MADISONVILLE, LA -- (MARKETWIRE) -- 07/06/07 -- Phoenix Associates Land Syndicate (Phoenix) (PINKSHEETS: PBLS) today announced that Southern Concrete Crushing LLC has been acquired and will become part of the Phoenix growing aggregate and mining division. Phoenix will convert Southern Concrete Crushing, LLC to a Nevada Corporation immediately.

Paul Alonzo, President and CEO of Phoenix, stated, "This acquisition will allow Phoenix to move into the huge demolition market along the Gulf Coast. Phoenix will now have its own concrete crushing facility for reprocessing and recycling demolished concrete from roads, bridges, etc." Mr. Alonzo added, "Additionally, Phoenix will have mobile crushing and screening capabilities. With this acquisition our company now holds one of the largest stock piles of material of this type available along the Gulf Coast (5 1/2 million tons), with estimated resale value of this material between $10-$21 per ton depending on which products is supplied."

The following items are made from this crushing operation:

1. Road Base
2. Riprap
3. 57 Material
4. 304 Material
5. Fines and other smaller aggregate products
6. Scrap Metal

The demolition division of Southern Concrete has over 85 years of experience in the business and 5 generations of mining experience.

As a result of this acquisition, Phoenix now has contracts in Florida and California to reprocess soil separation and recycle various C and D landfill materials to make them environmentally friendly. These are 5 year contracts and involve 246 million yards of material. The demolition division is currently bidding on other contracts that will make this a global operation.

While some information is by contract not available at this time, the company will be making more information available regarding the acquisition as it is able to do so.

Key, zu Anfang des threads hast du audited financials angekündigt. Diese haben wir bis heute nicht zu Gesicht bekommen. Warum werden audited financials angekündigt und nicht veröffentlicht? Das sollte einem schon zu denken geben!
Es gibt hier nichts verifiziertes. Es wurde eine andere share struktur erwartet. Aktuell rollt die pr Welle an. Der Kurs hat seit Empfehlung sehr stark durch Verwässerung an Wert verloren . Was glaubst du beabsichtigt die Firma mit diesen news?

Diese Firma/Scam wirkt wie ein pump and dump und es werden höchstwahrscheinlich noch massig Aktien in den Markt geworfen!

Ist schon blöd wenn man bei Höchstkursen dem Guru folg und bei 0,030 kauft und die Aktie binnen 3 Tagen auf fast 0,011 fällt !Eigentlich müsstest du nach WELL und NWWV doch schon was gelernt haben nur manchmal gibt es User die sindunverbesserlich

Also eine für mich intressante Aktie lasse ich doch nicht aus den Augen nur weil du frustiert bist weil du bei 0,030 gekauft hast und 70 %im Minus hängst

Bei 0,010 bin ich wirklich am überlegen einen kurzen Zock zu wagen und schnelle 30-50% mitzunehmen.

Lea, ich verstehe diesen Schwachsinn nicht, der hier jeden Tag abgelassen wird. Zuerst sagen sie, sie traden, dann sind sie long, dann short und das alles mit der gleichen Aktie.
Ich meine nicht, dass die nicht machen können was sie wollen, aber warum lassen die die Anleger nicht in Ruhe? Irgendwie habe ich das Gefühl, man macht das mit Absicht, um sich am Schmerz zu ergötzen. Leider fällt mir der latainische Namen für solche Neigungen nicht mehr ein. Egal, ich halte meine Augen offen und starre wie gebannt auf den Chart. Unter 1 gehe ich rein, falls dann der Abfallwinkel stimmt. Dazu brauche ich nicht Pythagoras sondern nehme die trigonometrischen Funktionen des Cosinussatzes und den Tangentialen Gleichsetzungssatz. Mit der Mergercompany berechne ich nach der dritten binomischen Formel (a+b)(a-b)oder a²-b²

Steahlf99, jetzt mal langsam:
ohne Berücksichtigung der Vola gibt es glaube ich keinen Indikator den du suchst außer den Trendlinien.

Du könntest mal den 2er Parameter in den Bollinger-Bändern auf z.B. 1,7 stellen, oder probier auch mal die Price-Channels (auch bekannt unter Donchian-Channel oder Keltner-Channel). Evtl müßtest du den Standardwert von 20 Perioden der Aktie anpassen.

Die Einstellungen must du jeweils ausprobieren. Mehr kann ich dazu leider nicht sagen.

The Company reported consolidated (unaudited) revenues for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 of $48,143,531, with pretax income of $1,994,279.

