO will be an integral part in reducing our carbon footprint as a global community overall. As globalization continues to take effect, regardless of election results and free-trade agreement negotiations, this exclusive technology is poised to be a major player in the restructuring of economies and their dependencies and liabilities."

Bill White, when asked about the potential for the sales of fuel-oil as a "life after separation" comments astutely, "Fuel-oil is transported all around the world by fleets of supertankers that make deliveries to large ports like Houston, Singapore, and Rotterdam. Even in places that you can't use a seaport for the supertankers, you can use barges rather effectively as with other imports and exports."

Hochstedler closes the announcement with appreciation: "The company thanks its employees and shareholders for their faith and support in EESO's capacity and long-term goals and looks forward to sharing more news in the weeks to come."

Enzyme Environmental Solutions Coming to a Store Near You
EESO Product Line Now Sold at Healthkick Nutrition Centers Nationwide

FORT WAYNE, IN -- (Marketwire) -- 10/31/08 -- (PINKSHEETS: EESO) It all started with a facelift... EESO launched its new corporate website last month as a "Grand Opening" toward increased retail and individual consumption. CEO/President Jared Hochstedler comments, "The new website is a means in which Enzyme Environmental Solutions can begin to position ourselves toward growth in industrial and household recognition and accessibility. The new website will feature links to our videos, tips, educational materials and a user-friendly shopping cart for consumer and industry access to our product line."

"The website is a nice foundation for our new strategy in that it caters to the smaller retail and individual purchasers but also facilitates product exposure to larger corporations worldwide. This will be key in our marketing and services to food service, hospitality and industrial clientele," says Bill White, VP of Sales and Operations. "As well, we plan to implement the concepts and flavor we use in our videos into television commercials to be aired regionally and branch out from there.

"If you haven't seen our videos, our Media department has done a great job," says White. "We capture the audience with a quirky flavor much like the Geico ad campaigns -- having fun yet getting the message across effectively, such as our two most recent spots which you can find on You Tube." (Videos referenced can be viewed at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ETl8wXbwGF0 and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nvPoFnJKpJo)

The increased exposure has already led to the company making a name for itself in the eyes of retailers. Most recently, Healthkick Nutrition Centers has taken on the home solutions product line for its shelves including the 'Wipeout' stain pen and EESO's ever-popular enzyme based laundry detergent. Bob Morris, Founder of Healthkick Nutrition Centers whose flagship store resides in Fort Wayne, Indiana, sees potential for the product line as a good fit for the health, fitness and wellness markets. "It only makes sense. I carry a wide range of products that cater to a wide range of needs in all of our stores... Every one of our managers is well educated in nutrition and wellness and we pride ourselves on this... We like to think holistically when it comes to health and wellness and the products from Enzyme Environmental Solutions will only further support our core values... Why take supplements to benefit your health if you're going to be breathing in harmful chemicals all day. How can you take the time to care to give your child a supplement like Animal Parade or Chicago Nutrition's Foundation for Kids and then clean your kitchen with ammonia? Why wash your clothes in anything but an enzyme based formula, once you know the difference?" Morris and his brothers have 4 stores locally and 2 of their franchises, one in Flowermound, Texas and the other in southern Indiana have already taken a liking to the product line toward increased offerings to their customers. "As we grow nationwide, I can definitely see Enzyme Environmental Solutions formulas becoming a mainstay at our stores. We've received good feedback from customers so far," says Morris.

Jared Hochstedler adds, "We're happy to have a store like Healthkick Nutrition, whose industry savvy and product familiarity serves their customer base well. We believe their enthusiasm for our product will be contagious."

Here is Full Email and Response thought I would post whole thing since someone already posted 1/4 of it already.

I understand your theory Justin, especially with respect to EESO the past months, but rest assured that a new strategy combined with well placed strategic alliances has created a conduit for major growth. Because more shares have been released this does not mean that they were released to the open market. There is much underway and I only wish I was at liberty to give all the news now, but it must be released strategically and I can assure you that all will be well justified in the coming 3-4 weeks. I do not choose to represent anyone as a 'messenger' unless I have done due diligence on the message and unless I feel strongly about those I represent. As media relations, my company is young, but I have much experience in working with businesses, small and large as a private wealth manager for a major worldwide institution as well as a strong background in the entertainment and PR industries; I chose to work with EESO because I feel strongly about its principals, their purpose and the direction the company is heading with much work for my company to tend to due to an upcoming surge of PRs and progress to announce to its shareholders.

