Also soweit ich das aus meiner OTCBB Erfahrung sagen kann, gehen die Titel, die eine Dividende zahlen, bis zum Zeitpkt der Auszahlung ab wie Schmitz Katz.

Wir haben also noch satte 8 Handelstage Zeit, dass sich das Teil verXfacht.

Wäre heute der 18.8., und der KURS von SLSE stünde noch immer bei 0,45, dann müsste eine LBTN doch dann 0,0045 wert sein, das heißt 3x soviel wie heute?!

hört sich alles interessant an.

Ich habe für mich persönlich mal eine Rechnung durchgeführt. Wenn ich mir z.B. 2 Mio Lifeline Aktien kaufe, und man ja bekanntlich für 100 Lifeline Aktien 1 Solos Endoscopy Aktie bekommt, dann werden mir 20.000 Solos Aktien eingebucht.
Wenn ich diese neuen Aktien dann aber direkt wieder verkaufen möchte kriege ich ein Problem, da der Handel in USA von Solos Endoscopy durchschnittlich unter 10 TSD Stück am Tag liegt. Und es werden viele Anleger so denken wie ich und die neuen Aktien direkt wieder veräußern. Es gibt meiner Meinung nach aber keine Käufer im Markt.

Ich hoffe ihr versteht mein Problem. Ich wäre euch für eure Meinungen dankbar denn ich halte die Aktie für sehr interessant.

Ein guter Einwand !

Jedoch solltest Du die Fantasie Dividende bei OTC-Wert nicht unterschätzen.

Derzeit beträgt das Verh. mehr als 300%.

Es ist nicht auszuschließen, dass Solos zurückkommt.

Dann sind es am Ende vielleicht "nur" 200%, aber immerhin absehbar.

Ich halte die Stücke jedenfalls mind. bis Mitte nächster Woche.

dann müsste der Kurs doch bis zum 18. August mächtig anziehen, denn sollte der Kurs bis dahin weiterhin bei 0,0013 bleiben, hätte man ja 300 % Gewinn garantiert! Und die Amis werden ja nicht so blöd sein, sich so eine Chance entgehen zu lassen. Folglich müsste der Kurs doch steigen. Dann beträgt der Gewinn nachher vielleicht nur 100 oder 150 % aber immerhin.... Seht ihr das auch so?

die Frage, die auch ienige User im Ami-Board beschäftigt ist, ob man die neuen Solos direkt wieder verkaufen kann oder ob die neuen Aktien mit z.B. einer 1-jährigen Sperrfrist versehen werden...

Bei einer solchen Dividende weiß ich es nicht.

Bei Cargolifter damals hatte man auch eine Sperrfrist für Papiere auferlegt, die vor dem Börsengang verkauft wurden.

Das ist echt ein super Tipp von Dir. Ich hab mir auch mal ein paar ins Depot gelegt.

Es spricht alles für LBTN:

I. sehr niedrige Marktkapitalisierung
II. Bio-Wert
III. Chart geht einwandfrei nach oben(Luft ist locker bis 0,0041)
IV. Dividende in Form von SLSE 1:100
-Wert 0,45 $
-auch hier charttechnisch noch viel Luft
-Bio-Phantasie
V. super Management

Das kann die neue USXP, GZFX oder PAIM werden. Ich rechne bis zum 18.08. mit Kursen zwischen 0,0040 und 0,0050.

Wenn man die neuen Aktien von SLSE "zusätzlich" bekommt, sind hier bestimmt 300 % bis 1000 % drin.

hab bei Consors nachgefragt,
kann noch ein paar Tage dauern mit unsere Dividende und der tiefe kurs soll auch normal sein weil man ja andere dazu bekommt.

würde sie halten sonst machste nur verlust. denke wenn dass Dividenden verkaufen beendet ist dann steigt auch wieder der Kurs bei SLSE, kann aber schon ein paar Wochen dauern. und LBTN vieleicht haben wir noch ein bisschen glück und die bringen entlich mal gute News dann kommen auch wieder die Anleger.
Hab mir sagen lassen der tiefe Kurs bei LBTN sei normal da die Dividende es wieder ausgleichen würde was aber nicht der fall ist sonnst würden wir nicht im minus stehen. allso warten es wird schon wieder.

hi, ich glaub hier sind alle enttäuscht und die divi, na ja da muss man halt einfach abwarten. zum verkaufen ist es wohl zu spät, zu groß der Verlust. ich lass beide liegen. hab schon mal so ein Absacker gehabt und bin nach 6 Monaten mit Gewinn wieder raus.

BOSTON, MA--(MARKET WIRE)--Nov 30, 2006 -- Solos Endoscopy, Inc. (Other OTC:SLSE.PK - News) is pleased to announce that the Company is offering a share buyback program to its shareholders. Solos Endoscopy, Inc. will offer to buy back common shares of stock from shareholders in exchange for convertible preferred stock to be valued at $0.50 a share. Current shareholders must have their shares into Florida Atlantic Stock Transfer by December 29th, 2006 in order to qualify for the exchange of common shares to convertible preferred shares.

For every one share of Solos Endoscopy, Inc. that shareholders turn into Florida Atlantic Stock Transfer by the deadline, the shareholders will receive one share of convertible preferred stock valued at $0.50 per share. The preferred shares, following a one-year holding period, can then be converted back to restricted common shares at a dollar for a dollar exchange. Shareholders must turn in a minimum of 1000 shares in order to qualify. The convertible preferred stock will be protected from any future stock restructuring by the Company.

Lifeline Biotechnologies Pursues Prospective Major Breakthrough in Breast Cancer Detection

RENO, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Lifeline Biotechnologies, Inc. (OTCPK: LBTN) today announced that it is nearing a major breakthrough in the early detection of breast cancer. The new experimental classifying algorithms, the basis for Lifeline's First Warning System(TM), demonstrate sensitivity of 100% (the ability to find lesions in the breast) and two additional algorithms documented a specificity (the ability to distinguish benign from cancerous lesions) of 84% and 91% with its new neural network system which is nearing ready for clinical testing on large patient data sets.

Louis Keith, MD, PhD, Lifeline's Medical Director, stated, "For several decades medical researchers have struggled to find an accurate method for using the interpretation of thermal circadian data related to tumor growth in the breast as a detection modality. Many researchers believe the thermal data code of the breast's minute incremental temperatures changes are direct reflections of the breast's physiological activity and tumor growth."

Dr. Keith went on to say, "One in five women with breast cancer die of the disease; early detection is extremely important and should be the point of reference in evaluating any screening program.
