BEIJING, Oct. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - RMD Entertainment (RMDM.PK) is pleased to announce that it has come to an amicable resolution with a key shareholder who received 1.7 billion shares of stock before the change in control. The shares will be returned to treasury without further obligation by RMDM. The company expects to have these shares returned to the treasury within the next 10-15 business days.

In related news, management will be vigorously pursuing similar action in regards to 2 other consultancies who were compensated with about 3.5 billion shares of common stock, but failed to deliver the services for which they received compensation.
Ms. Liu Jun, spokesperson in charge of business affairs, noted; "We want to put our house in order and protect the interests of our shareholders from past managements transactions which increased the number of shares outstanding, but for which the Company did not receive value.
Importantly, we have just closed the acquisition of Beijing Innotrek Technology Co., Ltd. for consideration of 1 billion common shares, with their parent company Mon Arc Corporation, and moreover we are meeting with PP365.com over this coming weekend to finalize terms of this second acquisition. It is our goal to restore value to RMDM and our shareholders, to have both of these good and viable companies operating under our umbrella and control, and at the end of the day, we have the authorized and outstanding share count reduced by about 3.5 billion shares.
It is our intention to be in a position to have all of these developments completed as quick as possible, and be in a position to start consolidating and streamlining operations as quickly, in order to place our full attention into growing these businesses".

Mr. Wynn Wang the issuers CEO said, "The objective of this agreement is to use Innotrek's products for broadband Internet and accessing of residential areas in all Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is one of the provinces in southwest China with a population of over 50Â million people and consists of about 240,000 km(2) area. Guangxi also locate the upstream of Mekong River Basin and has frontiers with Burma and Vietnam.
Access to Innotrek's proprietary technology was provided to China Telecom Guangxi for further tests and technical preparations to assist both sides in the launch of this project. We expect and project revenues of this project to be in the area of 6 to 10 million USD within the next 12 to 18 months after full roll out is complete."

Not selling at least until this exceeds the projected price. At least. IMO this stock can go much higher than that so 0.002-3 is attainable. I can't wait to analyze the chart (once it becomes ready) to find out where gaps and resistances are etc. Then, this will be a challenging stock to trade. Until then all these day-to-day turmoils are BS. We'll laugh it off once we harvest 3000-4000% gains. GLTYA!!

The MMs are going to play on Longs emotions and swing this stock both ways until they get the weak longs shares, Cover and then just let this go much higher.

This stock will get to where it should be in the next several weeks and the key is to buy low and forget about the day to day crap.

The patenting, copyrighting, and trade marking of this suite of 80 plus casino
table games, and the rights of which TiDi Gaming has acquired about 90%, is well

The company is also pleased to report that initial discussions with a major
mobile gaming company in Northern Europe are looking particularly encouraging.
This area of the market is growing exponentially each year.
Industry returns amount to revenues of between 1 - 2% of total gaming revenue
for games such as this one. In summary this represents about $50,000 to 95,000
per annum, per table. The issuer is aiming to have this deal closed with TiDi
Gaming by the end of this week.

The worst case scenario which is 9 billion OS and 6 million contract values the stock at .0006, with 9 billion OS and 10 million contract vaule is .0009. This is JUST the china deal with NO retired shares.

Current authorized and outstanding shares : 5 billion(This is after retirement of 1.7 billion shares)
The management is after 3.7 billion more shares issued to 2 consultancies. They plan to retire those back to treasury.
This would leave outstanding shares to only1.3 billion.
The management is planning to add 4.8 billion more shares for financing but these are restrictd shares (for one year).
Important : This means that this company will have only 1.3 billion outstanding shares for one year..........This is really good for the shareholders.
The company has new management and they have already accomplished the following:
Acquired Beijing Innotrek Technology.
Acquired PP356.com
In process of acquiring TIDIgaming for all cash deal.
Made an agreement with China Telecom.
All the above mentioned leads to one conclusion and that is RMDM is heading for really good future in terms of shareholder value.

diese woche war ein wahnsinns volumen hier!! alleine am mittwoch wurden fast 600mio aktien mit 0,0001 gehandelt. diejenigen, wo da gekauft haben, wollen ja gewinn machen. deshalb rechne ich hier in kürze mit ein kurfeuerwerk. die amis sprechen von 0,001 in den nächsten tagen!

the procedure now requires the attached standardized forms be completed. These forms are required to
be completed in their entirety and must be submitted to the Corporate Data Operations Department.
The Company’s Transfer Agent has reported that an initial review of documentation submitted in regards
to a reverse stock split and other related corporate actions has been completed by the NASD and FINRA.
There are a number of additional items to be filed, that includes:
• FINRA OTC Equity Issuer Notification Form
• OTC Equity Name Change / Stock Split Request
• Various signed consent forms and notarized copies of resolutions related to the requested
actions.
• Activities documentation for Giogio Costanis and Mark Davis.