Best,

Mark

I can at least respect you for being a stand up person as you always respond to me. I can't say I would've reacted in as calm as manner as you did in your e-mail so I respect that. I can assure you I am not in EESO for "short-term arbitrage", I am actually in EESO because I like the products and what the company may or may not have in the pipe line. What I am upset about is the fact that every time EESO PPS goes up Jared dilutes more and more, sure there may be "strategy" behind this dilution and I understand that. It is hard to stand by watching the PPS go down so much from dilution over the last year and then having to buy more and more EESO stock just to average down to get close to the current PPS only to watch that disappear due to more dilution. I understand you are the go between here and have to hear this all the time from shareholders I just wish we could have a little more honesty about the dilution such as why or for what so "longs" know what's going on here. I can assure you that if we had some idea why the shares were being diluted it would make us all feel much better about holding our positions. As always thanks for your time. I to agree that we can benefit both sides in this i.e. company and shareholders if I could post your response to my email, would you have a problem with me doing so?

Justin

Justin-- with all due respect, if anyone wants to run the company, by all means, send in your application and business achievements to date for consideration---The position is not open, but its always worth a try. Again, respectfully, there is an Aesop's fable that demonstrates the downside of trying to please all of the people all of the time. But I can maintain that there is a strategy for EESO's growth that is being followed in a disciplined manner. A global expansion does not consist solely on vats of product going through the warehouse and, being media relations, I can only report to you decisions and actions taken by the company to facilitate its shareholders' long term interests--- this is not a company for short-term arbitrage chasers but a biotech company geared to take it to the next level progressively over the next several months. You may pass this on as I feel my responses to shareholders like yourself that care enough to take the time out to express their concerns is a good way to keep clear communication flowing toward collective benefit.

Best,

Mark,
Shareholders those holding onto this stock for the past year have been more than patient over this past year watching the PPS go to crap. There are some very frustrated "longs" that see the newest attempt at diluting more shares as an insult to our intelligence. I can not believe after positive news and the PPS moving up in a good fashion Jared would've dumped more shares. Please pass along to him that we will warn everyone to stay away from him and his company and not purchase any more shares if he continues to dilute. This is not the way to raise capital he should sell products that he already has large Vats of to raise capital, oh I guess the whole sales part isn't going so well. I sent this e-mail to you not as a slam to you but rather Jared and his poor attempt at running a company in the ground. I hope you pass along to Jared that his SHAREHOLDERS ARE NOT HAPPY! Since Jared will never write me back I sent this to you.
Thank you,

Enzyme Environmental Solutions Gets in the Water
New Plans Include Catering to Requests for Pond and Water Clarification and Treatment Formulas

FORT WAYNE, IN -- (Marketwire) -- 11/07/08 -- (PINKSHEETS: EESO) -- In the midst of its recent successes and exposure, Enzyme Environmental Solutions has been approached by providers for enzyme based solutions that will mutually benefit their companies' products and margins. One such industry sector is those providers involved in pond and water clarification and treatment. "Pond and Water clarification and treatment has always been a consideration of ours as it fits our core values and overall service model and it seems the time is now to take action in developing formulas for providers as part of our new growth initiative due to the high volume of requests we've received in the recent months," says CEO/President Jared Hochstedler.

Water treatment has become an increasing concern worldwide and competitive pricing in combination with the Green movement are causing manufacturers and sales distributors to get proactive in purchasing and even private labeling formulas for public and industrial consumption. From algae removal, water clarification, nutrient removal and improved fisheries; swimming areas, golf courses, resorts, the applications are enormous and the flexibility and power of enzyme based formulas is widely agreed to be the go-to solution.

"This is what we do, and it only enhances our already progressive plan of action," says Bill White, VP of Sales and Operations. "We are aggressively courting providers from various industries as we educate them to enzymes' abilities to change our world -- inside and outside of our bodies. As a result, be it the power of attraction of just plain good networking, providers and manufacturers are likewise aggressively turning to us to develop products for them; everything from leather and suede protectors, face sprays... natural anti-bacterial feminine wipes -- we've been approached by them all; and who knows? All in good time as it would fit into a well planned agenda for the company as a whole; but the demand on the pond and water treatment is irrefutable and it's simply a matter of our selling the formulas and providing the industry components such as liquid bacteria, natural dyes, etc. en masse to provide increased company presence industrially and profits universally. As an example, we have a client in Palm Desert, CA who has submitted to us intent to purchase large quantities over the next 2 years minimum at a price that both parties felt to be fair and reasonable."

