Bei LBC war doch noch nie das Licht an.
Es gelten zumindest im Moment ( Achtung Prozess )an der Nasdaq andere Delistingregeln als am Neuen Markt.
Bei uns spielt neben dem Kurs unter 1€ auch der Marktwert der Firma ( mindestens 20 Mio€ ) eine weitere Delistingrolle. Nur wenn beides zutrifft, erfolgt nach 3 Monaten ein Delisting. Für den Neuen Markt beginnt dies meines Wissens nach aber erst ab 01.10. wirksam zu werden.
Bei LBC liegen wir beim Augenblicklichen Kurs von 0,19€ genau hart an dieser Marktwertgrenze. Und wir sehen doch alle hier ein Kurspotenzial von 0,01-0,02 €, um diese Kriterium zu entgehen, oder???

Nach Ansicht der Experten von Finanzen Neuer Markt nehmen die Schlagzeilen um LetsBuyIt.com kein Ende. Am Montag sei der Kurs erneut ausgesetzt worden. Damit seien die Turbulenzen um den Beinahe-Pleite-Kandidaten weiter fortgesetzt worden.
Das Unternehmen habe ad-hoc mitgeteilt, Gespräche mit neuen Investoren aufgenommen zu haben. Auch sei ein Letter Of Intent über weitere Verhandlungen mit einem potenziellen neuen strategischen Investor unterzeichnet worden. Zudem habe das Unternehmen Rechte für 2,5 Mio. Euro verkauft, und damit die Liquidität vorerst gesichert.
Nach der Wiederaufnahme sei der Kurs um rund 75% auf 30 Cent gestiegen. Es werde jedoch weiterhin von dem Titel abgeraten, da die Aussagen des Unternehmens nicht immer seriös gewesen seien. Diese Einschätzung habe der Schlusskurs bei 19 Cent belegt.

LBC würde noch gut dazu passen, wenn wie vorgesehen nur junge Käufer damit angesprochen werden.

Priceline hat ein ganz anderes System
Ja, aber LBC ist in Ländern vertreten wo HSE noch nicht vertreten ist. Das wäre für HSE eine schöne Ergänzung.
