TORONTO, March 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Bioscrypt Inc. (TSX: BYT - News), a leading provider of identity verification technology, today announced that the Slovak government is deploying Bioscrypt`s V-Prox readers to secure access to restricted areas.

The deployment is designed to provide increased security to restricted areas of government facilities. Honeywell s.r.o. - Security Products o.z., one of the largest electrical security systems component distributors in the Czech and Slovak Republics, created a physical access control solution using Bioscrypt`s technology.

The Slovak government`s decision to move forward with biometrically enabled access control was based on the need to ensure that only authorized individuals gain access to restricted areas. By requiring a unique identifier that cannot be stolen or shared, such as a fingerprint, this objective becomes a great deal more possible.
