Vor wenigen Tagen hieß es auch, das BMSN mit Therjekt und Entest-Bio einen Merger abgeschlossen habe. Genaueren Inhalt habe ich gerade nicht präsent.

We believe that during the first year this immuno-therapeutic vaccine is available we will treat roughly 2,000 animals resulting in $3,000 revenue per animal or $6 million in first year revenue from veterinary medical applications. Therinject’s Chief Scientific Officer, Steven Josephs, Ph.D. said that, “For many cancers, efficacy rates should be much higher than currently available therapies. BMSN is excited with the progress achieved by Entest BioMedical, Inc. (OTCBB: ENTB) in identifying diseases it believes will be treatable through Stem Cell Therapy.

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease is a major health disorder that appears to be treatable through adipose derived stem cell therapy. COPD is a group of lung inflammatory diseases which includes both emphysema and chronic obstructive bronchitis affecting more than 5 million Americans each year. It is the fourth leading cause of death in America, impacting more than 5 million Americans, resulting in more than 120,000 deaths in the USA per year.

Currently, this disease is treated in similar fashion to asthma, utilizing inhalers and /or oxygen therapy. These methods are not solutions to the disease but merely provide the patient with greater level of comfort.

Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement, Financial Statement



Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On August 18, 2009, Bio Matrix Scientific Group, Inc. (the "Company") entered into an agreement ("Agreement") with Therinject, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company ("Therinject") and Dr. Stephen Josephs, PhD ("Josephs"). Pursuant to the Agreement, Therinject and Dr. Josephs shall assist the Company in :

(a) the acquisition, manufacture and sale of medical devices utilized for the therapeutic delivery of cells, proteins and/or amino acids including immuno isolation devices("Medical Delivery Devices"):

(b) establishing a tumor banking facility

(c) the development and marketing of a therapeutic cancer vaccine utilizing the medical device of for initial use in veterinary applications ("Cancer Vaccine").

Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company shall be obligated to:

(a) Pay to Therinject yearly royalty payments equal to 2.5% of revenues generated by the Company as a result of:

The Company's operation of a Tumor Banking facility, provided that such Tumor banking activities have occurred as a direct result of Therinject's material contributions pursuant to this Agreement

Sales by the Company of Medical Delivery devices, provided that such sales have occurred as a direct result of Therinject's material contributions pursuant to this Agreement

Sales by the Company of the Cancer Vaccine, provided that the development and marketing of such Cancer Vaccine has occurred as a direct result of Therinject's material contributions pursuant to this Agreement.

(b) Pay to Josephs a consulting fee in the amount of $150,000 to be paid in twelve monthly installments of $12,500 ("Fee Installments") subject to the Agreement's Terms and Conditions. These Fee installments may be made in cash, common stock of the Company, or any combination thereof at the discretion of the Company.

(c) Issue 2,500,000 common shares ("Shares") are to be paid to Therinject on or before October 1, 2009. The Shares may not be sold, transferred, assigned, pledged or otherwise encumbered or disposed of by the Therinject ("Share Restrictions"). Share restrictions shall lapse upon the successful completion of certain events due primarily to the contributions of Therinject pursuant to the Agreement, provided such events shall have occurred prior to September 1, 2010. Any Shares issued upon which Share Restrictions shall not have lapsed prior to September 1 , 2010 shall be returned to the Company for cancellation.

Any and all intellectual property (i) resulting from the efforts of the Parties pursuant to this agreement and (b) comprising or materially related to the Cancer Vaccine shall become the property of Entest BioMedical, Inc., a Nevada corporation which is a majority owned subsidiary of the Company.

Any and all intellectual property (i) resulting from the efforts of the Parties pursuant to this agreement and (b) not comprising or materially related to the Cancer Vaccine shall be owned 50% by Therinject and 50% by Entest ("Non Cancer Vaccine IP").

The Company may assign its rights and duties pursuant to this Agreement to Entest Biomedical, Inc., a Nevada corporation which is currently a majority owned subsidiary of the Company, in its sole discretion.

announced today that the Company and Therinject LLC have begun development of a tumor banking facility. Tumor banking will allow storage and ease of sourcing for tumor cells to be utilized in cancer vaccines.

Both the Companys are working to develop immuno-therapeutic cancer treatments initially intended for veterinary applications while gathering data in support of human clinical trials.

Wie schön, dass ich vor kurzem noch meinen Bestand verdoppelt hatte, dann erst 20 % in den Miesen war und jetzt fast 40% im Plus

nachdem Ende Februar bekannt wurde, dass Forschung in Stemmcelltherapie bei COPD für Wachstum der Firma im Jahr 2010 sorgen wird, wurde gestern über facebook bekannt, dass klinische Tests in Zusammenarbeit mit CromosPharma beginnen sollen ....

Ist das der Grund für 40% Kursanstieg? Nicht nur! Auch der geringe Handel. Die Nachfrage übersteigt halt das Angebot, das wird morgen anders aussehen.
Deshalb, wenn dann in den nächsten Tagen einsteigen, nicht heute, weil wenn heute noch 60% plus, dann steige ich bestimmt aus!

nachdem am Freitag intraday der Kurs bis 12 Cent zurückkam und zum Handelsende auf Höchststand und höher als am Tag davor schloss, dürfen wir auch in der kommenden Woche von steigenden Kursen ausgehen.
Auch die Umdätze über 1 Mio Stücke sind weit überdurchschnittlich.

