Ein Finanzhai schlägt zu ! Befimmo
Laut jüngstem Halbjahresbericht ist die belgische Immobilienaktie Befimmo SA 65 €uro wert.Doch nun sollen die restlichen Aktionäre, rund 15% des Kapitals, hinausgedrückt werden.
Dies soll zu 47,5 €uro erfolgen, nachdem die Befimmo Aktie Anfang des Jahres für etwa 3 Monate
nach unten, auf ca 35 €uro gedrückt wurde.
Der noch freiwillige Üernahmeankäufer lobt sein Angebot mit "es ist 30% besser als der Kurs zuvor."
Doch die jüngsten Zahlen der Befimmo empfehlen keinen Ausstieg.

Man kriegt die pflegeleichten Aktien billiger als die Gebäude und muss sie nicht einmal selbst reparieren, verwalten und vermieten. Hab leider da schon durch die Vervielfachung bei der Deutschen Real Estate einen Klumpen angesammelt, ansonsten Danke für den Tipp...

Befimmo announces that it has received, on 4 November 2019, a transparency declaration from Blackrock. This declaration was done following the downward crossing of the declaration thresholds of 3% on 30 October 2019.
