Das Board of Directors hat das Eintragungsdatum auf den Geschäftsschluss des 28. Dezember 2020 (das "Eintragungsdatum") und das Ausschüttungsdatum auf den Geschäftsschluss des 31. Dezember 2020 (das "Ausschüttungsdatum") festgelegt. Infolge der Ausschüttung werden die eingetragenen Gold Resource-Aktionäre eine (1) Aktie von Fortitude Gold für jeweils 3,5 Aktien der Gold Resource Corporation erhalten. Das Ex-Datum wird voraussichtlich der 24. Dezember 2020 sein, ein Werktag vor dem Eintragungsdatum. Bruchteile von Stammaktien werden in Verbindung mit der Ausgliederung ausgeschüttet, mit Ausnahme von Aktionären, die Aktien in "street name" bei der Depository Trust Company halten, die eine Barauszahlung erhalten, da die Depository Trust Company keine Bruchteile von Aktien akzeptiert. Die Aktionäre von Gold Resource werden weiterhin ihre Stammaktien von Gold Resource besitzen.
Ich gehe davon aus, das heute Schluß war und jeder jetzt beide Aktien besitzt.

Das hat insbesondere damit zu tun, dass ich in GORO überinvestiert war und ich keine Lust hatte, jetzt große Summen an Steuern aufzubringen.

Gibt es denn schon eine eigene Webseite zu "Fortitude Gold Corporation" ?
