Und ich habe gestern Robin Birchall noch eine böse Mail geschrieben!

Birchall on Giyani Metals’ manganese milestone.
      22.10.2018

“It is quite important milestone. It establishes the first basis of the true value of the company. It shows that we have sufficient material, probably for something like a 10-year mine life. In conjunction with that the hydrometallurgical testing shows that the process actually works for producing the key particle that we want to make, which is EMM, which is electrolytic manganese metal. That is the key metal that goes into the cathodes for battery electric vehicles and for stationary storage.” States Robin Birchall, CEO & Director of Giyani Metals Corp. (TSXV: WDG), in an interview with InvestorIntel Corp. CEO Tracy Weslosky.

      Zum Interview: https://investorintel.com/investorintel-video/giyani-metals-…

Tracy Weslosky: I am speaking with you where? I understand you are in Africa.

Robin Birchall: I am in Botswana just dealing with some of the stuff that we need to on the ground here at the project.

Tracy Weslosky: You just put out a news release on your maiden resource from your K.Hill project. Can you tell us a little bit more about what is happening with Giyani Metals and what you were trying to say?

Robin Birchall: It is quite important milestone. That is the key metal that goes into the cathodes for battery electric vehicles and for stationary storage.

Tracy Weslosky: It is my understanding that the results will now allow you to proceed with your PEA. Is that correct?

Robin Birchall: Yeah, that is right. We are going to start with that as soon as possible. We have some calls on Friday with the team. We have 3 or 4 quotes then we will decide who is going to do that for us, probably on Friday. The timeline for that we have been quoted on is about 8 to 10 weeks. That will put us with a PEA sometime around Christmas. It will probably be delayed because of the Christmas period I would imagine.

Tracy Weslosky: I often encourage investors to take a look at the CEO’s background on Linkedin. I will tell you, you have an impressive professional career Robin. In addition to that you have just appointed a new board member. Can you kind of give the InvestorIntel audience a reminder of what kind of strength you have in your core team and management please?

Robin Birchall: Talking about me, I have quite a long background in the mineral resource sector; long time corporate financier and then moved over to the investor side; was appointed to a number of boards and executive positions. We built a mine at the company I was the executive chairman of and then I was asked to join Giyani at the end of last year. Since then we have added a number of board members. We added Mike Jones earlier in the year, somebody I worked with. Has a very long track record both on the corporate side, mine management side and on the finance side; worked in Botswana for 8 years. Then more recently with Duane Parnham deciding that he no longer wanted to continue as the chairman and looking to take a bit more time for himself and move towards retirement, we appointed Jonathan Henry who was the CEO of Gabriel Resources, quite a large gold mining company in Romania. He has a very long history of operating mines. He was a previous client of mine. We are quite privileged to add somebody of his caliber…to access the complete interview, click here

Well, Looks like Someone is Getting His Ducks In a Row!

Sedar Filng Early Warning Report triggered....Same time a slight sell off...But checking the Fine print, looks like DP GAVE/GIFTED his 3 Children A MILLION SHARES EACH FROM HIS OWN CACHE!!! ....Can I be Adopted???? lol. Reason listed as Estate Planning, but very Prudent move IMO! By doing this he not only gives his kids a smoking gift (at a current low share price in a sector that is heating up), but he also reduces his own holdings, dropping below the report trigger of 10 %. That will probably eliminate his need to report any further share sales, but if you think it farther through, what kind of Dad would give his kids A Million Shares and then sell off his own, thereby tanking their price and gift value???? I surely hope he wants to make them all filthy rich! Also noticed as I think Tymac said, the Boys got very generous options. I am glad they are options and not just freebies....Might have to work for it! About time!

      Aus stockhouse vom User Bipolar_ray:

Dots have always been connected, unfortunately timing has shifted outward like a bad project.

      We know management is busy working on;
43-101 to release by end of Nov based on 45 day countdown
PEA, by January according to Robin’s latest interview
We don’t know about status of pilot
We don’t know status of $8MM tailings that Hallgarten mentioned

Have to think that Jonathan Henry joined the team for good reason, DP gifted shares to kids because he’s a great father, a lot of options have recently been granted, and Hallgarten is formally following WDG.

      We wait.

Fazit: Die bereits modifizierte Timeline in der Oktober-Präsentation kann man auch in die Tonne drücken!

Giyani Granted Approval To Implement Environmental Management Plan

OAKVILLE, Ontario, Nov. 01, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Giyani Metals Corporation (TSXV:WDG, GR: A2DUU8) (“Giyani” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Department of Environmental Affairs (DEA) in Botswana has approved the Company’s proposal to clean up the old mine tailings at its three prospects K.Hill, Otse, and Lobatse, within the framework defined by an Environmental Management Plan (EMP) that was submitted by Giyani to the DEA in Botswana in September of this year. The Company believes its clean up proposal is both advantageous for the local communities and a viable route for early economic return for the Company.

Robin Birchall, CEO of Giyani Metals Corp. commented:

“We are very pleased with this decision by the DEA in Botswana. This will enable Giyani to implement a cost effective and reasonably quick EMP to rehabilitate the three sites and make them much safer than they are today. By doing so, the Company believes it will be able to collect the manganese bearing stockpile material from all three sites and process it into a valuable product that could generate cashflow for further project development.”

      Environmental Management Plan

Working closely with the DEA in Botswana, the Giyani team, in partnership with a local environmental consulting firm, inspected the three sites K.Hill, Otse, and Lobatse where previous manganese mining operations existed several years ago. The sites were left unrehabilitated and currently constitute various degrees of physical risks and negative impact on the local environment. The Giyani proposal included three EMPs uniquely designed for each site to address specific issues. Giyani has also been working very closely with the local communities recently to take their input into the process and ensure the EMPs are designed to produce a satisfactory outcome that will enhance conditions in the area.

Giyani has started the EMP work on the ground, including continuous consultations with the local communities and archaeological studies as agreed with the DEA. The Company will provide updates on the progress of the EMPs as milestones are achieved.
