HOUSTON, Sept. 12, 2005, Sep 12, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Quest Oil Corporation (QOIL) provides disclosure on the improved Acadia North gas reservoir and anticipated production tie-in of wells " 10-22" and " 15-34" .

Quest Oil has received the Chapman Engineering Report on the Acadia North Gas Project dated September 1, 2005. This report includes the data received from drilling wells " 10-22" and " 15-34" which has allowed for the interpretation of data on the Arneson Viking gas pool size, thickness and pressure.

      Arneson Viking Pool Pre-Drilling

Pre-drilling estimate of the pool size as per Chapman report states an estimation of 8 BCF of gas in the pool.

Gas under Company land was estimated at 0.827 BCF Proved Reserves plus an additional 1.038 BCF of Probable and 1.010 BCF of Possible Reserves.

      Arneson Viking Pool Post Drilling

Post drilling estimate of the gas pool size as per the revised Chapman report is 19 BCF.

Gas under Company lands is now estimated at 1.859 BCF of Proved Reserves plus an additional 1.169 BCF of Probable and 1.169 BCF of Possible Reserves.

It is now believed that gas pool under Company lands for " 10-22" gas well to be 1.9 BCF proven, when inclusive of probable and possible reserves, a total estimate of 4.2 BCF could be realized. With the completion of data analysis the Company`s PV 10 value for the Acadia North project is stated in the report as $8.7 million for the Proved Reserves and $17 million for the Proved, Probable and Possible Reserves category. Revenue over the life of the project is forecast at $24 million.

Further, with the Company having the successful high bid on the recent Alberta land sale, the company can now include and expand its proven gas reserves to include gas that is known to be under section 23-25-2w4m. This will further increase the Company`s proven gas reserve and PV 10 value when calculations are complete.

Cameron King, Company President and CEO states, " Quest has proven its mandate that the Arneson Viking gas pool is a significant gas play with enormous growth and profitability opportunities. Quest is planning to develop the area quickly and economically by drilling our new lands and joint venturing with the surrounding land owners. Management is in the process of contracting 3D seismic crews to assemble detailed mapping to fully understand the scope of the Viking Pool. The Company is planning to drill four wells over the course of the next few months, to aggressively bring the reserve to market sooner than previously planned.

      Arneson Well 10-22-25-2-W4M

The Company`s " 10-22" gas well is scheduled to put in to production by mid-October 2005. With data now recovered and verified from testing, Quest has begun the process of permitting, licensing, trenching and receiving county approvals. All companies must follow the time consuming process of obtaining regulatory and administrative approval, before bringing gas wells on stream. Gas well " 10-22" will be brought on stream at 2 mmcf/d realizing gross income of $600,000 monthly. Management will increase flow rate to 4 mmcf/d if there are no indications of water or substantial pressure decline in the well.

      Arneson Well 15-34-25-2-W4M

Testing of the " 15-34" well will be commencing the week of September 12 for the next 4-6 days as Absolute Open Flow (AOF), down hole pressures and draw down rates need to be determined prior to determining the economics of this well. The Company has previously tested the well and encountered high wellhead pressure measured during the drilling out process and is encouraged that well " 15-34" will be deemed commercially viable and tied-in to the nearby Altagas pipeline.

      Arneson Section 23-25-2-W4M

The Company acquired the lease by submitting a successful high bid of $60,100 for the 640 acre section bring the total land rights owned by Quest to 1,920 acres. The new lands are 100% owned by Quest and carry no over riding royalties other than Provincial Crown royalties. Acadia Project Specialist, Richard Johnson P.Eng stated: " The new land is important because the Viking sand found in the 10-22 well shows that the sand pool is larger than originally mapped. An abandoned well on the newly purchased section shows gas in the Viking log. Geological mapping now indicates that more reserves are present on section 23 than the original maps indicated," Richard Johnson further stated, " The high reservoir pressure and the thick sand found in the 10-22 well form the basis for the increased reserves shown in the Independent Engineering report. This new data has more than doubled their original reserve estimate. A 3-D seismic program will permit the optimizing of further wells on this sand body. It is anticipated that we will see similar gas pressure and high deliverability on new wells."

