Globex's Fabie Bay Retained Interests Nearing Cash-Flow
ROUYN-NORANDA, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Oct. 24, 2007) - GLOBEX MINING ENTERPRISES INC. (TSX:GMX) (FRANKFURT, STUTTGART, BERLIN, MUNICH, XETRA: G1M) (OTCQX:GLBXF) is pleased to inform shareholders that First Metals Inc. (TSX:FMA) have started to stockpile ore, from the Fabie Bay copper deposit near Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, for shipment to the nearby Horne mill which is slated to begin operation and treatment of Fabie Bay ore on or about November 17th, 2007.

Initial surface stockpiles consist of 1,500 tonnes grading approximately 3.47% copper and 1,000 tonnes grading approximately 5% copper.

Globex retains a 2% Gross Metal Royalty and a 10% Net Profit Royalty on all production from the mine as well as the adjoining Magusi River copper-zinc-gold-silver deposit. In addition, at initial commercial production, Globex will receive shares equal to 10% of the issued capital of First Metals and a cash payment of $250,000.

In other news, Globex has accepted the resignation of McCarney Greenwood LLP Chartered Accountants as the auditors of the Company and named Samson Belair Deloitte & Touche, Chartered Accountants as the new auditors of Globex. McCarney Greenwood LLP had been the auditors of Globex since June 8, 2004.

klingt gut.
Was findet nochmal in Zürich statt ?
Bei der Edelmetallmesse anfang Nov. bei uns in München ist Globex leider nicht dabei.
Wer will denn überhaupt zur Messe kommen ?
Ich bin ja hier, vielleicht könnten wir ein Globex-Fan-Treffen hier machen ?

Danke für die News....das Timing für den Einstieg bei First Metals war optimal....die Produktion beginnt in ein paar Wochen.

Für uns Globexianer bedeutet dies, dass sich FMA nun daran machen muss oder darf, in unsere Kasse 3.55 Mio Aktien auszustellen (450,000 mehr als ich gerechnet hatte. Ich denke mal, dass dies noch dieses Jahr geschehen muss und wir diesen Aktienbestand schon in der Jahresrechnung 2007 haben werden.

Betreffend Royalties müssen wir FMA zugestehen, dass sie erst mal 10 Mio aus der Produktion einnehmen dürfen, bevor ein Anspruch von Globex fällig wird.

Leute, das ist ein echter Meilenstein für Globex....

First Metals Inc.: Fabie Bay Update
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 23, 2007) - First Metals Inc. (TSX:FMA) is pleased to provide investors with the following progress report on its activities relating to the Fabie Bay deposit, near Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec.

There are presently some 2,500 tonnes of crushed material stockpiled at surface ready to be shipped. Approximately 1,500 tonnes of this stockpile was extracted from the 75m level. Assays for 97% of the muck samples for the material averaged 3.47% Cu per tonne. The balance of 1,000 tonnes was extracted from the 60m level for which assays received for 97% of the muck samples averaged 5% Cu tonne.

Shipping of materials to Rouyn-Noranda for stockpiling near the Horne mill will commence on or about October 26th, 2007. Blasting and shipping of the open pit bench, where some additional 100,000 tonnes of material have been delineated (see News Release of September 18th, 2007) is scheduled to begin on November 2nd, 2007.

Preparations to receive and process materials at the Horne mill are continuing, with the majority of the work having been completed. We are advised by Xstrata Copper Canada that the initial mill start-up is now scheduled for November 17th, 2007.

First Metals has retained the services of Peter Godbehere, B.Sc. A.R.S.M. to provide consulting and quality control services for Fabie Bay ore milling and copper concentrate smelting at Xstrata Copper's Horne facility. Mr. Godbehere brings over 35 years of metallurgical and operating experience, notably as Mill Metallurgist and Mill Superintendent at the Horne Mill and Metallurgical Superintendent and Manager, Technology, and Superintendent of Business Development at the Horne Smelter.

Installation of all the electrical distribution substations down to the 105m level of the Fabie Deposit has been completed. Both compressor units, the primary ventilation system and the surface crusher are now fully operational. The new mine water sumps have been excavated. Excavation of the new 90m level access ramp/scram drift is in process. Cable bolting of the hanging wall from the 75m level is in process.

