Habe die Sekretärin heute nochmal angeschrieben, werde dann berichten, was ich als Antwort erhalten habe, denn Antwort erhalte ich auf jeden Fall.
Das letzte Mal hat sie mir dann übrigens nochmal geschrieben und nachgefragt, ob alles verständlich war, fand ich sehr charmant.
AUf der andern Seite zeigt es auch , wie wenige von diesem Unternehmen noch Kenntnis nehmen.
Ich habe glaub ich den letzten Artikel darüber vor knapp drei Jahren im Aktionär gelesen...aber auch das wird sich ändern

UPDATE ON THE STATUS OF TEJAMEN SILVER PROJECT
Oremex Resources Inc. has provided an update on the status of surface access at its Tejamen silver property, state of Durango, Mexico.
Based on a firm decision by the Governor of the State of Durango to assist the parties involved, and to achieve social and economic benefits for the region, discussions with the ejido of Tejamen are being directed by the Secretary of State for the Government Cabinet of Durango. The Secretary of State is leading the discussions and is responsible for the timelines to arrive at a resolution in the near term. He has been assigned by the Durango Governor to take this negotiation with the ejido to a satisfactory conclusion. The company has presented terms for settlement that are similar to a recent agreement arrived at between another mining company and the local village in the vicinity of its mine. The company is in daily contact with senior representatives of the federal and state governments, which are assisting the Secretary of State.
Tejamen has an inferred mineral resource of 50.8 million ounces of silver in a total of 22.6 million tonnes grading a silver equivalent of 69.8 grams per tonne (Wardrop Engineering report National Instrument 43-101 compliant, April, 2006). Snowden Mining Industry Consultants completed a preliminary assessment study (NI 43-101 compliant, October, 2006) demonstrating that the project can support a 10,000-tonne-per-day, open-pit, heap-leach mining operation. The company is looking forward to a final resolution that is in the best interests of all parties.

With the lack of news about Tejamen and the current market downturn, Oremex's share price has deteriorated and this makes the Company vulnerable.
As several of our peer group companies have adopted this type of plan, our legal counsel has recommended that Oremex do the same to protect shareholder interests.
A Plan like this has to be approved by the shareholders and it is timely (and less expensive) to implement it at the same time you have an annual general meeting.
I hope that you have voted in favour of all resolutions, especially the adoption of the Shareholders Rights Plan.
Our team in Mexico are confident that there will be a resolution to the surface access rights with the Ejido of Tejamen. As we have an agressive drill program planned for Tejamen this year and plans for feasibility study work, we are anxious to get started.