Mein erstes Kursziel wurde erreicht. Ich werde Gewinnmitnahmen noch herauszögern.
Vielleicht lege ich nächste Woche sogar noch zu ....

Die Verdauung des Kursanstieg braucht wohl noch etwas. Immerhin auf 12 Cent ist sie bisher nicht mehr zurück gefallen.

Nachdem eine Mehrheit der Medstem gekauft werden soll, bricht der Kurs doch recht deutlich ein.
Dabei wird dieser Merger wegen umfangreicher Synergien bds. angesterbt.
Biomatrix hat schon einige Dinger eingesackt und der Kurs kommt nicht recht vom Fleck. Speziell mit Entest Biotech wurde eine Erfolgversprechende Technologie erworben, die mit der neuen Errungenschaft erst so richtig was auf die Beine stellen sollte. Von Dump und Pump oder so kann hier nun wirklich nicht die Rede sein. Dafür stellen die sich echt zu blöd an. Hier geht es wirklich um den Aufbau von Werten durch den >Zusammenschluss kleiner Klitschen.

Wer langfristig etwas beimischen will, hat jetzt günstige Einstiegskurse, für mich Kurse zum verbilligen, bin seit heute geringfügig im Minus. Hätte kürzlich mit 50% Gewinn aussteigen sollen. Dann wäre ich jetzt aber wieder rein, weil ich hier langfristig richtig Potential wittere

Also ein zusätzlicher Jahresumsatz von 1 Mio $ allein für Stammcellen. Dazu die oben genannten Entwicklungen.


Eigentlich müßte sich der Kurs nun mal entsprcht bewegen. Tut er aber nicht. Im Gegenteil schon mit kleinen Orders kann der Kurs gedrückt werden. So war der Wert gestern schon 23% im plus. Trotzdem konnte ich daran teilhaben, die Aktie mit einem Minus von über 12 % gedrückt nachzukaufen.
Wäre der Wert bekannter, käme man dem fairen Wert deutlich näher.
Unter 20 Cent verkaufe ich nicht mehr.
Bin andererseits schon fett drin, zumal ich gestern zu 0,065 noch einmal kräftig zugegriffen habe.
Noch mehr kann ich auf eine einzige Aktie nicht mehr setzen.

Unter 10 Cent würde ich auch weiter kaufen, aber der Wert macht schon 3 % meines Depots aus.

Schon wieder 20% hoch. Bei den systematischen Zusammenkäufen der letzten Zeit dürfte das auch erst der Anfang sein.
Schaut euch die HP an. Das Geschäftsmodell ähnelt in Teilen der CBAI und geht darüber weit hinaus.

Aus meiner Sicht ein klarer Kauf für mittel- bis langfristig orientierte

Aber nein, ich wollte 100%. Dann ging es wieder unter meinem Einstand, deutlich drunter. Bei 6,5 Cent habe ich noch einmal zugeschlagen, dann kam die uNRUHE DER LETZTEN wOCHEN



noch einmal verbilligen kommt nicht infrage wegen 1 Cent Unterschied, aber wenn er unter 5 Cent fällt vielleicht
andererseits muss man sehen, dass die Umsätze echt dürftig sind.

Ohne Nachrichten bricht der Kurs weg. Heute schon wiedr 25% auf nur noch 4,5 Cent

Dabei gibt es eigentlich eine ganze Reihe guter Nachrichten, nicht heute, aber in den letzten Wochen.

bei Bloomberg wird Bio-Matrix als Mitbewerber von CCEL=Cryocell angesehen.
Auch dort seit Oktober Funkstille und Abschwung des Kurses. Hingegen bei Biomatrix gab es zwischenzeitlich auch mal Kursexplosion und laufend gute News.

Trotzdem scheint im Moment niemend die Fantasie hierfür zu haben.

Auffallend ist bei Bio-Matrix allerdings das Konglomerat verschiedener Aktivitäten mit Synergiehebungen.
Sollte eigentlich mal was abwerfen! Aber wann?


Ich glaube ganz fest daran, dass hier noch mal so richtig was abgehen wird.

Umsatz 500Tausend Aktien. Das entspricht 20Tausend Dollar genügen um den Kurs 20% einbrechen zu lassen.

Oder anders ausgedrückt: Kein Verkaufsdruck, nur Kleinvieh zur Kursmanipulation.

Nach den Meldungen in diesem Jahr sollte man solche Kursentwicklungen nicht für möglich halten.
Mich schütteln die nicht mehr raus. Wenn ich mal wieder besser bei Kasse bin solange die Kurs hier unten sind, greife ich noch mal zu.

Also dieser Kursverlauf ist echt unglaublich... Kann von Glück sagen, dass ich nicht eingestiegen bin. Warum sollte da jemand manipulieren?

Ist das jetzt die Chance? Der CEO hat ebenfalls zu deutlich höheren Kursen zugeschlagen (guckst du Yahoo). Aber die Fantasie scheint tatsächlich aus den Cord-Blood-Banking-Werten raus zu sein. Wobei Bio-Matrix tatsächlich mehr ist, aber auch in den Anfängen steckt. Bin gespannt, welche Kracher-News aus dem Tal der Tränen führen könnten, aber wahrscheinlich sollte man vorher drin sein.
