      Alexander Nubia Commences 7,500 Meter Diamond Drilling Program at Its Abu Marawat Gold Polymetallic Property in the Eastern Dese:eek::eek:

      http://alexandernubia.com/

      Toronto, Ontario CANADA, Jan 31, 2011 (Filing Services Canada via COMTEX) --

      Alexander Nubia International Inc. ( AAN | PowerRating - TSX Venture), is pleased to announce that it has commenced an initial 7,500 meter diamond drilling program on the Abu Marawat property in the Abu Marawat concession, one of two concessions held by the Company in Egypt.

      Highlights of the drill program:

      * Using 2 diamond drill rigs, the program will build upon 19,500 meters of historical drilling and a non NI 43-101 compliant historical resource of 131,000 ounces of gold;

      o Drill entrenched samples in the historical resource are mainly in the ranges from 4-8 g/t of gold, .5%-1.0% copper, 1.6%-3.1% zinc, and up to 115 g/t of silver, with scattered much higher values in each of the elements;

      * The drilling program will explore regions all along strike and down-dip of the principal vein structures outlined in the historical resource, with a focus on testing mineralization below the zone of oxidization. The vein zones contain disseminated to semi-massive copper and zinc sulphides and are enriched in gold and silver; and

      * The program will also evaluate a 1,500 meter long anomaly containing strong siliceous alteration in the core of a large hydrothermal system within felsic volcanic rocks. This is coincident with a broad 1,200 meter long strong conductivity anomaly parallel and adjacent to the principal vein structures. It also underlines several exposed vein structures. About half of the anomaly is covered by the alluvial gravel.

      The initial drilling will twin some of the holes drilled in 1988 and 1989 by a prior operator, Minex, followed by testing the down-dip extension of the mineralization. Step-out drilling will evaluate the potential size of each structure, and will form the basis of a NI 43-101 compliant inferred mineral resource. Of the planned 25 drill hole program, half of the holes will test the down-dip extension and the remainder will test the geophysical anomaly.

      Alexander Nubia Intial Results on Completed Diamond Drill Holes 1 to 4 at its Abu Marawat Gold Polymetallic Property in the East

      Toronto, Ontario CANADA, Feb 08, 2011 (Filing Services Canada via COMTEX) --
      Alexander Nubia International Inc. ( AAN | PowerRating - TSX Venture), is pleased to announce the completion of four diamond drill holes (AAM-001 to AAM-004) and is currently drilling hole number five of a minimum 25 hole program on its Abu Marawat Property in the Abu Marawat Concession; one of two concessions held by the Company in the Eastern Desert of Egypt.

      Highlights of the Program:

      * AAM-001 was drilled at -45° to twin MINEX drill hole AMD-3 in order to have confidence in MINEX's procedures and results.The geology and mineralogy of that hole duplicates MINEX's results and the Company expects that the assay results, which are pending, will return similar results.This hole penetrated the mineralization in the oxide portion of the deposit over an apparent width of 8 metres.

      * AAM-002 was collared at the same location as AAM-001 at an inclination of -60°.It penetrated the CVZ quartz-sulphide vein 40 metres below the first holes intersection. AAM-002 contains several quartz veins within a broader silicified zone encompassed in a mineralized envelope with a visual estimate of 5 percent each of chalcopyrite and sphalerite over an apparent width of 14 metres.

      * AAM-003 was a step out 75 metres southeast of AAM-001 and AAM-002 to test the lateral and depth extension of mineralization.The mineralized envelope was encountered over a drill width of 20 metres. Mineralization is similar to that in AAM-002 with a visual estimate of 5 percent sphalerite and 3 percent chalcopyrite.Within the mineralized envelope, there are several 1 metre intersections containing up to 30 percent sphalerite.

      * AAM-004 twinned MINEX AMD-12.The hole is currently being logged and diamond sawed for sampling.As in the case of the first twinned hole, AAM-001, the results are geologically and mineralogically similar and the assay results are not expected to deviate dramatically.AAM-004 showed the mineralized envelope to extend over a drill intersection of 28 metres.The mineralized envelope is similar to the earlier holes showing multiple quartz veins within a widening silicified zone but with sphalerite dominant over chalcopyrite.

      The initial drilling will twin some of the holes drilled in 1988-1989 by a former operator, Minex, followed by testing the down-dip extension of that mineralization.Step-out drilling will evaluate the potential size of each structure, and will form the basis of a NI43-101-compliant inferred mineral resource.Of the planned 25 drill-hole program, half of the holes will test the down-dip extension of mineralization and the other half will test the geophysical anomaly.

