ich hoffe du änderst nicht wie bei MUME deine Meinung und sagst nach Empfehlung 20 Minuten später bloss alle raus es kommt ein RESERVE SPLITT ,war schon übel für die MUME Leute aber da du j wie ich bei 3 gekauft hast undsicher bei 6 abgeladen hast war es wie für mich eine verdopplung. MY REPORT:

PBLS is the most undervalued stock in the world. I've heard the same thing from many different investors "this sounds too good to be true". Let me tell you, THIS IS THE REAL DEAL! It is all true!. Those who keep selling this stock are making the biggest blunder of their lives. I am not a pumper or a dumper.... I'm just reporting on what I saw with my own two eyes.

I met my cousin down in New Orleans on Monday, July 25. My cousin sells real estate in Destin Florida. He had never heard anything regarding PBLS before this trip. I had called Paul Alonzo and told him I would be visiting the office on Tuesday morning. Out of the blue I asked my cousin if he wanted to take the 40 minute drive north to check out a company that I was invested in. I was rather shocked when he accepted the offer. Then I thought it would be a good idea to find out what he thought about PBLS having never heard of it before. Here is my report:

We were greeted at the Phoenix Corporate office as if we were truly important to them. They explained to us that shareholders are the "fuel" that drives the Phoenix engine. We truly felt and still feel they were glad to show us the part of Phoenix located in Louisiana.

Mr. Paul Alonzo first showed us the corporate office, which is located in Madisonville, Louisiana, on a beautiful piece of secluded property. We were introduced to the office staff and each member was told that I was an owner of Phoenix and my cousin was a potential owner from different areas of the country.

After leaving the office, we were shown several sites that Phoenix had supplied the materials and trucking for the land development. These were serious projects, the largest being a new hospital. I took pictures, which are available if you would like to have me email them to you.

After visiting these sites we traveled to a new construction site. This is a contract that Phoenix just got last week with Mike's Enterprises to supply 300,000 tons of fill dirt for a new I-10 interchange (Fremaux Interchange). Additionally, Phoenix's trucking company, Bayou State Trucking, will supply the trucks for delivery of the fill dirt from the Phoenix site in Pearl River to the new interchange (15 miles). This is approximately 14,000 truckloads. the value of the dirt gross sales is approximately $375,000. The trucking contract is also approximately $375,000. The area around New Orleans including the North Shore and entire gulf coast is building rapidly so the products that Phoenix has is in huge demand.

Upon arrival to the site of the sand, gravel and soil operations, we were taken into the office. The office is a very nice modular office, as are all the other sites the Phoenix people showed to us (the competitors).

During the time in the office, I met the operation manager. Mr. Adam Alonzo, Paul Alonzo's son. Adam has worked all facets of the pit operation. Additionally, Adam attends a local college and is in his junior year. There are two additional personnel at the pit office. While I was in the office (approximately 10-15 minutes). I counted 8 trucks across the scales. The office is next to the scale and all tickets are done electronically from the office. This entire procedure was explained to me by Adam Alonzo (maybe I can get a job!)

Next, we went into the actual mining area. There were numerous worksites with trucks being loaded or waiting to be loaded at each site. There had to be many millions of dollars in equipment being used. Several very large and very new front end loaders, 5 or 6 large track #### and several material separation plants. In addition I saw one nearly new 100 ft. dredge and several older dredges located in different areas of the mining site. (Pictures are available for all this).

We took a trip around the entire property (2 sides). The site is approximately 2.5 miles long by 1.5 miles wide. There was a satellite photo of the property in the office. The roads were maintained beautifully (gravel) especially for heavy loads carried on them.

Mr. Alonzo explained to me that it was approximately 14 miles shorter (round trip) to our pit than any other in the area (from the interstate). This means money to truckers and therefore cost savings for end users of material. Mr. Alonzo and Mr. Blackburn took the time back at the corporate office to show me the information on the operations in Michigan and Indiana. The Indiana purchase has not been announced and will not be until next week because Phoenix is waiting for all final documents of the purchase to be in their possession prior to a news release.

Mr. Blackburn went over projects that Phoenix has in the works; there must have been at least a dozen. Mr Blackburn reviewed sales for the year with us without any additional acquisitions. Year-end sales, with out any other acquisitions would be approximately $9.05 million. Assuming closing the smaller acquisitions, sales could top $20 million, or if they went crazy, and one of the larger acquisitions closed, $30 million.