Quest Oil Establishes Petrostar Oil Services Inc. as Operating Subsidiary
      9/22/05

      HOUSTON, Sept. 22, 2005, Sep 22, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) --
Quest Oil Corporation (OTCBB:QOIL), is pleased to announce the launch of the Company`s oil and gas service division, Petrostar Oil Services, Inc. (Petrostar). Quest Oil Corporation has established a subsidiary Texas corporation, Petrostar Oil Services, Inc.

Quest has completed the purchase of a service rig to initially conduct workover operations on the ninety-five wells on the Hawkeye leases. The service rig will be the property of Petrostar to conduct the operations of the workover for Quest leases and for third party companies. Contracting work with third party companies will establish revenues for Petrostar in addition to performing work on the Company-owned lands. The service rig is capable of pulling to 6,500`, which makes this rig versatile to Petrostar, Quest and its customers.

The service rig is on route to Eastland County, Texas, Hawkeye leases with a hired rig crew that will operate the rig as well as perform roustabout work, maintenance of the wells and initiate pumping on the leases. Electric service to the wells has been re-established to start the workover program, to pull the downhole equipment for analysis, repair any equipment and then place the wells back into production.

The initial production is estimated at an average of 8 -- 10 bopd per well with an initial 52 wells to place on line over a 60 day period. After this work is completed, the initial production rate will be 420 bopd. The reserve report states that 308,000 barrels of oil can be recovered from the initial program with a PV10 value of $3.3 million. According to Gleason Engineering, after the remaining wells beyond the 52 wells are placed on line "An additional reserve volume can be equal to or greater than the reserve volumes reported. The added volume would be equal to or greater than 600,000 barrels of oil with a PV10 value equal to or greater than $6.5 million." Additional deeper potential is available, particularly the Barnett Shale; these pay zones will be established after seismic and IP testings are completed over the following months.

According to Company CFO, Mr. Joseph Wallen, "By establishing Petrostar with inclusion of the service rig and staff provides an attractive financial position for Quest, by owning its assets the Company can control costs and lessen workover expenses and wait time for a third party rig. This combination puts Quest in the position to earn a greater return on the leases."

      ABOUT QUEST OIL CORPORATION

The Company is committed to the exploration and development of economical oil and natural gas reserves throughout North America. Quest management is focused on an acquisition program targeting high quality and low risk prospects. Initially, Quest is focused on the development of North American oil and gas resources allowing highly leveraged production opportunities in Alberta and Texas, through its 100% owned subsidiaries Quest Canada Corp. and Wallstin Petroleum LLC.

Quest Oil Provides Acadia and Empress Progress Report
Tuesday September 27, 6:00 am ET

HOUSTON, Sept. 27, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Quest Oil Corporation (OTC BB:QOIL.OB - News), provides the following update for its Acadia North and Empress development and production schedule.
      Acadia North Field

      Section 6-23-25-2w4m

Quest recently acquired a lease of 640 acres of prime oil and gas rights from the Alberta Government as stated in a news release dated September 09, 2005. This section of land is immediately east and contiguous to Quest`s recently completed ``10-22`` natural gas well. The Petroleum and Natural Gas (P&NG) Lease includes all rights from the surface to Precambrian Basement. Quest Project Advisor, Richard Johnson has analyzed historical data and geophysics of the lease and has concluded following:

      1) Geological mapping shows the Viking gas reservoir that the "10-
22" well tapped into continues to the east and is present under
      section 23.
      2) Gas well logs on an abandoned well on the new land, 6-23-25-
2w4m, show two meters of natural gas pay in the Viking sand.
Data determined by drilling "10-22" identifies a virgin gas
pool that will enable significant production. It is Quest`s
intent to immediately re-enter the old well bore and perforate
this reservoir as soon as a service rig is secured. Once Well
"6-23" is perforated, the Company will perform necessary
testing to determine down hole pressure and capable flow rates.
The well head has not been de-commissioned and still remains
      tied-in to the AltaGas pipeline.
      3) Gas well "6-23" produced gas from the Glauconitic sand, a
reservoir that is 140 meters deeper than the Viking reservoir,
therefore additional potential exists on this land for further
work on the lower potential gas zones.