Phoenix consolidated operating results for the first quarter of 2007 reflected solid performances in all divisions. Year to year results, exclusive of acquisitions, experienced steady growth. Noble Jet of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, was acquired in February 2007, and contributed immediate bottom line results to the aviation division. 2007 revenue for Noble should exceed $2 million, with operating income in the 20% range.

Mining operations, after infrastructure completion and ramp up of operations were productive. Construction and swimming pool operations, though cyclical, appear to be headed toward a record year. Oil and Gas exploration, through Ideal Energy Directional Drilling, reported record revenues for the quarter, with more drilling infrastructure being put in place. Historically this entity provides a 20% to 25% level of operating income. Sam's Oil Country Services has also experienced consistent growth both in revenues and operating income. Aviation fuel sales in the first quarter remained strong, not missing a step prior to the planned move of the operation to Houston in May 2007. Aviation sales and maintenance continue to take steps to increase sales and profitability, while providing solid results.

Phoenix looks forward to solid and consistent growth from continuing operation in 2007, along with immediate contributions from all recent acquisitions. Company Reports Additions to Its Mining, Oil & Gas, Aviation Division, and the Sale of Two Companies Into a Separate Public Company

MADISONVILLE, LA--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 27, 2007 -- Phoenix Associates Land Syndicate (Phoenix) (Other OTC:PBLS.PK - News) today announced a number of major additions to its mining, oil & gas, aviation division, and the sale of its two pool companies.

Paul Alonzo, President and CEO of Phoenix, stated, "For the past three months, Phoenix has been working with and is now partnering with two groups that are located in Florida, Ohio & New York. One of the groups has been in mining for over a hundred years and is one of the largest mining companies in the world. The second group was a leading player in the waste management business in the New York area and now has interests in mining and trucking in the northeastern United States."

Mr. Alonzo added, "Together, with these two groups, our company is expanding its mining and trucking operations beyond its current gulf coast area and will be greatly expanding the capacity of its Murphy Sand and Gravel site in Pearl River, LA. Because of the high level of technical competence and experience in mining being brought into Phoenix by these groups, the Pearl River site will be mined much deeper than previously expected, therefore yielding vastly larger amounts of product than previously thought possible."

Products from the Murphy site, together with products from other sites outside the area that will be shipped in, will be vital to the ongoing reconstruction of the infrastructure levee systems and housing in the greater gulf coast areas of Mississippi and Louisiana.

Phoenix indicated that numerous mining deals that the company was incapable of acquiring on its own are now not only possible, but are now being completed.

The first series of new acquisitions are a group of strip coalmines in the southern U.S. These mines are currently in operation and profitable. These mines have huge deposits of coal (non-sulphur) and limestone, which is the sandwich material between coal veins. Phoenix will have these huge amounts of limestone shipped to sites in the gulf region for use in rebuilding projects.

Phoenix has begun purchasing crushed stone facilities to feed these products for processing into specific materials needed in building levees and concrete for roads, bridges and other construction work. The first of these purchases was Southern Concrete Crushing, as previously announced.

Mr. Alonzo added further, "Because of our new venture partners, certain contracts that were previously unavailable to Phoenix are now being made available to us. We are now expecting revenues and earnings from these operations to far exceed the current total revenues and earnings of the entire Phoenix group of companies as they are currently structured."

As part of the Company's agreement with its new venture partners, many companies they currently own will be placed into the Phoenix group of companies to allow growth and expansion far beyond the current abilities of Phoenix and far beyond the physical boundaries currently supplied by Phoenix.

Another area of Phoenix expansion with the new venture partners will be in bulk fuel sales (gasoline, diesel fuel -- both on road and off road, and possibly aviation bulk fuel). Phoenix is closing on its first bulk fuel storage facility acquisition next week, a facility located in southern Mississippi. Phoenix expects a very strong move into this market over the next few quarters.

Current fuel requirements for operation of equipment at the previously mentioned mining and crushing sites exceed $500,000 every two weeks. The Company expects to cut that cost by about one third by supplying its own fuel.

These mining and oil and fuel sales expansions are, by far, the largest undertakings in the history of Phoenix Associates Land Syndicate and are far larger in both assets, net worth and revenues than the entire current Phoenix group of companies.

Another area of expansion will be in off shore investment banking. Phoenix is currently expecting to acquire an offshore trust company and two more offshore banks to add to its first acquisition of the trading platform, investment bank and managed insurance company in the Caribbean that was announced recently.

The Phoenix Aviation Group of Companies (Best Jets) will be adding charter operations out of south Florida in the immediate future, with many other exciting announcements to soon come out of the aviation division.

