Bravada Gold amendment to Quito agreement

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an amendment agreement dated April 27, 2018, between Bravada Gold Corp., Bravo Alaska Inc. (Bravada Gold's wholly owned U.S. subsidiary) and Meridian Minerals Corp. (Yamana Gold Inc.'s wholly owned U.S. subsidiary) in connection with the Quito property located in central Nevada.

The amendment will eliminate a clawback provision that allowed Meridian to reacquire a 51-per-cent ownership in the property after earn-in by Bravada of a 70-per-cent working interest in the property, with all other terms remaining constant. In consideration, Bravada will issue one million common shares and one million warrants exercisable at 15 cents per share for a period of three years.

BRAVADA SUMMARIZES RECENT DRILL RESULTS AT WIND MOUNTAIN AU-AG PROPERTY, NEVADA

Bravada Gold Corp. has received the remaining assays for the two reverse circulation holes completed recently at the company's 100-per-cent-owned low-sulphidation Wind Mountain project, a past-producing gold/silver property located in northwestern Nevada. Previous work by Bravada outlined a large, shallow oxide resource hosted by permeable sediments of the Truckee formation.

The two recent holes were drilled in search of feeder zones within underlying Pyramid volcanic rocks that would be the roots of the blanket-like mineralization. Hole WM17-097 is located near the southern end of the property, where an inferred gold resource at the South End deposit occurs near the base of the Truckee formation. Hole WM17-098 is located about 1,500 metres north of hole WM17-097 and is in the bottom of the Wind pit, close to where disseminated gold mineralization is thickest within the Truckee formation.

Aber sie haben immer noch nicht den Mut verloren und suchen immer weiter.

Und schinbar haben sie sogar einen neueun Gelbgeber dafür gefunden
Sollte das jetzt, im Jahr 2018, wieder nichts werden, werden sie das Gebiet wohl aufgeben müssen.


Bravada Gold Reacquires Quito Property; Reports on Corporate Matters

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - January 29, 2018) - Bravada Gold Corporation (TSXV: BVA) (OTCQB: BGAVF) (FSE: BRTN) (the "Company" or "Bravada") has received notice that Coeur Explorations, Inc. ("Coeur") has elected to relinquish its option to purchase Bravada's interest in the Quito property located along the Austin Gold trend in central Nevada. Since July 2015 Coeur has been funding Bravada, as Operator, in the conduct of exploration at Quito, with recent emphasis upon completion of permitting to allow drilling in 2018 at the Quito Extension target, which was developed during the 2016 exploration program. Approximately US$600,000 has been received by Bravada via this funding, which has been credited to its earn-in obligations to earn its interest in Quito.

Bravada can earn a 70% interest in the Quito project by conducting US$2.5MM in work expenditures by 2020, of which approximately 50% has been spent to date and with additional work expenditures not becoming due until 2019. Within 60 days after Bravada's earn-in, Meridian Minerals Corp. (the Optionor) can either: 1) elect to participate in further exploration and development expenditures at 30%, 2) elect to earn a 51% working interest should a deposit of greater than 2 million ounces be discovered by the earn-in date by paying Bravada 300% of Bravada's exploration expenditures and funding Bravada's share of capital expenditures to bring the Property into commercial production (repaid out of 80% of Bravada's cash flow from its 49% working interest in the Mine), or 3) elect to reduce to a 2% NSR royalty and receive either 500,000 shares of Bravada stock or $500,000 cash at Bravada's option. No other royalties encumber the property.

Nach kurzer Recherche scheint es sich bei Baxter um das Gebiet von the Baxter property consists of 240 unpatented lode claims (approx. 1,940 hectares) in the Walker Lane Gold trend of western Nevada, zu handeln.

Und dieses Gebiet wird von dem Explorer-Unternehmen, dem Betreiber Kinross Gold U.S.A., Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Kinross Gold Corporation ("Kinross"), plans to drill 8 to 12 reverse-circulation (R.C.) holes for approximately 2,600 meters,exploriert.

Wo hat Finanznachrichten diese Meldung nur aufgeschnappt ?

BAXTER INTERNATIONAL INC. ist nämlich ein Pharma-Unternehmen in den USA. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, das ein Pharma-UNternehmen in Nevada dazu auserkoren ist, ein Gebiet von fast 2000 ha zu explorieren ? .