      Section 10-22-25-2w4m

The ``10-22`` gas well equipment and tie-in AFE of $156,000 was received and paid in full to Operator Transaction Oil and Gas Services. Transaction has been working through the necessary approvals and budgeting for equipment and trenching contractors required for the ``10-22`` tie-in. The Company is scheduled to be in production by mid-October 2005. According to Richard Johnson P.Eng, ``The regulatory requirements have been cleared and construction of the surface lease facilities will begin this week, all well head equipment and piping is available and ready for delivery to the lease. A separator and storage tank are ordered and will be shipped to the lease the following week``.

Production rate for well ``10-22`` will be 2 mmcf/d. Gross revenue is estimated at $735,000 monthly.

      Section 15-34-25-2w4m

The 15-34-25-2w4m gas well was evaluated last week for continuity of the Viking gas zone over a span of two mile spacing between ``15-34`` and ``10-22``. Based on the pressure test conducted, results show that the reservoir remains consistent over distance and contains larger amounts of natural gas than what the Company and its advisors previously considered. Pressures at the well head have remained strong since drilling was completed in July and internal flow test indicate a .5 mmcf/d well may be achievable from the Viking. The Company has requested a third party extended flow test be undertaken when crews are again in the area. Cameron King, President and CEO, states, ``As the Company further analyzes the geology of the region and works its way through historical production logs proves we are uncovering data showing positive indications of gas in the shallower zones, therefore before well ``15-34`` is brought on-line we will be perforating the higher Milk River zone for an additional productive gas target to determine flow and economics.``

      Empress Property

      Section 12-15-24-2w4m

The 12-15-24-2w4m gas well was cased to total depth of 3,200 ft to the basement of the Bakken gas pool. The well is currently shut-in and is waiting for a service rig to move on site to initiate the completion program. Richard Johnson P.Eng. adds, ``The ``12-15`` well is located 1/2 mile east of a gas well that was recently completed, tested and awaiting tie-in. The Bakken, Banff and Detrital tested gas in that well. The Bakken sand in the ``12-15`` well looks similar on logs to the off-setting well. The Banff and Detrital have changed character but a potential new, Basal Mannville sand occurs in the Quest well.``

The Company is currently waiting for the finalized AFE from its Operator ``Transaction`` to submit funds to secure the necessary rig and equipment. In the meantime the Company has the pipeline right-of-way being surveyed to the lease and capital budget being prepared.

      HEUTE aktuelle Empehlung: STRONG BUY

      QUEST OIL CORPORATION

      (OTC-BB-QOIL)

Current Price: $0.47 Common Shares Out: 38 million

      52-Week Range: $0.09 lo / $2.00 H Market Cap: $17 mil approx.

Enterprise Value (mln) $22.08 Avg. Volume (90 day approx) 2,064,500

Institutional Ownership 10% Insider Ownership 25%

      Rating: Speculative Strong Buy

The Company: Quest Oil Corporation (OTC-BB-QOIL) operates as an international oil and gas exploration company. QOIL currently hold interests in four oil and gas properties: the Acadia North property in Alberta, Canada; the Empress property in Alberta, Canada, the Hawkeye Lease property in Texas and the Nettie Gardner Lease property in Texas. The company’s plan of operation is to carry out the development of their oil and gas properties in Alberta and Texas by implementing drilling and work over programs to develop and bring into production the existing lease properties. Quest Oil is headquartered at 2000 East Lamar Boulevard, Suite 600, Arlington, Texas 76006. The telephone number is 817-462-4091. The company’s web site address is www.questoil.com

