Deine Antwort zeigt mir, dass Du auch nach der Erklärung von Fabian1902 noch immer nicht verstanden hast, worum es hier eigentlich geht. Wie ich schon geschrieben habe, wird erst im April entschieden, ob diese Übernahme überhaupt zustande kommen wird:
"The Transaction will be carried out by way of a court-approved Arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) and will require approval by 66 2/3% of the votes cast by Sabina shareholders at a special meeting expected to be held in April 2023."
Scheitert die Übernahme noch, ist es sehr wohl ein Unterschied, ob man dann Sabina oder B2Gold im Depot hat.

Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 73.321.779 von hoffis am 19.02.23 18:57:20Weil jede Sabina Aktie genau 0,3865 von einer B2 Gold Aktie erhält. Die Übernahme wird in Aktien gezahlt und nicht Cash. Der Kurs passt sich also ab sofort dem Kurs von B2Gold an. Steigt B2, steigt Sabina, sinkt B2, sinkt Sabina. Hier wird kein eigener Kurs mehr gemacht.