Mike Herald, president of M Herald Marketing LLC, is an entrepreneur in the treatment industry catering to clientele worldwide was asked to comment about his successes in working as a liaison between his client base and EESO and why he chose EESO as a go-to for their formulas as part of his business offerings. Herald sent his quote via email earlier today: "Harsh chemicals are used only to fix the results of a pond problem. You must get to the SOURCE OF THE PROBLEM!!! By using enzyme based formulas, you can create a healthy eco-system resulting in crystal clean water!

"Enzyme based pond treatments are natural, and designed to breakdown sludge, muck and excess nutrients, as well as eliminate horrible odors. Enzyme based products naturally improve water clarity by attacking waste suspended in the water column. Another benefit is that they are completely safe for fish, livestock, wildlife, pets and people! This product accelerates the decomposition of organic matter caused from debris, like leaves, fish waste, dead algae and weeds! In summary, enzyme based pond products solve numerous obstacles that owners face: Clear Water, Healthy Fish, Sludge/Muck, and over all Poor Water Quality! Enzyme based pond products are great for economically conscience pond owners." Some customers that buy Herald's current products include: Southwest Aquatics in Palm Desert CA, Foster Lake & Pond in Raleigh NC, EMS in Brunswick GA and he is eager to bring EESO's formulas direct to these and other companies in the very near future due to the feedback he received from them on samples provided. "We will be introducing this line to numerous 'specialty retailers' in the near future," Herald proclaims.

Jared Hochstedler adds that he is pleased to see investors taking recognition to the company's recent progress and overall initiatives. "It's not been easy keeping quiet about our strategy the past few months and it feels great to be releasing our progress to the general public and though I hold firm to reserve financials as confidential for now due to company negotiations that are underway and feel that the company's progress should speak for itself. I thank those shareholders serious about their status as equity partners in our success and look forward to continually growing the fruits of our labor toward collective benefit. We look forward to keeping our loyal shareholders happy with a long-term strategy and are not in the market to appease short-term investors looking to grab at dollars in a wind tunnel like a frenzied game show contestant. Being on the pink sheets brings all kinds of people to the table and we remain steadfast in our work to grow the company in the best ways we can without having to appease the ADD investor but rather the serious micro-cap investor."

Enzyme Environmental Solutions GC2000 Prepared to Turn Scrap Into Dollars
Laboratory Setup Is Complete for Buyer Demos; Picture of Lab Components Released

FORT WAYNE, IN -- (Marketwire) -- 11/12/08 -- On Monday, November 10, 2008, a picture was unveiled of Enzyme Environmental Solutions' (PINKSHEETS: EESO) GC2000 testing lab to the general public to give a glimpse of that which was diligently prepared for effective demonstrations to interested buyers. The picture features elements of the GC2000 (pre-market) that act as the backbone of the unit and its ability to turn scrap into fuel-oil, separating the non hazardous components inherent to the residue from the hazardous waste by-products. In the picture, a tall beaker is featured in the center of the picture displaying the results of a demonstration. A close look at the beaker effectively illustrates a defined separation of hazardous and utilizable non-hazardous materials.

These components comprise fuel-oil which could serve as further profits for scrap yards and companies dealing in certain sectors of manufacturing. Jared Hochstedler, President and CEO of EESO, is very pleased to have the laboratory assembled for demonstration and that the picture was released, albeit early on in the marketing process, to keep the company's alliances and shareholders privy to progress in both introduction and implementation of the GC2000 in the global market.

In a face to face interview on site, Jared Hochstedler comments, "It's funny, we've received all kinds of comments on the looks of this (the laboratory); someone told us it looked like a meth lab. (smiles)... I hesitate to ask why they know what a meth lab looks like... the important thing to recognize is that this is by no means a finished product from an aesthetical point of view; it's important at this time to acknowledge the science behind the product and the product's ability to improve the industries our economies depend on and the world around us in which they produce." And the industries have already taken notice. On Thursday, November 13, 2008, Jared and his team will be demonstrating the product's process via the demonstration lab to large companies that produce on a global level.

Bill White, VP of Sales and Operations, states, "...we will not be releasing the names of the attendees as they've requested to remain as confidential at this time; however we can release that we will be demonstrating the product to decision makers from large corporations that transact business internationally and that they all have trading symbols on the New York Stock Exchange and we will be releasing statements from attendees within a few days of the lab demo on Thursday. We are confident that this was money well spent and we are now beyond testing to full product demo to interested parties."