Investment Rationale: One of the prominent investment themes now existent in the financial markets is how investors can benefit from the explosive increase in the prices of both oil and gas. Energy commodity markets remain red hot, with both oil and natural gas prices recently posting record high prices. NYMEX crude futures contract recently traded over $70 per barrel and the natural gas futures contract on NYMEX was recently quoted at $12.08 per MMBtu. Hurricane Katrina and Rita’s recent passage through the oil and gas producing region of the Gulf of Mexico will most likely support hydrocarbon pricing over the short to intermediate-term and strong domestic and international growth point toward global energy demand that could remain robust over the long-run. This higher price environment for energy commodities should bode well for energy companies that are able to bring on new sources of oil and gas or materially increase their levels of production.

The huge increase in the price of oil has to date been most evident in the skyrocketing cost of fuel at the pump, although before too long the pass through effect of higher oil prices will impact many more consumer items. Moreover, with winter just over the horizon heating costs are likely to cause much consternation among those seeking to keep warm. Amidst the hardships precipitated by higher oil and gas prices investors are looking for ways in which to soften the pain by profiting from investments in the energy area that can help mitigate the higher consumer prices.

Since we concentrate our research efforts in micro-cap stocks we have been looking for a play in the energy area that we could recommend to our readers. We have found such a situation in Quest Oil Corporation, a company that already has developed a property with reserves of gas estimated to be at least $17 million. Moreover, the company holds leases on other properties that have solid proven reserves of oil and even more potential. To be sure, micro-cap stocks in the energy exploration area are almost by definition among the riskiest investments one can make and only those who can afford the loss of their entire investment should even consider such a commitment. However, on the other the side of the coin, the potential return could be huge, particularly given the current price of both oil and gas. Accordingly, with this analysis we are initiating coverage of Quest Oil with a SPECULATIVE BUY rating.

      Key Considerations

      · Quest Oil Successfully Drills the Acadia North Prospect

Quest recently announced successful drilling results of the “10-22” well on the Acadia North Prospect. Management expects this well should be connected to pipeline infrastructure and begin to generate revenue within the next month. Furthermore, well 10-22 has been flow tested at 18 MMscf/day, and management anticipates that this well will come online at about 2.0 MMscf/day with minimal draw down to maximize recovery.

      · We anticipate that gas from the Acadia project will be hooked up for delivery by the end of October and that in the ensuing six-month period delivery of 450,000 mcf of gas will be possible. Therefore, it’s reasonable to assume that moving into 2006 the company will begin to generate revenue which is always an important positive development for any exploration company.

      · Quest Oil Corporation (QOIL-OTC-BB) is a micro-cap gas and oil exploration company that has already developed some reserves and has leases on other properties with good prospects.

      ·

Quest Oil has a Solid Prospect Portfolio Beyond Acadia Beyond the recent success at the Acadia North project, QOIL has plans to drill four wells at the Empress project, which is near Acadia in Alberta, and to explore deeper formations on currently producing oilfields in Texas.

      · The company’s Acadia North property has by some estimates gas reserves of at least $17 million, over the life of the project.

      · Two oil properties – Hawkeye and Nettie Gardner in Texas – have proven and probable oil reserves of nearly 1 million barrels of oil.

      · Over the short-term QOIL has the necessary funding to continue with its exploration and development of various properties.

      · QOIL is intelligently managing its exploration strategy by reducing the exploration risk process by engaging joint venture partners.

      · Clearly, companies that are involved in the search for oil and natural gas will continue to attract investor attention, and the ones that can demonstrate the ability to develop significant reserves will achieve higher market valuations.

      · Quest Oil has an experienced management team that is capable of bringing the company to its next level of growth.