      At June 30, 2011, the Company had cash on hand of $4,397,553, comprised of cash and cash equivalents of $3,357,474, and restricted cash of $1,040,079. The restricted cash is pledged in support of a guarantee provided to the Egyptian Mineral Resource Authority (“EMRA”) and is released as exploration expenditures are incurred at the Abu Marawat Concession. On July 20, 2011 US$350,940 of the restricted cash was released by EMRA and made available to the Company for general operating purposes.

      Der Cashbestand je Aktie sollte somit weiterhin ca. 0,05 Can-Dollar betragen. Scheint aktuell ein sehr begrenztes Risiko zu sein.

      Alexander Nubia International Reports Third Quarter Financial Results and Provides Update on Key Project in Egypt

      Alexander Nubia International Reports Third Quarter Financial Results and Provides Update on Key Project in Egypt

      - Continues to advance flagship Abu Marawat project -

      Toronto, Ontario CANADA, November 28, 2011 /FSC/ - Alexander Nubia International Inc. (AAN - TSX Venture), ("AAN" or the "Company"), today reported its financial results for the three- and nine- month periods ended September 30, 2011. All amounts are in Canadian currency unless otherwise noted.

      "We are very pleased with the progress we achieved in the third quarter," said Mr. Alexander Massoud, President and CEO of Alexander Nubia International Inc. "Building on our positive diamond drilling results to date, we initiated a Stage-2 diamond drilling program with a focus on resource creation at our flagship Abu Marawat property. Equally important, we are on budget and on track to produce a NI 43-101-compliant resource estimate in the first quarter of 2012."

      Key Operational and Financial Highlights of the Quarter

      * Invested $0.9 million in exploration activities at flagship Abu Marawat project.
      * Completed a total of 12,873 metres of drilling at Abu Marawat.
      * Maintained a low "burn-rate" and incurred a loss of $163,000.
      * Completed ongoing preparatory work to deliver a property-first NI 43-101-compliant resource estimate in Q1-2012 for the Abu Marawat project.
      * Contracted Roscoe Postle Associates for the preparation of Company's first NI 43-101 report.
      * Constructed road access to Hamama property in preparation for drill program in 2012.
      * Refined the geological interpretation of the mesothermal gold-copper-zinc-silver vein system at Abu Marawat. Veins show overall strike and depth continuity over distances of up to 900 metres and 230 metres, respectively. Veins are open at depth and along strike; widths of veins pinch and swell in response to local structural features.
      * Diamond drilling targeted and was successful in demonstrating continuity in veins and vein zones not previously tested, both along strike and down-dips.

      Highlights subsequent to quarter end

      * Completed 5,109 metres of drilling for an aggregate total of 17,982 metres at the Abu Marawat project. Holes AAM-080 and AAM-081, the two deepest drill holes on the property to-date, are the last to be drilled at the Abu Marawat property in 2011.
      * Commenced drilling at the Hamama zinc-gold-copper-silver property. The company plans to drill approximately four to eight diamond drill holes for the first stage of drilling with results expected by first-quarter 2012.

      Review of financial performance for the quarter

      For the three months ended September 30, 2011, the Company incurred $925,814 in exploration expenditures. This compares to $77,459 for the comparable period of 2010. The increase is reflective of 1.5 months of drilling activity during the quarter on the Company's primary target, the Abu Marawat Property. These expenditures bring total exploration costs for the nine months ended June 30, 2011 to $3,383,509 as compared to $261,266 for the same period in 2010.

      As is expected from an early-stage mineral exploration company, Alexander Nubia incurred a loss of $163,381 for Q3 2011, up from $98,898 for Q3 2010. On a year-to-date basis, the Company incurred a loss of $561,942 for 2011, up from $168,245 for 2010.

      The increases in exploration expenditures and operating loss in 2011 are primarily due to continuation of drilling and assessment of results at the Abu Marawat property. The loss during the third quarter of 2011 is comparable to that of the second quarter of 2011.

      At September 30, 2011, the Company had working capital of $2.7 million, including cash and cash equivalents of $2,587,724, and restricted cash of $74,706. The restricted cash is pledged in support of a guarantee provided to the Egyptian Mineral Resource Authority ("EMRA") and is released as exploration expenditures are incurred at the Abu Marawat Concession. Substantially all of the original amount of US$1,065,131 has now been released.

      Working capital at September 30, 2011, will be used to continue the drilling program on the Abu Marawat Concession, to fund the assays and analysis thereof along with the preparation of the Company's first NI 43-101 report, and to provide working capital for operating costs that support exploration activities and general corporate purposes.

