Hab mal ein bisschen im Lithium-Bereich herumrecherchiert und bin dabei unter anderem auf diesen Wert hier gestoßen.
Macarthur Minerals ist zwar eine australische Gesellschaft, ist aber an der TSX Venture Exchange gelistet. Das ist wichtig, bekommt man so doch mehr Beachtung in Kanada! Das Unternehmen hat insgesamt 21 Explorationslizenzen beantragt und besitzt aussichtsreiche Beteiligungen an Lithiumrechten mit einer Gesamtfläche von 2.029 km2 in den Regionen Pilbara, Ravensthorpe und Yalgoo/Edah im australischen Bundesstaat Western Australia. Die aktuell aussichtsreichsten und wichtigsten Lizenzen liegen im Distrikt Pilbara in Western Australia, der vor allem für seine ergiebigen Eisenerzlagerstätten bekannt ist und eine Vielzahl an Lithium-Cäsium-Tantal-Pegmatiten beherbergt, die eine wichtige Quelle für lithiumreiche Spodumene sind, welche wiederum das am meisten kommerzielle Lithium führende Material darstellen. Dort konnten bereits einige der bedeutendsten Lithium-Funde Australiens gemacht werden. Allen voran durch Pilbara Minerals, die bereits einen JORC-konformen Vorrat von 29,5 Millionen Tonnen mit 1,31% Li2O sowie eine Vormachbarkeitsstudie mit einer Rentabilität (IRR) von starken 44% vorweisen können. Pilbara führte vor Kurzem eine Finanzierung über 100 Millionen AUD durch, um sein Lithiumprojekt weiter voranzubringen. Altura Mining besitzt eine Ressource von 35,7 Millionen Tonnen mit 1,05% Li2O und eine IRR von 42,5%. Für das Pilgangoora Lithium Projekt wurden kürzlich 20 Millionen AUD finanziert. Dakota Minerals Phase 1 Bohrprogramm stieß auf dem Lynas Find Lithiumprojekt unter anderem auf 20 m mit 2,61% Li2O. Für weitere Explorationsprogramme wurden jüngst 12,3 Millionen AU$ an frischen Mitteln generiert.
Macarthur Minerals Lizenzen im Distrikt Pilbara
All diese Projekte liegen nur unweit von Macarthur Minerals 18 beantragten Explorationslizenzen im Lithium-Distrikt Pilbara mit insgesamt 1.449 km2 Fläche entfernt. Was aber noch viel wichtiger ist: Macarthur Minerals Lizenzgebiete weisen eine ähnliche geologische Beschaffenheit auf, wie die oben genannten Projekte der führenden australischen Lithium-Entwickler.
Im Mai 2016 führte das Unternehmen eine erste Helikopter-gestützte Erkundung über einem Teil seiner Landflächen in Pilbara durch. Die Analysenergebnisse der ersten Helikopter-gestützten Erkundungsbeprobung der Pegmatite in drei der vom Unternehmen beantragten Explorationslizenzen waren ermutigend, wenn man bedenkt, dass dieses erste Erkundungsprogramm nur wenige Tage dauerte und dabei auf lediglich sieben der beantragten Lizenzen Erkundungsarbeiten durchgeführt wurden. Absichtserklärung für Farm-In-Agreement mit Venturex Resources
Im Mai 2016 unterzeichneten Macarthur Minerals und Venturex Resources Limited eine Absichtserklärung für ein Farm-In-Agreement und ein Joint Venture über die Lithium-Rechte auf Venturex‘ Sulphur Springs Projekt. Im Juli 2016 wurde darin auch Venturex‘ Whim Creek Projekt eingeschlossen. Demnach kann Macarthur Minerals auf den beiden Zink-Kupfer-Projekten durch eigene Explorationstätigkeiten 51% an den Lithium-Rechten erwerben.
Sulphur Springs umfasst etwa 118 km2 und grenzt unmittelbar an drei von Macarthur Minerals beantragte Explorationslizenzen. Zudem grenzen gleich mehrere der Venturex- und der Macarthur-Lizenzen an das Abbaugebiet des australischen Eisenerz-Produzenten Atlas Iron Ore. Dessen Managing Director David Flanagan verkündete im Mai 2016, dass sein Unternehmen aussichtsreiche Liegenschaften in Zonen bekannter Weltklasse-Lithiumvorkommen besitze.
Whim Creek umfasst 124 km2 und liegt inmitten des Whim Creek Greenstone Belt (Grünstein-Gürtel) in der Region North Pilbara.