Mr Blackburn said the hardest problem Phoenix had was getting investors to understand and believe in Phoenix. That is why they welcome visitors.

We have all said this is too good to be true but guess what? From all I can see, it is true, and, if anything, it has been understated.

sublime: What they did was put a floor of .004 under the price, when the pricing had been sinking steadily under .004 for days. Basically they're saying if it drops under .004 again, they'll buy the stock at .004, so that shores up the prcing and also sends the message that they've got faith in the value of the company. It's a nice trick because they may NEVER have to buy any shares at all at that price, but they stopped the price erosion dead.

Its the kind of trick I'd never have imagined. Coy must have thought it up I've actually never seen it before and I've seen a LOT. It's genius. The more think about it the more I love it. Pure genius.

I can't find any holes in it, no escape hatches. It's just brilliant.

If I'd known yesterday they were going to do it, I, too, would have sold other things just to buy shares yesterday. I knew nothing. As usual.

Many of the posters here including me have been in contact with the company and have asked questions and got straight answers. Some of the ideas that the company is exploring actually come from shareholders and I have never been involved with a company as shareholder friendly as this one. I am now a large holder and will not even think about selling anytime soon.

Thanks even now, 7 months later, if the outstanding shares are this much higher than at the end of December 2004 and the company still has a great positive shareholder equity for a currently pink sheet company, likes istn it around $39,000,000? That could turn out to be true. Plus the company just announced a stock buy back program for a currently unlimited (...unlimited?) number of shares. This is looking very good to me so far. Hear the President and CEO Paul Alonzgo in an interview with additional record history explaining their acquisition strategy. This is from 2002 so the annual income and projections on income he states are for year 2003, not this year of next year. He says they're interested in buying distressed companies and not using a number of multiples times its net as a way of determining what price they'll pay for them. Good conservative and seemingly safe way of growing acquistions. Listen with Windows Media Player or Real One Player. Looks like their acquisition style has paid off considerably since 2002. Yea, they're probably having a strategy meeting for how to proceed in their new environment where this company is willing to buy back an unlimited number of their shares now at 0.004. Thousands and thousands of companies out there, what other company has done this kind of a thing to combat naked shorting at these levels? Someone should call CNBC, Investors Business Daily, Wall Street Journal, etc. etc., and let them write and speak about it. Its a fair good indication that this company is not obtaining operating expenses by printing worthless, diluting shares like a lot of other pink sheet companies. We need the word to spread. VAB....near as I can figure, the book value is around .087/share. It needs to pointed out that only 10% of the stated raw materials value of $216 million is included in the compilation of asset values. Also the raw materials value has not been updated since 1998/1999.

Then there are the numerous deals that PBLS management is working diligently to close before going to the OTCBB. Share price should be at least book value right now.

zeptepi assuming a 25% increase in materials since 98/99 we could be approaching a book value near 11 cents presently. As far as otc status pbls needs to get those audits and filings done soon. Once the stock gets listed and we have more visibility and accountability being on the otc the pps should rise to a more respectable level. Not looking for otc status till next summer tho from what was told. Just not sure if it will actually trade at book value however. Looking long term revenues are ramping up and this growing co. is a good pick both short and long term (meaning in terms of years) imo. GL

They really do seem to be conservative in their statement of book value. Plus it's been said that a lot of shares are in strong hands. I can see why they are trying to do something about the naked shorters and MM manipulation. It appears they have done a good job of revenue growth since the past few years as they have stated. They need to get totally audited numbers out there so this thing can get listed and move the pps up in the right direction. JMHO, DYODD, and good luck to all.

Right zeptepi and if you divide .006, around present ask, by .004, present by back price, you have a 33% downside risk, minus certificate charge. The certificate charge is around 15$ so this is a good floor for a penny stock.
Have lost more than this with bond funds in the past.

Rhino, also QRVI made a strong run without numbers. Again, and as you said this was based on anticipation and speculation. I have been researching all I can that is available, and now have concluded that this is a diamond in the rough... but I have not been able to get a hold of the company, though at this point I am not sure that is necessary as they won't be stating anything other than what has already been disclosed.
IMO, I believe this stock has been day traded extensively and manipulated to the effect that it has been drawn down to an oversold/undervaluated holding appears though, with the current volume and PPS, that this type of trading has now become exhausted and the PPS will recover to its true valuation. I am speculating that this will happen within the short term, and if the company will provide some additional news to give shareholders confidence with their stock then this could rapidly result in a fantastic investment opportunity.