      · In our opinion, Quest Oil Company has emerged as an interesting speculative play among micro-cap energy companies, and for high risk oriented investors we have initiated coverage with a SPECULATIVE BUY.

      The Company’s Industry

Perhaps no other industry is more in the financial limelight these days than the oil and gas industry. The prices of both commodities are at historical highs and many experts expect that the prices will continue to rise. The effect of higher oil prices is most notable in the big hike in the price of gasoline that has taken place in the past several months. Higher gasoline prices have enraged consumers and will ultimately take a bite out of the U.S. economic growth as consumers have less disposable income with which to purchase goods and services. In our view, the outrage over the higher price for natural gas will come in this winter’s heating season when some consumers will see natural gas price hikes approaching 40%. The higher prices for oil and gas reflects both demand and supply forces. For instance, the demand for oil on the part of China in particular is a big factor in the recent price rise in oil. China is emerging as an economic powerhouse and the engine of that powerhouse demands oil. At the same time the vibrant economic development in India is also demanding more oil. Therefore, global demand for oil is up sharply. On the supply side the simple fact is that cartel pricing is the norm, with OPEC very much determining the level of supply. More recently, the disruption caused by hurricane Katrina to Gulf of Mexico oil production has caused a temporary disruption.

The demand for both oil and natural gas has triggered an increase in the level of exploration for both commodities. For instance, the world`s biggest oil producers have significantly boosted investment in oil exploration for the first time in nearly two decades. OPEC has revealed its most important members had drilled 7.5 per cent more wells last year than in 2003 in response to the oil price boom. OPEC’s annual statistical bulletin also showed that the number of rigs in operation within the 11-member cartel rose 18.8 per cent last year after dropping by almost 6 per cent a year earlier. Similarly, the search is on for more natural gas supplies given the important role that natural gas plays in the total energy picture. For example, 900 of the next 1000 US electric power plants scheduled to come on line will use natural gas as a generating fuel. Natural gas has also become increasingly popular as an alternative transportation fuel.

Clearly, companies that are involved in the search for oil and natural gas will continue to attract investor attention, and the ones that can demonstrate the ability to discover and develop significant reserves will achieve higher valuations.

      Current Quest Oil Projects

Please visit Quest Oil’s Photo Gallery at http://www.questoil.com/news_gallery.htm

      Acadia North Project, Alberta, Canada

In November 2004, Quest Oil entered into an agreement with Vega Resources Ltd, an Alberta company. Pursuant to these agreements, QOIL acquired the right to participate and earn an 100% working interest in two gas exploration and development concessions located in the province of Alberta, Canada known as the Acadia North prospect. Development of the property was based on third party engineering report from Chapman Engineering Ltd. of Calgary, Alberta and running two parallel 2D seismic lines to interpret the reserve characteristics and choose desirable drilling locations.

Acadia North is a two well drilling program comprised of wells 15-34 and 10-22 drilling locations. On June 20 well 10-22 was drilled to a depth of 719 meters and plugged. On July 18 well 15-34 well was drilled and cased to a depth of 725 meters and plugged. On August 8, 2005 an end less tubing unit was contracted and drilled through the well bore shoe (concrete plug) into the Viking sand gas zone. Well 15-34 was drilled to production depth of 735 meters, however at the time of rigging out of hole the steel tubing carrying the down hole motor and drill broke and the equipment was lost in hole until it can be fished out by a special contractor. The well has not been professionally tested and true testing numbers are not yet available.

Well 10-22 was drilled through shoe and immediately entered the Viking gas pool. Drilling equipment was pulled out of the hole and immediately shut in. Initial testing at site indicated pressure over 900 PSI. August 10, 2005 independent pressure tests were implemented to determine commercial flow rates, these results are not yet known to the company.