AU$ innerhalb von zwei Jahren einen 51-%-Anteil an zwei, insgesamt 91 Quadratkilometer umfassenden, beantragten Explorationslizenzen Macarthurs im Distrikt Ravensthorpe, Western Australia, erwerben kann. Mittels Erstellung einer NI43-101-konformen vorläufigen Wirtschaftlichkeitsstudie (Preliminary Economic Assessment) innerhalb von drei Jahren kann Zadar Ventures sogar bis zu 75% am Projekt erwerben. Die beiden beantragten Lizenzen E74/587 und E74/588, die höchstwahrscheinlich im November/Dezember 2016 genehmigt werden, liegen nur etwa sieben Kilometer von Galaxy Resources und General Mining Corporations Mount Cattlin Lithium Mine entfernt, wo aktuell Lithium- und Tantal-Konzentrat hergestellt wird.
Zadar plant den Beginn einer ersten Geländeerkundung auf Macarthurs in Ravensthorpe gelegenen Lithium-Landflächen in naher Zukunft.
Edah Hill Landpaket
Macarthur Minerals hat neben den genannten Lizenzen eine weitere im Distrikt Mt. Edah, Western Australia, beantragt. Diese umfasst 121 km2 und liegt in der Provinz Murchison.
Yalgoo Lithium Projekt
Im August 2016 schloss Macarthur Minerals ein Abkommen zur Akquisition der Exklusivrechte für Lithium und andere Seltenerd-Minerale auf zwei gewährten Explorationslizenzen mit einer Fläche von 191 km2 in der Region Yalgoo, Western Australia. Die Yalgoo-Landflächen, wo die Lithium-Rechte erworben wurden, liegen in der Nähe der bestehenden Landflächen Edah Hill des Unternehmens und umfassen gewährte Explorationslizenzen, was eine sofortige Exploration auf Lithium ermöglicht. Clatyon Valley beherbergt die einzige produzierende Lithium-Mine der USA. Das Projekt Stonewall wird als „bohrfertig“ betrachtet und eine US-amerikanisches Explorationsunternehmen wird zur Durchführung der eines nicht sehr tiefreichenden Bohrprogramms zu Zwecken einer Due Diligence beauftragt.
Eisenerz
Bevor das Unternehmen in den Lithium-Sektor einstieg, entwickelte man mehrere Eisenerzprojekte. Macarthur Minerals Ltd. has entered into a non-exclusive mandate with the Tulshyan Group to raise up to $200-million (Australian) with an initial tranche of $50-million (Australian) to develop the company's Ularring hematite iron ore project located in Western Australia.
The Tulshyan Group made a strategic investment in the Company in January this year. The Tulshyan Group, based in Singapore, is one of the largest recyclers of scrap steel in the world, has a significant shipping business with a fleet of over 30 ships and is expanding its commercial aircraft leasing business. The Tulshyan Group has significant experience in sales, marketing of steel and iron ore and access to capital for potential development of the Company's Western Australian iron ore projects.

Australian Iron Ore Projects
Macarthur Minerals' iron ore projects are located on mining tenements covering approximately 62km2 located 175 km northwest of Kalgoorlie in Western Australia (Figure 1 and Figure 2). Within the tenements, at least 35 km strike extent of outcropping banded iron formation ("BIF") occurs as low ridges, surrounded by intensely weathered and mostly unexposed granites, basalts and ultramafic rocks.

Prior to the intended IPO, Macarthur Minerals will be issued approximately 125 million shares, or 91 per cent, of Macarthur Australia for consideration for sale of its subsidiaries, Macarthur Iron Ore Pty. Ltd. and Macarthur Lithium Pty. Ltd. (MLi) to Macarthur Australia. MIO and MLi, respectively, own the Australian iron ore and hard-rock lithium projects. The sale of MIO and MLi to Macarthur Australia has received conditional acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
Pre-IPO investors will be issued approximately 12.7 million shares, or 9 per cent, of Macarthur Australia, prior to the intended IPO. Pre-IPO subscription proceeds will be held in escrow until Macarthur Minerals has affected transfer of its subsidiaries to Macarthur Australia.
The board of Macarthur Minerals believes that an ASX IPO of its Australian subsidiaries, which hold its Australian iron ore and lithium projects, will provide improved price realization for those projects more consistent with its ASX-listed peers. Macarthur Australia intends to raise between approximately $5-million (Australian) and $14-million (Australian) in an ASX IPO, with Macarthur Minerals retaining between approximately 60 per cent and 77 per cent of Macarthur Australia. Macarthur Minerals has entered into a letter of intent to acquire exploration licence E45/4685, which immediately adjoins the company's exploration licence applications E45/4824, E45/4708 and E45/4709. The applications were the subject of the company's previous announcement dated Aug. 29, 2017, titled "Macarthur Minerals reports anomalous gold and copper results at its Pilbara projects in Western Australia." Exploration program
Artemis has advised it will shortly commence a stream sediment sampling program with a focus on identifying a prospective conglomerate hosted gold horizon.
Tenements E45/4779 and E45/4732 cover approximately 78 kilometres of the basal contact of the Mt. Roe basalt. The target for the conglomerate gold horizon is beneath the Mt. Roe basalt as has been shown at Artemis's Purdy's Reward project where numerous gold nuggets have been discovered.
The sampling program will involve the collection of around 355 stream sediment samples collected primarily across the Mt. Roe basalt. Samples of conglomerate will also be collected where discovered.