The Phoenix Construction division expects to sell its two Michigan pool companies in an equity transaction to a public company that is focused on the backyard leisure market. As a part of this move, Phoenix acquisition personnel will assist in expansion of the public company and Phoenix will participate in the growth of that public company via a significant equity position. As more specific information is available it will be announced to Phoenix shareholders.

On the financial side, Phoenix is building a new facility to house its accounting department. This attractive building is located next to the Phoenix main office in Madisonville, LA. Because of the vast expansion of the Company previously mentioned, Phoenix is in the process of hiring approximately ten more people in its accounting area and current office space is far too small. The current accounting offices will be taken over by fuel sales and administration personnel from our bulk fuel and oil division.

Lastly, Phoenix will be making changes to its preferred and common stock structure. All series of the Company's preferred stock will now be both assignable and transferable so as to allow preferred shareholders the flexibility to sell their stock privately or to use it as collateral should they see fit to do so.

As an essential ingredient in the Company's new growth plan, its Board has approved an increased in the number of authorized shares of its common stock from 1.75 billion to 2.5 billion shares.

Under the new growth plan, it is expected that the Company's new venture partners will be acquiring a very large position in Phoenix common stock of well over one billion shares. They have committed to over the counter purchases of approximately two thirds of the amount they require, with the balance to come from Phoenix as certain acquisition are made, contracts are granted, and sales and profit projection are achieved that are attributable to their efforts.

Phoenix wants to point out to all of its shareholders that this group is not doing this for any reason but to make money, and the money will be in the future value of Phoenix common stock. Phoenix estimates that its stock is currently trading for less than one quarter of its net worth value per share. Company Announces Extension of Deadline to October 31, 2007 for Shareholders to Convert Common Stock Into Voting Preferred Stock; Conversion Program Was Set to Expire on August 10, 2007; Recent Board Decision Making All Preferred Stock Transferable and Assignable Has Increased Interest in the Conversion Program

MADISONVILLE, LA--(Marketwire - July 31, 2007) - Phoenix Associates Land Syndicate (Phoenix) (PINKSHEETS: PBLS) announced that it has extended the deadline for shareholders that wish to take part in the voting preferred stock participation program from August 10, 2007 to October 31, 2007.

The Board decision to extend the deadline was motivated by increased shareholder interest in the conversion program due to the recent decision to make all Phoenix preferred stock transferable and assignable. With only about two weeks left under the old August 10th deadline to pull their certificates and deliver them to the Company, many shareholders were asking for more time to avail themselves of this conversion opportunity.

It was back on February 15, 2007 that Phoenix first announced that it would be converting 62.5 million of its authorized shares of preferred stock, $10 par value, to "voting" preferred stock, $10 par value, so as to make voting preferred shares available for this program. The new voting preferred stock, which is now transferable and assignable, will pay an annual dividend of 6% which will be paid quarterly. Phoenix will redeem the preferred stock within five years from the date of issuance.

Phoenix shareholders are hereby reminded that they will have a value of $.06 placed on each share of common stock they submit for conversion by the extended date of October 31, 2007. Thus, for each 167 shares submitted for conversion the shareholders will receive one share of $10 par value voting preferred stock. Each voting preferred share will have 167 votes. MADISONVILLE, LA--(Marketwire - August 3, 2007) - Phoenix Associates Land Syndicate (Phoenix) (PINKSHEETS: PBLS) today announced a number of significant developments related to its Aggregate Division, including the addition of Rock Concrete, the addition of Vince Promuto and Mike O'Riley to staff positions, and a major contract with KOMEX Import-Export for 30 million metric tons of Blended Aggregate Products.

Paul Alonzo, President & CEO of Phoenix, stated, "We are adding Rock Concrete, LLC, an international wholesaler of all types of aggregate products, to our Aggregate Division. Rock Concrete is being converted from an LLC to a Nevada corporation, and will be headquartered in Madisonville, Louisiana."

Mr. Alonzo added, "I am pleased to announce the additions of Vincent Promuto and Mike O'Riley to key staff positions within our Aggregate Division. Vince has joined our Company as Director of Acquisitions for mining and aggregate related equipment worldwide, while Mike O'Riley has assumed the position of Executive Vice President of International Operations."

Mr. Promuto's background is wide and impressive. Vince played professional football for the Washington Redskins for 11 years and was a Pro Bowl Selection two times during his pro career. After his professional football career, Vince held the position of Director of Public Affairs for the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency and served as a special U.S. attorney in Washington, DC and New York. Vince had large investments in the waste management business in New York and now has interests in trucking and mining in the Northeastern United States.

Mr. O'Riley has a mining engineering degree and has worked in the mining business all around the globe. Mr. O'Riley comes from a background of five generations of mining expertise.