Prime Time for Enzyme Environmental Solutions
CBS Affiliate Airs Story About EESO's Odor Remediation Solution

FORT WAYNE, IN -- (Marketwire) -- 01/06/09 -- Despite tough economic times, Enzyme Environmental Solutions Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EESO), a Fort Wayne, Indiana company, is reporting record success. It involves one main ingredient found in virtually all of its products, but it's an ingredient that's not widely known.

This story took Newschannel 15, Fort Wayne, Indiana's local CBS affiliate, to an area hog farm. While it may be one of the cleanest, the smell is a different story and that's where local entrepreneur Jared Hochstedler comes to the rescue.

"Even though the economy is down for the most part, our sales and orders have been much higher than what we ever anticipated," Hochstedler said.

Hochstedler's Fort Wayne company, Enzyme Consultants, has developed a way to remove the stench from manure; something that's mandated in parts of Asia, where it's estimated there are more hogs than people.

"They passed this law back in February of 2005. In the process of them passing the law, we started to do some tests in South Korea and were able to develop this product," Hochstedler told Newschannel 15's Matt McCutcheon.

The issue worldwide is larger than most people realize as a simple news search will produce thousands of results. A recent article ("Proposed Fee on Smelly Cows, Hogs Angers Farmers"; Bob Johnson, Associated Press Writer - Yahoo News) puts it simply when quoting Rick Krause, the senior director of congressional relations for the American Farm Bureau Federation as he states, in reference to pending egregious fees suggested by the EPA to be placed on farmers for air-polluting animals, "It's something that really has a very big potential adverse impact for the livestock industry."

"Fees won't cure the environment," says Hochstedler. "That's what the powers that be consistently fail to realize. Money can't solve this problem; only strategic actions in favor of the environment that will enable the livestock industry to flourish minus the pollution, and I believe we have that solution in hand."

While there's not much competition for the company overseas, it's a different scenario here in the U. S. Increasing expenses squeeze into farmers' profits, and with little money left over, it's unlikely they'll voluntarily invest in odor-removing products.

Despite some difficulty appealing to U.S. farmers, Enzyme Consultants has other products in the United States. In the Spring of 2009, a company will take Enzyme Consultant's nearly three-dozen household cleaning products nationwide; and they all use enzymes as the main ingredient.

"What enzymes do is attack food fats, food oils, and food greases. And our product works well in those environments," said Gene Sherrill of Enzyme Consultants.

Enzymes are also safer is most cases. A dictionary offers this definition of an enzyme: "a protein that helps other organic molecules enter into chemical reactions with one another."

A simple test, like with the company's enzyme-based stain-removing pen, shows just how effective enzymes can be. But while the products work and can be safer than other cleaners, company officials say their biggest challenge is changing public perception of harsher cleaners.

"It's kind of like taking medicine. If it doesn't taste bad, then it doesn't work. If this cleaner doesn't stink like pine, or smell like chlorine or whatever, it doesn't work," said Bill White, Enzyme Consultant's VP of Sales.

"Say, I have a flyswatter in my left hand and a baseball bat in my right hand. Both of those can kill a fly. But this is an overkill with the baseball bat, and it's a danger to the person who's using that bat for that purpose. And it's a danger in that environment he's using it to kill a fly," further explained Sherrill.

"Everyone is using these products now; we're just going to give you an alternative that is safer," said White.

Enzyme Consultants projects total sales of $8 million in 2008, and nearly five times that in 2009. Enzyme Consultants employs about ten people in Fort Wayne, which is expected to grow as more of their products take off.

This release is based on a televised run of an interview with Hochstedler about his proprietary biotech offering in odor remediation worldwide. A video of the feature can be viewed at: http://www.wane.com/dpp/news/Enzyme_Consultants

Enzyme Environmental Solutions, Inc. will be hosting an open house at their headquarters located at 6020 Huguenard Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46818. The open house will be from 1pm to 3pm and, among others, will feature principals from new partnerships which have yet to be released publically.

FORT WAYNE, IN -- (Marketwire) -- 01/12/09 -- (PINKSHEETS: EESO) - Enzyme Environmental Solutions, Inc. has been under several negotiations over the past several months marketing its commercial and retail product line while tending to research, development and exposure on its unique enzyme based solutions in odor remediation and converting auto residue into fuel-oil with its GC2000 unit. All the while offers have been coming in toward licensing the unique formulas from various companies all over the world.

