King's Bay Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE: KBG) and Mainstream Minerals Corp. are pleased to announce the discovery of many new ultra high-grade gold veins at the Bobjo Mine, Dent and Earngey Townships, Red Lake District of Ontario. Surface grab sampling of one vein, with a width of approximately 6 metres, has just returned ultra high-grade gold values of up to 2,942.7 g/t (85.84 oz/t) and 806.9 g/t (23.54 oz/t) from amongst the samples taken.
The partners have just recently completed a ground stripping program using a bulldozer and a backhoe. As a result, many new gold bearing quartz veins, shears and stringers were exposed. Of the many new dozens of criss-crossing gold bearing entities only a dozen or so have been sampled to date. Most flat lying veins could not be sampled properly so a channel sampling program will be carried out in the not too distant future.
Only approximately 80 acres have been stripped to date. However the partners intend to strip an additional 200 more. Presently, more claims are being staked and a geophysical survey (Mag/VLF) will be carried out over the entire land mass as well as over the ice on both sides of the peninsula.
Other veins and stringers also returned very high-grade gold values including 55.34 g/t (1.61 oz/t), 42.65 g/t (1.24 oz/t), 42.37 g/t (1.23 oz/t), 36.89 g/t (1.07 oz/t), 36.23 g/t (1.05 oz/t), etc.
All grab samples were taken from mineralized quartz vein material, shears and contact material between the veins and mafic volcanics under the help and strict supervision of John Archibald, P.Geologist, Ron Rivet exploration coordinator for King's Bay and Gerald L. Colborne, B.Sc., M.Sc., P.Eng., P.Geol., F.G.A.C., M.C.I.M.. Mr. Colborne is the Qualified Person under NI 43-101. All of the samples were analyzed by Accurassay Laboratories of Thunder Bay, Ontario, using the standard fire assay method.

Ohne zu vermessen zu sein...das könnte mal wieder eine ARU sein, wenn auch nur annähernd soviel Gold im Boden sein sollte, wie das sampling es vermuten lässt. Die Frage ist nur, wie lange braucht der Kurs um abzuglühen?!

Grabs can be carried by hired help and strategically placed on the property by any burger flipping kid so the "Geologist can, the next, day, discover continuity of samples over a large area. I could imagine myself in the depths of the jungle in a fly infested snake populated area and needing money. Once shiny rock and I would be chipping fragments off of it, and spreading them like Ferry dust from one end of the property to the other..but thats me.
This project should be looked at much like NOT. However, my impression is this is actually better than V.NOT
What you have in NOTs case is an obvious drilling of a vein, had the drill been 6 inches to the left or right, then perhaps they would have received Zero.
So why is KBG better?
First, Geologists do not grab dirt, if they do, they have a new designation, they are called Unemployed Geologists! Sending in 20 grabs of "dirt" tends to keep your employment sparse.
Do I begrudge the geologist from grabbing the shiny stuff? Not at all. Do I think this is an amazing discovery? Could be, could be!
The facts are hard to deny. Here is the math
Bulldozer +Dump Truck + no overburden =gold
This is higher level math that some of you may find hard to follow
Here is the normal math
Bulldozer +explosives+ Hi-hoes +Dump Trucks + Big OVerburden +Hole depth close to core of earth=Gold
So you can see that the first equation has less "+'s" in it. This means that the first math equation has a greater opportunity of success than most other equations including the last one.
Oveburden is the Gold extraction killer. Overburden costs about $10US per tonne by the time you adhere to environmental requirements, dig it out, pay for Diesel, tires, axel grease, and the Cheesburgers to move it.
So if you can remove your overburden and hit pay with a bulldozer, then even just removing the content of this vein will pay for further work as you move to try to find the source.
This advantage of
Bulldozer +Dump Truck + no overburden =gold
although a difficulty heirachial math to follow is one you should consider before dismissing this as "Grab"

When the news hit with the high grade gold there about a month ago the stock gapped up bigtime. Well now that gap is getting filled as it always does, see the market depth below. The stock is heading back to 40 cents which is incidently, a 50% retracement from its 80 cent high after taking off from the 20 cent level before all of this hoopla began. Great exploration play with lots of excitement in the stock. Place your bids folks because my guess is once she hits off of 40 cents it will move back to the 60 cent level in a hurry ahead of the next phase of exploration. I am thinking a financing around the 60 cent level!!! Depends on what the money boys want to do with it I guess but that's my 2 cents worth. For anyone that wants a real cheap one with good potential have a look at TAL. She is ready to pop any day now. Should be good for at least a double!!!