Today's news about speeding up the process of becoming fully reporting is beautiful. I'm back to my profession and can't post much during regular market hours. This is a pattern I live. I get a week off every three or so weeks. I don't think the market makers are too happy with the stock buy back idea, but I think it's really something to throw some shudders/quaking into the illegal naked shorter arena. This concept only works for companies that are legit money makers and not empty shells spewing out shares to get operating expense money. I have not been given any reason to change my positive attitude about PBLS. JMHO, DYODD, and good luck to all.

Hello everyone. I am an Allstocks member and have found this forum to be highly useful in regards to PBLS. Thanks to everyone for providing their views/opinions and analysis on this company and its stock. I recently posted following information/opinions regarding PBLS on Allstocks and though I'd share it with you all. It's a summary of sorts that describes how I view the current situation with PBLS and how I think that this is a wonderful buying opportunity (note that this posted yesterday on Allstocks).

Well, today went south at first but tried to make a comeback eod. Any way you slice it, the company is very successful and their stock is extremely undervalued. RSI is about 45 and it looks ready for a run. All of this is prime by the excellent PRs put out over the past week.

O/S (as listed in the PR dated 8/3/05): 214,402,969 common stock + 5,045,000 preferred stock = 219,447,969.

The company released the following news:

1) Unaudited financials last week that values their stock (conservatively) at .185 per share (see FatherofTwo's post at beginning of this thread). Note: based on the current stock price, if this pps occurred it would result in a 35-bagger (3400% gain).

2) Unlimited Company Buy-back of shares @ .0040, thus providing a "floor"for the pps of the stock to prevent further MM decline manipulation. I find the solution to MM manipulation extremely effective and creative and applaud PBLS for their ingenuity.

***** Furthermore, "This stock buy-back is the first of many as planned by Phoenix Board of Directors". ***** This is incredible!

3) Plans to complete the transition to the OTCBB "with haste". Original plan was to become fully-reporting by mid to late 2006, but this was before the Plan today annoucning the acceleration of this schedule. Stay tuned to find out the updated schedule for this transition. I anticipate (based on today's news) that might hit the OTCBB by early 2006.

Another interesting tid-bit of information from a recent PR:

*Depletable property: a percentage of proven mineral reserves totaling $266,000,000. If you were to use this value instead and divide it by the O/S, you would come up with a pps of $1.21 (over 24000% from where it is now. While this may not be a plausible figure in the near-term, it shows you what kind of potential PBLS has in the future.

Now, if you're not the "long-term holding" type, just take a look at the chart and I think you'll realize that a run is imminent based on the last few months and the fact that there is now a floor at a pps of .004 (which is really a special aspect of this stock right now).

So, do your DD and decide for yourself. I expect more great news from PBLS very soon, and this may very well be the last remaining days to enter in at the bargain price range IMO.

I managed 5000 after a ten minute session with TDwaterhouse's phonelines. THEN, I forgot to say "All or none" and so I ended up with only 5000 @ .021 which cost me 40 bucks or more for the trade plus the cost of buying 5000 LOL....pbls needs to hit at least 10 cents so I break even on that one!

ich bin nicht 75 % im Minus bei Well

und bei NWWv bist dusicher acuh 25 % im Minus ,das du nun am 2 Tag mit dem super Gurus Aktie auch aktuell sicher 20 % im Minus bist ,dafür können wir nichts da bist du alleine Schuld mir ist es eh ein Rtsel wieman so blöd sein kann nachdem mal 2 mal in die Scheisse gefasst hat noch ein weiteres mal ein Lemming zu sein

Wenn man bei 15 wie Key oder bei 22 wie ich eingekauft hat ist man bei 25 schon entspannt trotzdem würde ich gerne wissen was das angeprisende Filling nun erstaunendes Erbracht hat !Vielleicht ist es so erstaunend das wir vor lauetr stauen es noch garnicht richtig sehen !

ich will schnelle 50 % und 32 müssten da schon drin sein (ich weiss es ist dein Ek aber dafür kann niemand selbst KEY hat geschrieben das 27 Einkaufskurse sind das du bei 33 kaufst und nun frust ablässt ist nicht in Ordnung )

Nur war alles wieder nur hole LUFT bei KEY schade ich dachte Kurzfristig bei 33 heute das er einmal recht hat aber naja

Mike Mulshine told me today, it is the shorts bringing this down. When asked if the O/S was going to be released he replied did they say they would? He assured me all will be rosy with this stock. Soon I suppose.