Jared Hochstedler, CEO was resistant to such offers at first but states in a recent interview: "We started out with our own product line that we were passionate about placing on retail shelves in an effort to get our clean, green formulas in every house in America. We've had success, but larger entities actually cost us more money to implement and we've decided it doesn't make sense on the larger level. Starting out, we were well aware of the unbalanced trading position between suppliers like us and large purchasing chains which could result in losses for the company monetarily, but, strategically placed, could work well as exposure mechanisms while smaller chains could serve as profit models; however, recent offers and negotiations have caused our team to 'rethink our identity' toward collective benefit regarding our company, its shareholders and consumers worldwide. The important thing to consider is that our mission, as our logo suggests, is to help diminish our carbon footprint overall, yes, but also to tend to crucial pending issues. Recent research and theories in Autism and tragic cases such as with John Travolta's son, Jett, last week which result in theories linking diseases and disorders to chemical based products that most people use on a daily basis, are reasons enough for us to consider getting creative with our business model to ensure that every person is at least educated to the damages that chemical based household and industrial products can have on our children, our spouses, our pets and our world community while maintaining, if not increasing, profitability."

And with that, the dawn of a new era for Enzyme Environmental Solutions as they manifest into an International Biotechnology Licensing Company toward product exposure worldwide, "no matter whose name is on the label." Hochstedler adds, "There are many amazing people, manufacturers and distributors out there that care about our planet more than they do making money and many of the most admirable have found avenues toward the best of both worlds. We're finding synergies in the commercial realm quite often and the past several months, we have been working diligently behind closed doors negotiating such a union with a promising company I have the utmost respect for and belief in."

"All we can say at this point," declares Bill White, Vice President of Sales and Operations, "is that this is going to be an enormous coup for our retail product technology totaling millions of dollars per year in licensing revenue in what I feel will be the largest network marketing operation spearheading the ever present Green Revolution." Last night in Novi, Michigan during a private celebration, the button was pressed to launch www.wowgreen.net internationally. More details to come regarding the agreement between Enzyme Environmental Solutions, Inc. and Wow Green International. Enzyme Environmental's company website, www.enzymeconsultants.com, will be going through changes over the next few months to reflect their position as a biotech licensing firm and "I think shareholders will be very pleased with our decisions thus far and the tremendous results they are providing us toward expansion and stability despite the current economic downtrend," adds White.

As a note, the Wow Green opportunity will require a sponsor, so if anyone is interested in pursuing this opportunity and you do not currently have a sponsor, please write to EESO investor relations at mark@enzymeconsultants.com and we will see to it that you are sent a form with a sponsor attached.

Enzyme Environmental Solutions Offers Retail Exclusivity to Wow Green Int'l

Dichotomy Between Retail and Industrial Creates Attractive Profit Allocation Model for EESO

FORT WAYNE, IN--(Marketwire - January 15, 2009) - (PINKSHEETS: EESO) - Today Enzyme Environmental Consultants, Inc. has officially embraced its role as a biotechnology licensing company regarding its proprietary retail product formulas by removing its ecommerce site which previously allowed consumers to purchase its retail products online.

"This move has been in the making for several months as we have entered into non-competes with those to which we provide our retail formulas. These non-competes do not affect our ability to market and distribute our commercial and industrial solutions... we feel we've created diversification within our business model by licensing our retail formulas to willing and able manufacturers," said Bill White, EESO VP of Sales and Operations. "The profitability via licensing and private label agreements far outweighs that which could be incurred via the traditional retail model. It's a more efficient means of growth."

CEO Jared Hochstedler adds, "...it only increases our availability to the general public -- regardless of whose name is on it. We're a progressive company and this is the best way to achieve our goal of a 'Cleaner world. Safer planet' on the retail formula side. The commercial and industrial will remain intact as a separate division of the company. Our efforts there include marketing the GC2000, odor and garbage remediation and composting solutions, among others. We are currently in discussion to license our proprietary biotechnology to a large company out of Toronto, Canada which will be instrumental in their success with garbage remediation projects in Jamaica and Ghana."

That said, the company has established a clear dichotomy between its retail and industrial sides, all the while focusing on the profitability of marketing its IP to various entities.