Outlook: Quest Oil has recently received the Chapman Engineering Report on the Acadia North Gas Project dated September 1, 2005. This report includes the data received from drilling wells ``10-22`` and ``15-34`` which has allowed for the interpretation of data on a Pre-drilling estimate of the pool size the Chapman report states an estimation of 8 BCF of gas in the pool. Gas under company’s land was estimated at 0.827 BCF Proved Reserves plus an additional 1.038 BCF of Probable and 1.010 BCF of Possible Reserves. In the post drilling report mentioned above the gas pool size was revised upward by the Chapman report to 19 BCF. Gas under QOIL lands is now estimated at 1.859 BCF of Proved Reserves plus an additional 1.169 BCF of Probable and 1.169 BCF of Possible Reserves.

It is now believed that the gas pool under Quest Oil lands for ``10-22`` gas well to be 1.9 BCF proven, when inclusive of probable and possible reserves, a total estimate of 4.2 BCF could be realized. With the completion of data analysis the company`s PV 10 value for the Acadia North project is stated in the report as $8.7 million for the Proved Reserves and $17 million for the Proved, Probable and Possible Reserves category. Revenue over the life of the project is forecast by QOIL at $24 million.

Further, with the company having the successful high bid on the recent Alberta land sale, the QOIL can now include and expand its proven gas reserves to include gas that is known to be under section 23-25-2w4m. This will further increase QOIL’s proven gas reserve and PV 10 value when calculations are complete.

      Empress Prospect, Alberta, Canada

On August 12, 2005 Quest Oil entered in to an agreement with Vega Resources Inc., an Alberta company, for a 100% working interest with a 40% GORR on four sections of Crown PNG property. The Empress Project is located in eastern Alberta approximately 160 miles due east of the City of Calgary. The surface consists of gently rolling farm and ranch land with year round access and an established production and equipment infrastructure. QOIL has retained Transaction Oil and Gas Services, Ltd. for drilling well 12-15 at an AFE of $450,000 drilling and casing. Drilling has been tentatively scheduled for August 22, 2005.

Data recorded identifies five underlying zones, Bakken, Banff, Detrital, Colony and Viking are all proven producing structures in the area. Seismic indicates a Bakken high under the project as well seismic indicates a Banff limestone high under the license, overlying the Bakken high. The Colony sand has tested gas in the area. Viking formation gas wells in the area produce gas at rates of up to 3 Mmcf per day.

This area has good access for drilling rigs and well costs are expected to be in the order of $450,000 drilled cased and completed. Gas and oil delivery and sales can commence as soon as the wells are equipped and tied-in, pipeline and delivery systems are less than one (1) km from well head. Outlook: In September 2005 QOIL announced that the company`s Empress 12-15-24-2w4m gas well was drilled to depth of 3231 feet to bottom the Bakken Formation. Quest has logged and performed extensive drill stem testing (DST) which have resulted in multiple indications of natural gas in the well bore. The company has authorized the operator, Transaction Oil and Gas Services, to set production casing and cement into the bore hole. QOIL has requested the operator to schedule a service rig to perforate and flow test the well at the three strongest gas anomalies in the Viking, Ditrital and Bakken gas pools.

By completing the drilling on the first well on the Empress concession, QOIL has earned the right to the original four sections in the Empress concession. By completing the first well, ``12-15``, the company earned the option to drill on three additional sections. Each of these three sections needs to be drilled within consecutive, subsequent 60 day periods in order to earn the rights to produce from those individual sections. At this point management intends to drill each of these three sections.

      Nettie Gardner, McCullough County, Texas

On June 29, 2005, Quest purchased the Nettie Gardner lease for $17,500 for 100% working interest with a GORR (Gross Over Riding Royalty) of 30%.

The Nettie Gardner lease forms the southernmost extension of the EXOC Field discovered in 1976 by the Bishop-Biemer-1 well. The field is located in northwest McCulloch County, Texas approximately one mile east of the town of Lohn. The main producing formation on the Bishop-Biemer and Nettie Gardner leases is the Strawn sandstone. Primarily a shallow water marine environment, the Strawn reservoirs are comprised of point bars complexes in this area. The Strawn sandstone has been further subdivided on the lease into the Gardner sandstone and the Jennings sandstone (just above the Gardner). Oil and gas production has been established in at least seven wells between the two leases in these two sandstones.