The company is commissioning an independent technical report documenting the economic viability of the Fabie Bay project. A copy of this report will be filed on SEDAR.

Michel Plasse, Geo. and Chief Geologist, Fabie & Magusi Projects, is the Qualified Person under N.I.43-101 who has verified and approved the geological content of the release.

Other Business:

The company is pleased to report that over 99% of the share purchase warrants expiring on October 20th, 2007, have been exercised, resulting in issuance of 1,985,00 common shares. First Metals now has approximately 35.5 million shares issued and outstanding.

First Metals is bringing into production the Fabie Bay and Magusi River Copper, Zinc, Gold and Silver Projects, near Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, Canada acquired from Globex Mining Enterprises, Inc. last year.

es ist auch mal wieder Leben in Globex in Übersee.

Das mit den gestern Kaufen, dass habe ich auch gemacht.
Und ich bin gespannt was die nächsten Wochen an News anstehen.

Hallo muenchenguru,

Du hast richtig gelesen. Globex besitzt nach meinem letzten Wissensstand 660'000 SRA Aktien. Sie betreffen die Tennessee Zinc Mine. Und nun noch das beste: Globex hat 600,000 Stück zu 0.02 CAD erworben mit einer Option für weitere 60,000 zu 2.00 CAD. Die Option wurde eingelöst und das bedeutet, dass Globex für lächerliche 132,000 CAD diese 660,000 Stück erworben.....Wert heute rund 3.1 Mio CAD.

Ich konnte das auch nicht glauben, bis ich es in einem Quartalsbericht schwarz auf weiss gesehen habe. Jack Stoch ist bei SRA im Board und dank seinen Beziehungen ist Globex zu diesem phantastischen Deal gekommen.

Betreffend Nordeau habe ich mich noch nicht schlau gemacht....ist auch nicht so dringend, weil es ja erst in ein paar Jahren echt zum tragen kommen wird.

Ich habe gestern in Zürich zwei Globex nahestehende Personen getroffen und kann Euch verraten, dass bis Ende Jahr noch einige News kommen werden, die es in sich haben.

Ich habe das Gespräch noch nicht vosständig ausgewertet und bin mir auch nicht sicher, ob ich alles richtig verstanden habe, weil die eine Person nur Englisch sprach. Konnte mir das bisher nicht so recht vorstellen, dass es Kanadier gibt, die die 2. Landessprache überhaupt nicht sprechen können. Ich muss mich morgen oder übermorgen nochmals mit der anderen Person telefonisch unterhalten, um abzuchecken, ob ich auch alles richtig verstanden habe.

Ein paar Sachen kann ich Euch aber heute schon verraten (und bei diesen bin ich zu 100% sicher, dass ich alles richtig verstanden habe):

Im November wird es wieder eine Finanzvorschau für die nächsten 12 Monate geben (wie wir sie schon im Juni 07 bekommen haben)

Mitte November kommt Jack wieder nach Zürich. Bin mir sicher, dass er nicht kommt, um für seine Frau Dianne eine Lederhandtasche an der Bahhnhofstrasse zu kaufen....)

Mit Noront wird über die Option für das Projekt Hunters Point neu verhandelt, nachdem sich der Wert der Aktie in den vergangnenen Wochen vervielfacht hat und das Projekt für Noront viel zu teuer wäre, wenn Sie Globex noch über 1 Mio Aktien ausstellen müssten.

Einige Produktionen stehen an und meinen Gesprächspartner war aktuell nichts bekannt, dass massgebliche Verzögerungen auftreten könnten.

Persönlich habe ich gestern bei Globex nochmals nachgekauft und bin nun bei Optionspartnern von Globex neben Noront und Rocmec (Russian Kid) auch noch bei First Metall (Fabie Bay und Mangusi River) eingestiegen.

Hi!

Hab ich auch schon mehrfach gelesen. Denke das wird auch so stimmen. Sehe es jedenfalls wie Du, Kurs kann ruhig noch bis fallen, ich bin extra ins Cash bei anderen Werten gegangen, um bei Globex einzusammeln...
Denke, ist wie als wäre man bei der Bundesbank und darf sich sein Geld drucken
