SSP hat nach eigenen Angaben zu 0,003 (Startkurs!) zu 0,005 und zu 0,007 gekauft.

Der 0,007 buy fand laut L2 vor 9:45 statt.


Um 9:45 hat SSP im the Golden List Werbung gemacht.
Direkt gings über 1000% nach oben.
Genau das Gleiche hat er auch schon bei PKTO geschafft - um 50,000$ gemacht

You answered part of you own question, the float is 28k so there is either a major short problem or a major MM mess up, both could play out nicely for share holders.

Then throw in this being a shell company that has brought all the filings up to date for a reverse merger and this is what you get, large PPS moves. Just wait until the announce a merger, that's when the fun will really starts imo!

Kurze Zusammenfassung:

10Q-Filings wurden gestern und vorgestern eingereicht, shell/ ReverseMerger-Play,
überproportionales Handelsvolumen gestern (ca. 2 Mio.) bei minimalem Float (29800 Stück !!!) –
daraus speist sich die Shortsqueeze-Phantasie.
Desweiteren Bankrott der Vorfirma mit den aktuellen Filings abgeschlossen, Kürzel Q im Symbol wird also IN KÜRZE wegfallen –
z.Zt. wird der Laden als shell sehr wahrscheinlich für einen R/M auf Vordermann gebracht –
Konsequenz weiter: Cusip-Change und Shortsqueeze-Situation (wenn short-Positionen existieren!)

I just made a few calls and talked to the owner of the shell and at this point I will with hold his name to keep the calls to him at a minimum.

Rosetta Granite is not someone's name it is a company who owns 25 million restricted shares. The float is only 29k and the owner was baffled by the action today, so baffled that he pulled the stock up on his computer and was speechless. We discussed that there has to be a large short position here because of the float. He was so baffled he took my name and number and told me he would call me back with more info either today or tomorrow. They own a few shell companies and he couldn't get over this trading 2 million shares with the float being 29k. Hopefully he'll come out of his shock and call me back with their plans on a RM!

I just received a call back confirming the float of 28k, but he couldn't give me any details on the RM per his attny. He did state that he and his attny were scratching their heads about the volume compared to the float. He told me to read into it as I wish then we laughed about the possibility of a huge short here.

RM potential with a short squeeze potential!! You have to love that combination!

I agree, what a great day! Seems the MM's are in deep here with the float of 28k and this statement in the filing:

"All current outstanding common and preferred shares, and all outstanding stock options, will be cancelled. This cancellation was completed September 8, 2006."

I don't believe the report is helpful, this is a empty shell bought by Rosetta Granite, they own 25 million shares restricted of the O/S which is 25,029,800, with a float of 29,800 verified today. Rosetta Granite has done all the work on getting the company ready for a RM and that's what they are working on at this time. They have updated the filings and are preparing for a RM candidate. When, how and where the RM will take place is unknown, they refused to discuss the specifics of the deal. Eventually, this will be merged into another company with a symbol change, etc.

One theory is that the MM's are trading air shares thinking the float is 11 million instead of 29k which would put them in a bad way, how they can fix that is anyone's guess.
Either way when the RM is announced and the float is only 29k this stock could see dollars imo. Just look at a few others that are heading that direction. This is a buy, hold and wait for the news imo! GLTA

First off there should be two symbol changes..first lose the Q then the new symbol for the RM. Now common sense says if they spent the money to update all those filings something is either in the works or completed already.imo