      Outlook

      "Now that we have completed our infill drilling program, our focus for the remainder of this year will be to continue to work toward completion of our first NI 43-101 compliant resource estimate at our Abu Marawat Property," Mr. Massoud also said. "We will achieve this important milestone by leveraging our Egyptian operational expertise and our strong relationships with various stakeholders in the region. Over the longer term, we remain committed to our strategy of methodically developing our other projects, including the Hamama VMS project at which we are currently drilling our initial holes. Combined, these efforts will help to unlock our full potential and establish Alexander Nubia as a major player in Egypt's Eastern Desert."

      The business objectives of the Company for the next 12 months are to:

      (i) Explore and develop an economic resource based on the primary targets, Abu Marawat and Hamama properties;
      (ii) Continue exploration of precious- and base-metals within the Arab Republic of Egypt's Eastern Desert at other targets within its concessions; and
      (iii) Evaluate other regional opportunities for exploration and development of precious- and base-metal mineral targets.

      Alexander Nubia will file its interim financial report for the third quarter ended September 30, 2011 and related management's discussion and analysis on www.sedar.com and on its website within prescribed regulatory timelines. Readers are advised that, due to the summary nature of this release, these highlights should be read in conjunction with our interim management's discussion and analysis, and the interim unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements.

      Reporting Under New Accounting Standards

      All publicly accountable enterprises in Canada were required to adopt new International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS"), replacing Canadian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles ("GAAP") effective January 1, 2011. This is the third quarter that the Company is reporting under these new standards.

      Alexander Nubia (BUY, C$0.35) (AAN TSX, C$0.10, ► 0.0%) has issued a maiden NI 43-101 compliant resource for its Abu Marawat Gold-Copper project in Egypt as a result of completing a 98 drill hole, 19.573m campaign. The Inferred Mineral Resource has been reported at 2.9Mt at average grades of 1.75 g/t Au, 29.3 g/t Ag, 0.77 % Cu and 1.15 % Zn for 162koz Au, 2.7Moz Ag, 49Mlbs Cu, and 73Mlbs Zn. The resource was calculated on about 50% of the available strike length of the vein system and to a maximum depth of 200 metres, and given the mesothermal nature of this deposit, Company management isanticipating that further drilling at depth and on the lateral extension of the vein system could expand the current resource.

      Alexander Nubia reports significant surface trench results at the Hamama VMS project, 118 metres at 1.52 g/t gold, including 24 metres at 4.59 g/t gold in a new mineralized zone

      Alexander Nubia reports significant surface trench results at the Hamama VMS project, 118 metres at 1.52 g/t gold, including 24 metres at 4.59 g/t gold in a new mineralized zone

      Toronto, Ontario CANADA, March 26, 2012 /FSC/ - Alexander Nubia International Inc. (AAN - TSX Venture), * A new discovery - the Western VMS Zone - is 650 m along strike and averaging 60 metres wide contains relatively uniform mineralization averaging 1.15 g/t gold and 19.4 g/t silver
      * Trench 9 returned 82 metres grading 1.73 g/t gold and 39.2 g/t silver, including 50 metres grading 2.35 g/t gold and 48.1 g/t silver
      * Trench 11 returned 88 metres grading 1.82 g/t gold and 31.5 g/t silver, including 74 metres grading 2.09 g/t gold and 29.4 g/t silver.

      March 26, 2012, Toronto, Ontario. Alexander Nubia International Inc. (TSX-V: AAN) is pleased to announce results from a surface-trenching program at its Hamama gold-zinc volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) property in Egypt. Hamama is located near excellent infrastructure: 32 kilometres from a highway, railway, and high-capacity electricity grid, and 90 kilometres from a major city, Qena, on the Nile River. The Hamama Project is 35 kilometres from the company's Abu Marawat gold-copper vein deposit.

      As announced on February 16, 2012, diamond drilling at what is now referred to as the Central VMS Zone outlined a 400-m-long zone of high-grade gold-zinc exhalite mineralization; a fence of drill holes (AHA-003, AHA-004, and AHA-005) and results of surface mapping and recent trench sampling show that it is continuous to a depth of at least 125 metres. As well, within the 3,000-metre strike-length of the VMS horizon as mapped on surface by AAN's exploration team, the current trench-sampling program has defined two new zones of mineralization, the Western VMS Zone and the Eastern VMS Zone.

      Dr. John Payne, Vice President of Exploration, commented, "The broad extent of high-grade gold and related silver values at surface in the Western VMS Zone is an exciting and highly significant discovery that greatly enhances the economic potential of the Hamama property. Our next step is to conduct an electro-magnetic survey which will allow us to better define the best drill targets."