I spoke with Pink Sheets today and they were processing Phoenix's application. They received the application yesterday and said they would review and send it back to Phoenix for upload. I would expect Phoenix to upload it all sometime next week....But Phoenix did submit it and I know that for a fact..

Für mich ist es klar wie es am Montag weitergeht, aber schon komisch wer da so viele Aktien geschmissen hat bevor die Info zu der share Struktur draußen war. Anscheinend war meine anfängliche Vermutung richtig. Hier werden im großen Stil Aktien geschmissen und 3 mal dürft ihr überlegen von wem
Und klar die schlechte news zu der share struktur wurde am we veröffentlicht bzw. freitag abend eingereicht. Aber die Leute sind nicht blöd. Sowas bleibt in den Köpfen. Ist eben auch keine ehrliche Firme, egal wie hoch die Umsätze sind.

The OS which was promised to be under 815 million for end of 2006 and not for June 2007!!! Don´t mix the dates here!

SO there will be a very good reason why the O/S went up from 815M to 1,75B as of 2007-06-14.

Besides it makes no sense to give the current o/s number of 2007-06-14 except one or two deals are already closed and ready to be announced.

Just wait for Monday and remember the words of the IR guy:

Ich denke das die o/s ende 2006 wie versprochen bei ca 815M war.
Die aktuelle O/S wurde von Pinsheets nicht ohne Grund gepostet , denn PBLS ist verpflichtet Aquisitionen mit dem Kaufpreis zu nennen.

PBLS war eigentlich nur aufgefordert worden die Zahlen bis Ende2006 anzugeben. Und selbst wenn wir von einem Quartalsfiling für I 2007 ausgehen hätte PBLS nur die O/S bis Ende März 2007 angeben brauchen.

Fazit: PBLS hat eine oder zwei sehr große Auquisitionen zu verkündigen.Alles andere macht hier keinen Sinn....

Also ich kann noch nicht einmal den Financial Report auf pinksheets.com öffnen. Ich habe mir die Aktie nicht näher angesehen (noch nicht einmal die pr gelesen), weil mir die share struktur schon zuvor nicht gefallen hat. Ich setze nur auf low floater und das hier ist nun mal keiner.

Jetzt hat die Aktie eine doppelt so hohe o/s wie ende 2006.
Die Aktie wird wahrscheinlich weiter abgeschlachtet und dann werden sie wie so viele Firmen die höchstwahrscheinlich ein Uplisting planen einen R/S durchführen, weil sie sich ohne diesen nicht vom Fleck bewegen. Da brauche ich keine Bilanz für.

PS: Erkläre du lieber mal wer bei so tollen Aussichten die ganzen Aktien schmeisst. Ist nämlich offensichtlich und da nützt auch kein schön reden mehr

Ach ja, warum wurden eigentlich erst die financials (positiv) veröffentlicht und im Anschluss die share struktur (negativ)???
Ein Schelm wer dabei böses denkt
Andersrum hätte es bei einer seriösen Firma mehr Sinn gemacht.
Also das hier Aktien geschmissen werden hat hoffentlich der letzte gemerkt.

Und natürlich haben die Leute eine andere share struktur erwartet und sind dementsprechend enttäuscht. Schade, dass auch in diesem thread kritische Stimmen nicht erwünscht sind. WPRO hat letzte Woche auch einen 1:1000 Reverse Split durchgeführt (Outstanding Shares nun: 88,750 - war das abzusehen???). Mit einem r/s hat auf Grund der share struktur niemand gerechnet. Und gerade Firmen die hohe Ziele haben und eine share strukutur wie diese hier besitzen bewegen sich nun mal nicht so leicht vom Fleck. Geld benötigen sie anscheinend auch sonst würden sie keine Aktien auf dem Niveau schmeissen, aber klar ist ja wieder alles aus der Luft gegriffen. Komisch, das ich schon zuvor wusste, dass die Aktie runter geht und nicht gekauft habe im Gegensatz zu euch.

Also nochmal meine Frage: Warum schmeisst die Firma Aktien auf diesem Niveau, wenn ein Kursanstieg zu vermuten ist? Das ist nun mal unlogisch.