Mr. Alonzo commented further, "It is with the greatest of pleasure that we want our shareholders to know that because of our partnering in the aggregate business, Phoenix has received a purchase contract for Blended Aggregate Products from KOMEX Export-Import, a major export-import company headquartered in Poland, with offices in Canada, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and the United States. KOMEX is a worldwide user of blended aggregate products."

This initial KOMEX contract is for 30 million metric tons of blended aggregate products at $44/metric ton at the Company's production site in the USA. The delivery schedule as per the contract calls for a minimum of 500,000 metric tons per month for 60 months. These products are for delivery to Poland. This contract calls for a renewal for up to ten years.

KOMEX will post a three percent (3%) cash performance bond up front with Phoenix.

The method of payment to Phoenix under this contract is by irrevocable, revolving documentary letter of credit, confirmed by a world-class top 25 western European or American Bank, payable 100% at sight, against agreed shipping documents.

Phoenix indicated that additional contracts are currently being negotiated for the Aggregate Division, and that the Company is quickly expanding to an international level in oil and gas, and aviation as well. ach, musst du meine investments auch nachvollziehen? Jo mei, demnächst frage ich, ob ich kaufen darf. Bei fast 50% deiner Investments bin ich erst unten eingestiegen, da habe ich mir das research gespart. Bei Titan bin ich allerdings nicht rein, bei deiner Kaufempfehlung wusste ich schon, dass sie den Laden dicht machen.

MADISONVILLE, LA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 08/06/07 -- Phoenix Associates Land Syndicate (Phoenix) (PINKSHEETS: PBLS) today announced that its current total capacity to produce blended aggregate products has been purchased by KOMEX Export-Import.

Paul Alonzo, President and CEO of Phoenix, stated, "Phoenix currently has the ability to increase its production capacity to 2.5 million metric tons per month of blended aggregate products. After our last news release this past Friday on the 30 million metric ton order over five years, Mike O'Riley and Vince Promuto have agreed to honor KOMEX's request to purchase our entire production for five years, with a five year extension if desired."

Mr. Alonzo added, "This additional contract from KOMEX brings our committed orders to 150 million metric tons over five years or 2.5 million metric tons per month for 60 months. The total value of this five-year agreement as structured is $6.6 billion or $110 million per month."

The Company indicated that production will be ramped up during the balance of 2007 with full production by January 2008. Additional equipment is being purchased for crushing, excavating, and blending the blended aggregate products so as to meet production schedules.

Phoenix will be releasing equipment purchases, other acquisitions currently underway to increase current capacity, and also required transportation acquisitions to properly move the massive amounts of product to ports for export.

MADISONVILLE, LA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 08/07/07 -- Phoenix Associates Land Syndicate (Phoenix) (PINKSHEETS: PBLS) today announced updates on the projected growth of Best Aeronet, its jet aircraft fuel supplier, and the acquisition of A.P.G., Inc, its first bulk fuel supply business.

Paul Alonzo, President and CEO or Phoenix, commented, "Our shareholders know of the tremendous growth recently experienced in our mining division. We, at Phoenix, are of course very pleased with how our plans are materializing."

Mr. Alonzo added, "Today we are at the beginning of new and projected huge growth in our fuel division. Currently, we have Best Aeronet, Inc. which is a jet fuel supplier with about 5,000 Best Aeronet Cardholders which own or operate jet aircraft. Best Aeronet is growing rapidly even in the face of tremendous competition from other larger businesses in the aviation fuel industry. We believe that we have assembled the very best people at the top tier of Best Aeronet, and we expect this business to exceed $70 million in revenues in year 2008. We see revenues for 2007 coming in at about $25 million which would be up about $8 million from 2006 revenues."

Phoenix announced that through acquisition, the Company is now entering the bulk fuel market for diesel fuel, gasoline and bulk crude oil sales. To start development of this area, Phoenix has purchased all of the real and personal property of A.P.G., Inc., a Mississippi Corporation whose property is located at 820 Highway 11 S, Picayune, Mississippi. This was a cash transaction. Details will be made available at a later date, when the release of this information is approved by all parties involved.

This purchase includes all equipment, tanks, pumps, buildings, inventory, office equipment, all structures and leases. This is the first bulk fuel holding facility to be owned by Phoenix, but it is likely to be only the first of many more to come.

Ich habe kein Problem. Ich fand es nur komisch, dass niemand etwas zu der Erhöhung gesagt hat. Ohne Grund erhöhen sie bestimmt nicht die share struktur.