      Highlights

      * Western VMS Zone - a new high-grade gold zone, 500 metres west of the original drilled zone, is 650 m along strike and averages 60 m wide. Based on 437, 2-metre-long channel samples from 14 trenches (Trenches 2-7 and 9-16), the average grade on surface is 1.15 g/t gold and 19.4 g/t silver.

      * Central VMS Zone - the Central VMS zone extends for 640 metres along strike and averages 20 metres wide. Based on 127, 2-metre-long trench samples of VMS from 8 trenches (Trenches 18-25), the average grade on surface is 0.56 g/t gold, 20.4 g/t silver, 0.11% copper, and 2.55% zinc.

      * Eastern VMS Zone - a second discovery extends 175 along strike and averages 30 metres wide. Based on 44, 2-metre-long samples from 4 trenches (Trenches 26-29) in ankerite-rich VMS, the average grade on surface is 0.18 g/t gold, 5.1 g/t silver, 0.02% copper, and 0.46% zinc.

      * As well, stringer zones in strongly altered footwall andesite in all three zones contain moderately to highly anomalous values in zinc and gold.

      Alexander Massoud, Chief Executive Officer, added, "We are very pleased by this new discovery. The Nubian shield is well known for VMS-style mineralization, with three significant VMS deposits either in production or at the advanced exploration stage. These are La Mancha's Hassai deposit (Sudan), Nevsun's Bisha deposit (Eritrea), and Tigray's Harvest deposit (Ethiopia), all of which are similar to Hamama. We have identified multiple targets from our trenching program at Hamama, which we will drill aggressively in the coming months. Combined with our maiden NI 43-101-compliant inferred resource for Abu Marawat, released in March, we have the most advanced exploration property in Egypt."

      Dem Kurs hilft es leider nicht. Grund scheint mir aber die allgemeine Explorerschwäche zu sein. Damit der Kurs nachhaltig steigt, müssten inzwischen wohl Goldbarren an die Exploreraktionäre verteilt werden. :(

      Alexander Nubia Reports 46 m grading 2.92 g/t gold and 50.2 g/t silver from Deep Trenching Program at its Hamama VMS Deposit, Egypt

      Alexander Nubia Reports 46 m grading 2.92 g/t gold and 50.2 g/t silver from Deep Trenching Program at its Hamama VMS Deposit, Egypt

      * Deep Trench 86 (DT-86) returned assays over 46 m grading at 2.92 g/t gold, 50.2 g/t silver, 0.1% copper, and 0.18% zinc.

      * Deep Trench 88 (DT-88) returned assays over 32 m grading at 0.58 g/t gold, 15.9 g/t silver, 0.38% copper, and 1.94% zinc.

      * Deep Trench 89 (DT-89) returned assays over 44 m grading at 0.79 g/t gold and 5.9 g/t silver, including 4 m grading at 2.19 g/t gold and 6.0 g/t silver and also including 6 m grading at 1.31 g/t gold and 9.5 g/t silver, with 1.01% copper, and 1.02% zinc.

      * Deep trenching tested two sub-parallel VMS lenses located stratigraphically 400 hundred metres below the Main VMS Horizon; these lenses contain highly anomalous values in base metals.

      * Further results are pending and expected shortly.

      September 5, 2012, Toronto, Ontario. Alexander Nubia International Inc. (TSX-V: AAN) is pleased to announce additional results from its continuing, deep-trenching program from the Western VMS Zone at the Hamama gold-zinc-copper-silver volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) project in Egypt. These significant results strongly correlate with and expand on previously reported shallow trenching in the Western VMS Zone (see Table 1). Two new VMS lenses located stratigraphically 400 hundred metres below the Western VMS Horizon have been tested and contain highly anomalous values in base metals. The Hamama VMS deposit has a broad exposed gossan similar to those in other major VMS deposits in the Arabian-Nubian shield. The Main VMS Horizon (which contains the Western VMS Zone) has been traced on surface over 3,000 metre along strike with an extensive mineralized footwall alteration and stringer zone, and stacked VMS lenses beneath the Main VMS Horizon.

      Mr. Alexander Massoud, CEO commented, "These are excellent results; the Hamama VMS deposit is likely to be a game-changer!" He also stated, "Our confidence is further supported by the quality of VMS deposits in the Arabian-Nubian Shield that are in production and the recent acquisition of La Mancha Resources for $493 million, primarily for the Hassai VMS deposit in Northern Sudan. Given that other VMS deposits in the Arabian-Nubian shield, such as Jabal Sayid, Hassai and Bisha extend to at least 200 metres depth and with a VMS gossan traced 200 - 1,200 metres along strike - the mineralization that has been identified in the deep and shallow trenching in the Western VMS and other zones is extremely encouraging.".............
