Currently, Golden Patriot has interests in mineral properties involving uranium and gold.

The primary focus of Golden Patriot is the development of the past
producing Lucky Boy Uranium mine in Gila County, Arizona which recently
achieved a major milestone of receiving Government and State approval
for the 'Plan of Operations'. As it stands now Golden Patriot is one of,
if not the smallest capitalized company, that is exploring a past
producing uranium mine. One of the first uranium properties to go into
production in Arizona, the Lucky Boy property has demonstrated
open-pittable and heap-leachable characteristics. The property appears
to be located in a non-environmentally sensitive area. Exploration and
development potential is considered very high. The development program
is now underway and a full scale drill program is scheduled to commence
shortly.

Golden Patriot also is extremely pleased to report that it has now
received confirmation that a NYSE listed gold company will initiate a
sampling program on one of Golden Patriot's gold prospects. At this
time the geologic work will be conducted by the major, which may lead to
a full scale drill program in the future.

Golden Patriot is trading at more than 60% below its recent highs,
despite currently being further along on its uranium prospect and having
entered into negotiations with a NYSE listed gold company for joint
venturing one of Golden Patriot's gold prospects.

Es gibt bereits erste Ergebnisse, die auf eine erfreuliche Entwicklung schließen lassen. Erweiterung der Bohrungen aufgrund der positiven Ergebnisse bei den bisherigen Bohrungen. Weiterhin
