      CORRECTION...by Fidelis Energy Inc.

TUCSON, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 11, 2004--In BW5393 issuedDec. 10, 2004: Fifth graph, first sentence of release dated December10, 2004 should read: The Company announced a .66 share dividend foreach share held with a record date of December 8th, 2004 and a paymentdate of December 10th, 2004. (sted The Company announced a .66 sharedividend for each share held with a record date of December 8th, 2005and a payment date of December 10th, 2005.)

      The corrected release reads:

FIDELIS ENERGY UPDATES INITIAL COMANCHE POINT STEAM RESULTS/STOCKDIVIDEND OVERVIEW

Fidelis Energy Inc. (OTCBB: FDEI), an oil and gas companydedicated to developing North America´s energy resources, announcedtoday the preliminary results of its pilot steam program into theComanche Point Oil Field located south of Bakersfield, Calif.
Following the steam flood of well number 2, which was completed inmid-November, the company has seen a dramatic increase in the oil cutand corresponding barrels per day. The field, previously producingonly 20 to 25 barrels per day prior to the steam program, has morethan doubled its production from a single steaming cycle on one well.
The third well is undergoing steam flooding currently. Since it isup-dip from well number 2, it is drier sand, and we anticipate agreater per-day barrel flow from well 3.
Barring any unforeseen difficulties, the company plans toimplement the full steam-flood program on the entire field beginningin January 2005, which should enable the company to realize themaximum potential from the field.
The company announced a .66 share dividend for each share heldwith a record date of Dec. 8, 2004 and a payment date of Dec. 10,2004. While a stock dividend has effectively the same result as astock split, the payment of such a dividend is not an instant event orjournal entry at the opening of the payment date. Stock certificatesrepresenting the payment were sent out via overnight mail by thecompany´s transfer agent, but may or may not be credited immediatelyto each investor´s account. This crediting could occur rapidly orslowly depending on the clearing agency each brokerage firm utilizes.

      Hi Halde !