Speaking from first hand experience, ha, I'll just remind you what both King's Bay Gold Corp and Mainstream Minerals have going for them going into 2007. I am predicting a great year for both stocks. If and when Mainstream goes puplic, you will probably have a couple million shares trading with one fantastic piece of property. Meanwhile, KBG has 50 percent of the BobJo, 25 percent of Pickle Lake which is having work done by Richview Res (RVR); partnership with GoldCorp on Rowan Lake; 50 percent of Helena Lake, and a real jewel in the "Headway" group of claims, located right next to/adjoining GoldCorps claims that is presently being mined. I think what you are seeing choto is that the bigger share holders will protect their investments and are supporting the market as we are seeing today. KBG is a steal at 48-50 cents IMO. Good luck with your investments choto. I have'nt posted for a few days. Having trouble with my computor. I was blaming goodinfo/rcis back, thought he(HE) had reported me to the authorities. ha. King’s Bay Gold Corp. (TSX.V - KBG) reports that it has received $588,500 from the exercise of warrants. The warrants were exercised at different prices over a two week period. They included the exercise of 707,788 warrants at $0.31, 110,532 at $0.35, 726,000 at $0.40 and 80,000 at $0.50.

(TSX.V-KBG) will take part in the Investors Exchange - Mining Investment Show at the Prospectors & Developers Association Conference ("PDAC") in Toronto from March 4 -7, 2007 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. King’s Bay Gold''s booth #2432 is located in Exhibit Hall C. Hours are Sunday through Tuesday 10 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Wednesday 9 a.m. - 12 noon.
The company wishes to invite visitors to drop by and put their names in our free gold draw. The winner will receive 3 ounces of gold, second prize 2 ounces and third prize 1 ounce.
King’s Bay is a 50/50 partner in the Bobjo Mine Joint Venture Project, which was the site of an ultra high-grade gold discovery in December, where surface grab sampling of one vein, with a width of approximately 6 metres, has recently returned ultra high-grade gold values of up to 2,942.7 g/t (85.84 oz/t) and 806.9 g/t (23.54 oz/t) from amongst the samples taken.

Bobjo Mine Project in Red Lake, ON
King’s Bay Gold Corporation (TSX.V: KBG) announces that it and its joint venture partner Mainstream Minerals Corporation (TSX.V: MJO) are proceeding with a first phase $1,000,000 diamond drill program on their high-grade gold Bobjo Mine project, Red Lake, Ontario.
King’s Bay Gold has just been informed by Mainstream Minerals that two diamond drills are now on the Bobjo property and that drilling will commence immediately. This Bobjo project was the site of a high-grade gold discovery in December 2006, where surface grab sampling of one vein, with a width of up to approximately 6 metres returned ultra high-grade gold values of up to 2,942.7 g/t (85.84 oz/t) and 806.9 g/t (23.54 oz/t).
The joint venture is 50% King’s Bay Gold and 50% Mainstream Minerals with Mainstream Minerals being the operator of the project. John Archibald, P. Geologist is the Qualified Person under National Instrument 43-101. All of the drilling samples will be analyzed by Accurassay Laboratories of Thunder Bay, Ontario, using the standard fire assay method.
The Bobjo Mine property is located between the former South Bay and Uchi Lake gold mines. It is comprised of a total of 9 patented and 86 unpatented claim units totaling 3,800 acres with a power transmission line passing through the southern part of the property. The area has a history of gold and base metal production dating back 80 years and the work presently being carried out by the partners represents the commencement of the first modern, systematic exploration of the property.

Bobjo Mine Project in Red Lake, ON
King’s Bay Gold Corporation (TSX.V: KBG) announces that it and its joint venture partner Mainstream Minerals Corporation (TSX.V: MJO) are proceeding with a first phase $1,000,000 diamond drill program on their high-grade gold Bobjo Mine project, Red Lake, Ontario.
King’s Bay Gold has just been informed by Mainstream Minerals that two diamond drills are now on the Bobjo property and that drilling will commence immediately. This Bobjo project was the site of a high-grade gold discovery in December 2006, where surface grab sampling of one vein, with a width of up to approximately 6 metres returned ultra high-grade gold values of up to 2,942.7 g/t (85.84 oz/t) and 806.9 g/t (23.54 oz/t).
The joint venture is 50% King’s Bay Gold and 50% Mainstream Minerals with Mainstream Minerals being the operator of the project. John Archibald, P. Geologist is the Qualified Person under National Instrument 43-101. All of the drilling samples will be analyzed by Accurassay Laboratories of Thunder Bay, Ontario, using the standard fire assay method.
The Bobjo Mine property is located between the former South Bay and Uchi Lake gold mines. It is comprised of a total of 9 patented and 86 unpatented claim units totaling 3,800 acres with a power transmission line passing through the southern part of the property. The area has a history of gold and base metal production dating back 80 years and the work presently being carried out by the partners represents the commencement of the first modern, systematic exploration of the property.
