PNE WIND AG presents its report for the first nine months of 2014 - Seite 3

with subsequent service. To date, the PNE WIND Group has successfully
developed wind farms with a total nominal output of more than 2,000 MW.

Alongside its business activities in the established German home market,
the PNE WIND Group is expanding increasingly in dynamic high-growth markets
and is already represented in 14 countries in Europe, Africa and North
America via joint ventures and subsidiaries. Wind farm projects with a
nominal output of more than 5,200 MW are currently being processed in these
countries and will be implemented in the medium term.

PNE WIND AG also develops offshore wind farm projects, and the permits for
four large projects in German waters have already been obtained.