Klar, ich bin die einzige die nicht durchblickt, deshalb war ich ja auch so dumm und habe nicht bei 0,034 gekauft

Ich sehe wie sich der kurs verhält und wie viele Aktien gehandelt werden und mein Lieber das reicht mir. Oft genug beobachtet und Konsequenzen draus gezogen.

Hätte die Firma eine andere share struktur und würde nicht offensichtlich Aktien schmeissen wäre ich eventuell dabei, aber so nein danke. Gründe sind mir in dem Fall egal. Bin da sehr sensibel und das hat mich vor so manchen Verlusten bewahrt. Die Stimmung und der Handelsverlauf stimmen bei dieser Aktie nicht überein. Bei NWWV habe ich auch nicht ohne Grund bei 0,023 verkauft.
So falsch liege ich nicht mit dem was ich mache, also ein bisschen mehr Respekt. Jeder hat eine andere Art wie er die Dinge beurteilt und welche Aspekte er in die Entscheidung Kauf ja oder nein mit einbezieht. Bei mir spielt die psychologische Ebene eine wichtige Rolle. Psychologisch gesehen wird es morgen runter gehen. Natürlich alles auf Grund der aktuellen Situation. Bei einer pr kann es anders kommen.

PS: Ich mag keine kekse. Bin auf Diät

Ich bin bei den meisten Aktien auf kurze Sicht ausgerichtet. Was nächsten Monat ist interessiert mich aktuell nicht. Dann kann ich ja nächsten Monat kaufen und mit meinem Geld arbeiten, denn dafür bin ich schließlich hier.
Ich habe alles richtig gemacht. Wenn ich wollte könnte ich bei 0,012 neu kaufen (glaube nicht das die 16 hält), sehe dazu aber aktuell keinen Grund. Bei Trendwende kann ich mir dann doppelt so viele Aktien oder sogar mehr leisten, aber aktuell bewerte ich den Handelsverlauf nicht über. Ein run sieht anders aus.

Die Leute haben wie gesagt eine andere share struktur erwartet, genauso wie ich auch. Wenn eine Firma etwas ankündigt und sei es für Ende 2006 gilt dann ihr Wort nicht mehr, weil wir Juni haben? Niemand hat damit gerechnet und key hat diesen Ausschnitt auch nicht ohne Grund direkt zu Beginn seines threads gepostet. Das ist doch scheinheilig, wenn man sagt die Aktionäre hätten keine Erwartungshaltung bezüglich der share Struktur gehabt. PMCL ist nach so einer Meldung massiv abgestürzt und so wird es auch hier kommen, wenn keine extrem positive pr diese Woche veröffentlicht wird.

Han2004; The value of the Murphy pit IS included in the balance now, because they are taking depletion expenses in the income statement. Depletion is like depreciation, but it only applies to mineral or oil and gas resources.

And because the pit is under litigation, you can't assume that the value of the pit will remain on the books. I saw the depletion figure brokeb out on the original figures from the 2005 financial results they put out in a PR a while ago. Depletion was listed separately from depreciation. Depletion was around 2.9 million, and depreciation was around 2.7 mil., if I remember correctly.

The value is that they have assigned the Murphy lease is surely the $47 million mineral reserves, less $6.8 million depletion = $40.7 for the remaining mineral reserves.

Subtract this figure from shareholders equity and you get $92.8 million shareholder equity, less $40.7 = $52.1 million book value. Next, you have to subtract all the value of the preferred shares to get the book value left over for the common shares. That figure of how much preferred shares are outstanding we do not know. We only know that there were 3 million authorized preferred shares prior to the increase in authorized shares last year, then they upped the preferred to 250 million preferred shares. Whatever outstanding preferred shares there are, that is actually better looked upon as debt, because it must be paid back.

Each preferred share is being given the value of $10, and there are three classes of preferred, I think. But, they are similar, as I think all of them are valued at $10.

If there are, say 5 million preferred shares, this equates to $50 million dollars needed to be paid back in the future. So, subtract this from shareholder equity I calculated above ($52.1 million dollars less $50.0 million dollars = $$2.1 million dollars of book value for the common stock holders). The preferred stock needs to be paid back before any value is given to the common stock holders.

So, if you remove the value of the Murphy lease, and allow for all the preferred to be paid first (which is what MUST be done), you have possibly almost NO book value available for the common shares at this time.

