Das steht ja noch nicht 100%tig fest , vielleicht finden sie ja noch einen Investor oder sie machen einen Merger mit einer anderen Firma .
Wenn es keine Hoffnung geben würde und es schon alles zu ende wäre , dann hätten wir gestern bestimmt nicht so ein hohes Volumen gehabt , den ohne grund hat ja keiner die vielen Mio stücke gestern gekauft .

Positiv würde ich sagen , denn wenn EXBX ihr Geschäft ganz einstellen würden , warum sollten sie dann am 14.10.2009 da mit machen .
So wie ich die meldung von EXBX verstanden habe , wollen sie ja auch ihre Tätigkeiten nicht ganz einstellen , sondern Stellen abbauen um kosten zu sparen .

Also warten wir es mal ab .

Scott R. Copeland, Exobox co-founder and chairman of the board of directors; Reginald Goodman, Exobox co-founder; Marcos Pernia, Exobox co-founder; and Dr. Richard Evans, current member of the Exobox board of directors have collectively agreed to return approximately 60 million shares to the Company.

In addition to the return of the shares to the Company, each participating member has agreed to a defined diversification plan whereby each will sell no more than a maximum of 500,000 shares per month for 12 months. Based on the Company's average monthly trading volume over the last 90 days, in the aggregate, these sales if made in their entirety would represent approximately 8 percent of the Company's average monthly trading volume. The Company has agreed to issue a two-year warrant to each participating member exercisable to purchase Company common stock in an amount equal to 20 percent of the shares returned, at an exercise price equal to the purchase price of the Company securities in the $2.5 million funding described below.

Bei iH und im Yahoo-Board sind die Meinungen zu EXBX sehr geteilt. Bin skeptisch, ob EXBX wieder auf die Beine kommt. Denke Totalverlust ist wahrscheinlicher als auch ein schneller Gewinn.

Ja natürlich kann es in beide Richtungen gehen , denke aber das es aber erstmal wieder hoch gehen könnte na dem großem Kursrutsch , die Indikatoren schauen ja auch net so schlecht aus .

HOUSTON, Oct. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Today Exobox Technologies Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: EXBX) (the "Company") announced that one of its board members has identified and assisted management in entering into a non-binding letter of intent to acquire 15 income producing oil & gas wells in the Clinton and Marcellus Shale region in Ohio from a private oil & gas company. These oil & gas wells have a represented PV10 reserve value of approximately $22.5 million (based on current NYMEX pricing). It is intended that the cash flow and net worth from the oil and gas assets will assist to further develop the Company's software products and technologies, as well as those oil and gas assets being acquired. The parties intend on executing a definitive agreement on or before October 19, 2009.

Öl und Software, solch eine Kombination ist mir noch nicht untergekommen. Habe gestern vor Börsenschluss meinen Einsatz rausgezogen, den Rest lass ich erstmal laufen, mal sehen. Bei iHub sind sie ganz optimistisch, nur die Ansicht der Mehrheit muss ja nicht richtig sein?

Wird sich wohl bei 0,06 einpendeln und somit weitere 20 Prozent Plus. Mein Einstiegspreis liegt unter 0,01. Super Performance in kurzer Zeit und allemal besser als WAMUQ. Wie fast immer interessiert sich für diese Werte bei WO fast keiner, für viele Perlen gibts bei WO nichtmal einen Thread.

@ MatzeRewe: schwer zu sagen, ich denke auf mittlere Sicht könnten 0,10 - 0,20 drin sein. Kommt drauf an, wie schnell das neue Management die kürzlich veröffentlichen Ankündigungen umsetzt.