bin heute rein bei 0.09 cad. das management hat leider nicht den besten ruf. aber so ein deal bei 30 mio market cap ist ja der absolute wahnsinn. klar kommt noch eine grössere verwässerung aber bis dahin erwarte ich schon kurse deutlich über 0.20 cad (eher 0.50). um ehrlich zu sein bin ich aufgrund pilbara gold und dem lithium projekt auf diese firma aufmerksam geworden. dieser deal bestätigt mir nun, dass man sich hier zum schnäppchen preis eindecken kann. einziges (jedoch nicht ganz kleines) risiko ist aus meiner sicht der schlechte ruf des managements auch wenn es hier zum glück wichtige wechsel gegeben hat!
Kannst du bitte etwas genauer werden zum "schlechten Management" und den "wichtigen Wechsel" in jenem...
schau dir den aktienkurs der letzten 10 jahre an. dann ist eigentlich schon alles gesagt:-(. sie haben z.b. so einen iron deal bereits im 2007 eingefädelt welcher dann geplatzt ist. da waren jedoch noch andere chefs vorhanden. ich weiss nicht ob sie alle führungskärfte ausgewechselt haben oder nur die wichtigsten. die neuen machen jedenfalls einen guten eindruck wen man sich die news auf der homepage der letzten 2-3 jahre anschaut.

ja das habe ich mich auch schon gefragt. ist aus meiner sicht der einzige grund, wieso der kurs noch nicht über 0.20 cad ist. die finanzierung muss wohl erst noch gesichert werden, der deal ist aber grundsätzlich durch.
Und wieso kauft Glencore nicht gleich die gesamte Firma zum kleinen Preis?
Glencore wird mms mit viel kredit zu über 10% zinsen aushelfen.so kommen sie zu ihrem günstigen eisen inkl hohen zinsen und falls mms nicht einhalten kann,können sie die mine günstig übernehmen.hat glencore schon oft so gemacht.so sind die risiken (und die grossen gewinnmöglichkeiten) noch lange bei mms. Da viele mms insiders viele shares und options haben, wollen sie es selber versuchen was für uns sehr interessant ist (aber natürlich nicht risikolos).

dert wert ging von 0.05 in zwei tagen auf 0.15 was 300% bedeutet. eine konsolidierung ist somit völlig logisch, vor allem auch weil das volumen abnimmt. spannend wird es in den nächsten tagen. kommen wieder anschlusskäufe oder ist das feuerwerk bereits vorbei?

Investment to increase import and export capacity at the Port
Works to create more than 100 local jobs as part of the WA Recovery Plan
The McGowan Government will invest more than $10 million into priority works at the Port of Esperance as part of the WA Recovery Plan, creating more than 100 local jobs during construction.
This investment will deliver priority works at the Esperance Port, stimulating the economy and creating opportunities for increased trade.
A $2 million investment into an additional container hardstand will free up berth space, reduce safety and operational risks, increase efficiency and meet future demand.
The $3.5 million demolition of the Berth 2 ship loader circuit will allow for the optimisation of available land on Berth 2 and maximise trade growth throughout the region.
A $3.2 million investment into a hardstand at Berth 2 and improvements to the stormwater system will facilitate the resumption of full capacity nickel trade and delivers superior environmental performance.
The high priority sealing of internal roads within the Port will be supported by $1.5 million in funding, and will reduce the impact of heavy machinery and will deliver dust control mitigations for the Port and broader community.
The works are part of a suite of priority infrastructure works at Western Australia's regional ports, including $11.6 million for upgrades at Geraldton Port and $15.5 million for the Turkey Point access bridge at Bunbury Port.
The McGowan Government is committed to rebuilding the State's economy and is investing in major projects to support WA's recovery from COVID-19.