The most productive sands on the Nettie Gardner lease are in the Jennings gas sands in the Gardner #1 well. Oil production has been established in the Gardner #2 well in the Gardner sandstone. The Gardner #1 gas well (currently shut-in) was never effectively produced.

Oil reserves are in the neighborhood of 125,000 barrels ($6,250,000). No calculation is given for the approximate amount of gas reserves. That will come approximately 4 months after a production profile has been established for the gas wells. It is estimated that the three gas wells will produce anywhere from 250 to 520 mcf a day. Oil production is anticipated to be in the neighborhood of 50 barrels a day for the three proposed oil wells (3, 5 & 7).

Outlook: Hawkeye currently is estimated to generate 750,000 proven and probable barrels of oil over the next 20 years.

      Hawkeye Lease Property, Texas

On August 09, 2005 the Company concluded the purchase of the Hawkeye Lease for a sum of $90,000 for 100% working interest and a GORR of 35%.

Although the producing reservoir in the Hawkeye Field is the shallow Adams Branch Limestone, every formation from Ellenberger up to the Adams Branch Limestone has produced oil in Eastland County. Preliminary estimates indicate approximately 1.2 million barrels of recoverable oil left in the Adams Branch Limestone in the Hawkeye Field. Due to the low reservoir pressures and previous production at this shallow level, water injection will have to be utilized to facilitate this recovery.

The reservoirs below the Adams Branch Limestone are virginal, i.e.; they have never been produced. The source for the oil in the Adams Branch Limestone is the Barnett Shale that underlies most of the area and is probably in the oil and gas window in terms of maturity.

The biggest producer in the Hawkeye Field will ultimately be the Barnett Shale. This formation has been penetrated and does produce in the county. Its reservoir properties are uniform throughout the Fort Worth Basin, the only variation being thickness. The Railroad Commission has lowered the spacing for Barnett Wells down to 20 acres. This means the Company can drill approximately 20 wells in the Barnett Shale on the lease.

Outlook: Currently, this project is estimated to have 125,000 barrels of proven and probable oil reserves.

      Wallstin Petroleum Acquisition

On June 20, 2005 the Quest Oil entered in to a Memorandum of Understanding to acquire Wallstin Petroleum LLC with all rights, title and interest in the oil and gas leases it holds. On August 05, 2005, the company completed the transaction by issuing 1,500,000 common shares of Quest Oil. QOIL offered positions of Chief Operating Officer to Bill Stinson P.Eng. and VP Operations to Joseph Wallen. On August 15, 2005, Joseph Wallen accepted the position of CFO and Director of the Company. Mr. Wallen will be responsible for overseeing the development of the Texas assets and bringing production on stream for the Hawkeye and Nettie Gardner lease.

      Risks and Concerns

Before mentioning specific risks we should note that any investment in QOIL involves a very high level of risk and only those investors who can tolerate the loss of their entire investment should even consider a commitment to the stock.

Among specific risks associated with Quest Oil Corporation are:

QOIL is an exploration stage company that has had no operations or financial history. As an exploration company, QOIL’s prospects are subject to all of the risks, and expenses by companies in the oil and gas business. The company may not be able to generate or obtain sufficient funds to operate the business and continue exploration. Indeed, based on the company’s current plans, QOIL does not anticipate having sufficient financial resources to meet operating expenses. At the current time the financial statements of the company carry a “going concern opinion”. Trading in QOIL has been and could continue to be subject to extreme price fluctuations.