We don't know how much preferred shares are outstanding at this time, but it will easily amount to at least 5 million shares, and probably considerably more. We of course don't know whether the lease will be able to be retained after the lawsuit is resolved, so that is a question mark. But, the bottom line is that you are not calculating the book value applicable to the common shares accurately. And, we don't have the figures we need to do this at this time, as we don't know the preferred share count. However, it is pretty obvious to me that the book value is much less than what you are calculating, just taking out the dollars needed to retire the preferred shares. The Murphy lease is then an issue, and if that is lost, you have either no book value remaining for the common, or even a negative, depending upon how many preferred shares are out there.

This is how they have funded the acquisitions. Through the preferred shares, and through raising cash, probably, from the sale of the common.

Hopefully the Murphy lease will be retained when all is settled. The book value for the common shares will be subject to how many preferred shares will be out there needing to be retired (paid back). The bottom line is that there really is probably very little book value for the common shareholders, as the preferred shares have been used as a hidden debt to acquire the companies.

As I said, the growth of PBLS has been funded in this way, and "backloaded" to years forward. Most developing companies take on debt or sell equity to finance growth. By using preferred sahres, PBLS has been able to load all the money they used to grow right into the shareholders equity portion of the balance sheet. Only it is the preferred shareholders who are owed that equity BEFORE the common shareholders.

The common shareholders will have to have equity be built up over the years from the successful operation of the various divisions.

This view solves the question of how PBLS was able to create value on the balance sheet out of thin air, apparently. How was a cash strapped pink sheet company able to acquire all these assets without going into huge debt?

They did it by two ways. First was the windfall increase of the value of the Murphy pit, due to Katrina. Second, was the acquisition spree funded in large part by the issuance of preferred stock to the owners of the companies purchased, as the bulk of the payments for these companies (this is my assumption that most of the value paid for these companies was in the preferred).

Because the Preferred shares comprise the bulk of the equity created since the acquisition spree (there has been little time for profits to accumulate, nor are the companies that profitable yet), most of the value to the common shareholders now, is comprised of the windfall valuation increase to the Murphy lease. And, this is why Mitchell has come after PBLS. He is the owner, and if he can invalidate the lease, he gets to take back the windfall value increase which came after Katrina.

This is why the lease is such a key part to the book value. It is a very cheap asset they have, and the cash flow from the mining will be very instrumental in providing cash flow to pay off the preferred shares over time. If they lose this lease, they lose a virtaully guaranteed source of positive cash flow which will generate the cash flows neccesary to pay of the preferred debt which was accumulated to purchase the businesses.

Without the very low cost basis of the Murphy gravel pit, the cash flows will be much less, likely, if they have to purchase a gravel pit at current prices (which they are probably doing to safeguard that they aren't put out of the aggregate business entirely if they lose the Murphy pit). Thus, the cash flow generation if they lose the Murphy pit will be less, possibly quite a bit less. And, they must pay back this preferred shares back in a relatively short time frame. It is not as if they were able to go out and line up a thirty year mortgae to purchase all these companies. They did it using preferred shares which need to be paid back starting in year five. I am not sure of all the terms for the preferred shares, but this is just an overview of what I can figure out as to how PBLS was able to leverage the windfall value increase they received from the Murphy pit after Katrina.

So, this is the Big Picture. And the value you are assigning from the balance sheet to the common stock is totally wrong. There is in all likely hood much less book value for the common, and possibly even none or negative if the Murphy pit is lost in the legal action.

This is not an insurmountable problem, because shareholder value can be created over time from the operating divisions for the common stock. However, it is obvious to me that this is the method by which PBLS was able to purchase all thes companies. It has leveraged the windfall value increase to the Murphy pit, which came from Katrina.

This is the best stab I have at explaining the Big Picture here. More info will come out over time. But, IMO, the Murphy LEASE IS AN IMPORTANT PIECE OF VALUE CURRENTLY FOR THE COMPANY. If it is lost, there will be little book value existing for the common shareholders, and the book value will simpl have to be built up over time from successful operations.

Having book value is only one measure of value. However, the mineral rights of the Murphy pit are very tangible, and it would be a significant loss if they are lost.