Hochstedler continues, "The key to the retail side is that we've made an agreement with Wow Green International, LLC. to give them exclusivity on the retail line formulas for their use. That means no more of our products on retail shelves and that Wow Green International will be entitled to exclusive rights on all of our retail formulas... and this is a strategic move for EESO and its shareholders."

The Wow Green International, LLC Network Marketing Opportunity launches on February 15th, 2009 and with retail production geared for March 15th, 2009 which will provide a progressive windfall of product order for EESO to fulfill in their facilities as Wow Green tackles its goal, en masse, of removing toxic, chemical based products from every household in America and replacing them with 100% safe, Green, effective products. The company plans to expand its mission internationally within 24 months from launch.

Enzyme Environmental Solutions Moves Open House to February 27, 2009

Open House Postponed Pushed Forward for Wow Green All Star Management Team Attendance

FORT WAYNE, IN--(Marketwire - January 20, 2009) - Enzyme Environmental Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EESO) has decided to push its Open House event to Friday, February 27th from 1pm-3pm EST to be held in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The location will be posted in the coming days and will include an opportunity to tour the EESO facilities and may also include a WOW Green event the following day.

The event was originally scheduled to take place this coming Friday (1/27/09) but was moved due to the velocity of success achieved by EESO as a result of its agreements with Wow Green International, LLC on its retail side as well as developments in its proprietary biotechnology on the industrial and commercial side. Jared Hochstedler comments, "I think its important that the shareholders see, firsthand, the successes underway with Wow Green International... by pushing the date to February 27th, we can facilitate a meet and greet for all shareholders with Wow Green CEO and Chairman, Allie Mallad as well as his star management team."

Mallad and Hochstedler thought "almost simultaneously," that it would be important for EESO shareholders to be witness to the Wow Green International team. Mallad comments, "The agreement which entitles Wow Green International, LLC to exclusive licensing of the EESO retail formulas will prove to be a major coup in the mission to make a 'cleaner world, safer planet,' by removing all toxic, chemical based products from households worldwide and replacing them with a 100% green, natural and highly effective product line via a revolutionary network marketing model which includes a lucrative compensation schedule, paid weekly to its distributors, all the while improving our environment and keeping our loved ones safe."

The benefits of this mission and its opportunity are enormous and the dangers we currently face are well worth each person doing some research on for the sake of their loved ones and their home environments and Wow Green International will put education as a top priority in its mission.

A compelling video summation of Mallad's vision and the opportunity he presents can be viewed at www.wowgreen.net. Anyone wanting to take part of the opportunity of the distributor needs a sponsor. For priority placement with a top sponsor, please visit www.wowgreenlaunch.com after Monday, January 26th and follow the instructions for signup.

Details to come on the EESO open house event for February 27th, 2009.

Well, danton, I have to respectfully disagree..... I've been giving it some more thought (as sleep escapes me!) and these meetings equate to far more than 600 potential investors, IMO.

Let's look at it this way:

I have personally shared the EESO investment opportunity with about 10 others ... my reasoning was to share this opportunity with friends and family to better their lives financially. I gave them the info to research and mull over. No pressure - just info. Seven of those individuals liked what they learned and chose to take a little risk and invest in EESO. I am only one investor here but in reality, I represent eight investors. Actually, even more, because since then those ones have shared EESO with others, which brings me to the next point.

Now if those 600 Wow Greeners were excited, do you think they will keep the EESO investment opportunity to themselves? Highly doubtful. IMO, it would be a reasonable estimate to say they could share this stock pick with 1, 2 or 3 others, or even more. So that audience of 600 could easily snowball into 1,200 or 1,800 or even more investors, sharing EESO with the same intention - to better the lives of family and friends financially. We always take care of our own, don't we. And do you wanna wager those who chose to get in, who are watching their EESO investment fatten their portfolios every day (recovering losses from the market meltdown since they invested in EESO) are going to spread the good word about their good fortune? You bet they will!!

No wonder this thing is running with strong buying and crazy volume! Most people don't invest in penny stocks, let alone sub-pennies. These new ones will be buying up as much as they can and while it's a steal. And once it hits the pennies, look out for even more momentum. And even then, it will still be considered a bargain.

I would never fault anyone for taking a profit early, but I truly believe this thing has barely just begun its run. With 25+ meetings scheduled between now and March 28 (with more being added weekly) -- do the math on the potential number of new investors, and the possible subsequent share price.

Now if EESO were to come out with a good sleeping aid as a perk for their investors....

Cheers,

Thurston