      Financial Review

In terms of current financial statements there is not much to analyze for QOIL. The company has booked no revenue since its inception and not surprisingly there is negative shareholder equity. Investors are urged to study the company’s SEC filings that are available through the company’s web site –www.questoil.com

      Valuation of the QOIL Shares

Outlook: We anticipate that gas from the Acadia project will be hooked up for delivery by the end of October and that in the ensuing six-month period delivery of 450,000 mcf of gas will be possible. Therefore, it’s reasonable to assume that moving into 2006 the company will begin to generate revenue which is always an important positive development for any exploration company.

Any attempt to “value” a micro-cap natural resource company is a near impossible exercise. Most of these companies, including QOIL are pure speculations, and the best investors can do is to evaluate prospects for finding gas and oil reserves. However, we are satisfied by our research that QOIL already has proven gas and oil reserves and property with good expectations for eventual production. Once these prospects are more widely recognized we believe it reasonable to assume the stock price will move upward from the recent range. At the same time our research reveals that sometimes “the group” gets hot like in the summer of 2004, and this could also benefit a company like QOIL. To the extent that the current energy situation is such a “hot” investment theme the atmosphere does exist in which energy related stocks can garner increased market attention. As we have cautioned an investment in QOIL could lead to loss of an entire investment. However, if the right conditions come together – in this case the confirmation of more reserves along with a strong general demand for energy stocks- the current price of QOIL could represent an excellent value.

Conclusion: : I, Mark Ilyasov, am the research analyst who in accordance with Barrow Street Research wrote this report and I certify that the views expressed in this research report accurately reflect my personal view of the subject company. Based from the facts that were provided, and the current speculation in the marketplace, it is my best opinion and reflection of what the company’s rating could be in a year from now. As the sole owner of Bridge IR, Inc., I have benefited from this research report in the amount of $5,000. Additional $2,500 was given to John D. Attalienti, sole officer of Barrow Street Research. Such compensation may influence the recommendation in this report.

Our analysis suggests that Quest Oil Corporation is an interesting speculation among those micro-cap companies that are engaged in the exploration and development of oil and natural gas properties and we are initiating coverage with a SPECULATIVE BUY rating.

klingt für mich sehr vielversprechend !

Quest Oil Corporation: Adds More Acreage to Acadia North Gas Play
Monday November 21, 6:00 am ET

HOUSTON, Nov. 21, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- In a strategic move to shore up interests in the Acadia North Project area, Quest Oil Corporation`s (OTC BB:QOIL.OB - News) subsidiary, Quest Canada Corp. acquired two additional sections of land and all PNG rights from the Alberta Crown Land sale held on November 16, 2005. The acquired leases are located in the Acadia Valley and, based on prior technical evaluations, are believed to be an extension of the Arneson Viking gas pool that was encountered by test wells ``15-34`` and ``10-22``. The sections are approximately one mile northeast of section 34-25-2W4.

The successful bid on sections 11-25-2W4 and 12-25-2W4 provide all rights from surface to basement for a five-year period. Quest`s Acadia North holdings now encompass five sections totaling 3,200 acres. Section 11-25-2W4 has two wells that have penetrated the objective Upper Albian-age Viking sand interval. Bill Stinson, Quest Oil COO stated, ``The Viking Formation in this area has proven to be a prolific gas producer and is our primary objective. It is only in the last five years or so that the analytical geological and geophysical tools to fully evaluate it have been available to the industry. On the geological side, we plan on examining samples from the existing wells in the area to take advantage of the most recent developments in regional and local biostratigraphic correlations in the interval. This data will be correlated with seismic data to further refine our model of what environment of deposition and orientation these sands were deposited.

``We`re currently permitting a 3-D seismic program in the Acadia area and will now include these two sections. It`s hard not to be upbeat about these two new acquisitions. We think we`ve picked up the best of the remaining core acreage in the area based on our own in-house analysis of the stratigraphic trend of the producing reservoirs. I don`t want to etch this in stone because we`re not finished with the 3D seismic, but we anticipate finding several additional locations that have the potential to mimic the high deliverability rates shown by the `10-22` well.``