An einer sachlichen objektiven Diskussion ohne Beleidigung oder ähnliches hat keiner von euch Interesse. Direkt wird ein thread von mir aufgesucht, die Tatsachen verdreht nur weil ihr kritik an einer Firma persönlich nimmt.

Hier sehr schön zu sehen ,wenn man es sehen will und kann, die Aktie kühlt sich ab MA50 Linie getestet und drüber wieder geschlossen!Wird wohl morgen eher bissl Seitwärts gehen und dann weiter nach Norden zu machen damit wir unser W fertig bekommen!

MADISONVILLE, LA--(MARKET WIRE)--Aug 9, 2007 -- Phoenix Associates Land Syndicate (Phoenix) (Other OTC:PBLS.PK - News) announced that effective today the Company is terminating the "Voting Preferred Stock Participation Program" that provided for conversion to voting preferred stock based on the common stock being valued at $0.06 per share, and effective tomorrow, August 10, 2007, all common stock received by the Company for conversion will be valued at $0.08 per share. The deadline for conversion under this program is extended to November 30, 2007, from the prior deadline of October 31, 2007.

ADVERTISEMENT

It was back on February 15, 2007 that Phoenix first announced that it would be converting 62.5 million of its authorized shares of preferred stock, $10 par value, to "voting" preferred stock, $10 par value, so as to make voting preferred shares available for this program. The new voting preferred stock, which is now transferable and assignable, will pay an annual dividend of 6% which will be paid quarterly. Phoenix will redeem the preferred stock within five years from the date of issuance.

Phoenix shareholders are hereby notified that effective August 10, 2007 all shares of common stock received by the Company under this conversion program will have a value of $0.08 placed on each share submitted for conversion by the extended date of November 30, 2007. Thus, for each 125 shares common stock submitted for conversion the shareholders will receive one share of $10 par value voting preferred stock. Each voting preferred share will have 125 votes. Holders of the voting preferred stock will receive an annual 6% cash dividend (paid quarterly) and the voting preferred shares will be redeemed within five years.

Ich dachte hier geht es um ein Unternehmen mit echten Zielen

d.h. stabiler kurs auf hohem niveau

Aber klar doch key schon verkauft??? und danach fallen gelassen, naja so muss es auch sein. Key könnte ruhig sofort danach sein Ausstieg mitteilen und nicht erst ein paar Wochen warten bis der Wert garnicht mehr unter Mikroscope zu sehen ist.

To Our Shareholders:

Many of our shareholders are asking, "What's going on?" I will answer this question on more of a personal level than a professional level. We did release the Q3-2007 financials prepared by our staff and in that release we provided some information.

We have been personally attacked with some of the most highly inappropriate and slanderous comments that anybody could possibly dream up and all of it is false.

This weekend Carolyn and I attended church, as we do every Sunday, and we met and shook hands with one of the greatest disciples of the Father and the Son that I have ever known and on the other side of the same hall we were confronted by a person whose hand I refused to shake. It occurred to me that this is the kind of decision you as shareholders have to make. I hope the information that follows will assist your decision as a continuing shareholder in Phoenix.

Phoenix was recently damaged by three men that were key administrators with Phoenix and by two women that worked in our Financial Department. One of the women has already admitted to her part, one of the women is being sought by authorities for questioning, one man was fired and two of the men are being sought by police and are fugitives.

Carolyn Alonzo is the CFO of Phoenix and she is not going to be replaced. She is the best that we have and she is the go to person if you want anything done at Phoenix.

Ron Blackburn is our COO and he will not be replaced. He is the one guy that I can count on to get things done.

Phoenix will be trading, selling off, and otherwise eliminating companies that do not make a profit. Phoenix will be a much stronger and improved company when this process is complete.

We do not intend to increase our "Authorized Shares" of common stock or preferred stock above the current levels, and we have no plans to do any kind of reverse split. And further, we do plan to reduce our outstanding shares of common stock. We will be implementing a long-term effort to buy back stock in the open market as earnings and cash flow permit.

As to any of the accumulated dividends that may not as yet been paid to holders of our preferred stock, it is our plan to bring these dividend payments current over the next sixty days or so, as our restructuring program progresses.

The litigation is proceeding with the gravel pit as previously discussed. Phoenix plans little or no revenue from the pit and does not currently report the mine as an asset.

Phoenix continues to work with lenders to expand its interests for the future.

Your investment in Phoenix stock to enhance yourself personally is still the same good bet as it always was -- in my opinion.

Carolyn, Ron and I have invested millions of dollars into Phoenix and we are not going anywhere. Phoenix has had a little blip on the radar screen, but all of the panic is totally unjustified and all of those ridiculous and foolish statements on the Internet are totally without merit.