Ja du hast aktuell noch einen ordentlichen EK, aber hier hat der ein oder andere über 0,03 $gekauft und für diejenigen ist es wirklich bitter. Die Aktie wurde ab 0,034 als Rakete angekündigt und nicht bei 0,019 oder tiefer. Das ist eben das Problem. Wenn das Teil unter 0,01 geht könnte sich der ein oder andere eben viel mehr Aktien leisten und wer möchte schon gezwungen werden long zu bleiben oder wer zahlt gerne mehr?
Ich will euch ja nichts böses, aber es war abzusehen. Wer level 2 und den Handel beobachtet hat dem müsste es klar gewesen sein.

Aber nun gut, jetzt müsst ihr alle wieder long bleiben und auf eine Trendwende hoffen

Problem: Die können viel erzählen wenn der tag lang ist von daher glaube ich nur verifizierten Angaben und egal wofür sie die Kohle benötigen es dauert bis so ein (psychologischer) Schaden wieder heil ist. Verwässerung und die o/s waren einfach zu viel.

Vielleicht flippe ich die Aktie mal. Zu mehr ist sie im Augenblick nicht zu gebrauchen, aber das ist aktuell noch zu früh. Mal schauen ob wir morgen etwas interessantes hören und ob die News so wie ich erwarte zum Verkauf genutzt wird.

Just got off the phone with Ron Blackburn....

I asked if we will get an explanation of how we got from the 1 billion range to 1.75 billion...

His answer: There are 4 acquisitions which will be pr'd.....

Also, a "significant amount of the common stock from the 1.75 billion is from the preferred shares....." He stated that they had to use the whole 1.75 billion as the o/s....there was significant discussions/arguments as to why they have to account for the preferred shares with common stock.... but in the end they did...

He said in the next couple of weeks a lot more light will be shed on these matters and others....

Now on a good note, I spoke with Ron Blackburn today. He promised that in about two weeks he will have a detailed release. The PR will answer all our questions as well as explain the series 3 preferred. I explained to him what one poster has quoted in about a 100 posts on the other board, he said as wrong as one person can possibly be. He will explain that as well in the PR and said everyone will breathe easier.

Ron has said to me as well as many others, please give me a couple of weeks and you will have all the details. Also, I have spoken to Mike Mulshine as well and he has gotten answers that we all will get and he feels confident that this company will rebound and rebound to much higher places.

Du hast ja a uch einen guten Ek manch einer aht aberbei 30 gekauft udn dann geschaut ,ups die ist ja Heiss gelaufen udn wundert sich nun das es 70 % runter geht ! Obwohl dein Ekkönnte auch noch verbessert werden ,morgen gibts ne Chance bei 10 zu sammeln ! Ich bin dabei wenns aber zu schnell durch die 10 durchsaust gehe ich erst bei 8 oder 5 rein

Schon wieder MINUS mensch was soll aus dem Wert werden ? Na nein das dachte ich gestern auch also ich bei 18 rein bin ,die sind erst neu gelistet unddie Firma mussAktien zurückkaufen !Aber komm im Thraed ich habe gute Infos über die Aktie ! Ari reachiert und ich vertraue Blind undhabe gute Erfolge !Das lässt mich erfreuen nachdemich Monate auf Divi Newsgewartet habe ucn die Erwartungen leider zu hoch waren

Schau den armen Staelf an der hätte sich informieren müssen ! Mein 2 POST bei 34 bei KEY Thraederöffnung ging auf Skepsis! Wiekann man eine Aktie empfehlen die beeits 300 % gelaufgen ist und im NEWS flow eher verhalten ist bzw wieandere ständig verschiebt

Das ist nun mal bei Verwässerungsaktien normal,das Volumen geht abersicher bald zurück irgendwann müssen die Ihre Millionen Shares ja mal abgeladen haben

Also höchste Vorsicht liebermal10 % Minus realisieren alsnchher 50 % im Minus zu sitzen und nicht mehr loszuwerden

Die armen Leute die bei 25 oder gar 30 gekauft haben ,die haben Ihren Einsatz ja gedrittelt

Aber wer sich vorher informiert hat hat ja gesehen das sieüberhitz war und ist nurmit Spielgeld rein

Potenzial nach oben 3 Euro Ende des Jahres wenn es 5 Euro werden könnt Ihr mir Dankesschreiben per Mail senden ,also mdie Strategie durchdenken udn mal schauen was die anderen Aktien machen ! Manchmal kann man mitanderen Aktie die grosse Verluste wieder Wett machen
