Warum ist die ITXC nach dem Kursanstieg von 10% als Reaktion auf die Quartalszahlen in den letzten Tagen so unter Druck gekommen??? Die Zahlen waren doch einigermaßen in Ordnung...

ITXC Sues Acceris For Voice Over Internet Patents

PRINCETON, N.J. (Dow Jones)--ITXC Corp. (ITXC) filed a lawsuit against Acceris Communications Inc. (ACRS) for allegedly infringing on its voice-over Internet protocol technology patents.
Last month, Acceris, whose shares trade on the over-the-counter Bulletin Board, sued ITXC for patent infringement. That suit also centered on voice-over Internet protocol, or VoIP.
An Acceris spokesman said he had no knowledge of ITXC`s allegations and declined to comment on whether the two suits involve the exact same technology.
Representatives from ITXC weren`t immediately reachable Friday evening.
In reference to Acceris` earlier accusations, the communications provider said in a press release Friday that it intends to "vigorously defend against the allegations of infringement" and "believes it has substantial defenses to them."
According to ITXC, it holds five patents on the transmission of telephone calls over the Internet and the completion of telephone calls by switching them off the Internet and onto a public switched telephone network.
ITXC`s shares closed 6.6% higher on Friday at $1.94, up 12 cents, on average volume.

In Zahlen hat TLGB am Eröffnungstag um 850% zugelegt.
Da haben sich einige richtig gesundgestoßen.
Ich bin gespannt wie wir davon profitieren.

Ich bin gespannt wie wir davon profitieren.
Da ITXC zu 26% am Merger mit Teleglobe beteiligt ist, müßte der Faktor bei ca. 4:1 liegen, soll heissen, man kriegt für ca. 4 ITXC-Aktien eine von Teleglobe. Die letzten Kurs von ITXC lagen bei knapp 2,30 Dollar, das macht bei einem Multiplikator von ca. 4 ziemlich genau 9,20 Dollar.

Habe mit meiner Bank gesprochen:ITXC werden zu 0,25 in Teleglobe getauscht.Weiss jemand die Umsatzzahlen der alten Teleglobe?
An der Börse Berlin-Bremen wurde für Teleglobe (BMG873401084) folgender Kurs festgestellt:

Der Makler in Berlin hält es noch nicht mal für nötig eine Geld- und Briefseite zu stellen. Die alte ITXC wurde doch fast an allen Börsen rege gehandelt. Ich glaube es wird Zeit das die Teleglobe mal wieder auf ein paar Hotlines besprochen wird.
Kann mir einer erklären, was in Berlin abgelaufen ist?

Bei mir sind auch keine stücke eingebucht. jedoch stellung in berlin 7 zu 8. Bei 7 Hätte ich auch gern ein par mehr genommen als die zwei

NEW YORK, June 9 (New Ratings) - Analyst Vik Grover of Needham & Co reiterates his "underperform" rating on Teleglobe International (ticker: TLGB).
In a research note published this morning, the analyst mentions that the company is scheduled to report its 1Q04 results on June 15. Teleglobe International`s Q1 results are likely to be sluggish on account of weak traffic and pricing pressures during the quarter, the analyst says. The company would have to steer away from its wholesale-only approach to avoid bankruptcy, Needham & Co believes.

wie ist das genaue umtauschverhältnis von itxc in teleglobe gewesen? in Deutschland werden die stücke zu einem preis von 6,80 euro gehandelt. wenn di edie 10,50 dollar umrechne erhalte ich einen Kurs von ca. 8,80 euro...... Was stimmt nun?
